I was there Saturday night and witness them using the mop to clean the oven top n more a mop use to clean floor that was disgusting and turn me odd from even wanting to order again . You guy need to fix that or change worker or close that location completely if cannot comply to clean facilities.

Food was good, person at cash was pretty good. If you like a show while waiting for your food, this is the place to go. Never seen so much drama in my life. (Not the employees, but rather the over aggressive and dramatic customers, sounded violent) Be safe out there y all.

The staff did not notice that the order was wrong

For the first time was greeted well at this location. The night female cook is amazing. Good food; Good service. Understaffed yet so patient. Apologized for the wait and made sure we left satisfied.

There is a line for a reason and instead of going by the line I have time to write this review. It seems its a free for all at this location. The server clearly saw there was a line but let 2 different customers just barge in. They didnt even pay for their food yet. The stromboli was good when I got it though but service was not good.

Poor customer service. Lady dropped my pizza on the ground and was very impatient with me deciding my order. They also do not understand how the club-11 membership works. Will definitely not be eating here again.

Stood line for 10 mins before anyone even came up front to look after us. The lady (think the owner) was going to pass us standing there then turned to asked if we were looked after. She was in a rush and I repeated my order and she still did it wrong. I dont like Crispy wing that and for the classic specifically but yet after waiting 25 minutes thus is what I got. The garlic bread with butter was nasty has to throw out. Never again

Trash! Mistakes were made! There is clearly better pizza out there! The old gentleman was not happy to see a customer walk through the door! Didn t want to give me choice of slice but had my own with them! Definitely just go to a mom and pop shop instead of this brand name rubbish!

Kid-friendliness: Came into the store tonight, waiting to order for 10 minutes. Staff that were working didn t greet us, didn t even acknowledge that we were there. Not only did I walk about of that establishment but 5 other did the same. i won t be returning to that location. Awful customer service.

Nice guy but understaffed. They need a worker at the front. I saw him collecting cash then making pizza. No one should handle money then go make pizza and fold boxes. Pizza Pizza needs to inspect more or else a lot if people will get sick or even die like that. Parking: The road has a few pot holes in the plaza.

Can t follow instructions, asked for well done and extra sauce and got the opposite. Regular amount of sauce and a normal cook. Ordered this on another occasion with the same result. Also went to redeem a free slice and got essentially half a slice. Probably the worst Pizza Pizza location I ve been to.

Walked in after work, thought it will be faster to get a pizza this way vs ordering a delivery online. WAITED ONE HOUR inside the store. They gave my order in front of me to someone else even I knew that and they knew that, and the guy knew that, this guy placed a similar order AFTER me already waiting at the store for 20 minutes. Then they forgot to start getting my order ready until I pointed that out. They made half of it ready and forgot to start making another half until again I pointed it out. What a nightmare. Finally after an hour I got completely cold chicken wings and onion rings with hot pizza and two free cans of pop as an apology. A worker wanted to see my receipt to compare that I am getting the right order, but he actually took the receipt from me and got lost at the back of the kitchen with it so I couldn t prove that I was waiting for an hour for my order. I was very tired after work and my child was at home waiting for me hungry so that was the worst experience of buying fast food IN MY LIFE. HORRIBLE SERVICE.

If there was option to give 0 or in minus would have select that. Selling unhealthy and unhygienic food to customers. Also Selling thin crust pizza by saying regular crust. I requested them to tell me the weight of pizza dough but they denied and when i asked from another employee he accepted that it was thin crust. Very poor customer service and the girl doesn t have sense to talk. She neither wear hear-net while making the pizza and was talking rudely. Better to eat from somewhere else rather to waste time and money in this store.

Today I wasted my 15$ in pizza pizza. If I have the option to give a zero to this restaurant but I cant thats why 1. I ordered a medium size pizza with vegetarian option tomato onion pineapple in it. When I wanted a small size the lady told take the big one even I ask for small pizza and said we will put a slice of tomato inside. It was barely 10-15 minutes When the pizza was ready I went out but when I open and see it was just a plane pizza and the onion was stale tomato was not even enough. it was so low or I can say a miniscule amount of toppings where its difficult to the pizza anyways I have to throw that pizza last 2 slice in garbage but for next time for sure never take pizza from this store. guys do not buy pizza from this shop. This is a blank ink on the goodwill of pizza pizza. Apart from this, the worker who makes pizza didnt use hand gloves basic hygiene no cleanliness. The guy who works at the front is so impolite and rude. I dont know how as an owner without training to hire guys here. Worst experience ever we r regular customers from last 3 years. On Thursday night we went staff dont have manners how to talk with the customers they just cant rush us what we want will order. The guy with the specs literally yelled on us is this away to talk with customers. Their old staff was really good we always love to visit bcs of staff n their services. There was puke on the floor they didnt even bother to clean bcs of that we were unable to dinein after this experience will never visit at this location. Worst experience ever . Ordered a popcorn chicken combo . 5 piece of popcorn chicken on the whole poutine . Called to complain customer service said I would have a replacement. After that the store on jane n sheppard called me to argue with me . Than called again, shad the supervisor for customer service. Argued with me as well told me I cant get a replacement. Very bad service and customer service. Cant support pizza pizza anymore .

