This is one of my favourite places in the city, but I had to stop ordering it online because their packaging is just an open tote bag that leaves the food totally exposed. Today I opened my door to find my salad roll box open and somebody had drank out of my broth container (there was a mouth-sized stain on the side and nearly half of the liquid was missing, but no signs of a leak). Obviously if somebody tampers with the food that's not Toronto Pho's fault, but some safety measures to make the food inaccessible while traveling to its destination would make me feel a lot more comfortable ordering from them again.
I’m so sad to rate this place a 1 star after how excited I was about the presentation of the food however immediately after eating half my pho and drinking my bubble tea I am now violently ill 🤢🤮 I really thought I found a new pho spot… and majority of the reviews are good its so unfortunate that I am so extremely ill
Stopped in at Toronto Pho after a great day at Canadas Wonderland as they’re open until midnight. I have tried over 30 pho places and this definitely takes a spot in my top 3. The broth was fantastic and they have tons of vegetarian and vegan options. I definitely recommend getting a mango smoothie. It tastes incredibly fresh as all of the food did as well. Would definitely eat here again!
This place is amazing, the service was great and the food was delicious. Their porkchops and chicken were cooked to perfection and everything was excellent. My friends and I ordered Pad Thai and chicken wings in addition to our entree and again they didn't miss. The sauce for the chicken wings were great and the chicken wings were crispy and juicy. For a Pho place they had good wings. Pad Thai, I would order again, size and taste, it's a banger for sure. Overall, I would go back in a heartbeat! Also, a MUST is there milk teas. I ordered watermelon and my friends ordered honeydew. I would come back just for the drinks alone. Again, this is a place you gotta try.
Average pho place. Food was alright; nothing really stood out in terms of flavor nor within the drinks. Interior is well decorated and has a really nice aesthetic to it. they have an extensive menu when it came to the drinks. which is very cool to have a sense a variety but the drinks can be a little watered down. Overall; Toronto pho is good and worth the visit. in terms of revisiting tho; it'd have to be my last resort.
Heard some good reviews about the chicken pad thai here so I had to come and try it for myself… and was pleasantly surprised! It’s not the usual or authentic pad thai you’d normally find, but it was quite tasty. The dish comes with deep fried crispy tofu pieces and slices of white onion. The sauce is more red than the usual brown colour, but very savoury and tasty. It had a spicy kick to it. It’s definitely a different pad thai experience, but very delicious and I would highly recommend! The restaurant staff brings out the utensils in a cup of hot water which I really liked.
I’ve been going here Wednesday nights for their 2x pad Thai for $20 deal. It’s a great deal and a great way to get 2 meals under your belt. The pad Thai is really good and I would recommend it highly.
Service was fast and friendly, huge menu. Food came out reasonably quick and they offset some of the dishes. We got a beef dish and it was slightly lacking in the beef but was still good. Only thing was the tea had a weird taste best described as soapy. I would return maybe not for the tea.
Love their Pho! Ample servings even in the small size. Also for coffee lovers? If you havent tried Vietnamese Coffee you are missing out! I pass as often as possible to get the coffee. Please note=> I pass by Timmies and McDonalds to grab their coffee. Its delicious and I am set for the day. (Coffee junkie)
This place is my go to for Chinese and Vietnamese food outstanding place outstanding service. Never had an issue with them. Highly recommended
My whole family has come here to eat and take out many times over the past 7 years, and the middle-aged woman with short hair, I dont know if shes the owner or manager, but has a bad attitude. Will never come again.
My go-to restaurant for Pho. I always order here on Uber Eats for some delicious, comforting meals. Ingredients are fresh and it is always packaged well. Definitely worth the price. Boba here is also good!
Great place to grab a bite and catch up with friends. Love the food. Prices have gone up significantly since it changed from Mi Pho Song Vu, to Toronto Pho. Ive been going here for over a decade.
Food is great &service is good! They always try to get your meals to you as fast as possible.
Every time I go there just for bubble tea they either don t have tapioca or I have to wait 20 minutes for 1 single drink. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND UNDER STAFFED!!!!!
