Just ordered take out large pepperoni pizza at this location the girl cashier was fast and always welcoming whenever I come here place is cleaner than most pizza pizza places and I got exactly what I ordered on time

3 times I ordered a coke the lady kept putting a diet coke and when I told there was no saracha mayo on sandwich and I asked for more to be put on they put garlic mayo ..once again I told them it was wrong and they told me that I am incorrect...and I explained the 2 mayos are different COLORS

I had a very bad experience with the worker,he was very rude and disrespectful no customer service attic. He was very racist towards me because I m black he even gave me the wrong order and refused to give me a different pizza when he was wrong. He started to get arrogant with me and even wanted to fight me. I had to call the police because I was so scared,as a black person please stay away from this location.

(1:20am) I placed an order at this place and the crew s are nice. The food is hot and fresh. I love their snackbox.

Will never order from this location again. Received my pizza and found a piece of wood in my food & threw out the pizza. Called customer service and explained I would like a refund. They said they can only replace the item. Because i found a foreign object in my food, at this point my stomach was turned and knew I would not consume this pizza and would choose not to eat at this location again. Asked once more for a refund- i was refused and offered the replacement. I agreed even tho it was just going to go to waste. 3 separate customer service agents proceeded to call me, asking for the old pizza back. I explained again to each of them- Its been trashed and I will not be going thru my garbage, but will provide them with the object I found in the pizza. Okay we apologize ma am. Fast forward, delivery guy arrives. I open up the door, I intend to apologize to him that he had to come to my location a second time, before I can open my mouth he cuts me off where s the pizza. Does not say hello, anything. At this point I am fuming. He is now refusing to give the pizza without the old one. I don t even want this second pizza at this point, off principle alone I was not allowing this guy to treat me like a thief. I explain everything for the 10th time, he once more is rude and calls the store. Lady on the phone wants a picture of the pizza then caves n says to give me the pizza. Delivery guy then refuses to take The foreign object i placed in ziplock baggie. I am finally able to get him to take this from me. At no point did I intend to escalate this situation until i was made to feel like a thief and NO ONE from this location including the entry level customers service agent had any genuine concern for the health and safety concern revolving unintended objects in ones food. Thankful a very kind supervisor from the customer department treated me like a human being and issued me a full refund & honestly saved my patriotism with pizza pizza as a company. I will never order for this Location 1700 Wilson Ave, Toronto Ontario- located in Sheridan Mall. Their poor customer service is one things, I do understand people try to swindle free food all the time. They need a class on decorum and judgement. However their lack of concern surrounding a health concern is astounding and only leads me to believe their health and safety standard are not up to par & I can no longer trust them to consume food. It s a shame id rather keep the money inside my community and keep my business local even tho it is a corporate franchise. Do better.

I ordered gourme thin pesto amore and what I got was nothing like what is advertised in store. I complained and the cashier told me to trust him and don t worry about it.

Approximately 2000hours (8pm) on Monday, March 18, 2024. I went to pizza pizza and picked up the order extra large thin crust with ground beef, mushrooms, pineapple and extra cheese. I brought it home for my parents and my 6 years old daughter. We noticed that the pizza was not cooked properly, the ground beef was not cooked well. They said the pizza would be ready in 20 minutes. However it was ready in 10 minutes according to the staff member. The service was not good. The staff were not wearing gloves when making pizzas and serving clients. THIS IS AGAINST HEALTH AND SAFETY PROTOCOLS The staff need to work on their customer service skills and they need to be trained on the importance of wearing gloves while making pizzas and or serving customers. The only good thing was the atmosphere.

Had really bad experience with the staff on the front desk. I purchased a slice of pizza which had too much of salt when i ask the staff to eat they started arguing with me specially the lady she dont have manners to talk. And finally i ended throwing the pizza in garbage.

I dont understand who hired these illiterate people in Pizza Pizza store at 1700 Wilson ave. I am ordering from the skip today it was my 4th order. These people are not following the special instructions given by customers. So whats the point giving of them instructions If we cant get food of our likes. I visited this store once but their customer service is worse. They are rude & illiterate people working over there. These people should be fired from the job.

