Very clean pizza pizza! Prepared one of the best pizzas I ever had,Masood made it and it was very exquisite the atmosphere was really nice as well.
Products and service are fine, though sometimes it's really busy with a long wait for walk-in service -- with ONE person handling that, and 1-2 others busy in the kitchen & handling delivery orders. WASHROOMS ARE APPALLING on two visits June/July 2024. One washroom out of service, the other a stinking, filthy mess. Water from sink a pathetically weak trickle -- I'm supposed to wash my hands with this!? I'm sure staff are doing the best they can -- Management needs to find a better balance point between quality of service and their "bottom line."
Very good place to have a slice of pizza. I felt the pizza shud be having a bit more cheese. It got a large parking lot, and is open late nights as well.
So i went to this store and asked the guy if they have special offer. He said they don’t have. We only have the regular prices. I asked him hm the L and M size and he said M is $14 incl tax and L is around $20. And he didnt tell me any special offer. So i just ordered pizza. But then after i paid my order i told him that i called awhile ago and told me you pizza pizza have this special L with 3 drinks for $20 incl. tax. Thats when he said yeah we have that. And i asked him with 3 drinks? And he said yes! So i was like, so why didnt you tell me that L $20 have drinks? You just told me that $20 is only for L pizza. So sketchy.. sometimes they are just lazy to do their job about telling their specials. Why dont they just quit to their job. Thats the cashier on the picture. He is also very rude and give my order in a not nice way.
Polite staff and modern, spacious, pleasant interior to dine in. Pizza tasted better than most other locations and they were generous with the toppings. Very clean - especially the washrooms which was pleasant to see. Actually going to upgrade my review from 4 to a 5 star. I remember spending a very late night inside as a customer one time and the staff found and returned a customer's cellphone for them. As I said, their food was way above standard as well!
The pizza was very dry with very less pizza sauce and very less cheese.The cashier lady with a tattoo on her right arm”blessed” charged us for two dips and she gave us only one moreover upon asking she replied with excuses. Worst experience of customer service and waste of money.
Good and quick place to grab cheap munch food. Maybe not as healthy but definitely tasty! And affordable and quick. The only minus, not for me, but I found it a little annoying to wait outside for your order instead of your usual walk-in where you can sit and read newspapers or watch TV while waiting for your order to be done
Wow the service here is five stars all the way, and the store is very clean and well-maintained. I went with two small pizzas with the intention of eating just one and taking one home. They were so good, I ended up eating both of them. Special thank you to Hatun for being so polite and quick to help when I asked her to warm up the second pizza. 😁

We ordered pizza, but the service person didnt tell us it was ready. So we waited 20 minutes and only got our food when we asked. Really needs a lot of improvement!
Store clearly states on app AND store window that it closes at 3am . I came just now at 2:11 and the worker said they were closed. Please update the sign if you guys are refusing guests before hours stated.

I visited yesterday there was a one girl she served me pizza without gloves not hygenic place totaly bad experience And she behaved rudely with me. very unhygienic place.

Wish I could leave zero stars ordered a party size a week ago it seemed like they cooked my pizza well some and put extra cheese on it I could see the mozzarella on the pizza the same way you d see it shredded in the fridge but somehow had blistered cheese under clear indication they added it after when I complained to customer service and they sent a replacement the driver inspected the pizza and didn t want to give me the new one proceeded to put my pizza on the hallway carpet and call cs they tell him ye give him the replacement he then calls the store with a snarky little grin and started speaking another language they tell him the same thing if he had any sort of say so or authority he wouldn t be delivering the god damn pizza do your job which is bringing it to me and don t assume you have the right to make me wait 10 minutes at my door never ordering from this location or maybe pizza pizza in general it really bland it s only my go to when pizza novas waiting time is to long 50 bucks down the drain

Vegetarian options: There is one girl who is using a wrong cutter for veg pizza and I am a pure vegetarian and she is touching food without gloves by her hand and the employee name is helly Service

One time I was constipated and spent an hour squirting out popcorn bits and KFC dookie after watching Free Birds (2013 Family/Comedy) at the Yorkdale Mall Cineplex. I didnt order anything though. New design sucks too

Very bad service from the employee there. Didnt like attitude at all. Food was under cooked. Topping were very less. I asked him to show me the pizza before packing it. He said sorry cant show it. Worst experience from any pizza pizza.

The staff is not good here I recently visited this location and got a large pizza combo with three drinks and I ask to sub my one drink with a dipping sauce but they refused I visited many locations of pizza pizza they every time do it for me. Despite this, there are ways to explain saying a big No to customers is not a good sign of customer service

WORST CASHIER EVER!!! Idk the name but the coworkers kept calling him J. He just took my order touching the screen and used his bare hands to put the chicken sandwich patty in the fryer. He was so unhygienic and kept talking nonsense to the lady customers and delayed my order. Waited 15 minutes just for a chicken sandwich!!!

The WORST pizza Ive ever had my entire life. Rather wouldve had bread, cheese and tomato sauce microwaved. Seriously, I pay for extra cheese and...I get less cheese than a regular pizza?! This location needs some work. I see staff just tossing pizza boxes right to the front. Seems to be arguing in the back, so not sure how management/the owner is. Never coming back to this location again!

Beware of fake 5 stars reviews) They try to hide the truth about this location. This place has terrible cleanliness. They handle money and even raw frozen chicken wings before getting my fries. They made the box with dirty hands touching the insides of box. They even put fries in box and touched the fries. Potential for contamination. This was not first time with questionable cleanliness. I have witnessed them cleaning and then handling other peoples food. You need to send a secret shopper to see for yourself. Very poor cleanliness and I will not go back to this very dirty location. Very unclean place. Beware of the fake 5 star reviews. This this place has terrible standards.

The most I love about this place is their excellent service. They re very patient, kind and always smiling. I was in the store like 30 minutes ago and there was a guy who was bothering the cashier and continuously poking him but he handled him so good. The food and the cleanliness is so good and when it comes to a pizza here, they re always the best.

Horrible service, person at front offered a medium as a special...while I was waiting I seen they have a offer for a large and 3 drinks with crave tv that was not offered to me. I feel cheated when I specifically asked if their were any specials and he gave a medium for same price as I could get a large and 3 drinks plus crave for 2 months. Horrible service will not come here again I would advise you to do the same with this location.
