Nothing but good things to say about the burgers which are top tier, service was fast and very friendly and a great atmosphere. Loved the whole setup and would recommend to anyone looking for quality food at a reasonable price
Had a good time here. They have a wing special Mondays & Wednesdays 1lb for $9. The Greek salad was pretty good but I think they made that while the wings cooked so the Lettuce was kinda soft from sitting too long. They could have brought the sald out first but overall it was really good and I'll eat my leftover salad for dinner. I think it's a pretty good spot to go for drinks in the evenings as well. I haven't been in a while though. I did notice that the place looked really clean. Great work 👏 Thanks Amelio
Nice space, although dated, with fresh beer. The barkeep was not at all congenial . She didn’t speak other than asking what I wanted, I paid the cheque and added an18% which worked out to two $ per beer, good considering I was sitting at the bar, nothing, no acknowledgement. Not employee of the month material! Too bad as the bar has potential.
We had a great experience at the Frog & the Crown. The place looks nice and cozy, and the menu has a bunch of tasty choices. We started with the soup of the day and then had the chicken parmesan as the main course. The dish was a culinary masterpiece, featuring perfectly cooked chicken with a delightful crispy coating and a rich, savory sauce. As well, the portions were generous. Moreover, the service was absolutely great and attentive, which added to our overall positive experience. Plus, there's plenty of parking, especially in the evenings since it is located near a Service Ontario location. I'd recommend this restaurant and will definitely go back again.
To the rude owner’s response: First of all, I don’t understand your logic of my review being suspicious because I posted the same version across platforms. Your place was cold and what’s with the chicken skewer? We asked for an add-on to the salad and you forgot about it. For the price, ok I corrected it on my below review - $40+ for a soup and two salads, do you want me to update my TripAdvisor review too or keep it different to make it ‘less-suspicious’? Very impressed with the food, service and overall!!! My husband took the Cajun Chicken wings and the spicy BBQ sauce chicken wings and I took the pork souvkaki plate; everything was great! Sad there is no name on the check cause we would've shouted out the name of the waitress that served us, she was super nice and took good care of us ! (Check who worked on Monday evening, Sept 18, 2023 😄, she was good!)
We just stopped by to eat something. The service is good the waitress was very attentive. Unfortunately I didn't like much the meat of my burger.
Fun times at the Frog. Live music and food specials. Large portions and tasty. Staff is friendly, attentive and accommodating. Great place for gatherings for birthday parties or team get-together. Lots of tv's to watch every sport being broadcast. *pictured, cakes by Sharry’s Sweets n Treats.

It was too hot indoors. Couldnt feel the a/c . The penne with peppercorn sauce was so salty and tasted like vegetta:(Clearly, its more of a drinking establishment and not food. Perhaps the typical deep-fried food tastes mediocre like other places,afterall its deep-fried, will not return or recommend!
this pub has families popping in for afternoon lunch, locals coming in to watch sports and chill, live music and open mic nights. The food I have experienced has been great and the service absolutely fantastic

The burger fantastic....the fries meh...again my opinion but for the price it cant be beat. Seriously if you have an option McDonalds burger combo or the Frogs burger combo..the Frogs for sure. Food

First time at Frog and the Crown. The food was everything we expected, Ashley s service was excellent and even the place was full the food came out quickly! We ll be back for sure!

I dropped by the F&C with friends to catch-up and have a few beers and decided to order some dinner. Ordered the steak sandwich with a side salad w/ balsamic vinaigrette/dressing. Steak was served on a fresh elongated bun with lettuce, tomato and onion - I am sure you could ask for other condiments but I like it just like that. The steak came as requested medium rare and it was properly seasoned and tender - the sandwich was good. I also liked the side salad which included feta and black olives - had that after the sandwich. Service by Lisa, if I remember her name correctly, was attentive with a smile. I nice place to catch up with friends and grab a beer and a bite to eat.
Best new restaurant bar around. They have a really good menu with a lot of different choices for everybody and the quality and taste of the food is amazing!
Great place and great food. I recommend the grilled salmon with grilled vegetables. The salmon was cooked to my request, and the variety of vegetables were nice and crunchy; not overcooked. The server was also top notch - friendly yet professional. Parking: Parking right at the door - awesome.

Bar looks nice enough but the servers treated me with apathy, like I wasnt important enough to serve or something, so I skipped the food altogether, prefering instead to look up reviews. What I really wanna say is about the idiot responding to some of the complaints and yelling at the reviewers and BLAMING them for their bad experience. You even blame the delivery service. Everyone but your angry self, eh? Yikes!! People read these things you know? Ill never go in there now. Godbless Edit in response- I didnt go to any jam and wasnt in your restaurant when you say. Im never disrepectful and clearly youve got me confused with someone else. Dont blame me for your staffs lack of work ethic. As to my reviews, one is a 5- star! I only review if I had a horrible experience or an amazing one. This is one of the worse.
My go to place for quick drink. However, their foods are great too. I liked their daily specials, especially the wings. I had one of my best wings here, I have also tried Fish and Chips as well as Burgers too, Fish were fresh and had good portion, however I missed the thick chips which I used to get in UK. Drinks and foods are reasonably priced.

