I ordered 2 XL pizza and 2 garlic breads. The garlic bread was hughly under cooked and could realy taste the dough of it. I tried calling pizza pizza for a solution but the respone was unreasonable and the customer service was offering me 10$ giftcard where as my order for garlic bread was about 14$. Highly dis-satisfied with the customer service in call and food. I have been a pizza pizza customer since a long time.
We have been Royal customers for more than 10 yrs, ordering pizza. Whenever my husband orders his Specific toppings, they can’t do it right!! It’s pretty Simple “ Double cheese, mushroom, pepperoni On Top of Double cheese” As pictured they put Cheese on top of mushroom n pepperoni, so that those become steamed under cheese n become soggy!! It’s Not the Same!!!! Until they make it right, we must keep returning the Wrong pizza?????! PS don’t get me wrong we still like their pizza we think……..

We ordered pizza with pops offer going in the store and they were out of coke so we requested the guy MAYANK who was working for dipping instead of pop as they didn t have coke and they both are for same price, he didn t gave us that. We asked for 1 coke bottle instead 3 pop he denied for that too. I asked for manager he said please don t complain about me and nor he was ready to give us what we wanted. I am going to other pizza pizza since a very long time and they have never done that to me. This guy is worst. You guys should do something about him he is the rudest person

I went here on Sunday night and Manan helped me out very well. He was extremely professional and followed the instructions very well. He made the way I preferred, which is extremely rare at other pizza pizza locations these days. Definitely recommend this location.

I used to like this location. But I think in the past year or so they replaced all their staff and the owners no longer work there. Im not sure the staff know what theyre doing as the cheese is all the way to the edge of the pizza. Ive been twice over the past half year and there is a bad smell in there. It smells like a cross between sewage and washroom cleaner or air freshener. It smells BAD. Im not going back.

This has been our go-to place for the past few years. I really enjoyed their XL 4 toppings specials and the Calzone. Always consistent and great value! The personalized XL pizza lasts me 2 meals easily and so I keep coming back :)

The night uncle who works here doesnt know how to behave with the customer. I ordered a pizza, and they added extra oregano in that, and when I asked why you added, they said its your mistake you have oedered it. That night guy ( middle-aged man) needs to know how to behave with customers. I am never gonna recommend piza piza to others the worst customer service I have seen yet.

Tried their mushroom and pepperoni pizza and fried pepperoni panzerotti. The pizza is good but the panzerotti was a bit undercooked.
The Buffalo Popcorn chicken poutine wasnt worth it, theres like 5 pieces of chicken, they just filled the rest with fries. We ordered 3 boxes and felt like we got scammed.

I really liked the food, but it was disgustingly dirty here. I even found a dead mosquito. I won t come to this pizzeria anymore:/ I ll go somewhere else but the pizza was delicious p.s. I use to order extra large pizza it was half empty. Once I came at 10:30 pm and no one was at the reception. The room was empty. Probably, they didn t want to take an order so late. By the way, on google it says that they work till 11pm So I would say come here only when you need to save time and it is doesn t matter what to eat, not more.

The waiter told me 15 minutes but I waited for half hour and still not get pizza
I was starving and then when I picked one slice of pizza, I noticed it was totally burn and too dry. I just took one bite and I threw it because it tasted bitter. I will never again buy pizza in this place.

Worst pizza pizza ever. The gravy on my poutine was thicker than the fries, and they refused to give me a full refund (refunded me $2 out $6). Also they screwed up the toppings on another customers pizza, it had pepperoni, but they couldnt eat it, they refused to make them a new pizza, and suggested they remove the pepperonis by hand.

This pizza shop can be said to be unpalatable. I ordered takeout several times and they were all extremely unpalatable. The sauce seemed to have been mixed with water and the texture was strange and watery. And the service attitude of the store clerk is relatively poor. Do not recommend ordering pizza from this store
Terrible customer service. Speaking with an attitude and is not sanitary. Saw rat droppings along the front counter. Would not be surprised if they have a rat problem.
Using the app, Ive made 2 orders for pickup at this location. Both times the Order Tracker never went past Preparing Order. It stayed this way even after I pick up the order. As far as the app is concerned the order was never finished and I did NOT credit for the order on my 11-11 card. I tried to tell the server at the store to mark it as done and he said there is nothing for him to do. Ive order at other locations and this was NOT a problem. The pizza was cold by the time I got it because the app never said it was done and I showed up 30 minutes after the scheduled order pickup time.