I am eating from this place. I am okey. But last night I ordered shawarma pizza to try but I couldn t count how much chicken pieces is on it cuz there are 6-7 little tiny pieces. So It is not shawarma pizza.

Cheap with toppings few and far in between. Paid extra for prosciutto topping and received less than half inch pieces spaced 4 inches apart. Contacted Customer Service for their free pizza guarantee and they did not honor their guarantee to give me a replacement pizza. Buyer beware. I will buy from Pizza Nova.

Bad, very bad

They make Pizza.

Ordered 2 cauliflower pizzas. 1 with cheese, mushrooms AND 1 with NO cheese, with mushrooms and peppers. 1/4 of the pizza had nothing on it all the way around, not even sauce. GREAT taste, BUT skimpy on the sauce and toppings. Could have put MORE sauce and toppings closer to the edge. The following week, after complaining to customer service, they were aware of the situation, WHEN I ORDERED TODAY, I GAVE SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS TO PUT SAUCE AND TOPPINGS TO THE EDGE.. IT WAS DONE PERFECTLY.

Oh my goodness gracious. I came here for a quick bite, ordered a slice, and they didnt even heat it up properly for me! I wanted a nice hot slice for lunch, but instead I got a barely warm slice. Taste like I just ate an overnight slice of pizza. Cmon! Please next time heat it up hotter and I can change to more star!

I would highly recommend the Too Good to Go app if you live in Toronto. Through the app you can buy discounted end of the day food that may not get sold. My family just bought 4 grab bags for $23.00 and each bag contained a lot of food. Because of a little confusion, the owner gave me two extra bags of food. That was such a huge act of good customer service. I really enjoyed my visit. The staff was very friendly, the food at the counter looked fresh and hot, and the place was very clean. I will definitely be going back! Thank you to the owners of this particular Pizza Pizza, your customer service was way beyond my expectations.

I stopped here quick today for a quick lunch break. The energy from the staff was really positive, and welcoming. Pizza was good and the variety was plentiful. Id come more if i lived in this area, a Great spot! Parking: Plenty of space. Noticed a small cube truck managed a quick park.

Worst place to order pizza from. How hard it could be to make a simple cheese pizza? They couldnt even get that right. Since the Pizza Pizza app doesnt let you change the delivery restaurant, now I have to go and pick up the order from other restaurant. If youre looking forward to a quality pizza, do not go to this location!!

the brown guy didnt have a mask on when making my pizza and was so rude to me taking my order didnt follow any instructions of how i want my pizza made had to tell him to put it back in the oven to cook more because it wasnt ready and when i was trying to look of how the pizza was made he told me to stand on the other side of the room or go outside and wait like he didnt want me to see what he was doing to my pizza and now looking at my pizza it doesnt test right and now i know it was tempered with never coming back to this pizza pizza place this place should close down forever

I just ordered onion rings from Uber eats, and none of my boxes were sealed. Nothing came in a bag. And the boxes have greasy finger prints on it. How am supposed to know during a pandemic, if this food is safe to eat? I than tried to call the store to find out if they seal their boxes or if something happened to my order and was on hold waiting to speak to some1 for 15 mins. I spoke to Sazal who said its a problem with Uber eats and even tho their store didnt seal their boxes like they should, I have to take those extra steps and do a complaint on Uber eats even tho its clearly an issue with the store. And Im annoyed at the time and money Ive wasted on this. Customer services needs to b better at this store.

Paid $17.50 for a for this X-L Hawaiian and this is what they give me??? How disappointing ! The bacon strips is like only one strip when combined, and the pineapples? I come to this location very often for many years. I have never had any complaints. However, recently I ve noticed the workers being a bit lazy with regards to hygiene. I ve notice one individual who was on cash (not in the back making food), package an order and touch the food. It was one wing that fell onto the table, he picked it up with his bare hands directly put it back into the box. This was directly after coming from the register without hand washing. I ve also witnessed the same employee eat while in the front, food in his hand and all. Usually this is no problem, I ve been a food worker I understand you get hungry and it s often a draining job. But in the middle of a pandemic please emphasize the hygiene and food safety to employees because it s become concerning.

Ordered a large cheese & pepperoni pizza. If you like pizza that tastes like cardboard then come here. Would not go back. It was like eating 3 day old pizza that was re-heated.

Quick, reliable, safe and amazing merchants

Well Im not a big fan of this place, but my kids are. I went in and order the pizza it was made exactly how I requested it. 4 cheese base extra cheese and New York style pepperoni on one side lightly baked. Sorry I dont have any pictures. My kids enjoyed it.

Its all renovated now, so it looks comparatively modernized like the ones downtown. Good service overall. Can be a bit hot in there due to the ventilation and the amount of heat the ovens are distributing.

This is one of the pizza pizza places that actually make above average pizza, unlike other locations. Kudos to the workers making pizza here!
