The kind lady serving us advised us that PiCo has no alternative takeout options except for the pizza box. That saddened us because my 6 yr old granddaughter learned about the importance of recycling and sustainability at school. So, the nice lady offered to let us use the tray that they bake the pizza in, as long as we promised to return it to her when done. That s what we did. We were elated at the prospect

I always try to make my pizza with the girl called Tamanna (I believe this is her name). Always found very very professional and well mannered. Doesn t matter how many times we bother her with so many things or toppings, she never gets confused & served in an exact way I want! Bravo! This is called professional!

Went there on a time crunch and I kindly asked man with glasses to put the spicy sausage on half so that my 5 year old and I could share a pizza. He begrudgingly mumbled to another staff and sloppily mixed the ingredients purposefully against what I requested. I then asked if he could kindly move it to one side and then picked it up and dropped it in the same spot. Then when our pizza was ready it was still mushy and probably the worst experience Ive had yet. My son loves this pizza place but I dont think I would order from here again because that man made our pizza under cooked and just horrible customer service.

Tried a different pizza here but the staff is slow.

I went here on wednesday August 7 around 8pm and there were two workers there one with a hijab and one without i was being served by the one without a hijab. She was rude from the beginning of making my custom pizza. I also noticed that her gloves were dirty with other ingredients before making my pizza. She was dropping ingredients in other bins before me and let some of those ingredients in my pizza. Then when I asked for bacon she heard banana peppers. So she put it on my pizza, I understand this was simply a mistake but rather than just apologizing for this mistake and correcting it she (very rudely) insisted that I did indeed ask for banana peppers. After settling this her body language was just so rude. She rudely took off the banana peppers with her very dirty gloves. She then put it in the oven for a much shorter time than usual (Ive come here before and other workers left the pizza in the oven for a decent amount of time to make sure it is fully cooked). I assumed it was fine to eat since this was never a mistake a worker has made in the past so I ate the pizza. The same night i woke up in shivvers because I got sick with what I can only assume is food poisoning because I have vomited out the pizza as well as diarrhea and a fever of 38-39°. She should receive much more training and supervision from a manager while serving future customers.

Usually we have a positive experience here but this time we had terrible service. I made an order and paid at 7:47pm for 2 pizzas. My sister and I arrived at the pick up spot at the counter around 8:10pm. One worker looked straight at us and proceeded to ignore us. After helping a customer, the other worker told us to join the end of the line to order. We told him that we ordered online and we were just picking up. He didnt understand and repeatedly told us to join the back of the line. After a few back and forths, he finally seemed to understand that we made an online order. The two workers proceeded to help multiple other customers while ignoring us. While they helped the other customers, we waited for them to hand us our pizzas. We attempted to make eye contact several times with the workers but they never acknowledged us. My sister then joined the end of the line because she felt this was the only way to get their attention. One worker then approached us and asked us if we would like to order. We told her that we made our online order 30 minutes ago and we were waiting to pick up. She then turned around and took our pizzas out of an insulated bag and said that they had been ready the whole time. She then asked us to confirm my name. Her coworker then approached us and said that he thought we were making an online order (while there in person). He then accused us of not giving my name to pick up our order, even though we had already told him before that we were there to pick up an order. He was adamant that he thought we were ordering online (there in person) and that our pizzas were ready to be picked up if we had just given our name. He continued to blame us for not giving our name and asking for the pizzas. By the time we got back to the car, it was 8:23pm. Also, I didnt order tomatoes as a topping on my pizza and I just opened the box to tomatoes on my pizza.

Tasty pizza but ridiculously overpriced at $16 with tax for a cheese pizza. Used to be a great pick when it was a lot cheaper and better staff ran the place.

I highly recommend this pizza place, especially the staff member today. I came to pick up my order late, and he kindly put the pizza in a thermal bag to keep it warm. Great service!

