Lived nearby my whole life, used to come by every so often to get a quick, reliable tasting snack (pizza slice, bites, wings, whatever it all hits the spot when you're good. Dec 6, 2024 I was having a rough day from work, stopped by on my way home to grab a pick me up. Walked in, see three employees. No one says hi or acknowledges me. Two walk away while I stand at the counter. Minutes pass and I decide it's not worth it and just walk out. I'm more than happy to wait but I felt invisible and disrespected. Never going back, the food isn't worth it.
It's been years that I have been ordering plant based pepperoni. I am a regular but this is the very last time. Horrible pizza with almost no pepperoni on one side and I order the xl. It happened before and I spoke up.another time I asked for pepper seed so I can put on pizza myself the grey beard guy was almost ready to fight...I will never visit again and if you want to disrespected then come here. Please it's a dirty environment don't go.
I stopped by on Monday to grab some dinner, I’ve been to several Pizza Pizza locations, but this one truly stands out. The pizza’s taste and quality are top-notch, and it’s clear they take pride in preparing each order with care. The staff here are incredibly hardworking, and a special shoutout goes to Mary, who made our visit even better with her exceptional service. 10/10 experience highly recommend!
I visited Pizza Pizza and was greeted by Mary. She is very nice, friendly, and polite. I ordered veggie and cheese pizza, and it was absolutely delicious — fresh ingredients and perfect crust with plentiful toppings. Mary was also attentive and made the ordering process smooth and easy. She offered great recommendations and was patient while we decided. Her positive attitude truly enhanced my experience. I will definitely return, thanks to her excellent service. I highly recommend this place.

I don’t if it was because my appearance (I was wearing dirty clothes because I work a manual labour job which I just came from) but the lady who handled me seemed condescending and in general I didn’t sense any sort of respect out of her tone when I was ordering. I didn’t do anything I think that would cause such an act to be reflected. I should have just walked out and honestly regret giving them my money. Overall service was poor in my experience and I probably won’t come back unless I’m in my finest tux and dress shoes; maybe then I’d be treated more fairly.
The pizza peperoni was great! But the real standout was the service ,Mrs. Merry, she was incredibly friendly and helpful. She had a warm smile and took the time to answer all of my questions. You could tell she takes a lot of pride in her work and is dedicated to providing a great customer experience. Overall, a wonderfully delightful experience. I'll definitely be back

We placed an order from pizza pizza last night and quickly canceled it for some reason and our total order cost 16$ and they deducted 30$ from our account.. we just telling us but they said they dont wanna refund the money

The worst pizza ever I had , this store was one of the best pizza pizza about 3 years ago, however since two years ago the new management or owner has destroyed all the quality , taste of pizza . I never get back to them . Please do not waste your money,

The overall rating is based upon ONE EMPLOYEE and is not reflective of the quality of food served, atmosphere, or customer service of the other employees. Three times, said employee has interacted with me and today will mark the last time I choose to spend my money here. On two of the three occasions their middle-of-their-back length of hair has been in a loose ponytail; not confined to a hat or hairnet. When questioned about this, the answer received was I don t work in the back and prepare food . Contrary to that statement, they do package and retrieve items from food prep area in addition to manning the fryers. On my LAST visit today my order was taken at the counter. While waiting for it to be prepared I observed the same employee sanitizing the eating area; wiping down tables and cleaning the glass front door, using a spray bottle, no gloves and paper towel. They returned to the FOOD PREP area (PONYTAIL SWINGING) and proceeded to remove my pizza from the oven. I immediately told them to stop in a firm, slightly raised voice. They turned to me with a quizzical look upon their face. How is it that you think approaching my food with hands NOT WASHED after cleaning the seating area AND your hair unbound is an appropriate thing to do? I inquired. She was mumbling a response while approaching the employee hand washing station (located directly beside the cash register) when the older co-worker stepped in and completed boxing/bagging my purchase. In today s current economy where consumers are more selective where they spend their hard earned money, THIS SCENARIO should never be a factor in a food service industry.
I was at the Raptors game last night with the kids and they reminded me that we could redeem our free slices (since the opposing team missed a free throw in the 4th quarter). Honestly, it s so difficult to get a free slice since you have to be at the game, have the app downloaded on your phone, have an account set up and have push notifications on, and scan a QR code. Even though it was almost 9pm, we went to the local Pizza Pizza near our place. The person working at the front tried to question the validity of our codes, asked when the game was, and was giving me attitude and told me I had to wait. I was there with my 4 kids so we had a total of 5 phones with unique QR codes and when we finally got our pizzas, we were given 3 napkins and so I asked for 2 for napkins. The person I was dealing with walked to the back and the other worker had to come to the front to give me some more napkins. I was not impressed with the customer service at all - even the kids noticed that the person was giving me attitude. I was going to order a couple more pizzas for the kids to bring to school tomorrow but when I got the bad service, there is no way that I will give this location my business moving forward.
Don t go this location! They overcharged your order!

A neighborhood fixture for as long as I can remember so they must be doing something right. The service is excellent, my order is always waiting for me when I come to pick it up and the friendly staff always says hello. Jhanvi, behind the counter, is particularly helpful and good natured. I often see families dining in and there is ample parking. A nice spot for a quick bite.

Who knew? I have never thought Pizza Pizza , pizzas were that good but I was at a Pizza Pizza and hungry so I looked at their menu and seen they had what they call a classic not breaded Chicken Wings, I ordered their smaller portion option thinking how bad could they be. Surprise, Surprise they are EXCELLENT Yes I said EXCELLENT. I will definitely be visiting again and ordering these Tasty Wings.

Didnt get much cheese on the cheese pizza rather than a thin plastic like texture. Reason why I came because my children wanted pizza.

The pizza was spectacular
It was my first time in Canada and I had heard a lot about the wings. Long story short the wings were the best I ve tried in any restaurant. They tasted home made and the pizza wrap was even better than expected and I ended up coming back many times while in Canada.

The only reason i am giving 3Star on service is because no matter what time I order, the drivers always always stop at the mall on their way. I tried asking once and the delivery man got very angry and ran off in a hissy fit. Why are they stopping?? My pizza should go from the store to me no stops in between. Getting mad about this..!

Disappointing Experience I recently ordered a four-topping pizza from Pizza Pizza, with mushroom, bell peppers, pepperoni, and salami. While I was looking forward to savoring a flavorful combination, I was disappointed to find that there were portions of the pizza with just cheese and no toppings. The cheese-only sections significantly detracted from the overall taste and quality of the pizza. Its disheartening when a crucial component of an order is missing, especially when paying for premium toppings. I hope this feedback can help improve the quality control process, ensuring that future customers receive the delicious and satisfying experience they expect from Pizza Pizza.