The pizza was good and the lady was nice at the front . I didnt like how there was people dealing drugs inside of the pizza pizza and loitering outside. No security or police to be seen. I saw probably 8 drug deals go on Inside and outside the facility. A girl was working alone so I mean what was she supposed to do.

I visited your branch at Sheridan Mall located at Keele and Wilson intersection in North York to order and pickup an XL one- topping (pepperoni) Pick-up-only pizza. After a 20 minute wait, I received a pizza with a dough that was not crisp and 18 pieces of pepperoni rounds (about 1-2 pieces per slice), not at all like the photo on your website that showed 48 slices. We were clearly very, very disappointed, and upset.

The first time I came here, I did a phone order for pick up and my experience was not good at all. Not only was I struggling to understand the agent on the phone who took my order the in person customer experience was also terrible. Upon reaching my house I opened the box of pizza and quickly realized it was undercooked. I had to put the pizza in my own oven to ensure it would cook fully so I would not get sick. It would have been better to buy a frozen pizza at the Walmart or superstore nearby. Two weeks later I decide to give them the benefit of the doubt and maybe it was just one time mistake they made. This time however, I ordered in the store. Not only was the lady behind the counter seemed like she would rather be anywhere else but taking my order the pizza tasted as bland as her personality. There was barely any cheese on this pizza. The only good thing I can say is that they cooked it well done as I instructed after my previous incident. If you have no others options than I d say come to this location, but honestly, there s better options nearby. This location clearly has a consistency error that they need to improve on in both quality of food and service.

Inside the shopping plaza, still next to the entrance, the pizzas are very good, but it does take a while. A little more than normal than in other fast food centers, the price is the same, very accessible for all types of wallets and stomachs, I bought an xxl pizza and they gave me 3 soft drinks, the order was in 10 minutes and I was able to taste a delicious pizza that I will definitely go again

It was a walked-in pizza order, I am very disappointed after getting a totally burnt and overcooked pizza which I cannot even eat. Imagine you come from work after midnight and so hungry and when you get home and open your puzza which is burnt. Shame on pizza pizza and the store management.

Really bad experience! Yesterday night went there with my girlfriend and an employee was fist fighting with other people inside the store. My gf was really scared. You cant have have that kind of people working with you.

The customer service is extremely poor and the staff do not wear hair nets. The food is burnt to a crisp and no one seems to know how to properly work a simple register. I would never recommend this pizza shop.

I visited this location today; Im surprised at the bad reviews because I found the food great and the customer service from the employees was exceptional! That was my experience so I rate this place 5 stars.

We Got 2 pizzas both of them had mixed up toppings we got 4 drinks we orders 1 coke, 1 Sprite, 1 nestea, and 1 Canadian dry, on one of the pizzas it looks like they just dumped a bunch of olives in the middle and the other pizza wasent even cut correctly. Really bad dont recommend not very sanitary either. Dont order or buy anything, and not very friendly. Please can the Canadian food agency check it out please and thank u!

This quality of service took me to my breaking point, normally the service is good upon delivery but I got no phone call when I chose contactless and added a note to call. Im no sure whos on the delivery shift at 12-3 because they straight up and took my order. Im a university student during exam week and I need to get food delivered once in a while. I go out and my order isnt there but the riser that they put is still there. Ik that the neighbors didnt take it because they are all old people. I got a call saying the delivery guy would come back in around 5 ish minutes but even if I misheard the time I waited 1 hour and still got nothing. I cannot believe I got robbed 27 hard earned dollars tip included. This isnt fair to me or any other person that had the same problem, while in a pandemic things like this this is happing?!? This makes me not want to order from pizza pizza, I thought they were a good and honest company with trustworthy employees but this service tells me otherwise

A bright flashing open sign usually means youre open for business. Having it on at 7am is incredibly misleading. I watched a few seniors wander.up from across the lot for nothing. Please pay attention to these things.

Dry crust, no variation of flavour,pizza was warm and the sweet potatoes soggy. Cheese have no cheese flavour very bland. Pizza pizza need some spice in its life. My least favourite pizza or one of.
