Experience was disappointing, they were not accepting their mistake and forging bill to prove,I hope they take this feedback seriously to improve their service standards. I wont be returning anytime soon.

too noisy (loud music) for any meaningful conversation. some billiards tables are too close to corner seating. WC is clean but small. kind and intimate service. ATM and free parking avalable. low Q/P

Most horrible experience!!

The bartender and manager both have an attitude, and don t know how to speak to people. The food is horrific because the kitchen is dirty, I got food poisoning from eating there wings and fry.

We were banned from this establishment because we complained about their nasty food and service.

Worst service ever!! Bartender has a stinking attitude and lied to her manager to have us banned because we complained about food that wasn t prepared properly!!

Would not recommend this place at all unless you are looking to be banned for complaining about the quality of their food. The wings were severely undercooked and the service from the staff turned into a vituperative attack

Absolutely appalling service at VIP Williard. We checked online and saw they were open until 2 a.m., so we made the 40-minute drive, arriving at 12:40 a.m. Upon arrival, they told us they were closing at 1 a.m. due to low business. This is not acceptable. Businesses should honor their posted hours or notify customers of changes. We are extremely frustrated and will not return.

Worst customer service, We checked the hours and that says close at 2pm and we got there by 12 and they didnt let us play cause they were slow and they want to close at 1am.

We had to approach the bar for a drink every time, the server did not gather any used glasses and charged an auto gratuity to our party of 4 people after barely serving us. Why auto grat for a minimal service? Charged $50 for an hour and a half of playtime after stating it was $20 for 3 hours. Overall bad service and overpriced, will not be returning.

Went for a company function, they went above and beyond as they opened early for us. Good bar atmosphere with lots of tables and games.

Solid venue for just hanging out. Good food, fair pricing and lots to do (besides pool). Definitely recommended...

It is a decent place with bar and games. The service was nice and helping. I have not tried the food though. We played pool there, nice tables & services. The vibe of the place was nice enough.

Price was right. 5 of us went in, played some pool for a couple hours, ordered food (each of us), had 3 or 4 pitchers of beer, and played cards together. Fantastic atmosphere, very friendly staff, and very reasonable price. Each of us paid just under $50 a piece splitting it all. Cant complain for a great night out! Will absolutely come again!

I wouldnt even give a one starr to this place, the staff are trash and ruin the place. Showed up more than a hour before closed they decided they were closed and didnt let us in. Lol if you post your hours pay your workers

The atmosphere was great -- love that they have several pool tables, a table tennis table, and some table top games. Their bar service is a bit to be desired -- they didnt have much options on tap, their virgin Caesar was just straight up Clamato and the server took away my drink before I was finished. I would recommend to have a good time with friends but dont expect much for drinks.

Ive been here twice, and both were good experiences. The staff is friendly. It is a little pricey in terms of the activies but easy to divide up in a group. Its a decent spot if youve got time with some friends and nothing to do.

Great place with excellent service and a fantastic menu. Clean and spacious with pool tables, table tennis, juke box, games, etc. I highly recommend having a party here or even for a night out with friends.

Came here last night with my boyfriend and his friends, food was really good had the nachos so crispy and cheesy yummmm, drinks were good, it was busy last night so we waited a bit for a pool table but we got to play the board games there so that was good, all in all this new version of VIP from what it previously was as seneca pub is a million times better! its clean, staff are amazing and nice, and very attentive, definitely going back!

In all my life of going to this trash bar. That thinks they have come up From being trash... told me because I was wearing shorts that I could not come in..... I personally think that they are racist... the staff think that they are actually above people Trash bar that thinks that they are in a good neighborhood Super overpriced for where they are....p.s people dont forget that people Shot up that spot... I guess what im trying to say is people have died there so watch out for your life over there

youre only taking cash for the night but still charge tax? should be stated at the beginning when you say how much per hour

Found this place on google and it was a great vibe! We came here as a group of 11 and the staff were very accommodating. We all had a fun time and would come back. Highly recommend for an entertaining night.

Great place to spend friday night with some booze and if you want play pool

Credit card info was stolen a day after I went here. I have a suspicion it was someone from here as I got a few odd looks from the guy behind the desk. I wouldnt trust it.

