3523 Bathurst St, North York, ON M6A 2C7, Canada
Kosher dairy restaurant specializing in Pizza, Falafel, Salads and Paninis
The falafel is just amazing! Just like back home
I love the Falafel sandwich here! Very rich and authentic
I visited this particular outlet on several occasions when I'm in the area and I found everything that they deliver is excellent quality especially their pizzas. Good place to have a coffee and his snack as well.
Got my much needed falafel, so tasty. The falafel balls are so crispy and flavourful. Make sure you eat it quickly, it will get soggy if you get all the sauces and toppings. It's not a big deal though.
This place used to be good but since it moved, it has been horrible. Last week I went for a falafel and asked for the extra eggplant, a little bit of cabbage salad and hot and tahini sauce. What I got was overcooked falafel balls cooked in oil that really should be changed, a wad of eggplant, and too much cabbage including the bum end of the cabbage. I do not thing there was any tahina or hot sauce either. Completely gross. Never going back to spend $9.05 on the most disgusting sandwich I have ever purchased from them.
Good food quality, staff are so rude and non-smile. They are vegetarian place only plus salmon. At least they are faster than other places.
This place is a mad house at lunch with no place to sit or breathe! Be expected to stand 5-10 minutes in line to place your order. Try ordering ahead for pick-up to reduce wait times but be prepared to be on the phone with very rude staff who are brash and raise their voice at you if you don’t order fast enough- also expect them to take down your credit card information wrong, or charge you the wrong amount or misplace your order and make you call the other location. These are all things that have happened literally every time I have to interact with this buisness. I wish there were other kosher places around with delivery so I can stop using them. There is also very limited parking and a busy street adjacent, so walking there might be preferable.
I happened to stop by this restaurant yesterday, during a trip to Toronto. I was very satisfied in the way I was treated by the store owner, who made sure I was being served, and took special care in preparing my order. Their Falafel is the best I have ever had. The balls are twice the size of what you get elsewhere. So crispy on the outside, but so juicy on the inside. I suggest you try it, if you want to taste some real Falafel that would beat even some of the Falafel you can get in the middle east.
ps they moved 2 door down
Great Falafel and Pizza
Great people, delicious food !
By far the best falafel in the city
Very good service, great food, good value
We ended up getting take-out pizza. But it was very good.
Testy food, small place. Lots of options to choose from. We will definitely be back on our next visit to Toronto
Best Fallafel
Been going to tov-li for my entire life. Hands down the freshest most delicious fallafal in Canada. Food
Service is great, napkins and utensils are supplied, and their pizza is elite! My bar mitzvah was filled with empty boxes of tov li pizza. 10/10 would eat again
Absolute huge portions Didnt finish fallfel plate My son had a calazone and couldnt finish it Food : 5/5

Nice kosher shop
Great food
Food was delicious n portions plentiful
Good kosher pizza and spicy fries. Order fresh.
Good small local restaurant, but its a bit slow on preparation of the food.
Best customer service
Overpriced and bland food
Terrific food and love their healthier options and variety
Consistently good food, served quick.
Best falafel - middle eastern style and everything is so good. Falafel is crunchy and tasty, toppings are top notch.
Try the Poutine
Fast friendly service. Ordered platters and pizza for a gathering. Food was fresh, delivery was prompt. All guests were happy.
I work in the neighborhood & brought a client for lunch. I could not believe the over priced food! $7.33 for fries & gravy, not poutine. My client ordered pizza, so dried up sitting on the tray! 2 slices coat the same as a whole pizza. But that wasn t the major problem! The staff had No gloves and were actually eating out of the bins of food with their hands will working!! Omg! Then some contractor walked thru the food serving area w/long braids & dusty clothes. While the manager sat next to us doing paperwork! I did not eat the fries as they were not cooked! Disgusting!
Only good for one thing. Falafel. Not pizza. Worst ever.
Hh
I have to say this one is the best if you want new york style . My only complaint is that they close Fridays and Saturdays.

Best falafel in the city. Must eat
Top quality falafel and to my surprise all kitchen staff and front desk were wearing masks! Quick service vs Dr Laffa next door which was complete balagan, disorderly, no masks. Probably similar quality. Thanks!
Used UberEats to place an order at 6:20 on a Wednesday. Food was not ready for pickup by driver until 7:40. Pizza was made late but our falafels, fries and garlic nots were all cold and soggy. It was not edible. Tried calling and they were rude. Will not order from them again.
They make good falafel sandwiches. Their Pizza choices are interesting.
Very expensive for products and service unprofessional
The best falafel I have had.
Asked for a Feta + Spinach pizza, the biggest size. Total cost with delivery 43 CAD. Sadly had no special taste to any cheese or other taste, totally saltless. 4 people tried it and agreed. Contacted customer service, not assuming any responsability for customer satisfaction. Willing to update review in case of satisfactory response. Not happened yet though.
Green
Best falafel in the city!
Gourmet pizza and a very good selection of healthy foods
Horrible pizza bad attitude from the staff
Correct.
The best kosher pizza in the city
Food is ok
Good food and very efficient
Really good kosher food, I am not Jewish but I use to order there since the food worth it, dine in experience could improve, too tide tables with the counter, in summer the outside patio does not have this problem!
