They really have good shawarma, very flavourful! Their Mixed Pide was also really good. Their Rice pudding is very delicious! Amazing customer service, approachable and very friendly. I highly recommend this place to anyone who s looking to try turkish dishes!

Good doner plates, meat tastes wierd and the sauce is too strong. Like it s decent but doesn t leave me wanting to come back. Atmosphere inside isn t the cutest but functional.

Food is fresh and tasty coming in generous portions, staff are nice and helpful. One lady at the front who is not Turkish manages everything very well.

Lovely staffs who served us warmly ,the owner represented the different menu items perfectly and explained how freshly they make it in the shop ,I ordered kunafa which tasted delicious.Tooba was one of the staffs who prepared döners and she was such a lovely staff .

We stopped in for an early diner for the first time. Hot, fresh food, friendly and helpful staff. The mixed doner wrap was scrumptious and filling! I had the falafel wrap, also amazing! And, the interior design is very classy, with upholstered benches and chairs. The dining area is clean and well kept. The prices are very reasonable for what you get. Its well worth a visit!!

Lentil soup! It s hot and ready everyday and it is the best. I have searched high and low for a place that I can pick up lentil soup when the craving hits and it s at least once a week! Delicious, hot and it s served with a fresh pita! Lemon wedge is always in the bag if it s takeout. :) love love love it!

Food was great...and there was lots of it! We all had different döner boxes , chicken, beef and falafel. Choice of 2 sides was nice. We decide to eat in. Very clean and spacious. Staff were around cleaning tables as soon as people left. Well be back!

I dine here every week , today was the first time I have ever been treated so poorly by the worker , her service was absolutely terrible, I paid 30$ for not even a full plate because of how much she put in , the food is outstanding, but hiring people who have no sense of customer service should be fired.

I got a beef shawarma from this restaurant. The meat quality was poor and very cold. They put it in the toaster, but it was still cold and not fresh. Only the bread was fresh. If it had been delivered, it would have been inedible.

We came to this shop twice, my wife and I asked for a wrap, the first time, I asked for extra lavash, they said no, there was a sister working there, she said it in a very repulsive way, we didnt want it for free, you dont say that to the customer, since your general customer is Turkish, saying that there are no such requests in Turkish restaurants will make you lose customers, then I came again with rice. I asked for meat doner, I said, the friend misunderstood and gave me chicken, could you change it? There was the same sister again. I would like to point out specifically, I asked her if she could change the short sister with her head uncovered. She said no with her face and facial expressions, without speaking at all. People do not come here to eat for free. These are not nice attitudes. There is no bread or lavash with the portions you give. There is no salad. I think they are asking for extras, these are wrong in the menu. Add them to the menu and write the price accordingly. It makes more sense. Im not saying give it free. The portion should be accompanied by either a salad or potatoes. If you write your price accordingly, people wont have to ask for anything one by one. If you dont know this job, take all the staff to the champion doner, feed them and get a little taste of the service. Take a sample and apply it in your shop, dont get me wrong, the champion is not my fathers son at Döner, I ate at both of their branches, one in North and the other in Mississauga, I dont know if there are others, but I wouldnt be surprised if there were any because they do their job properly and both of them had full customers when I went there. Note, I am also a doner maker, but I do not do this job in Canada. I am dealing with other things, but I could not ignore this situation. The shop owner must be aware of this. These deficiencies must be corrected. Your shop is empty at noon. The reason is obvious. There is no need to think too much. Good luck.

Wow. I love wraps and havent had a döner in many years. This place opened up near my work and got to try it today. Absolutely amazing food. Got the mixed wrap. Only one size but very big portion. Food is very tasty and well prepared. Staff is great and friendly. Prices are very reasonable. I will definitely be back to try other items on the menu, especially their version of the poutine.

We asked for gin pepper from your Filipino service staff and he almost threw it in our faces. Dilers colleagues witnessed it around 7:00 pm on Tuesday. Moreover, he was very sullen, I think he didnt like the 3 dollar bill we gave him.

High level service!

They made a mistake on my Uber order and were very quick to correct it by delivering to my home, personally. This was the 1st time I ordered from here, but it definitely wont be the last. Not only were they friendly, customer service oriented, and efficient... the food was amazing, too. This is my new go-to place for excellent food and service. Kudos to great management.

Absolutely disgusting shawarma. Meat was saggy and cold. Pita bread wet. Vegetable disgusting. I have no idea how this place has such a high rating. I wouldnt go there again even if it was the only shawarma in the city. I was so excited when i saw high raiting, but was terribly disapointed. Took couple of bites and throw the rest away.

First time here and had the mixed Doner plate which was a very generous serving! The meat, rice and salad were all great. Both beef and chicken were tasty and juicy. I really want to give a shout out for the fact they had both chicken and beef on the spit. Its been ages since Ive seen that! Most places have just chicken, or if both, the beef is tucked away and needs to be reheated (ugh!). Absolutely loved the salad with lots of fresh vegetables and pickled items. Very clean dining area and appetizing display counter and menu. Great food and value. Will return to try the kebab....and everything else!

One of the best little food places to come to my area since Ive been here. I never eat in this plaza but since Doner Station came, I eat here too much . First and foremost, I would like to thank the owner for being patient with me. I wanted a specific meal, and When the staff got confused, he stepped in and made sure I got the order I wanted. I m not much of a chicken guy, I ordered it strictly to get some protein in my system. the chicken was so amazing, it made me fall Inlove with chicken. The owner is awesome, and the fact that he was so patient with me makes me appreciate the food even more. I would recommend everyone to come and eat here.

Wheelchair accessible accept missing a door button. Place seems very new and clean. Atmosphere feels very modern and refreshing. Food is sooooo good! I always order the house mix which comes with 2 skewers of Adana, beef and chicken donor, white and Bulgar rice. Also comes with assorted salad. Always fresh and tender! Not a bad price either (42 after tax) and feeds 2 people 2x! Highly recommend if your in the area...just needs a door button. Kid-friendliness: Lots of kids come from the nearby school.

I was getting here a chicken plate kabob. The portion is big enough to feed two people. Chicken and salad was very fresh and tasty. For plates they added pita or bread, unfortunately they plant, no smoked in fire. I paid around 20$ with tax/tip. If you run beside it worth take some kabob! Also inside they have nice clean place for sitting down.

I had a lot of work yesterday, I forgot to cook, it was very late, almost 9:30 pm. I searched on Google and it suggested me here. Their food was really great and fresh, the environment of the restaurant was open and clean and it was easy to sit there. The staff were very kind. Without exaggeration, it can be one of the best restaurants.

I ve gone to this place many times since it opened and today was the first terrible service I had. Bad attitude completely, they are now charging for things they weren t previously charging for. They got annoyed with me for adding stuff that is clearly displayed on their menu as an add on and told me it s extra to get the sauce in a ramekin but forgot to add my feta and still didn t add any sauce to my wrap. Sauce I was looking forward to. 0/10 today. I was talking up this place to so many of my friends because the food is great but after that, I will definitely take them somewhere else where the staff enjoys providing food service. Very disappointing especially as someone who works in food service and takes pride in it.
