I found hair in the food and multiple strands at that. Salad was not fresh. Unappetizing and potential health hazard. Has no resemblance to Thai food either.

Placed order online and they said it will ready in 20-30 minutes. I went there after 40 min and still waited 55 minutes for my order to get ready. Crazzyyy staff , they said they don t have staff and I saw 4 people working in that small restaurant, is way moree . Never coming back and will not let any of my friends order from u guys. Please guys make sure to ask exact time or else don t pay before getting your order or you have to wait a lot !!

Drove all the way from Brampton to this location just to get their food. Ordered the curry chicken fried rice, devil chicken and hot and sour soup- all extra spicy. 5/5 stars as it was still hot when I got home and me and my wife really enjoyed the food! Definitely a must try! Food tastes amazing! Thanks team! Ordered delivery pad thai with chicken and shrimp. I normally love all forms of pad thai, but this pad thai was worse than food court pad thai. The noodles were soggy, and the pad thai sauce tasted overwhelmingly of tomato, which isnt a flavour I normally associate with authentic pad thai. We also ordered samosas and the sweet chili sauce was suspiciously watery. We will not be ordering from here again.

They no longer take online orders from their own website but the ordering system still takes down all the credit card and order information! There were no error messages either. I was ordering online as a treat for a friend, scheduling it 5 hours in advance. When neither of them received any emails or phone calls, I called the restaurant 15 mins before the original pick up time. Thats when I found out that they dont receive orders from the website anymore but only go through Ubereats. Now I have to watch out for my credit card being charged. This is bad business practice

The food is ok but the service could improve for sure. They never stay true to their offers, so I dont know why they have them. They stop speaking in English to each other when you try to get answers as to why, which is very unprofessional. Just dont put an offer youre not willing to fulfill, its that simple.

Ordered from them using UberEats, I really should have read the reviews both on UberEats and here before doing so since I regretted my decision big time. I ve had relatively good experience from Thai One On few years ago but things have changed and the quality of the food has certainly deteriorated. Aside from the good deal of buy 1 get 1 pad thai free there was nothing good about the quality food it literally was the most butchered pad thai I ever tasted. The quality of the food was poor it hardly tasted anything like a pad thai, it was burned and the nice long rice noodles that you d typically expect were sliced up for some odd reason. Despite the exorbitant price they charge they offer very mediocre food and low quality, please do not order from here and ruin your dinner plans.

Oily, poor quality, old hard rice, spicy eggplant has undercooked eggplant, called the store and they said to mention the food being bad next time I order for a discount, sorry their won t be a next time.

hello, Im indignant with the service at this place, Ive been a customer for a long time, in the last service we decided to buy chicken thai, we waited a while, but the attendant was nervous I dont know what, they put an exaggerated amount of pepper in the 3 plates of food that we bought it, I am already used to eating pepper, but they put an extreme amount of pepper in the food, of the 3 dishes we ordered, remembering that we bought this dish because my son really likes this food, but I don t know why they did it, the 3 dishes went to the trash, because I couldnt eat, we tried to contact and to date nothing!

Not sure about the recent 1 stars on here but I personally have the pad Thai and basil chicken once a week and its always great. Been having it for the past 5 months and no bad experience.

Tried to order for delivery and for some reason they told me that they dont do delivery when it clearly says they do on there web site!!!!

The food is excellent. The portions are always generous. We always got basil chicken and chicken fried rice.

NEVER GO HERE!!!!!!!!! This place says they re open until 2am and we came from far to eat here around 12:30am and they tell us they only do food for uber eats. Makes no sense. They re also very rude. I also read that their food is trash so maybe it s better we didn t eat here anyways.

I used to go here for their quantity. They switched from the black dense take out boxes to the small brown ones and yet charging the same. I can understand times are unstable with the restaurant business but I shouldn t have to pay the same for lesser food.

Ive tried many time to give this Restaurant a chance, I like there food but they do not bother to read the Notes in my Order and Ive had to call many times to complain and get nothing but attitude over the phone, 1 work even said days ago that I complain all the time. Order through UberEats, I got the fried rice and the Pad Thai. They charge you quite a bit, ranging from $4~$6, for protein choices like chicken, shrimp and etc, but I still added them hoping that it would be worth the extra cost. Unfortunately, it was one of, if not the worst Thai food I ve ever had in my life.