I was at Fairview Mall, wanted Pizza and WOW, so glad I tried PICO. I got the Make Your Own, with unlimited toppings. It was very fresh, tasty and served piping hot. Staff were very friendly and professional. A bit pricey, but worthwhile for what you are getting.

Today for lunch, my Mom and I had Pi Co. Pizza Bar at the CF Fairview Mall location! I had The Richmond pizza which was really tasty!! I also had a Skor cookie for dessert. The pizza was quick to make, about 2-3 minutes! Talk about fast and efficient service for pizza!! Thanks to the gentleman at Pi Co. Pizza Bar at Fairview Mall for your positive attitude and helping out my Mom on making her a pizza.

Oh I love the pizza, it s handmade, extremely soft crust . I usually have margarita pizza, it is amazing. The best part is they are really quick on serving. The staff is also very helpful and friendly. Whenever is go to Fairview mall, I end up eating pizza from here. The prices are also good, I can t say they are as cheap as Burger King and all but the pizza like this the price they charge are fine.

I ordered the PICO Cheese which is a Standard. Sadly the Mozzarella cheese was flavourless. This Company shouldnt race to the bottom on quality of their basic ingredients. Perhaps use a quality Supplier like Montreals Saputo.

Today the pizza was ordered through Skip The Dishes for pickup. A huge improvement, ingredients were now generous and plentiful on the Pizza. By the time I arrived, it is ready. Revised to 5 stars. Third time and first time to have pie delivered. Promotion from Instagram pick your own for $10.00. But very disappointed, the ingredients are sparse, and very little. This confirms that this location is not very generous. First time at this location. Seeing the pizza pie being prepared was a pleasant experience. The chap was skilful, prompt and courteous, he has a British accent, very distinguished. Margherita pizza was soft, chewy, flavourful, the base tomato sauce was nice and not acidic, plentiful well spread out mozzarella cheese. I could use more Basil though. At Fairview mall food court, clean, airy dining area, I enjoyed the Pi. Plenty of parking. 14 dollars well spent.

Im usually a fan of PiCo but this location was a huge disappointment. Much like other reviews have stated, the service here is horrible. I placed my order through their app to save time. It was supposed to be ready for pick up at 2:08pm. I arrived at 2:15pm and they did not have it ready - they actually did not even know about the order because they had to look it up and print out the order. They told me I would have to wait 5 minutes but I knew it was going to take longer than that. After 10 minutes of waiting, I decided to ask if my order was ready. This time it was a different worker and he told me just give us two minutes only after I saw him finding the printed order on the table which means they had not even gotten the order prepped yet. I told him that they had told me 5 minutes already and Ive been waiting 10 minutes. Only then he said Ill do it for you right now. I was really frustrated because I had placed my order at 1:48pm and I just watched as people who ordered after me get their order before me. I waited almost an hour since I placed my order for it to be ready. This is not acceptable.

Its a bit too pricey for the quality. Also, they forgot to cut my pies haha

Worst pizza ever had 20$ for a pizza . Prize is high that is fine but quality is low grade. Uncooked dough. Topping not spread properly. One side completely uncooked. Never ever tried this pizzas. Cardboard pizza.

My friend and I had a disappointing experience at Pi Co Pizza Fairview when we ordered Margherita pizza. We encountered an Indian lady who was incredibly rude and unhelpful, disregarding our ingredient preferences. Surprisingly, when I inquired about the manager, it turned out to be the same lady. We were taken aback by how someone lacking empathy and patience with customers could hold a managerial position. I urge Pi Co Pizza Fairview to address this complaint as constructive feedback and take appropriate actions.

Ordered a bogo deal from Uber eats for 2 margaritas. 1 pizza got delivered. Called in and the employee wouldnt rectify the situation even after I said Id drive to pick up the extra za. Dont really care about the free za, just the lack of appreciation of the customer. I would never treat one of my customers that way. Weak sauce.

Got a side spring salad, good amt of toppings and the service was friendly but after I opened the box I realized it was only about half full. Wish they could be a bit more generous with the arugula!