I come here all the time and the food is great. They put the prices up, thats okay. I just came in to pickup take out and they wanted to charge extra for hot sauce to put in my soup for my takeout? Are you serious. They know I come here almost every other week and that just pissed me off. Keep the customers who keep coming happy as theyre the ones who are giving you continuous business, I probably wouldnt come back again.
Ordered 1 portion of Hue beef noodle soup at 11:43pm, when I received the food, there was no blood, no chopsticks or spoons (Im working at night, how can I eat without chopsticks and spoons)????
Not sure about the other phos but the vegan one just wasted like water broth just a warning to all vegans out there, try somewhere else :)
Pho and grilled chicken rice are delicious. Good service and good food. I don t know why it has less than 4 stars review but in my opinion, you can t find any restaurant around North York have the best food like Toronto Pho. 5 stars for server. Also, Toronto Pho has a lot of offer buy 1 get 1 free in Uber eats
Pho is okay its actually good, but do not order fruit shake. For 10 dollars, you would normally expect a mango shake made from fresh mango not powdered mango. Just dont order their drinks I guess.
The pho portions are on the bigger side so I usually share a bowl with one other person and it completely satisfies us both! I got the rare beef pho for delivery and got an awesome deal on drinks. It was buy one get one free on a large sunrise. Their food is seriously worth every single dollar. If your craving pho this definitely the spot to go to. Toronto Pho never misses. My family and I absolutely love this place.
Pleasant place to have pho in the vicinity. It s not much crowded.
ordered through uber pretty late and got it delivered pretty quick still, food tasted gas! and packaging is fire.
Its always nice to eat here. The menu is very varied and food is tasty
Frequent buyer here. I Eat and order at least once a week here. Unfortunately, their Uber customer service is very poor. I placed an order that was later cancelled 13 seconds later, however did not receive food nor a refund. Was told that the merchant charged a fee for cancellation, that was apparently the whole amount of the meal, even though I didn t receive the meal nor was the order placed for no longer than 13 seconds. If you re going to eat, eat inside the restaurant, not order online since you won t be eligible for a refund.
Please do not forget to bring your cards or cash! They do not accept tap apparently.
Place used to be amazing. Then they raised their prices to be ridiculous. Pho is not $20. Dont ever think thats normal folks. Taste great, way over priced. There are a few spots on the street with more respect for their customers
Price was reasonable to the portion and the packaging.
Good pho soups, affordable prices and good atmosphere.
The food and the service are amazing! 100% recommended
So disappointing, the noodles are too thin
The girl at cash is very rude!
The food is ok. But then after we ate we got itchy, we have an allergy to seafoods and chicken. And right after we ate my son who have severe reaction to seafoods and chicken is got itchy on his chin and mouth,. We ordered beef soup special. So i asked them if there is seafoods ingredients in our beef soup and they said none. There is meatballs but im not sure if its really beef. We ve been ordering beef soup in other phó restaurant so im wondering how did he got an allergy reaction. Its either the ingredients are contaminated with seafoods/chicken or the broth they used was seafoods flavor or the oil and the pot they used for seafoods are the same as the one they used to cook our order. Also when they served our soup, i saw hair in it. I told them about it and expected to change everything but seems like they just took the hair out, im not sure if they really change atleast the soup. When they served it again, its thesame as the ingredients and soup i mixed in before i told them about the hair. Its not fresh and its mixed already. To the restaurant, be aware of your customers that if they order something, be sure not to contaminated with anything other than their order. Be good hygiene and think about your customer s safety. This serves as a lesson to you and to others. We order beef and we were comfortable to eat it knowing that we are safe to it bc its beef, but seems like we are wrong..
Amazing food! Everyone needs to try!!! Food
I just suggest accepting credit cards
Amazing place.
This is was my first experiance having vietnamese food. The food was excellent, the place clean and the staff where very friendly. I am surely recommending Pho.
