I love their wide selections and everything taste wonderful. Their smoothies are a must try! It became my regular place, everything is fresh and tasty

Been ordering here since it opened during covid. Ordered hot honey chicken today and they loaded it with chili flakes. I was sweating profusely while eating it. Very upset and never eating here again.

Just picked up a chicken bowl and it s absolutely delicious. The girl at the counter was super nice and helped me choose. I ve never been here before but will definitely return.

Came in 20 minutes before close and Ana made my bowl for me. She was very kind and attentive will 100 percent be back!

The bowls are a perfect alternative to meal prepping when you get busy to ensure a nutritious meal The hot and honey bowl is great!

I like imperfect but my experience here at the York Mills location was not good. The cashier and front of house staff were not disorganized, really bad at communication and honestly the service sucked overall. After placing our order, they informed us they didn t have any of the non-upcharged protein, and that i would take a while to wait while they cooked more (15+ mins). The only protein they had, they would have to charge us extra for? I feel like this is something you tell customers beforehand. And if you don t have any other proteins, you should honestly be offering it to us free of charge. Just ended up leaving cause this place wasn t it- I don t recommend this location.

We got a large order for our monthly corporate meeting, so we picked up our order. I must say I was blown away. Sooooo fresh and delicious. I will return!

I ve been coming to this place for a couple of months now and it s time that I leave a review for those who are looking for a new healthy spot. I am always greeted and treated with outstanding customer service with their team and especially the manager Winnie! The food amazes me everytime I come to to this location (I also go to the queen street west location). The food is always fresh and made with love. I highly suggest this restaurant as it s my go to, and I officially retired going to any other healthy spots other than this restaurant. Try it out and trust me it ll make you want to continue your day with confidence and motivation!

My favorite place to get a healthy meal if I dont feel like cooking. I usually get the shrimp bowl. The shrimps are big, seasoned and cooked very nicely. The toppings are always fresh and the avocado is cut right in front of you. I find that I have to upsize to a large as well as double up on the protein otherwise it wont be enough for me. It comes out to about $25 which isnt too bad considering its one of the only healthy food options nearby. Staff are super nice and and the butterfly pea lemonade is so good!

I work alot on the road and sometimes i find it very difficult to find a healthy, fulfilling meal. Imperfect nailed all those spots for me. I felt satisfied and ready to tackle the rest of the day. The smoothie was great too! first impression was staff was very attentive and accommodating to a first timer! highly recommend and I will return.

I ordered an hour ago, but my order wasnt ready when I went to pick it up. Additionally, there are daily deals, but they charged me full price because I ordered online?? It doesnt make sense to me.

Been going here for a couple times already. Its our go to lunch after we go to the gym. But from what happened today, i do not think we want to come back. We order the same thing every time and request extra chicken. They used to give us good portions. Today was different. There was barely extra chicken. When we asked the staff, she answered us with so much attitude. This was the first we ever experience this. Other staff are usually nice and accomodating. Too bad.

Ordered a super green smoothie bowl and butterfly lemonade refresher. The smoothie bowl is delicious! They could do a better job blending however, there were some rather large chunks of frozen fruit. It tasted amazing and the toppings were great. The butterfly lemonade was refresher was ok, it was kind of bitter tasting and the colour not even close to what the menu shows. But overall, I d definitely go back

I found multiple huge frozen chunk of banana unblended while I tried to enjoy the overpriced smoothie bowl I had purchased. At this point it wasn t a smoothie bowl it was just chunks of frozen mango and banana. Extremely unsatisfied and overpriced for the quality of food I was served. They put ingredients in the smoothie bowl that were NOT mentioned in the description and details of what was supposed to be in it. The only thing that had flavour was granola. Dissatisfied with my time at imperfect. There is truly not much perfect at imperfect

The staff at this location are so lovely and sweet. The food is great, and I love the decor at this Imperfect Eats.

There is no imperfection in this place! Its my first time to order via uber, i was skeptical at first, but boy o boy, the build your own meal was to die for! The chicken was perfectly charred, all the veggies were fresh and good, add the peanut sauce too! Ill order again! Thank you!

I was about to grab lunch at Boustan, but noticed this new establishment that opened up next door, and decided to give it a try. I ordered a custom bowl with shrimp and kalbi beef. It was delicious! The staff was very nice and helpful with building my bowl. I will be coming back very often since I work close by.

I tried imPerfect last night, and was very happy that I did. There was a small error in my order, but Winnie, the manager reacted so nicely, it has made me want to go back. The meal was delicious and healthy, and Im very happy they have moved into York Mills and Leslie. Thanks Winnie for your outstanding customer service.

