Love this place. I come by at least once or twice for lunch during the week. I really enjoy the poutine and think the portion size is perfect. Not sure if there's different staff on the weekend, but shoutout to the two girls working there during the week - they're both so friendly and have excellent customer service skills

We went there excited to try the chicken Shawarma, food is so pricy we pay 82 dollars for 5 shawarma wraps and a very small fries. The girl was sweeping the floor and she started cutting the shawarma before she used the gloves, she put it on after we saw her. The garlic sauce did not taste good. We were so disappointed!!

Ordered the combo regular wrap with side and drink. Wrap was yummy and healthy. Garlic potatoes were ok types.
It is the mall, this place is in its food court. Pita Land. I look up and see several screens with what they offer. My brain is trying to figure it out, but then my eyes dart to the posters below. The exclusive deals for this location. Gyro wrap and pop $7.99. Simple. I get that. The girl makes it and i go take a seat and try it out. It is pretty good, a nice quick bite for an alright price.
Oh my God!!! This place is a blessing. It is hands down the best shawarma I’ve ever had and I’ve been to all over Middle East. I’m so hooked on to their shawarma poutine and played. Ambreen is so nice and makes the food like she’s making for her guests at home. She always has a smile on her face. Ive been coming here for last couple weeks on regular basis for my lunch break. Never I had a bad experience. Quantity is good. Prices are amazing for the healthy and good food that I get. Can’t go wrong!!! Money well spent here every time.
Ive been to many other shawarma joints however I’ve never been satisfied for several reasons including uncooked chicken and rude staff. I’ve always had a good experience at Pitaland especially at Lawrence Square Mall. Very nice staff, amazing food and reasonable price! Highly recommended!

Staff was kind and fast. The chicken souvlaki wrap was delicious!
There was too much salt on the fries. When I went to the doctors they said my blood pressure was a little high. All because I told her when my daughter had ordered from here. There was too much sauce. The woman who was serving me had an attitude. Therefore I believe she put too much salt on the food on purpose. Shes evil!
I don t usually leave feedback and reviews; but this place is one of the excemptions. The place has an awesome staff (lady) and service, very tasty and variety of offerings at a right price!
Drove 20mins all the way to this location and got there at 8:30 but they said the food is finished and couldn t serve me even tho they close at 9.

I never seen worse than this location customer service. The food is terrible. Customer service is horrible and very bad attitude , with zero English to communicate .I would not recommend to anyone to eat or drink anything at this place.
Staff dont know how to wrap shawarma. Chicken wasnt fresh. Low quality of all the ingredients is used. Over priced.

Absolutely amazing experience with Karmi on Friday Sept 30 @ Lawrence pita land. She was very friendly and took the time to explain the different toppings etc and made great suggestions. Food was delicious and plentiful! Even told me about the shawarma plate special on Tuesday. I ll be there!
I visited monday/oct/24 on lunch time, I got the gyro wrap and it was awesome! The lady that made it did a great job, will definitely be back :)

Ive been going to Pita Lands all across GTA for over 8 years. I hardly give negative reviews, but man this place.. Never had such a light chicken shawarma plate box from any Pita Land location. Its super chince here. They barely give any rice, meat, or vegetables. Even worst, we were specific on our order on Uber Eats. They got all the orders super wrong. Either missing hot peppers, adding hummus and turnips on plates when not requested. Love Pita Land, but avoid this location if you want to get what you paid for and not get ripped out on quantity of food.
ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING AND REPULSIVE. We ordered here today, and there were 3 SEPARATE hairs found in my chicken kebab bowl. Soo disgusting. After the first hair was found, I told myself okay... gross. but atleast its unlikely it s more than one and i found it but then I FOUND TWO MORE. SO HOW MANY DID I EAT? disgusting
Too much price for bad lettuce and hummus. Atleast change it from the display. Its gross. The hummus and stale lettuce. Came to get food but ran to mcdonalds when I saw the dried out hummus and dark golden letttuce
This location is open but not staffed (or left unattended) during the lunch hours it seems. All stores adjacent to it were operating. I reached there around 12:40pm on 5/25/2021. There was no one at the counter. I waited till 1pm and then decided to get lunch somewhere else.

Very bad shawarma . They barely give you any meat . Its all vegetables. Meat is not good quality either . Wont go there anymore.

The food was amazing and delicious, it tasted very fresh and the meat was very high quality. The costumer service from Arsalan And Shazzy was amazing and they made me feel like I was a guest in their own house. The prices were amazing for the quality of the food. 10/10 would highly recommend to all my friends and family members
Very good food here, person named Abla was very nice and prepared my food with love. Would recommend this place to everyone. Their beef is really good. You should try the lentil soup with some chicken in it, it s super good . Thank you for your kind service.

Place scammed me by charging 13 bucks for a large gyro wrap when the plate is $13.49 and the regular wrap is $5. Worker never disclosed the price and the price isnt on the menu either. Be transparent to customers that is willing to support your business.

I used to come to the Greek restaurant that occupied this space for 15 years. It was good with decent prices. I agree the prices are higher at Pita land but its in line with other high end quick service restaurants and the shawarma here is so much better than the old places. For the food alone this place is worth a stop. Ive been back several times already. I know the rent in this location has gone up and is the reason why the old places are moving out and being replaced with new stores but that also means they have to charge more to stay in business.

Decent customer service but small expensive food items. A small shawarma costs like 8dollars+tax and the chicken shawarma poutine is trash dont expect any chese curds on them ur paying 14dollars for a trash poutine. The shawarma tastes ok but expensive

Less portion of food, OVER PRICED for the location its in, Owner of this location needs to be more reasonable for the pricing, It makes no sense to pay $19 for a chicken shawarma plate & $3 for a 7up can. Its not even a fine dine in.

Pitas Land at Lawrence square mall is a great place to eat at. The food is very delicious and the server was very nice and friendly. I would recommend this place to all my friends and family.

This review might be biased as Im comparing it to the Pita Pavilion that used to occupy this space. The new Pita Land has dishes priced about 2x more than what it replaced which is way overpriced for the low income neighborhoods that surround this mall. Alot of high school students frequent this food court and theyre not likely to spend $15+ on lunch. For this reason the lineup queue here is always next to non-existent. Further to that, if you are willing to pay the high menu price, you get handed very small portions and the taste is really nothing special. Luckily the old Pita Pavilion has moved nearby on Marlee. Im happy to make the 10 minute walk to get higher quality food with bigger portions at a lower price. Not sure what these guys are thinking!
The best shawarma spot ever! Shazzy, Arsi, and Rizzy have the best customer service! Shawarma is excellent and the most fresh! Highly recommend this spot!

Overpriced. Food quality is meh, salty. I do like their potatoes - those are good. Otherwise the service is pretty poor. They charge for additional toppings like feta cheese. I had a pretty bad experience there today where the staff themselves made an error on a customers order and tried to get the customer to pay for their mistake. Dont ask them to pay for their order before they choose what they want. That is poor customer service..
