I was looking for a place to grab a bite while waiting to pickup my niece from work who recently started working in the vicinity and decided to give this place a go and it was somewhere around 5.20pm today. There was two women before me who were flirting and giggling with the guy behind counter and I never mind a brother having pleasant time and waited for my turn to order. It was what he did next really p!ssed me off. I ordered a chicken shawarma wrap and one of the ladies has ordered the same and he started making the two wraps side by side so it was very obvious to compare them. This guy loaded that womans wrap full of chicken while entertaining her with small talk and literally added half that amount of chicken to my wrap, which he made in a freaking torn pita bread missing a piece. However there was still some chicken left on the grill and he threw them back to the base of the rotisserie?? And as I was going through the wrap (which was tasted like a garden salad in a pita) I could see he added lettuce to make up for the chicken he didn t give me. Funny he even had the heart to offer the terminal with tip option, Ive never hit no tip so fast in my life lol. bro its okay to have fun but make sure you treat all your customers with unbiased service. Even the ones without a tight miniskirt and a city pouch. Wouldn t recommend this place unless you are willing to flirt for your food, so lame man.

The chicken was perfectly marinated and the falafel crispy and flavorful. The garlic sauce was a refreshing surprise light and fresh, unlike the usual creamy versions. The hummus was exceptionally fresh as well. Portions are generous, prices are reasonable, and the atmosphere is welcoming. Fadis personal touch and dedication to quality make this place a real gem. Highly recommended!

One of the best Shwarma Ive had. And if you listen to the servers recommendation you will be amazed at the taste you discover. I rediscovered tartar sauce here! I was served by Fadi who is the owner. I will not tell you the secret ingredients but when you come here ask Fadi to make you his famous secret tartar sauce for your fries. Let him know I urged you to try it. Great atmosphere, clean restaurant and great choices.

I hosted a family dinner, and Fadi prepared the most amazing trays of food. The beef, chicken, falafels, rice, and vegetables were all delicious, beautifully crafted, very nicely presented, and all for a very reasonable price.

I ve been here once in the past so I was surprised to find out that it s under new management, nonetheless the new owner was inviting, friendly and very welcoming. He suggested I try out the mixed plate and I did I loved the mixed shawarma plate!! Definitely going to be one of my favourite dishes at this spot. So if you re looking for something to try, I would say go with that. Enjoy!!

Ive been dining there for years and they have the best chicken shwarma plate I ever had. The meat is perfect, super fresh and crisp veggies, excellent garlic sauce, perfect yellow rice. Very reasonable priced.

One of The Best Shawarma Platter I have had in Toronto. Chicken tastes great , juicy and tasteful. So is the Salad with fresh Veggies.

I love shawarma, but the beef platter I got today was below average. It wasnt so bad that I couldnt eat it, but the beef wasnt great; it was very chewy and the rice was pretty bland.

Ive been here a few times well but havent gone in awhile, stopped in for a quick bite and I must say that something has changed. Not sure if the business was recovering from COVID restrictios but the quality of the food has gone down. I ordered a chicken swarma ,the chicken was dry and almost not edible, this was the first time that I have had any complaints about the food. I am hoping that this is not the new standard, becuse its very low, however I am willing to give it another try a in a couple month. Lets hope by that time any lingering issues will be gone and this star rating goes up or else I wont be back.

I had the chicken shawarma wrap and a side of fries - PLEASE NOTE that if you order on UberEats it gives you the option of lettuce, tomato and onion as your toppings and you can remove each of these if you want. However, lettuce means salad so you will also get green pepper and cucumber. Picky eaters be warned. Otherwise it was very tasty, delicious well-seasoned chicken, crispy fries.

Bad customer service, we wanted to get the Tuesday special and the guy working refused and only sold it for regular price, the bread and fallafel tasted no good.

Had the beef-poutine shawarma, it was soooo bad. The fries were not properly cooked, was soft. The beef had no seasoning and also tastes terrible. Only reasons I was able to eat it (not fully), it because I was starving and I made sure the guy put extra hot sauce. Never again, hopefully.

Went there because of majority of positive reviews and this was the first time in my life I felt so disgusted and disappointed eating out food. Got served spoiled soup, shawarmas and shawarma platters were garbage to say the least , the guy behind the counter (he was the only person working there and the restaurant was empty) was pretty unfriendly and didnt believe when he was told the soup was spoiled. Please stay away from this place and save your money and nerves and choose an authentic Mediterranean restaurant with no sketchy vibes! Seriously! Id rather go hungry all day than visit this place ever again, not even for free!!!

I had the chicken shawarma, and it is the best shawarma I have ever had. I have tried a variety of shawarma places across Toronto, and you will not find anywhere else that is better. Ill be sure to come back.

