This place sucks honestly I m writing this review while I m supper hungry. Almost $12 for a small sandwich and they don t accept credit card I had to leave the place cause I do all my payments with credit cards

We ordered 2 chicken shwarma plates one with rice and one without just veggies. They gave us1smallscoop of chicken and when we asked for more chicken, they said you have yo pay 5.00 more.I said what? Fo r small scoop of chicken? They said yes and gave us a dirty look. When we added to our meal, ordering a falafel plate they told us they were all out, no more. I t wasnt even 6:00pm, I came very close to canceling the entire order. One thing I cant take are disrespectful servers. I am disgusted by this experience, this will be the last time I order from this p àce. They food also leaves much to be desired. I wasnt please with the dry tasting chicken sour tasting lettuce ànd skimpy amount of hummus. Im done. I wouldnt recommend this place,.

Honestly I think the owners changed because it was ridiculously funny today me and one gentleman were getting chicken shawarma on a salad. Main word here is salad, they literally gave us couple of lettuce couple of cucumbers and were so rude when we asked is that it I mean we did order a salad on a chicken why do I have to keep asking for lettuce this is insane I really think the owners changed And the shawarma was cold and not good at all I ve been coming for this place for 4 years And I guess its a good They have across the street their competitors Kebab house I guess they just gain a client and not only 1 Good luck with the business Soon with this approach you ll definitely loose it

Ive been a loyal customer for over 10 years, but my recent experiences have been extremely disappointing. I called ahead to confirm if cash back was available, and the employee said yes. However, when I arrived to place my order for a chicken sheesh kabob plate, she rudely informed me that they dont offer cash back. To make matters worse, the next evening, around 9:30 PM, I tried to order the same dish, and the same employee told me they were out of it. Yet, I saw her serving sheesh kabob to other customers right in front of me! Its clear that this employee either doesnt know what the restaurant offers or just doesn t care. Her attitude was unprofessional and rude. After years of dining here, this experience has left me seriously reconsidering whether I ll return. If employees can t provide accurate information or treat customers with respect, they shouldn t be working here.

I just ate, the meat needs a little more salt. It can be considered one of the most hygienic places, the staff is very nice but they lack a smile on their faces.

I walked in and asked them that i need to use washroom real quick and they refused because it s only for customers. I mean i don t understand who are your customers? People who buy food in your store are customers and rest are idiots?? Come on guys, you could do better. Note: i haven t bought any food from this store, but writing this review purely on the basis of customer service and atmosphere in the store.

Came here recently for the very first time and grabbed a chicken shawarma combo. Choices for the combo included spicy garlic potatoes, salad, or lentil soup at no extra cost and fries for extra. Service was quick and efficient, no issues with the staff. The food was decent but I found the wrap to be dry but thats not surprising considering my next point. The shawarma wrap you get doesnt look anything like how its presented on their website. Firstly, theyre using a pita pocket vs. the usual wrap. This is fine, but dont charge around the same price as other places if youre going to serve less food. The way the pita was opened to fill it with toppings was very weird so you cant add too many toppings because theyll probably use that as an excuse for less shawarma but theres also not a lot of room for sauce which is why it was dry. If the shawarma sandwich was about $6-$7 I think it would be a far better deal than it is currently but to me, it seems they charge you more for less. Overall, a very average experience.

Food is amazing every time we come, restaurant and washrooms are clean and the people are so friendly. We never pass this place without stopping when we are in the area. Thanks again for the great meal!

My family loves this restaurant BEFORE until they put lesser and lesser food everytime we come back. I also had a problem with a lady who doesnt understand english well and doesnt know how to take the right order. One lady whos working there seems rude, never greet customers!

Ok honestly I read the reviews and ordered from here. The shawarma sandwich was the worst I ever had. Not sure who are these ppl who love it. The chicken was super salty. I had asked for extra hot sauce, and they didnt even put hot sauce at all. Not ordering ever again.

This spot is fantastic for shawarma and one of my top picks. Its very clean, and the service is quick. You can choose to dine in or take your food to go. The only drawback is the busy parking lot in the plaza, but that doesnt deter me! The prices are reasonable too. However, if the cleanliness ever declines, that would probably be my last visit.

This place is the spot, they only take cash and debit but they do not hold back on any of the toppings and meat if you ask nicely. Friendly staff, clean restaurant with some seating. My go-to place in the area. Very affordable options on the menu.

The guy serving us yesterday was rude. Giving us the eye roll then rushing us with no consideration. Not recommended if such issues persists.

Food is tasty and quantity is also worth the price but felicitators are not warm and sort of rude.

This place is washed up!! Portions have gotten even smaller, they serve you one scoop of chicken for a medium plate and their scoops are rather small If you actually want a respectable amount of chicken you ll have to ask for extra and that ll cost you about $20. Whereas if you go to taste of shawarma and many other places for example, they give you much more chicken for a couple dollars cheaper than this place. Its like they re rationing for the end of the world over here, I literally was in line with another lady and she couldn t even believe it either when she saw the amount of chicken they put on her plate. The quality of the chicken is pretty good if im honest and the potatoes are good as well most of the times. The rice is very mid, its very bland and has no salt or seasoning at all. Overall quality of food at this place is solid to be fair but just not worth it at the end of the day for the amount of chicken u get, ur basically overpaying for rice and potatoes when u come here.