The reviews on this page and UberEats are very likely fake. This is just a fast food restaurant located in a food court and food quality is quite low. The Pad Thai I ordered tasted terrible. It s still terrible even if you judge them by food court standard. They use gourmet Thai food pictures on UberEats and charge twice of their price on UberEats compared to their menu on site. However Uber refuses to take the restaurant off saying they can choose any pictures and prices they want.

Placed a large order on the website, paid in full (charged to card) and no food was delivered. We called both customer service numbers listed on the two emails received, and sent multiple emails with no response. After a visit and three phone calls with the manager, I was assured that they would take care of it and, and call back tomorrow. Never received a call back, and ended up disputing the charge with American Express. If you want to get scammed, you should Thai this place! 0 stars

This is my first time giving a bad review as I dont usually give reviews if I do its bc its 5 stars. This store used to be on upjohn road and York mills and Google searching it moved to Don mills south of York mills in a food court now. I love their curry padthai and had a craving. Food is still good but I was horrified with the covid precautions and it was prepared quickly. But both the cashier and the chef was wearing their masks as Chin guards. I had preordered over the phone and hesitated to pick up my order thinking abt how these ppl are handling my food. I wonder what public health would say abt that. I have not seen a food court /restaurant so terrible and openly not wearing their masks. As much as I love the food my stomach churned before I even ate it so I dont think Ill be going back. Note I think the staff also changed as I asked if they were the store on York mills and he had no idea but just told me they r on Don mills. Searching on zomatos confirmed that the Thai one on used to be on upjohn street now taken by another Thai fancy restaurant. Might try that one instead since the cost is not that much more

Ordered on ubereats I think they are overpriced. We got padtahi and mango salad The food didnt taste good I took few bites and I was done. There are other places you can get better quality Hakka good around

Ordered through Ubereats. Had a shrimp pad Thai and green curry with roti and coconut rice. The roti and green curry taste pretty good, a lot of coconut milk in it. Pad Thai was terrible, not sure if it was because it sat for too long or not. felt the noodles was not fresh.

Tbh this is not a fake review as others claim that give it 5 stars. We ve been ordering from Thai One On Don Mills since before they moved into this food court. It was always a small dining space so a quick take out spot makes sense. We ve ordered from other restaurants of the same chain name but have always found this place to be the tastiest and made a little different from the rest. Our big winners are the Thai Basil Tofu (if you re vegan or plant based it s a must), and the golden curry. They ve always been a hit. We ve also tried that Pad Kee Mao and Ginger Lamb among a few others. For those ordering from delivery apps, restaurants do buffer their prices for the fees that delivery apps enforce on them. Everything is overpriced on a delivery app. The meals here I d say are regularly $$ but they haven t disappointed us. We normally order in person, but have used ritual and had an easy pickup with friendly staff to greet. Give it a chance. Our family gives 5 stars.

I ordered my pick-up yesterday after a very long time (thank you, covid) I have to say,the food is excellent as always (since York Mills location), perfect seasoning, right amount of spiciness. my go-to dishes are basil lamb, spicy eggplant and lemongrass coconut soup. all of the food had amazing flavours, the order was done properly and was still piping hot, when I got home. great dinner with a glass of wine. hey guys, keep it up, I will definitely be back to support your business.

Dont order any delivery food from this location ( FYI, ITS A FOOD COURT NOT A RESTAURANT) . ALWAYS some items are missing. The uber delivery person mentioned that after he almost arrived at my location, the restaurant called him asking if he can come back to pick up the rest of my food.! They couldnt pay attention to what is supposed to be handed to the delivery person. VERY CARELESS AND UNPROFESSIONAL. This was a second chance for them since they had missed an item before therefore no more chances for them. They are not worthy of a 1 star.

Worse pad thai...

I did a uber eats order from here where i Specifically said please not spicy not once but twice because of allergies but oh of course they sent it 35 times more spicy than usual......... chopped up about 50 chili peppers and threw them in the soup 5 big chunks of ginger and to top it off i asked for shrimp i only got 2 in each bowl yeah thank you very much all i wanted was noodle soup after a long day at work and this is what i get from supporting smaller restaurants and opposed to bigger chains like thai express PS. My wife is from thailand and she said it was the most disgusting overly spicy tom yum goong ever
