The bulgogi lunch special was super delicious and very filling. The table grill was slightly hotter on one side, so the server had to rotate the hot plate to make sure the food on the other side gets cooked as well. Overall, it's a very enjoyable dining experience, especially on a cold and wet day.

Food is tasty and consistent with other locations, but the service is rude. Despite the restaurant not being busy, the servers do not check in on you. And they are not friendly. Many of the high reviews are fake. They give you a free drink if you write a good review and they check it before giving it to you too LOL.

Decent Korean BBQ. I ordered the special that came with two meats - the boneless short rib and pork skirt. The short rib was deeply marbled, and the pork was marinated in some sauce. The cold noodles were fantastic too. I thought it would've been a bit sweeter but it was such a refreshing end to a meal that usually has everyone sweating as they grill their own meat. They need air conditioning in that place.

Delicious food and amazing experience
The food was good, but when I paid the bill, the female server with short hair added an 18% tip on her own! How can the servers decide their own tip? I couldn t even go back to the tip selection page, so I just paid it. After I got home and checked the receipt, I realized she had added the 18% tip herself. I m really upset and feel terrible about this kind of payment. I ll definitely not go back to this restaurant again!!!

I love it here. We always go here when we seek comfort food. The customer service has always been so welcoming, staffs are attentive and they do take care of us from the moment we get there til the moment we leave. In addition, this location is so convenient as it is just right infront of the Sheppard Station.

I went for a drink with a friend, but as soon as I sat down, he said I couldnt stay for more than an hour and a half. I was in a bad mood and just wanted to leave, but I saw a friend who was with me. I sat down reluctantly A place I never want to go again. Drinking alcohol with limited time I dont want to.

I came here with my family for a farewell dinner in the patio, hoping for a nice experience, but unfortunately, the server s attitude ruined our entire evening. He didn t make eye contact with us while taking our order, and dropped off our food without a word, as if we were bothering him. It felt like we were begging for service, which left us all feeling very uncomfortable and unwelcome. I rarely leave negative reviews and have been to a lot of Daldongnae locations before, but this experience was truly disappointing, especially given the high 4.6-star rating that initially drew us in. I will definitely never come back to this location again.
I always go to daldongnae. I love the franchises. But this location, i am rating low because of unfriendliness of staff and forgotten our orders couple of times we have to keep asking. Love the food tho! Wheelchair accessibility: Not accessible. Washrooms are on lower lever need to use stairs. Pathways are tight so no wheelchair accessblity. I ddnt see any alocated table for wheelchair

I have been to this place several times and every time they give excellent service and food. It looks quiet busy tonight but they tried take care of our group as much they can! Definitely will visit again.
Weve visited this Daldongnae location multiple times, but the latest experience was disappointing. Our server downstairs was rude from the start, which was surprising as we tried to be considerate, knowing it was a busy time. He even told us not to order more side dishes, which felt unwelcoming. When we requested an egg refill for only the second time (and after ordering more meat), he said, Side dishes are limited, and if you order too much, we ll charge you, which felt unnecessary. And to the guy who served us, DO NOT judge your customer to decide if you will give them good or bad service. Ultimately, we left without finishing. In comparison, the Steeles location offers far better service, larger portions, and a more respectful atmosphere.
This Korean restaurant is a gem! The kimchi is amazing and perfectly fermented, with just the right amount of spice and crunch. It s clear they put a lot of care into it. The flavors are authentic and absolutely delicious. Highly recommend for any kimchi and bbq lover!

Out of all KBBQ in GTA, and even amongst the other Daldongnae locations, this one is the best. The service is impeccable, the meat is fresh and delicious, side dishes and other items on the menu are just as delicious. It is also one of the only location that serve Wagyu meat option if you are planning to treat yourself. We had the fortunate opportunity to meet the manager Terry who was very friendly, knowledgeable and runs a very tight ship! Aamzing service. Strong recommendations for this Daldongnae location!

Unlimited side dishes, steamed eggs, and creamed corn The quality of the meat is pretty good. The cold noodles and pancakes are delicious. It is recommended to enjoy it with a group of people. The price is cheaper than expected. I didn t expect that Korean food in North America is better than Korean food in Asia.

Food is good overall. However when it comes to waving down a waiter/waitress, it seems like searching for a fugitive. There are times where a server is never seen and its hard to get refills of sides. I would recommend they get iPads or a call button cause refills are commonly needed all the time. Its very loud inside and hard to hear your friends
