Went for breakfast on a Sunday morning. Was seated promptly and service was quick. This is the kind of place we really enjoy for breakfast. The place overall is dated and a bit tired looking but it s made up for with the food. It was breakfast, and it was great. The home fries were fantastic!

This is our first order on Uber eats for this restaurant. You surpassed our expectations. Thank you to the chef for our perfectly prepared food on the morning of 08/2nd Everything from the cook, seasoning and plating of our order was 5* We just found our new go too. You may think this is a fake review but its not. We have never had an order where our eggs were non greasy. these were fluffy, pure white and perfectly cooked . Thank you again.

The food was delicious, our waiter was very amazing, the waitresses for other tables were kind, the service was fast, and even on a Saturday at 11am, we were seated right away. A great cozy breakfast worth every penny!

It was okay... went at abt 1130am, ordered breakfast, food was ok, service was fast, but theres a limit of 1.5hrs... so expect to be asked to leave. Decor is old and drab, needs a face-life and dusting and a good cleaning. Dont think Ill return anytime soon. Food : 3/5

Better than Wexfords ! I had regularly driven past this place during the last 15 years, and never knew it existed. Inside, it is one large space divided into 4 cosy sections, the decor is fresh and bright. Our service from Angela was excellent, both our breakfast dishes were perfect, and the price was very reasonable. I would definitely come to Valley Fields again. Parking: We were able to take the only parking spot available, late on a Monday morning, so I would anticipate parking here for Saturday or Sunday lunch could be a challenge...

Always great breakfast/brunch at valley fields. I always make the mistake of asking for the home fries extra crispy and not asking for them to be fried... I wish the servers would realize what I think its obvious Im asking for, because they are never crispy at all when they are cooked on the flat top...

This hidden gem never disappoints! Great value, great service and great food. Portions are large and the atmosphere is homey. The owners are very welcoming and takes the time to come by and say hi and ask how you are. All the staff are amazing. I have never had a bad experience here whatsoever. I work in the area and have been here often with colleagues. This past weekend I took my family there and they were just as impressed. My 11 year old son ordered a Philly Cheesesteak for breakfast (lol), and it was huge and delicious. He was able to clean off the plate cause he said it was so good! This family restaurant is a must try if youve never been.

Breakfast was great. Place is well known and has a lot of traffic. Only downside is having to wait for a table so a reservation is highly recommended.

Its OK I only went for breakfast had the eggs Benedict home fries not so good. Boiled potatoes thrown on the flat top not my cup of tea.

Found this place quite randomly on apple maps. Ordered a Farmer s harvest or something and ended up getting the whole farm on my table. One of the few places in the city that knows what basted eggs are, sausages are okay, pancakes are not oversweet, coffee is very diner like and avoid the ham if you can. The bacon slices are so thick, I had to treat them like thin slices of steak. The lady waiting all the tables was a pro and handled everything quick and with care. Brilliant experience which is why I will leave this place with a 5 star and never come back (I think the experience peaked at first try).

Go there every weekend for breakfast as its the best place in the neighborhood for a great tasteing breakfast . Parking: plenty of spots both in frontnand behind

I like to come here every Wednesday. I treat myself to a restaurant breakfast as I make my own the rest of the work week. Its a nice, cozy restaurant and the prices are very reasonable. All my breakfasts have tasted good. And the server is a delightful person who really knows her job.

Went here on August 4th, 2023 and came alone. The server who was a lady (i think may be one of the owners idk) was very sweet and friendly. She took my order right away and gave me a drink to start off and not even 10mins later or so, my food was already out and it was very good. I would definitely recommend this place and plus, the prices are not as bad as the other populace breakfast food chains!!

Classic breakfast spot but the portions are sooooo good for the money. I had an avocado and peameal eggs Benny. The peameal was so perfectly toasted and the whole thing was so creamy and delicious. I had hardly finished my meal and was already looking forward to the next visit.

My wife had a doctors appointment nearby and we have both officially given up on Tim Hortons trash breakfast. Found this place on Google and wasnt disappointed. Only had the breakfast but they offer a wide range of options. Good old fashioned establishment with quality food and great coffee. Way better than something like Sunset Grill and the service was top shelf. You cant go wrong with this one. Reasonably priced and great quality.

Breakfast entrees looked good, place is loved by locals. Looked like only one person waiting on tables - when asked about daily specials was told to look at board. Only refilled coffee once. Fish and chips on menu says house battered - came not as advertised, just 2 small pieces of frozen fish you can buy at grocery store. Place is small, feels cramped, gets noisy when busy.

Family style Greek place. Gas big portions, friendly staff thats been here for 20+ years. Foods great, reasonably, priced and have a good assortment of menu. Affordable big breakfast and most Greek type fare like souvlaki is always delicious.

Spent 15 minutes waiting to be seated without a greeting or a heads up on when we would be seated. They gave a table to someone who walked in after we waited for 15 minutes. Also the blonde waitress is extremely sassy and passive aggressive. Accused my friends of dining and dashing when I know for a fact they paid and had a receipt to prove it. Lost a long time customer today.

Would give zero stars if I could. The waitress messed up my bill, so a different waitress came back with the updated copy.The next time I came back to eat they accused me of dining and dashing. The time before there was raw batter in my pancakes. So I asked for a new one, they came back burnt because the first ones were not cooked enough.

First of all I m a bit picky and was surprised at how great the coffee is here. Puts STRBKS to shame. I would come back just for the coffee. Breakfast was fresh, fast and tasty and the service was very good. I ll be back!

FIVE STARS!!! They let me bring my own coffee mug in!!! Their mugs are good also but mine is better.

Cute restaurant recommended by a stranger we asked if he knew anything in the area. Its almost full but we get a seat right away. Black coffee for me , they dont have a espresso machine or non dairy. I order the pancakes 3 huge blueberry pancakes, i only eat half of one pancake. My boyfriend order scrambled eggs and pancakes. Nothing fancy at all. He ordered home fries, they are very gross tasting. This restaurant has to step up the presentation, and also offer more variety on the plate instead of heaps of one item.

Went to sunset grill this morning they made me wait 40 minutes outside and let 3 families whom all arrived after me go in first, once the 3rd family went in before went to the this amazing place vally fields down the street. They greeted me warmly and I was in the door with order placed within 2 minutes. The staff are 100% more friendly .

I went there last week with a group of five, and our sever who was the old lady with the dirty blonde hair and glasses was so rude, she messed up the bill and over charged me 20 bucks and when brought to their attention they rolled their eyes and angers brought me a new one. Never going back such bad service would not recommend. The place is old and trashy and smells like cigarettes.

My women friends and I have been going to Valley Fields after morning tennis for years. The food is always good and the waitress is great. You can tell she s an experienced server. Today the place was packed when we arrived and we were prepared for a wait, but in a very short time we were served and nobody was waiting for their food or bills. I don t know how she did it!!

Always amazing food and great service!

A good family restaurant with very friendly staff and the usual home-style breakfast menu. It is somewhat hidden in a small plaza with parking. Overall, the food is good and the portions are reasonable but, it s definitely not the most memorable even compared to similar restaurants around the area.

Asked for veggies instead of toast and home fries with our steak and eggs, very disappointed to be told no substitutions. Wow this is 2019 not 1950. Will never go back.