Walked in for a take out. I saw the meat was still very raw. The shawarma taste was very very disappointing. I found lot of burnt residue inside the wrap which i guess was due to cooking on the flat grill and i doubt it was cleaned from other day. Only thing fresh were the vegetables. I just had to garbage it after a single bite. Wish i could rate less. I understand business is low due to COVID but that is not an excuse for service.

This place is close to my work. The owners are really nice guys and give generous portions. I will typically get a shawarma plate, which comes in at $10.

I gave this place one last chance and tried to avoid it for the longest time for obvious reasons. Im not sure if its the same owner or just new staff that dont know how to cook properly. I ordered the food yesturday and it was disgusting. The rice is stale and no seasoning, same with the fries. Chicken and Beef shawarma meat tasted fishy and had bones. My family and I woke up this morning with food poisoning and will be getting health inspections involved. This place needs a change or to be shut down!

It s closed they didn t update the time

Im changing my review. Every time I come here the guy charges me a different price and begs me to pay cash. I never said anything because it was always around 25c-50c then started increasing to $1+ because he probably thought I was easy to take advantage of. Like hell charge me 10 for a box of baklava even though its cheaper on Uber with tax! Well, I guess hes right cause I never said anything.

I have eaten here 50+ times Fresh vegetables, excellent kafta recipe which I believe is an old family recipe, crispy and flavourful falafel. Chicken + Beef is authentically seasoned which (not overly seasoned). Garlic sauce is freshly made which is not always the case.The main guy appears cold at first but I learned has a heart of gold and is passionate about his place. Check this place out (chicken kabob salad///falafel salad my favourite)

The chicken shawarma wasnt roasted or shawarma at all. It was just raw chicken breast sitting out at room temperature and then cooked on the flattop. Horrifying in terms of food safety.

Ordered two beef kebob platters and i must say well done for giving one kebob and cutting in small pieces and calling it two kebob plate the food tastes aweful i guess you get what you pay for .

I ordered the combo with filet mignon and chicken kebab plate. The quantity of meat was very small. The meat was cut in what can only be called micro chunks. The meat was overcooked and rough. The rice was cold and without flavour. Normally middle eastern restaurants give a piece of pura with a plate. None was given here This place is simply not worth it.

A hidden gem. Really nice falafels and salad. Very courteous and friendly service as well. I am a regular here now and am glad to be able to support a local business. 5 stars!

My go to selection is chicken Shawarma poutine with extra cheese, extra garlic sauce, extra tahini and extra hot sauce. It s been tough with the Pandemic for so many local businesses but I m glad they re still open. Support your local restaurants. Old post 2018: Been going here for 2 years now and some change. I love the place. Their chicken shawarma wrap, plate with rice, and my favourite, chicken shawarma poutine is fantastic. The chicken is tender and juicy, and always consistent. Great balance of tahini and hot sauce, garlic and hummus. To top it off, they do a great job at trying to remember your preference, making your experience more personal. In short, FIVE stars and I recommend Orfus Wrap and Grill to anyone wanting a plate of Shawarma. TRY THE SHAWARMA POUTINE!!!

Been eating here for 11 years here. This is my familys favorite middle eastern food restaurant in the entire gta. We have tried a lot of different places but there is nothing that comes close to the taste and consistency of this joint. I really hope they never change ownership and make it through this pandemic.

We arrived at the very last moments of their working hours but they were so nice and didn t pressure us to hurry or... I can t say the shawarma was the best but it s quality was acceptable specially for their reasonable cheap prices.

Took me a little bit to find this place as it was tucked away. Small cute little mom and pop shop! Came in on a Friday for a late lunch, ordered the small Greek salad with chicken. Easily one of the best falafel places in this area. Falafels are made in front of you and come steaming hot. Owners and workers are extremely friendly and as the owner said it himself - the best falafels in the area.

Ordered through ritual and asked for no salad and easy on the sauce. Got half of my meal.with salad and lots of sauce and I cant even eat it. Not sure how hard it is to look at an order and follow it through but apparently theh cant do it here. Never coming back.

The best wraps in the city and staff are friendly

Their burgers are so underrated. Sure the burger priest next door is well known and can make fancy burgers, but its not as good as the beef/cheese/double cheese burgers from this place. Its simple but really good in my opinion. Definitely worth a try!

As a costumer who has been dining at Orfus Grill for 10+ years almost once a week I have to tell you this place cannot be beat. Anytime I want a healthy well balanced meal I find myself coming here. The restaurant is always spotless and the staff are friendly and welcoming. Their Shawarma, chicken kebab, and kofta plates, wraps, and lentil soup are all healthy and delicious with huge portions at an amazing price.