Don t get me wrong, the food is really good however I have a big problem with the service. Every time I go to get a sandwich I get charged differently every time. Tell me if it makes sense that if I am asking for way less chicken than the usual amount they put (in a chicken shawarma sandwich) and ask for the rest to be substituted with rice why am I being charged extra? Isn t meat more expensive than rice? So if I literally just want a small scoop of chicken and then a little bit of rice why do I need to pay extra? And have the worker in my face repeatedly saying multiple times I can t do that in a rude voice. I have also gone there multiple times and I have had very nice workers do it for me because it makes sense and the business wouldn t be losing out anything by me getting LESS chicken in my chicken Shawarma and instead getting A TINY SCOOP OF RICE. Not impressed at all, I don t like that some of them do it for me and some don t. As a business they should figure out WHAT THE POLICY IS, and not make me having to fight for what I had the last time.

Best service in town number one kebabs

When you order online it only gives you the option for a chicken schwarma sándwich 2 for 1. It costs 22 dollars approximately. And you receive 2 schwarmas. In the store it costs 9.99. That would mean you should receive 4 shwarmas for 22 dollars if its 2 for 1. Not the case here. Its a lie. They are literally Forcing you to buy 2 schwarmas if you only wanted one. There is no 2 for 1. False Scam Very deceitful Take your garbage advertising elsewhere. If not correct me if Im wrong

The chicken is really flavourless and I couldn t taste anything else in the sandwich. It didn t taste fresh and I couldn t even finish it.

The location was clean, and the food was amazing. They did not charge me extra for more sauce, and the customer service was great and fast.

Whenever I come here service is always fast and food never misses definitely one of the best shawarma spots in town.

A very good quality food, the T.Sauce is really awesome and the only downside is that they accept only debit or cash. They should be accepting all mode of payments especially visa, MC etc

One of my favourite stop ins for lunch to get the Chicken Shawarma Plate. Amazing portions that usually lasts me two lunches. The food is solid quality. The staff are always so nice and friendly. As a bonus if you re eating in they use actual plates which I appreciate from an environmental impact point. Heads up they only take cash and debit!

Undercooked, overfilled(you only taste the tasteless chicken and bread, literally nothing else. It s good that they pack it with lots of chicken but they overflow it and you can t taste ANYthing else!) im honestly not sure how this place good reviews. It makes no sense. Good Turkish food, service can be better

A lot of employees present, yet the service was very clustered and messy. Hard to specify toppings over the disorganized queue system, and my shawarma plate didnt even have hummus. The chicken also tasted really weird, like a turkey or plant-based alternative that was chosen to cut prices. Do not see myself returning. P.S. I thought Pita land was overpriced, but at least they actually offer good potatoes and chicken to make up for their $15 total...dont understand how this place charges $18 after tax for a dish that tastes like lukewarm mush.

Its been 2023, the visa card is still not valid and they have very sullen employees, the food was raw, it was not cooked even a star is too much.

First time coming in, only came in cause I saw the 1.3k hood reviews. But this was by far most disappointing and untasty shawarma I ve ever had. First off they have pita bread shawarma not actual good wraps I hate shawarmas with pita that s just a personal preference they re just too thick and small and heavy. Second off no flavour at all in the shawarma I felt like I was eating dry cardboard and lots of chicken with no flavour. Third asked for extra turnips and I only had 1 in my sandwich. Fourth the wrap was not made with the ingredients distributed evenly one corner was all veg the other half was just a bunch of chicken. Just no flavour/taste out of all the shawarmas I ve tried.

We order 2 shawarma chicken plate, the chicken was raw tasted differently, the rice was hard.we request for order to be replace and the staff was angry about it. The other plate we got was even worst. Absolutely uneatable. We come from london,on to eat this shawarma. We have been loyal costumer since 2015. The place has went down quality and service. The quality has really gone down in the past year. They changed their menu to include smaller items that are rather over-priced. They also switched to smaller pita bread - the whole thing could actually fit in the palm of your hand. I watched one of the servers assemble a chicken shawarma and she was putting just one slice each of tomato and cucumber, and all the chicken on top so that it looks like the sandwich is stuffed with chicken. And they don t serve tabouli anymore; that s when I decided not to go there anymore. It s a shame because this was a really good spot for shawarma just a year ago.

Good and fast. Still good but I dropped in there last night and I wish they would just cut their roast potatoes a bit smaller, it was like quarter chunks of potato. Too big. Cut smaller more roasting surfaces, more flavour. Still great food though!

We tried this place after trying many shawarma places. The food is terrific. It tastes so different than the regular shawarma places in the GTA. The meat itself tastes good. All the food tastes very fresh, and you dont feel bloated after eating the whole meal. We tried the wrap and the shawarma rice as well. Both are unique dishes. I would try this place again and will recommend it to anyone who is a shawarma fan.

Absolutely disappointed. The food was mediocre, they messed up my order. But the worst part is some creep outside the restaurant was eyeing my friend and making her uncomfortable. Staff did absolutely NOTHING. Powerless Cowards. I even mentioned it and they shrugged it off. Avoid this place, maybe food to go is the better idea. But avoid dining in.
