Pizza Pizza in North York

I ordered 2 medium sized pizzas. I placed an order on mobile and I went and received the order. My name is Montana. I received my order 15 minutes ago. I came home and opened the package. I have never seen such a pizza in my life. I will never come again. You definitely do not deserve the payment I just made. Pizza is not made like that. There are very few ingredients. You do not know how to roll out the dough. I am sending the photo.

AVOID AVOID AVOID. Pizza Pizza has fell of, the sizes have shrunken, this business also uses TFW and LIMAs. The pizza is mid at best. Choose another place to eat unless you like below average pizza. Low quality ingredients are used aswell. This place was awesome not too long ago

Unhygenic! These guyz don t wear gloves while making pizza as well as while serving. Upon asking the guy told that they was their hands and they don t prefer wearing gloves. This is not acceptable

The delivery people here never want to do their jobs properly, they are usually lazy and incompetent. No other pizza place has ever had a problem with delivering it to our door, yet Pizza Pizza delivery people always make an excuse as to why they cannot. The Pizza Pizza workers also get small details wrong on our order- sure, it may not be a big deal to them, but every detail matters since customers are paying for exactly what we asked for. Even after giving them chance after chance, Pizza Pizza never fails to disappoint. Will not be returning, do better.

This is the only pizza place that weve been to lately where the pizza maker/cook (oriental guy) really practices the proper food handling practices. He was fully covered with face mask. Most places with long beard and no hairnet. Too bad the one working on the counter, did not have a hairnet and beard net. An old guy was it the food handling area without hairnet, beard net and no uniform. Please make sure your employees look presentable / neat. Dont let people on street clothes near the food.

My experience was very very bad with the old and witch lady who always do work on the cash. Her behavior is awful and stinks. U buy pizza from there but she behav u like u are her servant. Any thing you ask like straw, cup, plate her answer is no I dont have in very rude way.

There isnt a whole lot I expect out of a fast food joint such as Pizza Pizza. But I was appalled by my experience. When I asked for dirty tables to be wiped so we (party of 9) could sit together and eat the service rep refused, citing she did not have enough staff to ensure tables are wiped. I should note, there were no customers behind us. Also, I could see two people sitting in the kitchen and talking. When we expressed our discontent, she yelled, What is your problem and turned around to wipe the front counter. We were upset and told her that the customer service was unacceptable and that we will be sharing our experiences online. She seemed a bit more attentive after this and tried smooth talking us by trashing the owners. She said they dont pay her well and dont order enough supplies for the store. She was a middle aged lady with platinum blonde hair and large penciled eyebrows. Horrible customer service, why and how is this place still open? Health inspection needs to be conducted as it was putrid and filthy. The washroom trashed and amongst other things had an oxycodone pill lying beside the toilet. Again, the store was not too busy and the staff is incredibly lazy and rude.

Had very bad experience dining at this pizza pizza(Victoria and sheppard intersection). I requested the senior lady with whitish hair(dont know her name) to clean the table(table was very dirty) but she immediately refused saying that person who cleans has gone home,she can do if theres no customer but wont do now as there are customers.There were actually no other customers waiting behind me.She then gave me paper napkins so that I can clean that by myself.Holding my toddler kid on one arm I cleaned my table with the other hand.It took me 20 seconds to wipe it clean but the staff lady didnt have 20 seconds. After getting pizza,she gave us few paper plates saying that she doesnt have more.Owner doesnt provide enough supplies.She talked further criticizing the owner that owner doesnt care even if I tell them.I told her that you are representing this store so we can tell this to you and you can further tell your owner.She said store is 25 yrs in business,get so many customers everyday.It doesnt matter to the owners. I said that as a customer I have very basic expectations from you-to provide a clean table to sit and eat and get just enough supplies of plates. It doesnt end here.My kid wanted a straw for soft drink.My mom went to this lady again asking a straw.She shooked her head in annoyance saying we dont have straws.She went to some drawer and picked up straw and gave to my mom.(why she had to display contempt when you have the straw...learn some basic respect towards your customers) I have been to numerous pizza outlets,restaurants before and have never seen such terrible attitude and poor customer service. I told her that I will be submitting my review online as I cant speak to the owner right now. Its no surprise that she was later requesting other customers to give a good review online.What a manipulative tactic on her part. I took my time writing this so that her attitude and behavior can change or the staff could change. There are other pizza outlets in area with great customer service and food. This is the closest pizza pizza to my home but I will definitely not take anything from this store and will tell my friends to avoid it.

Pathetic service. We visited the restaurant yesterday and it was very dirty. I am surprised that customers have written good feedback about this place. The lady at cash is very rude and annoying. She gave me hard time cleaning table and asked me to clean myself. She even gave me paper towels to clean it. What kind of service is this? She told she has no staff to help, when she was free doing nothing but standing at cash and there was no more customer. My entire family love Pizza Pizza store and we have visited many stores. All other store have amazing customer service, very clean and staff is always friendly. I will never visit this location. Very bad customer service and dirty place. I will never recommend this place to anyone. Pizza Pizza needs to take some action to clean this place.

yesterday I went to this pizza pizza location to get pizza. but the service I got was extremely bad. I ask for 2 large pizza. which on the website it was 28.99 for 2 large pizza with 4 toppings combined, 4 drinks and 2 dips. so I as the man to give me that as I only ask for one cheese pizza and one pepperoni he told me I cant get that deal as I am only asking for one topping only. I said no its doesnt matter yet he still said no. he charge me for 2 dippings and 2 pizza no drinks. doesnt go to this location.

The ac was not working. There was a 28 c temperature which is the same as the outside temperature.

I usually go to this Pizza Pizza location, and the food is decent, but my last experience was disappointing. I specifically asked for extra sauce, drizzle, and base sauce on 2 pizzas, and they charged me for it. However, when I got home, there was no extra sauce. It was frustrating to pay for something and not receive it.

Horrible experience with an elderly blonde lady, she rushed us and wasnt even listening properly, She put the wrong drinks on our bill and when I was telling her the right ones, she said its ok u dont need to tell me. The one who makes the pizza does nottt wear gloves and touches his face and beard ITS SUPER UNSANITARY and I would recommend NOT TO EAT HERE EVER. We walked to the store at 10:10, The lady in the cash counter (without a mask) was talking to another lady while we there waiting. We were asked to wait and later the lady asked if we were ready to order, then she wore a mask and came to take our order. Which kind of felt bad to us. we said yes then she said to wait! She came and we wanted to order special large pizza there were no regular coke and sprite. there were only three options zero coke, Diet Coke and nestea. we had questions about it and she said I can only give what we have or else order a different pizza which was rude. When asked her name she didn t tell anything and was angry on us. When insisted about name again she told we have cokes in the back I can get them. Just because of her behaviour we had to travel to another location at that time. I hope the owner looks into this issue and make sure nobody suffers like us again!

The cashier (a blonde woman of approximately 40 years old) is incredibly rude. My dad and I went to order at this store and while we were deciding what to order (no more than 10 seconds) the cashier started yelling at us and acting in a very rude way, she also laughed at us. My dad, who didnt speak English, was very nervous. On other occasions when I have gone there I have seen how she treats clients very badly for no reason. This woman scares me and I feel like she might even be able to spit in your food if you annoy her too much. That woman has to be fired or re trained. I have seen many complaints in this review session about her, but for some reason shes still working there. do something