Good I like de
Was a 4 in the past but the pandemic absolutely GUTTED this restaurant. I was a regular here for a long time, not anymore. Pricing went from $8 for a medium bowl of pho to $16/$18 for a one size fits all bowl. Dont get me started on appetizers/sides. You could easily spend $100 on 1 order here and wonder where tf your money went. The service has always been pretty bad, Ive been ripped off after paying cash before, and charged for items I never received when dining in. The language barrier is problematic. Do not bother ordering online, their ubereats/skip pricing is straight up criminal and you have to pay extra for something as small as soy sauce or chopsticks. This place reeks of a business on its way out, I understand that our economy is not doing well but I believe there are no excuses when it comes to providing a service.
The bubble tea is delicious
terrible beef stew pho too spice, we could not eat, too hot (spice). beef not tender, terrible. waste of $$$ the shrimp wonton (fried) was ok. Food
You may think that the pricing is higher than usual, but the portions are also bigger too! Ive been here a few times - it has a nice mural and good food. You cant go wrong with Pho or Grilled Beef on vermicelli, but I highly recommend the Chefs Specials which are really tasty. Enjoy!
Love the food!
I ordered the Shrimp Pad Thai for take-out for lunch and it is Incredibly Delicious!! I will Definitely be a repeat customer to this Restaurant Food
Amazing phö experience in Toronto
Staff wasn t pleasant. Served us after others. Charged more than menu price and said it was because we were ordering takeout. When we sat down to eat (the takeout food) the waitress served us jasmine tea from soapy cups. Food did not taste good at all. Waste of money. I will never return
it honestly fell off. Been going here with fam since 2012 but idk what happened but the food is super mid now. ):
The food is really good
I have been coming here for food since middle school. Although theyve rebranded and changed their menu, its still my go to spot for pho!
First time be at this place since change of the name. Food is average. There are a lot of room to improve.
Nice clean place with a great menu. Enjoyed it very much. Great fresh food.
the server was so friendly, fast and polite and the food was so delicious and fresh. I left with a good tip for them and left 5 star for the restaurant
Manager not so friendly Parking: Terrible service Food : 4/5 |
Mar ct channel like this placeYummy food
Not worth it.
Send uber order WTH NO USTENSILS SO I EAT WITH MY FINGERS!! Well done i even requested them in instructions and PAID EXTRA FOR USTENSILS USLESS Ended up using cofee stirring sticks NEVER HAD THAT HAPPEN TO ME SILLY MANAGMENT
Amazing food, great service and nice atmosphere
Nasty, NASTY all AROUND NASTY. The place is nasty, has nasty service, and suspicious smelling sauce. I found hair in my P04 soup (rare beef and tendon pho &a small bowl of rice.) and there was a hair In my sprouts. I had noticed after I had already added and ate some of my soup, when I found the hair in my sprouts. The hair was tangled on in the bean sprouts that I had added to my soup before eating it. I immediately told the server, because she was right beside me and she was simply staring at me unsurprised. I told her straight up it s not my hair nor anyone s on the table because it was very thin, short and light brown. Her hair was actually the same colour as the strand of hair that I found. And no, everyone at my table had black hair. What s nastier was her reaction. She never apologized. I had to ask her what are we gonna do moving forward. And she said she ll take it off the bill but I ll have to pay for the side of rice. Then when someone at my table asked for a To-go box she said it costs $1. I ve gone to this place before and that s never been the policy. Needless to say never visiting again. My family & friends come here. Glad they won t be anymore. Btw it s cash and e-transfer only.
Staff were nice and friendly
The best phad thai in the city!!! We sometimes go there from RH just to get an amazing phad thai, and the cold spring rolls are to die for!
I GOT SOUP WITH NOTHING IN IT BUT ONIONS AND CILANTRO
Before the pandemic, I used to visit this restaurant frequently for their good food. Their customer service wasnt always the friendliest, but since covid hit, theyve become more hostile, the food prices have increased (unreasonably), and the portions have gotten smaller. Ive never been to a restaurant that charges people for cutlery. I guess Ill just have to eat with my hands?? I wanted to save some money on delivery, fees, and tips, and I picked up my food rather than my usual delivery. When I didnt tip the front shop worker because its not like I dined in, he gave me such an annoyed look and said get it, and pointed at my food that was on their table which they usually hand to you. Sorry, but Im not going to tip you if Im not dining in, and you didnt service me other than checking my order out. Overall, the food is still delicious, but the quantity has reduced, the prices have gone up, and the customer service definitely needs some work. Wheelchair accessibility: They have 2 doors in their entry that make it near impossible for anyone with a wheelchair to get in alone.