I cant say enough about how great this spot is. Ive been here about 6 separate times in the month theyve been open and I cant get enough. Excellent food and staff- very highly recommend checking this place out!

Very similar to chipotle. Portion is good but it s a little expensive. Not a lot of choice if you are vegetarian.

I come here almost every other day for lunch since I found out about this place! The charred chicken is excellent and my favourite. Its a must try. All my coworkers are also hooked ever since I recommended them to try it also. Great food!

I ve ordered from here twice now, first time it took a long time and they were so confused but it was shortly after they opened, it was all new staff. My bowl had SO much black rice and they forgot the dressing. Just ordered again, months later and the smoothie bowl was supposed to have bananas, blueberries, apples, mangos and fresh seasonal fruit. It only came with banana, kiwi and cantaloupe (???) in the bowl. Disappointing. Still decent food

The smoothie bowls are great for the warmer weather. Always made with Fresh fruits and very refreshing! Great food and service at this location. Definitely recommend!

Love this place. They serve the best salads. Always fresh and delicious. Unlike other salad bars, you can actually taste how clean the food is. They take great care to make sure food is fresh, clean and flavourful unlike other places/restaurants that serve their greens right out of the bag which is gross.

The Char Chicken Signature Bowl is a must try! I love how the toppings are so fresh. I don t feel any guilt out of eating the full serving! I highly recommend this place! 5+ STARS!!!

Tried this spot for the first time. The menu options are ok. I bought the miso lemongrass with tofu option. The meal was good and fresh. The prices are fairly high but I assume it s due to inflation and having a fresh menu. I found the sever to be non-chalant - for a new business I just thought it was off-putting. When I asked what was in a particular bowl she pointed at a menu by the cash register (You wouldn t know it was a menu unless someone pointed it out). Anyhow, I would like to try some other items and hopefully the service is a bit more welcoming.

I always have a great conversation with the staff here (although i always forget their names!) Theyre all so sweet and memorize my order because i make some adjustments to the signature bowl. I usually order the char chicken bowl (must try!) but today I wanted to try something new. The staff recommended surf and turf which has beef and shrimp for the protein. It was really delicious too! the usual sauce is a spicy peanut (but due to my nut allergy i changed it to the garlic aioli) and sweet thai sauce. I also tried their new butterfly lemonade and it was delicious and very pretty! (different colors). Definitely recommend this place if youre looking for healthy, flavourful and fresh food. I ordered my customized bowl from your place on uber eats on 24th of May. Despite what you claim, the ingredients were not fresh at all and the whole bowl was so soggy in general. I was disappointed that I paid 28$ for a bowl with that quality!

Hit and miss. Depending on when you go, the toppings can either be fresh or stale besides the roasted veggies which are always stale. Recently got my usual shrimp bowl and the shrimp was rancid because I got the runs shortly after. Hopefully management can improve on these things because when the toppings and shrimps are fresh, it s actually good.

I was here for a quick lunch and I m sure I will be coming back regularly. The food is great and the atmosphere is amazing everyone is very welcoming and friendly. You should give it a try. The food is so fresh and amazing I love how me as a Muslim could find a halal spot to bring my family the service is amazing everyone is so nice and one of the employees named Judi was so kind and wonderful she helped us pick a great item from the menu. A great place for healthy and delicious food! Their Char Chicken is a must try. They also have build your own bowl which has plenty of toppings and sauces to choose from. The smoothie bowls are great too, always freshly made and very refreshing. Staffs are very accomodating and friendly. Kudos to Diane for outstanding custumer service!

I frequent two of Imperfect s downtown locations. I m happy to say this one is just as good, with great food and great service. I m also glad the staff asks if cutlery is required. Far too many takeout places just throw in plastic cutlery whether you need them or not. Also, here, they use non-plastic forks. Parking: Plenty of parking in the plaza, though the closest part of the lot is shared with Longo s and an LCBO so it does get busy. Wheelchair accessibility: No automatic front door but there is enough room to maneuver once inside.

Theres a lot of options for salads, the vegetables were fresh and the charred chicken tasted great. The staff were friendly and the store is nice, clean and chill. Vegetarian options: Vegan/Vegetarian friendly. You can customize your salad bowls and a great selection of salad dressing.

Food and service

Food is good but supplies are low at times and what u ask for isn t always there. Management should try to substitute at least like add more of another item if they are running low on what u asked for instead of chintzing the meal. Not good service not good business. Service really depends on who u get, including management. And I ve only been there twice. Place is spacious and looks kinda new.
