Some of the best pupusas I've had in the GTA. So tasty, not too much dough. The sauce and hot sauces are perfect too! Just like El Salvador 🤤
Drove 45 mins to get pupusas and so worth it. Pregnancy craving satisfied and will definitely come again. $4 each and packed with fillings.
I think this is my new favourite spot in the city for pupusas. I got the queso y jalopeno & it was SO good! Perfect amount of filling. The coleslaw was tastey & the in house made salsa was always a highlight for me. Prices are fair Service was friendly
We asked for a Yuca con chicharrones and was a little disappointed with the portion, but it was tasty. The sopa de pata was o.k. There was a strong taste of clavo de olor and killed the essence of the pata. The tacos were good, nice season. The only thing is that I missed the onion and cilantro... to have a Mexican flag outside, I was expecting much more. The service was good and the atmosphere was friendly 👌
Food is really good for being Salvadorean/Mexican food in Canada. But the service is rude and slow. And tables of old drunk men yelling out sexual comments about the waitress bodies. So not a nice place to go unless you’re drunk. I only Uber eats them 👍
Great food and good service. Place needs to be updated, but the great food makes up for it. If you want good Salvadoran food, you must come here. The pupusas are amazing.
I ordered cow feet soup, some of the vegetables in the soup were still raw. The tortillas seem like there weren't fully cooked. I asked for large soup bowl, was given a small soup bowl but was charged bowl large. Out of respect for the cook I didn't complain, but out of respect for future clientele I'll say it how it was.
Very pleasent, we went there is a weekday, it was nice and quiet, very good pupusas
Pupusas were delicious. Service was a little slow though.
Authentic as it gets without going to El Salvador. Fantastic food, very fair prices.
Dont go tp this place
Great food a bit noisy sometimes but great food
Real salvadorean food, you have to try chicharrones and they make the best pupusas .
Great food and very friendly service
Soup really good. Try out
The Pupusa were okay but I do have to say they have the best Salvadoran quesadillas
Good food, good taste, place is clean and price is fare however it looks like administration changed again. Pupusas are now smaller than before. It used to be probably the best good deal compared with others in the GTA but now it is just an average. Ill go there only if I am around.
I love !!!
Ordered different pupusas from them for dining in and every single one of them tasted like I was back in Elsalvador in my little town again! Service was amazing, and food was phenomenal, a must try!
Excellent
I have eaten here several times since when the Ecuadorian was managing the place and it was very good. Now that the Salvadoran lady is there everything is even more delicious, they have natural waters from Jamaica, Tamarindo and Salvadoran Horchata. The attention of the girls is very friendly, it is true that there are sometimes impertinent people who bother the service, but the girls try to keep everything in order like a decent restaurant. Personally, I recommend it because there is also quite a variety of dishes such as shrimp, tacos, pupusas, snacks, meats and desserts. I leave you photos of my last meals there.
But the least
The changes are great And there is delicious food Mexican and Salvadoran Food
Cash only but the staff were awesome, the food was great and its an awesome little restaurant. Nothing but love for little places like this
Just got in, seems good. Lets see how it goes. This is real salvadorian food. Feeling like being in Central America. I recommend it. After some years not going there ( pandemic)This time looks the place got a new owner. The food good and the service exceptional. Food
Excellent Salvadoran taste
Pupusas were very good
Got lunch with my folks. They really liked the chicharron with cassava. I like the chicharron and cheese pupusas.
If you are looking for authentic Salvadorean food/drinks ask in advance. We ordered horchata they served Mexican? Horchata which was tasteless...sugar water with milk. We let the waitress know thats no Salvadorean. Instead of offering a different drink we had to pay for this drink. Disappointed the management did not make this change. The cheese with loroco pupusas are delicious, the mix pupusas are not bad. Atmosphere is ok, but get a different mix CD for a change.
Food is not authentically from El Salvador, waitresses and owners from Mexico and other parts of the world. Rude waitresses and drunks coming in/out of the establishment.
Everything about this place is bad, u walk in and the service staff are sitting and drinking with people. Food is mediocre, and portions are a slap in the face Chips instead of plantains. How cheap are you? Food : 1/5
Very good food, very beautiful and super attentive workers, thank you
Ordered the pupusas on under eat, So delicious and fresh! They came super hot the pupusas has good amount of filling. Also the hot sauce they provide is soooooo yummy!