Employers are super disrespectful. customers there are racist.
The food here is so authentic and delicious! Dont be fooled by the atmosphere. It is super causal and its usually places like these that are hidden gems with the yummiest foods!
Service poor . Need to training before open restaurant
The food was very good. Portions is slightly less, but the broth was exceptional. I like the fact that they gave everyone separate platers of beans sprouts and herbs, huge plus.
Great pho restaurant, staff didn t come by at all during our meal to ask if everything was alright. Very hard flagging them down
The Best!!! Always incredibly fresh food, big portions and absolutely delicious. Toronto Pho at the Jane location never disappoints. Super fast too!
Atmosphere is 3 stars becouse almost every ti im being there they have music to high so personally high music whit diner is not a good combination low volume its fine. Other then that everything is excelente food is very good.
I order Ho3 which is the seafood pho and I got 2 shrimp and 1 but of a squid, Im very disappointed and will never go back you will get ripped off
Wheelchair accessibility: not accessible due to the small space in between get in and out of the place. Food
I ordered from Uber Eat and the taste was very bad, they used the Pho soup to make every other meals, the display was bad, unclean, also the beef was smelled wrong.
Friendly good food
Ordered a milk tea through SKIP for the 3rd time, first two times were great, this time not so great.. The milk was spoiled and there were chunks of sour milk in the inside. The whole drink was sour, unfortunately it made me not wanting to order from this restaurant anymore. Had they known about the issue (which they likely wouldve saw before packing it) instead of being lazy, they couldve replaced it with another drink, or called the customer to let them/us know. Edit: I have photo proof but Google is not giving me the option to add it.
First Don t Come Here. Save your time. Two they don t close at 2AM! We got there at 11pm they told us to seat threw the menus on the table and told us to eat fast cuz their closing.. Three the food don t taste good and the portions of meat are hard too see in the bowl of pho.. the place is dirty and smells bad Save your time and money pass it
Really delicious pad thai considering its not even a thai restaurant. A bit on the pricier side but worth it imo
Love vietnamese foods
Beware of this place, me and my partner got food positioning, food didn t seem fresh, seemed warmed up. Do better, you loose customers especially with bad customer service and food. This place was 2X better years back. For the quality your paying your better off somewhere else with fresh prepared food and better customer service. Will not be returning
We enjoyed the food served. They were good, healthy and soon that evening we went.
Good food
Apart from the language barrier, its a great place to try something new.
Surprisingly some of the best pho Ive had in North York in the last 10 years or so. I appreciate that their pho dac biet is actually quite generous in portion size and variety. Pho restaurants feel very meagre in both regards these days. Ive only ever had takeout from them in the last 2 years but Ive not been disappointed as of yet. Huge bonus points for being open late and serving smoothies that are actuallly also very good.
ordered online so I can t say anything abt service or atmosphere but considering i ordered at midnight in a Friday service was quick and food was HOT! nice late night eat conveniently by the airport. got the stew beef pho, the meat was so tender, large large portions with lots of fresh veg! will be ordering again <3
Ok so the food is great ! I ve been here a couple times ! The food can be inconsistent when you order in though ? Weird but true . Dine - in is great . Flavour bomb food . There is a bit of language barrier if you wanna customize but they try . Friendly staff good service
Food is pretty high price, $20 (included tax) but the take-out portion is small. Ingredients are not as fresh (frozen shrimp). Just about the taste, comparing to other good Vietnamese restaurants that i know of, I can only give it 2 star for the taste.
Good food fast and large portions
Parking: Shared parking lot with a mix of other businesses. Food
My favorite place to eat delicious PHO.