Good food great staff but turn up the heat lol it was freezing inside so hard to enjoy your wonderful food.
Delicious falafels
Great diner
Service was fast and the food was great!
One of the best fallafel places in the city. Even offers baked fallafel on whole wheat. Many good salads and other choices such as different types of pizza. Kosher as well.
Best falafel. Hands down .
Love the food and theyve fast!
The menu is new. Zucchini and tomato pizza is yummy.
Fast food kosher. The biggest wait is people deciding what to order
Very delicious kosher pizza. Also has a spelt crust which I my favorite
Good service
Great place fresh food reasonably priced...consistent place to have a great meal
Good food ..
Good clean place to eat
Good food for good people.
Had eggplant Parmesan and the fallafal plate. Loved it. It was uncontrollable as the door kept bringing in blasts of cold air. They should add a Air Curtain, for a few hundred $ it would really make a difference.
Amazing
Great place, pizza falafel sandwiches...
Delicious kosher food - i love their Falafel and their Pizza - yum! We ordered from them for our daughters party, and it was ready fresh, hot and on time - Thanks Tov-Li!
Absolutely the best sandwich (Panini) I have ever had. Clean restaurant, amazing service and the menu is packed with delicious choices. This was my first time there and I will definitely be going back.
Amazing food. Staff has endless patience
Great food. Good service!
It wouldnt be a trip to Toronto without a half felafel and kosher poutine at tov li.
Delicious MEALS! I had falafal plate with salads and eggplant, Im no salad fan but I must say that I liked every single salad I tried (the plate came with five salads). I also tried the lentil soup which is normally boring but not at this place - it tasted wonderful. I experienced some tastes I had never had before and I liked them all.
Ya its 5 star cause its kosher but in reality Tov-Li south (north is 5 star) south is 2.5 cause of chincy offerings and additional charges for what was one free. But over all they just seem kinda chincy with theyre sandwiches. I want to see your staff having a hard time wrapping instead of discussing the difficulties of wrapping. I can go to about 5 other spots near tov li south! Falafel delux couldnt have been thatbad for business. If more wont fit into your pita its because the pita is old. Step it up Tov-Li
Gross. Just came back from there and my pizza is burned crisp at the bottom. Tastes burned and very unenjoyable.
Love loves their Spicy Fries and Baked Ziti, the Garlic bread serving was delicious. Service was great, next I am gonna trying their Salmon....expecting a great taste
The food is really delicious, great selection, but the portion sizes are small given the price.
Its a great place for quality fast food that is vegetarian great... pizza, falafel, sandwiches, spicy fries,Tunisian sandwich etc its COR keep up the good work fast srvice
nice. kosher
The food is nutritious and delish!
Good food
Pizza is awesomely good!
Very delicious food, good pizzas and salads.
My friend got the wrong ingredients in his falafel, my pizza took forever.. otherwise everything tasted good
The food is great. The restaurant itself is a bit small and crowded.
For Toronto standards, I guess its just fantastic (sarcasm).. this place wouldnt survive in other cities.
Good quality falafel as always!
No sukkah this year; had to go to one of the neighborhood shuls
Always a great meal!
Hands down the best pizza ever always consistent and always fresh always my go to comfort food
The food is excellent. The restaurant is small but the service is great.
The Greco-Romano is my fave! Love the falafels too!
Great vegetarian pizza
one of the best falafel sandwiches in town
Great food
Ordered 2 plain slices, was told would be 10 minutes, which is fine, its a busy Sunday evening. 15 minutes in, being told they dont know how long itll be, and if want to replace with other cold slices. Refused snd got refunded, but plain pizza should be a staple to have on hand, especially on one of the busier evenings!
Amazing fries & falafel
Great food but poor service
That girl who serve me is really rude!!! Very in patient!!! Yelling at the old customer in front of me!!! She calls her terrible!!! If she doesn t want to work here she should find another place to work to. Very very rude!!! Poor customer service!!!
Quick service decent prices fresh
Food is ok, not one to write reviews but GRACE was very rude, digging her fingers into bun of my falafel burger and when i asked if she could use the gloves she said gloves are dirtier than her hands, lots of attitude and extremely rude, i was 2 seconds from telling her to eat the burger. The girls working there can be so rude they should quit if they are so unhappy.
The food is always fresh and delicious!
Great food great location and great service mabey a drop too pricey but worth it in my opinion very happy
Great tasting kosher pizza. Nice staff.
Love the pizza and their soups. Great falafel made fresh
Great falafel food is good and clean
The service at the front could be a little friendlier..perhaps a smile would be nice? Overall, the falafel and food in general are great and the kitchen staff work fast to get you your order. It gets busy and crowded as its a really small place which can make it annoying getting your food and out the door.
The pizza is pretty decent, and the service was friendly
Great food
Great food, great pizza
Great food kosher and tasty, just missing a :-)
Great food and they are very quick in the kitchen.
Been my favorite falafel restaurant since 1991 when we moved in nearby. Now there are multiple locations and a far bigger menu, but the recipe is the same.