Small little salvadorian restaurant in weaton and finch area. Ordered pupusas they were decent. Would come again if I am around the area. Clean restaurant
We ordered Sopa de Res and Horchata and it was horrible. This is NOT Salvadorian cuisine. We got an oily soup with Mexican tortillas instead of Salvadorian tortillas. The Horchata was water and sugar mixed with milk. The containers that they provided leaked and went through the bag. Poor presentation and not worth the money. Everything is cheaply made. Never again.
A chimba melo
Best popusas in toronto
You want proper made pupusas, along with other authentic El Salvadorian dishes. This is it. Very cozy and great Latin culture. Have a beer and enjoy the food.
Homemade delicious food. Friendly service. Affordable. Casual atmosphere.
The pupusas are delicious, and the yuca and chicharron are great. But they can improve on their customer service.
Change my opinion: The other day I went and they served me reluctantly, as if they didnt want to sell and when my order was finally placed and I ate the dough and the beans tasted stale and they didnt even have cheese...
There was a lot of drinks on the menu and it turns out that they didnt sell them anymore but they still had them on the menu... I kept asking for more things and they kept telling me I dont sell them or there arent any...
Delicious cheese and pork pupusas and horchata! Love how they gave a good amount of the curtido and tomato salsa. Not the same without it......other places never give enough. Would definitely grab some if Im back in the area.
Very delicious food, I loved the beef soup, I recommend it.
Name, a meal with a lot of flavor and the service not to mention, I already missed that type of food since I arrived in Canada :3
Really good and delicious pupusas and sups really good food
Average food..
Almost best pupusas in Toronto
This place, is just not great at communicating. They have kids running around all the time and adults drinking beer out in the open, in the MIDDLE of a pandemic. They are very slow in serving and leave money open in the sink. I witness the lady give me my change and the was her hand without using soap. I just dont agree of this place at all
Very good, Very good.
Good service, very delicious food, super quality
The food at this place is very delicious, I recommend it 101%
Love there pupusas its el caliente
Great popusas..
Good place to have fun. They serves drinks and both take out patio eating area
This place is a dump, do not bring your kids!!!
Hair was inside of pupusa (literally embedded in the cheese) and messed up my order. In addition, the staff was pretty rude and careless.
Good pupusas
Very good food
The food is very delicious, the staff is friendly. They dont discriminate.
Good experience with food.
Very tasty food
Great friendly service! Generous portions and fresh ingredients for a great price under $13 . Had rice ,chuleta frita, with beans and plantain. Will definitely be back.
This place has very good food but inside there its literally a cantina. Too many drunks so you cant go with a girlfriend or the wife, unless you are a calm person and is ready to put up with nonsense. One thing that hissed me off here is that I ordered pupusas on the phone. The total amount was $17 dollars. I went there and gave the cashier a $20 and she helped herself in keeping my $3 change. Thats unacceptable, I ordered the food to go, I should NOT have to give tip. These greedy waitresses there will keep your change so make sure you give them exact change or pay with debit.
Bad attention
Yummy so sad I didnt take pictures I love this place tasty food and great service.
It is a good opportunity to eat pupusas
Loved the food
Excellent food.
Very friendly .. very delicious everything .. reasonable prices .. satisfaction guaranteed!!
Great food , affordable great cuisine!!!
Good food but music too loud.
The best Salvadoran food
Food is really worth it, the place is clean. Most importantly the food experience of each dish is amazing!!
Pupusas ordered were tasteful and filling. Good flavour and size. I have bought many times from them and would keep buying. Small restaurant but is very homey. With a TV and radio. Usually playing sports on TV. A few seats to dine in and can easily order take out.
Excellent food, especially the beef broth for the raw food.
When I eat there the food transport me to el Salvador right away
quiet
Family operated Salvadoran restaurant. Good food and located close to transit. Parking close by as well.
Really delicious food. Went for lunch they had delicious pupusas.
Very bad service.
It s has good flavours
Food is good. Service can be better. Better to take out then dine in.