BEST PAD THAI in the GTA hands down. Better than PAI. The fried tofu is like a work of art. Take it from a foodie!
The jackfruit milkshake I ordered has a lot of ice, some ice chunks arent even blended.
I love going here for their pad Thai and cold desserts. Its a bit on the pricey side but I dont mind. This plaza is always a disaster to find parking in (people drive kinda crazy and parking can be very limited at certain point throughout the day). I dont mind supporting this business. Its modern and has delicious foods.
Bubble teas not mixed properly. Just got the teas from Uber eats delivered to my house and no straws. How do you drink the bubble tea and tapioca pearls with no straw? We are using a spoon I guess
Excellent place and very good service
I usually don t add reviews but this was necessary. Probably one of the worst pho places I ve ever been to. The food was horrible and the staff were extremely rude. If you can avoid this place, DO IT.
TBH this is one of the worst pho restos Ive been. In terms of food and flavour - lacking. Only two people working front of house so service was very slow. Their spring rolls fried overpriced to the max. Food
I love crispy noodles here The servers was really nice and friendly. Always ask whether I need something else or not . They really care to the customers. Best service ever Food
The best pho in North York !! My family Absolutely loves this place we tried other pho restaurants in the area None compare! The prices are fair, the best bubble tea , pho , fish , rice the list goes on , amazing hard working staff!! We always tip them well great service by a Ngan , Thao!! Thank you and seeing you all again !! We also ordered for our parties !! Everyone loved the food ! Parking: Parking right in front of the store Wheelchair accessibility: Easy access for wheelchairs
Toronto Pho has the worst Pho in Toronto.
Your restaurant is a hidden gem. Love the food, presentation and price.
Years ago went in and had Pad Thai was so delicious! The sauce the garnished with fresh cilantro, peanuts. Fried tofu. It s the BEST Pad Thai I have ever eaten anywhere! Ordered many times! Love it! Vegetarian options: So glad they offer vegetarian food options
I ordered with Uber eats... it is 3km away and it tool 1h to get my food. Then what is supposed to be chicken seemed like tofu to me; and they are not generous with shrimps. The only positive was the smoothie. Oh and it was $70 total for my order for 1 person... what a value for money; just horrible
The veggie pho was a bit disappointing because the broth tasted like soy sauce. The actual mock meat veggie chicken was good.
I get delivery from here often, and they never disappoint. The food is always consistently good, and the packaging is top notch.
attitude towards customers
I ve tried a ton of different Vietnamese Pho restaurants and this place hands down has meals that are worth the visit. The broths are flavourful with a good portion of meats and veggies. The meats with the rice dishes are well seasoned and aren t dry like most places I ve visited. The portions are good and you have such a diverse range of drinks including coffees, fruit teas, and milk teas that taste very good - and aren t watery like other restaurants who serve bubble tea. Honestly, it s a hidden gem. If you ve been to many Pho restaurants, you can tell right away the flavour profile and quality difference. My go to whenever I m craving some authentic homemade dishes!
Went to their Wednesday 2 for 1 Pad Thai special and ended up paying full price for both. Owner told me I had to pay it online first and then order it through the website. Their ad was misleading and it made me mad. I saw the ad on instagram Take advantage of this offer by DINING IN, TAKING OUT, or ORDERING DIRECTLY THROUGH OUR WEBSITE. I felt like I got scammed.