Well this place changed from the last time I visited it. The service was surprisingly quick. They finally renovated the whole place. The drinks were also not too bad. Overall it was a balanced experience. The only thing I didnt like was the punching machine. It was close to the tables and extremely loud every time someone punched it Parking: Its a plaza with lots of parking

Smells weird but a solid place, bigger than you would expect. WARNING: they used to have darts but have since removed the machine. Youre left with foosball, air hockey, basketball, and the punch thing as arcade games

We stopped in to play some ping pong while visiting Toronto. We wanted to check out a place where all the locals hang out and we actually had a really good time. There was a bit of a wait to get a ping pong table so we just grabbed a drink at the bar while we waited. Had a great music playlist and not too loud like some bars are these days. I would come here often if I lived around here.

The main disappointment for this venue was the food. Fries were too salty and when I asked for a new one, it came out the same. Vegan or vegetarian options are limited. This place is fantastic for a date or time with friends. The wait for a pool table wasnt bad even for a Friday. The music was fantastic. Old school hip hop was a highlight for me. The games available like gigantic connect four or janga blocks were very cool. The drinks are weak so they do require a double shot. Its overall expensive. But honestly, I would have no issues with the price if their food and drinks were better quality.

Nice Pool and Snooker hall overall. Sometimes you can get some decent food here too if you re lucky.

Great place to hang out, drink, eat, and play pool! Theres even jumbo sized Janga and Connect four! The atmosphere is very chill, and very welcoming. Service was very friendly, they made sure we were good all night. Music was great, vibe was goooood! Had such an awesome night! Oh and cant forget, everything was clean!

Overpriced pretty much across the board! They also need new pool cues. They were all pretty warped.

Great cozy place to hang up with friends

I went here with my girl and 4 other friends on a triple date and had a great time! They have pool, a nice amount of screens to watch any game and they also had an assortment of other games too. They also had: Fooseball Jenga A dart board A jumbo connect 4 & Airhockey. I d checkout the place if I were you ;)

The guy here is kind of rude. He was asking to keep my credit card and ID because i might run away without paying money. Is that even legal? And his tone was not welcoming at alll

Veggie burgers are good. Crisp fries. Pool tables are in great shape. Take your friends for dinner and games.

Little space to actually play without having your sticks hitting the walls or even spilling your beer, which happened in my case...the workers or managers dont have much sympathy but to tell you that happens alot...thanks for the warning after the fact, if it happens alot why not give us a warning when we all orderd beers and drinks...

Its a great managed business, great atmosphere, clean, amazing and attentive staff as well. I highly recommend for pool, along with food and the drinks. Super nice staff and the place was really clean which is not that common these days, you can eat off of the floors. They have lots of space and things to do for a good time 9/10 highly recommended

Stopped by for a quick beer and a game of pool and was pleasantly surprised by the atmosphere and quality of service. A good vibe, not too loud and prices were reasonable given the upscale feel of the place. Great spot.

Horrible place to go to! So getto! They tell you it will take 30 mins but it took 2 hrs to reserve a pool table and they let a group of people ahead of us while we were ahead of them and because we were busy playing cards while waiting! The white tall guy with blond short hair, let them go ahead of us thinking that we won t notice! So disrespectful and WE WOULD NEVER GO BACK! DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE!

Finally a great billiards/pub in the area! The new owners did an amazing job renovating the place, it looks immaculate!! The employees are really nice customer service is great. If you are struggling with a food choice, the spicy caesar wings don t disappoint.

Big upgrade at this location. Pumped finally to have a proper sports bar in the area. Nice layout, big bar and tvs, and the spicy chicken caesar salad is bomb!

I love playing pool so I found this new place and its a hidden gem!! Classy and beautiful design inside, affordable prices and just a great time!!

The bartenders are rude and as staff, they should value the privacy of the customer by giving distance and space. Before I could eat my food, I was being forced to engage in an activity which I did not want to partake in, the reason being is that they as staff should have taken up the responsibility to engage in a conversation about customer log in prior to delivering my food and my drinks but instead I was harassed!

The best bar within a mile, they always have any relevant game in the season.
