Awesome place for parties and any occasion. Food is always fresh and delicious. In addition to a wide variety of dishes to appease your palate. Waiters are constantly asking if everything is fine, with great service along with a nice atmosphere. Highly recommend.

Food is fresh and tasty, a lot of varieties. Service is good as usual. Only one thing is disappointing - limited time to spend here. One hour and 45 minutes is not enough to celebrate the birthday party.

Mandarin Finch does not provide hot towels after meals for family groups or individuals celebrating a birthday, yet they do offer this service to other groups or those without a birthday celebration. I find this distinction perplexing. This is totally non sense. Parking: n/a

The buffet at this price range by a long shot. Large selection of good quality food. All the food tastes fresh. Definitely book a reservation ahead of time if possible as this location gets very busy at peak hours.

The customer service at this location and the level of respect for customers is horrible. Had to do a delivery order because of health situations and the food was delivered in a ripped open bag that was never stapled or sealed closed at the top in any way. Not safeguarded for any health provisions. One of the dishes empty with just sauce. Another dish was a soup of soy sauce. Both the delivery measures at point of sale and the actual food were of an insulting quality to distribute and serve. When I complained, the manager of this Mandarin location, that spoke with me let me know they did not care at all to help. 95 dollars and no food. Zero accountability. Thank you though Mandarin for the nice happy holidays card that came with the compromised inedible food. I guess that makes everything great. Definitely, over 3 decades of experience eating at this corporation s franchises, this North York location is consistently the worst place.

Amazing time out with my squad after exams, our waitress Sharon Lei was so sweet and everyone working there was so kind! Great food and value.

This is the perfect place to have a nice calming lunch after a stressful exam. Me and my friends came here today after finishing our finance exam. Sharon Lei really made us feel welcomed and provided us with the best experience we could have ever asked for. Highly recommend it to any students in the area.

My servers Sharon, Joanna, and Sean were very well informed and provided extraordinary customer service. This is the 6th time that I have come to this location in 1 calendar year. I strictly come to only this location. As I had promised that I would be coming here frequently which is exactly what I am doing. I noticed the new furniture too !!! Food no seasoning, service??? Its self service, atmosphere is great. Now delivery prices is an issue. If its all you can eat then on delivery I should receive 3 for 1 at that price, at least 2 for 1 again its all u can eat. The delivery should also reflect your brand!!!

Chinese food can be categorized by the country to which it has fused. I myself am aware of Chinese-Chinese, Chinese-American, Chinese-Korean food. This is a great Chinese-Canadian/American restaurant. The quality of the food is always great, though it is a buffet and the service and ambiance are just as spectacular.

Had an amazing lunch with my family at the Mandarin . We brought our 4 grandchildren here for the first time for a celebration and they loved it. We had amazing service by two very kind and great servers Kritika and Jim were very attentive and very good throughout our lunch and made it very special for my grandchildren.
