They are open early morning, often I get my breakfast and lunch here, price is reasonable! Come and try!

The customer service here is amazing! I ordered catering from them for my son s baptism for a Sunday. The owner was going to come in just for my catering order even though they aren t open on Sundays. Unfortunately, our son got sick and we had to cancel our family gathering for his baptism and cancel the order. They were so understanding and gave us our money back without any hesitation. We are just waiting for another event so we can order from them and give them the business! My husband and I were very grateful for the time they spent taking our order and subsequently, cancelling it due to our situation.

Salads are decent but please avoid chicken or turkey as it is extremely dry and does not taste fresh at all.

Ordered the Turkey brie and roast beef sandwich along with chicken noodle soup. Soup and roast beef sandwich were good but the Turkey brie flavouring was a bit odd, it was overloaded with one specific flavour that kind of ruined it. Would try other items next time.

Catering for wedding party lunch. Wraps and salads- lots to be had, food was great. Excellent presentation and their Driver was amazing and helpful. Delivered 2 platters to different rooms.

Rude staff, not coming back.

I don t know her name but one of the older ladies without glasses is really sweet and so caring for every order, the newer employees not so much, they re kinda rude and not as attentive but still love the salad so will keep ordering! Don t really recommend the chicken here though as it s really really dry.

Their salad bowls are PACKED. Love it!

Chicken schitzel sandwich tasted much worse than the chicken schitzel sandwich at other Pumpernickel locations.

Nice place to visit!

Smaller selection of salads and tight on quantities. But generally at other Pumpernickels, salad selection is excellent, for a great price, given the amount of food they stuff into a bowl. A go-to place for vegetarians and healthy eating.

I have bought the same bbq chicken with 2 sides 5 times, since I don t eat carbs I have always asked for 2 salad with the chicken. Today they tried to charge me more for it, the reason is that her new employee charged me wrong last 5 times. They were very rude when explaining the pricing, why am I being treated this way when it s the employees mistakes?

Terrible experience. Employees giving the wrong price, put the blame on the customer.

Very good location. Good to grab something fast if you work in this building. Like their famous noodles with spicy chicken on the top.

Love the tomato soup

Even though the taste might be decent, zero stars the service - after making a purchase, they gave me a fork along with thr meal. I asked them to give me a spoon. The lady grabbed the fork from my hand and gave me a spoon. And not to say.. They are too overpriced.

Good food and reasonable prices. My favorite is jerky chicken and they serve it every Thursday. Also you get their punch card and you get your 10th meal free. Good service but come after 1 PM to avoid lineups

The food was good and the service was awesome. The food always seemed fresh and well proportioned. I read the reviews about price being to high but in my opinion they were decently priced for health food. In the US I would have had to pay more just for some kale and salmon minus the other stuff they load on the salad. In your local grocery stores healthy food is expensive to purchase. You won t find many places that serve healthy food like this. I wish I had one of these back home.

I like pumpernickels salad, lots to choose from and reasonable price. But this store does give you a full bowl of salad, while other chain store does.

The salad was not to my taste but the shake was awesome. Re Salad: I had inquired about the ingredients based on the description & they assured me it wouldnt be like I imagined. It was exactly like I had thought it would turn out. I hated the salad. The shake was incredibly delicious however! Tastey & healthy & a delight to the tongues senses.

The coffee is cheap and although its in the basement, its bright and nice with a clear view outside.

Although not known as a breakfast place, the breakfast was horrible. Dry, re-heated bacon and the home fries were hard as crushed gravel. The eggs were saturated with water. Horrible