First time here got a steak. Took time to make it but soooooo worth it. I had it as a take out. Too bad owner didnt give me tensiles . Otherwise food is good. Fair price. Friendly owners
Great food
Good food and the best Pupusas!
I have driven by this place for years and never went in. Im SOOO glad I finally went! The food was totally delish! The service was very good, too! The staff was very patient and friendly. Will definitely go back again! Prices were very reasonable, too. ~$35 all it for dinner for two.
Good pupusas
Really nice South American family restaurant I tried the steak dinner I was really nice served with rice salad refried beans and planten Lots of Salvadoran style menu items cooked Well and authentic I will definitely go back for lunch there again Hidden gem
Very bad service, I spent 15 minutes just for them to give me a menu
Pupusas were good. Tried the cheese and the pork and cheese ones (mixtas). Prices for each pupusa was good. However, the sauce for the pupusas was NOT original. It was literally tomato sauce from a can! I have eaten many pupusas from different authentic Salvadorean places and their sauce for the pupusas was very good and NOT from a can like this one.
The food was good but Id only go back for the pupusas. Service was very basic.
Every one allways friendly when I go
Just Regular ... nothing amazing...!!
Very nice
The best
good place to eat
Great place!!!! Authentic.
Good food but slow service and they dont limit their clients on how to handle their alcohol, so they get drunk and loud and make it hard for you to enjoy your meal.
Yuccas with pork rinds a delight
Food is very good
Delicious food
Good food
At first when I walked in I felt a bit very intimidating because theres nothing but Spanish speaking people and everyone was dancing. It felt more like your grandmothers living room instead of a restaurant. It was very much like low key down-to-earth spot. The food was delicious and unlimited coleslaw is a plus as other restaurants charge for that
Authentic pulsars in Brampton. I dont have to drive to Toronto. And good soup. Too.
Good food, nice atmosphere, the Nachos are definitely a must try, and the pupusas are great too
Food and service are excellent
Walked in at 9 on a Saturday when it states they close at 11 and they tell us sorry were closed.. no other reason. Guess this place is off our list. Thanks!
Delicious!
Best Salvadoran food
Best pupusas ever!
Good pupusas... They need to Control the drunks sometimes...
Nice
Great food fast friendly service
Had the Nachos, and let me tell you, they dont use chips!! They use fried tortillas!! Best Nachos ever!!
Came at 6:30pm on a Tuesday and they were closed.
Thank you
The food is very delicious
The most tasteless pupusas I ever had.
Very good price and fast service
Small place with delicious food made fresh by real salvadorans. Takes a bit, but worth the wait and they have a liquor license so I had a beer while waiting. Friendly service
Food is good specially las puposas. If anyone wants a taste of Centroamérica cuisine this is the place... Local not the best but food and the prices are decent and reasonable
Was. Very good
Good service!
Great home made pupusas! Made hot and fresh whenever you order
Great tasting pupusas.. need i say more. You have to try them to enjoy them..very reasonable prices..
Great place, great food, a little small for that amazing popusa
Very good food. The place doesnt looks nice in the outside but the inside is clean and the pupusas are great! Highly recommended
The best breakfast: refried beans, cream cheese, avocado and eggs, so delicious!!!!
The Papusas con todos are amazing. The best I have ever had. I came during my short lunch break from work and they even sped my order up so I could make it back to work quickly. Great food and great service.
great food!
Could it be that many of the reviews here have been posted by friends and family? The pupusas are OK but Ive had better in Toronto, and the rest of the food is unremarkable, especially for a main course at $15. Not sure if the server was overwhelmed but she wasnt exactly friendly to us (native speakers of Spanish, mind you). More annoying was that on a Saturday at 6pm, the place was already packed with boisterous men drinking beer and talking, shall we call it, mens talk, shouting over the music cranked up to the max. In a way thats authentic but its not a place where youd want to take your girlfriend or the family.
Great pupusas and tacos at fair prices.
Amazing pupusas
Very delicious food and good service the times I have been there they have treated us very well. The typical breakfast, the pupusas, the beef leg broth, and the sautéed loin, very delicious, the atmosphere very good and the service was good, I recommend it. I would go again
