I don't think I've ever seen a place with such small portions sizes. We were absolutely shocked. You could practically count the noodles.
It was my first time visiting here. I asked the staff for a recommendation and she asked me in detail about my tastes. I like dried noodles, so I decided on sesame noodles and medium spiciness. I also ordered chicken skewers. I ordered takeout and surprisingly, it took a long time for the food to be served. I've been trying Chinese food, but unfortunately this dish doesn't suit my taste. Because it was dried noodles, there was no soup, so it felt dry. The skewers have a subtle Chinese seasoning scent. The staff here are so friendly that I would like to visit again. I want to try noodles with broth. Not enough stars as it wasn't delicious yet.
🎉Pan Pan Noodle Bar offers a great deal with a bowl, a side, and a drink for under $16! 💰 Their signature dish is the pan-fried noodles, but my personal favorite is their burning noodles. You can choose your own toppings🍜 and spice level—I recommend the braised tofu, minced pork, and beef brisket, which are surprisingly tender and juicy. Other must-tries include 🍢the beef skewers (tender and meaty with a slight fatty taste), the saliva chicken (spicy but not overwhelming) and the crispy and juicy chicken cartilage! Food was delicious and reasonably priced. The mens washroom on the other hand, was in a revolting state. Both the toilet and the urinal looked like they had not been cleaned for weeks (or maybe ever), it was very disgusting. I have no idea why it was allowed to get that bad.
One of the best noodle places I've been to. Full of flavour, good portion size, noodles are firm yet soft, lotsa sauce and ingredients. Also, pay with cash and you get a small discount. One warning though: if you want spicy, you'll get spicy!
Food is flavourful. Pretty good combo prices. Good services.
This place is wonderful if you want truly authentic Wuhan food! The sesame lovers noodles is exactly like the noodles we would eat in China - definitely brought me back to my childhood! In addition, my family loved the beef noodles which had a fantastic beef flavour. The Soft Inside was just as described - incredibly soft and melts in your mouth blissfully! This place holds such a special place in our hearts - both for sentimental reasons and also for the incredibly delicious food that stands on its own! A must go for anyone who wants a taste of authentic Wuhan street eats.
[Choose spice levels carefully!! Hottest level is quite quite spicy] I haven’t seen a Wuhan specialty food place for a while. The sesame noodles have lots of different sauces, which is not the most authentic flavour, but this shop does a good job making it tasty. 豆皮很香,就是低面的的料少了点。 The drinks are also good, I would recommend the soy milk or mung bean soup to go with everything. Overall wait time is short, and everything was nicely packaged.
Isn t worth the price, doesn t even fill up the bowl ..
Hot dry noodles are delicious
The heavy oil siomai is very authentic! It smells like Master Zhao! The tofu skin is also super delicious!
I liked sesame lover noodles with beef
A1 original sesame noodles for $8.99. Yum!
Favorite place for hot dry noodles, prices are also pretty good per bowl!
Fried noodles, rice noodles, and bean skin noodle nests are all delicious