This place was amazing! My mom and I went out to eat at Fairview Mall and we wanted to try something else. We both found Pi. Co is very interesting. We both got The Richmond Pizza! The pizza was appetizing, mouth-watering, soft crust, great ingredients and more to go! The service was very fast! They were also super kind and helpful! Cost $22.08, very good. Would eat here again!

Tasty pizza made right in front of your eyes and you can even add ingredients. The dough is less oily and lighter than most pizzas. They have gluten free options which is great as the quality and taste remain. A must try!

Used to be good but they started cutting on toppings - youre getting half the cheese & sauce. When you ask them to do the pizza the way they did previously, they want to charge you extra. Not honest, wont be coming back.

Ive passed by this place many times and when I finally decided to try it, I repeatedly asked myself why I didnt try it sooner. The food was delicious! The pizza was fresh, crispy and cooked to perfection. The garlic dip paired perfectly with our pizza. They have a good variety of toppings to choose from and the service was fast and friendly!

Waited 2 hours for them to prep a door dash order which never came.

The best pizza in toronto, a-lot of toppings to choose from but you can just put everything you want. the staffs really help you out so you can get the best pizza for the price that you pay for. Pizza cooks in less than 2 minutes (best 2 minutes of my life)

I would believe you will want to handle this privately. Tried to give them another chance, same lady who initially gave me a poor experience did it again, she lacks basic communication skills, when asking to place an order she responds with why not?. I have no idea how you are still employing this person, they are useless and only damage your business.

Interesting take of pizza. Definitely very quick and decent value. Unlimited toppings when you make your own but just don t pile it one as it won t cook through in the 785 degrees oven. Not the best pizza I ve ever had but it sits above PizzaPizza, Dominos and PizzaNova. Well worth a try. I would have given it but the crust tasted a bit bitter from the oven charring it.

I had the worst customer service i ever experienced there, the young lady doesnt want to work there and she has a real problem, I simply told her to wait 2 minutes to confirm my order in a flick she got angry. Its the best pizza I have had in Canada. I liked how they try to maintain the hygiene and freshness of the toppings. The staff was so good and friendly even when the store was busy. They are really quick in serving your pizza on time. Good price for a craft yours pizza and the taste is worth it. I would highly recommend this Pi co.

I love Pi Co. and their Neapolitan-style pizzas. I ve been to almost all the locations in the GTA because I get a Margherita every time I see one and because they give free pizzas on the opening dates of a new location. Unfortunately, the amount of basil at this location was a little disappointing.

Ordered a Margherita and a build-your- own pizza. Pretty tasty pizza even after the butchered delivery by Doordash. After reviving it in the oven there was plenty of thin crust, chewy goodness with just a bit of crisp. Nicely seasoned. Toppings tasted fresh and flavourful, even the ground sausage tasted real. Impressive from a pizza chain. Took away 1 star for inaccuracy or invisible topping - I ordered arugula as a topping on the build-your- own (the half with meat in the picture). I dont see anything that resembles arugula. Do you?

Thin crust pizza dont need to be loaded and these guys are great! Its rare to find thin crust pizza done right in front of you and brings good memory of Europe. Kids fav is pizza margarita, simple and cheesy!

As a pizza enthusiast, Pico Pizza Bar is an amazing place to grab a pie. Fairview Mall, especially, have the best service. I love the pizza there and my wife love their salads. Definitely one of the best pizzas in Toronto. The toppings are super fresh and it is amazing that you can customize your own pizza. They also have the best creamy garlic dip I have ever had in my life. It is worth the visit!

I went to the Fairview mall to order 3 pizzas my hand was over the glass and the manager of this location was so rude and obnoxious that I have never seen as I was so nice to the girl that was working there. She was shocked of how rude this guy was. I put him in his place by telling him off as this is not the way to talk to people nevertheless a customer will never go there again. Pizza was not that great anyways.