Wednesday night live music is pumpin - fast service and wicked live bands!! Worth a look
Came in early Saturday afternoon, great value on good food. The staff were very pleasant and attentive.
Wait staff polite but not attentive at all. Been there twice and both times Ive had to go and ask for a drink if I want one. And that is with being with a large party and small Maybe its British pub style where you have to go and order

Chicken souvlaki is excellent. Also love their curry pasta with chicken or shrimp. Calamari is also good. Actually, never had a bad meal here. Servers are great and very friendly.

The Classic Pizza was terrible. The crust was burnt. The green peppers and mushrooms were uncooked. The flavor was bland.

Love the coconut chicken farfalle pasta , steak dinner and the open faced steak sandwich . Owners Taki and Emilio are really friendly and sweet , warm and welcoming . Our server lisa was amazing attentive , caring and funny all in all the best love ya lisa

Hesitant at first as it looks like any other sports pub, but the reviews won us over. We went in a Friday night and it wasn t long before we got served on. Beverages came quickly. And had lots of time to go over the menu. I had the meat pizza. Wife had wings & onion rings. Food arrived quickly. Wings were cooked just right. Onion rings were good but nothing special. The pizza was top notch. Right amount of sauce and cheese. Thin crust had a nice texture & good chew to it! Lots of flavour. We d definitely go back again for eats & drinks!

Its a pub setting with music (live at times), small outside patio, lots of TVs for sports. Good selection of pub foods. The prices are quite reasonable and they have daily specials as well as beer specials. I came for a band Im familiar with. Servers are nice and friendly and prompt. They didnt hover but checked in regularly. There is parking and its closed to the bus.

I actually like the food from this place, I had the steak sandwich and really good. Their fries are also very yummy. For me its worth the price.
-1 star is better. They Delivered the half of the order but they took the whole payment.club sandwich probably was from the day before and the fries smell like fish ..waste of time and money

We are just back in Ireland from a family vacation to Toronto. The Frog &Crown is such an Amazing place with friendly staff, Ashling and Lisa were very kind and welcoming...not to mention the Man Man himself Amelio! Great food with generous servings and great specials. Also check out their great karaoke nights run by Richard and Gus, these guys are amazing!! Would recommend to all!
To be honest I moved recently and from thornhill will still go great food service and even live music sometimes

Food was good but waitress seemed to have symptoms of illness,she was coughing and sneezing,I came in with a group to observe this location which I was told by my colleagues from work,hopefully this waitress will look after her sickness and be well ,COVID being with us is scary and when you go to a well established restaurant you want to be safe .
We go here regularly for late night beer and food and the staff are always friendly and the food is great! Definitely recommend this pub anytime! Vegetarian options: Good choices

Good food, friendly and helpful staff, relaxing atmosphere. Were a small group of 6-7 people and weve been doing family gatherings (Mothers Day, birthdays, etc.) for the past year at this laid back establishment. An extensive menu that wont break the bank leaves us fully satisfied. Excellent background music, played at just the perfect volume. My only wish is that more dessert options were available. But not a big deal - dont usually have room for dessert anyway P.S. try the warm spinach salad with marinated grilled chicken breast!

We stopped here on our way back from Toronto, it was a cold rainy night and we were met with what seems to be the neighbourhood pub with a comfortable welcoming atmosphere. Food was great and our server Lisa was excellent!

Customer service is beyond horrible! The guys are extremely rude and the wings I had was uncooked and after asking them they were rude about it. No social distancing and no masks! So be cautious!!!
Awesome patio and food, owners are very involved and awesome, servers are really amazing. The food comes out quickly and the food is also always perfect. We have becomes regulars here over the last few years and highly recommend. Great for the family also, we bring our 5 yr old often and she loves it.

The waitress/bartender on this evening was absolutely fantastic! Very attentive and courteous. The restaurant is clean! Especially the ladies restroom. The bar and tables were kept neat and clean. I enjoyed their Monday night wing special. The wings were fresh tasting. Cooked perfectly. My daughter enjoyed the kids spaghetti. She hates sauce and really doesnt eat so I was shocked that she really enjoyed the spaghetti. They definitely have my business going forward.
Worst ever place and management. Old Manager was so rude and the service is pathetic. I ll never want to visit it again.

This place is absolutely % fantastic, the food is awesome, super clean and very friendly, I like to thank The Frog & Crown for their accommodations in the celebration of my brother John , and I would also like to give a big thank you to Ashley, she is absolutely amazing, best waitress Ive ever met, if you want great food and service this is the place to be , my absolutely favorite dish is the Johnny Special with a Hard Mikes Lemon Aid . When Covid is over we all will be there to celebrate the victory of defeating this nasty virus.

Well this is a nice local pub. It have lots of space and a good layout. A real good place to spend time with you friends and watch a sports game of any type. The food was good and well presented. Nothing special, just your typical pub food, but done well. The staff was friendly and was always there just as I need an other beer. If are looking nice place to hang out, this is a great choice.
Ordered skin potatos, it was already made, they just warmed up, even the cheese was not fresh. To eat food from the microwave, I eat at home!

This is the second time I have eaten here with my Aunt. Both times I have loved being at the restaurant. The food is always really good and the owner is very sweet. He is very involved in the business and his staff are kind and well mannered. I have never had a bad visit.

Took 20 minutes for waitress to take order. 25 minutes later she said the food was not ready due to a backup in the kitchen. There were only 11 customers and 4 were only drinking at the bar. Did not try the food, left.