Overpriced, low quality pho. Every menu item is the same price and the portions vary in size. Save your money, Wouldnt recommend. Food : 1/5
Food was excellent
1. Appearance: 10/10 I ordered - Grilled Beef, with Spring Roll, Vermicelli, Vegetables, Fish Sauce & Peanuts. When I first opened the take out box everything looked very very fresh and appetizing. Good amount of toppings, everything spread out nicely. 2. Smell: 10/10 Very pleasant smell of marinated beef, pickled vegetables and fish sauce. Absolutely zero complaints, made my mouth water when I first smelled it. I could tell everything was made fresh. 3. Taste: 10/10 Beef was very tasty, marinated in a delicious sauce, I wish there was more of it in the dish! Noodles themselves have no flavour so when you mix it with sauce + veggies + beef it brings together the whole new delicious experience and flavours! Nothing tasted off , I was truly surprised with how balanced all the flavours were! 4. Texture: 10/10 Beef was so juicy and tasty absolutely zero complaints, noodles were chewy yet with a bite to them, spring roll was fried just right - not greasy or soggy, vegetables were crunchy and fresh . 5. Temperature: 10/10 Food was delivered piping hot and ready to eat. 6. Flavour: 10/10 Overall flavour was just incredible, I loved how all the ingredients went so well together and the sauce just complimented the dish! 7. Price: 9/10 Their menu is a bit on a pricier side, and the utensils cost extra as well. But it s well worth it! Thank you for a great experience, the food was truly made with love! You can be sure I ll be coming back. Definitely would recommend Toronto Pho! 10/10
Not horrible, but not amazing. Just fine. We ordered congee, vermicelli, pho, spring rolls, and a Thai bubble tea. More Chinese flavours vs authentic Viet. Inside was nice though and clean.
For this price! See the meat in picture .. thats 50% of total beef inside. Very bad quality and cheap material used. FANCIER BOX does not mean better food. I ate pho in many restaurants in toronto but this was unacceptable. I dont know other comments where they took those pictures.
I usually get takeout pho from here and I have no complaints. Until today, I got their rice and beef and omg this box was so sad when I opened it up, had like 5 carrots and 2 lettuce leaves also I ordered a bubble tea and got no straw so that was great :)
My only regret, is not have taken a photo before I ate me entire meal. Got take out (Well done beef -pho nam, and two spring rolls) The quality was exceptional ! The taste was fantastic ! The entire look of the takeout containers were super cute! The portions were shockingly big! (in a good way! You always want you moneys worth) At first, I also thought the spring rolls were over priced, but they were so darn good, I would certainly buy them again. Big fan of this place! Great local pho / Vietnamese spot for the York region of Toronto. Super super great experience, Highly recommend!
Quick, and good food, i had Chicken Vercemilli, good.
Excellent place to enjoy an excellent soup or different exquisite dishes, I recommend it!
Delicious soup.
Had the rare beef and beef ball and it was delicious, everything tasted fresh and the broth was flavorful. Also ordered the beef cold rolls, spring rolls and the honey chicken wings everything tasted fresh and delicious and service was fast and friendly. Got the brown sugar milk tea to take home and was also great. Will definitely be back again.
Always nice for a change of pace good vietnamese food
We always get Uber eats from here and the pho is always fantastic. Great broth with a generous portion of both meat and noodles. They have their own packaging which is must better then what you get at standard pho places as well. Love the bubble tea as well. Want a treat? Get the jackfruit with tapioca, you won t regret it. Lastly, I can t forget the pad Thai that slaps harder then Will Smith. 10/10 would recommend.
Got the rare beef tendon, love the soup base and the noodles are cooked well. One of the better phos Ive had. However the price point is a tad too high for my liking and the pho does not justify it.
Pho rice noodle half cook and no tea to drink super poor service
Today i went to Toronto Pho @ Jan st. So disappointed. Table so dirty & I other special pho no good tast. I saw some tables after customers left no one come clean up until. Very bad service. First time i come to try never come back
Good food
Busy place
I wanted to support a small businesses, but will never go back. The cashier had a sour attitude. We ordered 5 drinks, and when we went to pick them up, we were told to grab our stuff and go.
First time there and also my last time there. There were 5 of us and when we walked in, we were rudely told to move out of the way. When ordering, he rushed our order and got it wrong. While ordering, we were told again rudely to move out of the way. After we got our drinks, we were rudely told to leave immediately. Absolutely unacceptable and poor service. It s a shame when you try to help and support local businesses and get treated that way.
Good quality Vietnamese food Good service.
Really good raw beef pho that could be to all the msg never been so thirsty after eat pho the com and spring rolls have no flavor most likely not going back
Food and quality is as advertised. You want good pho for a good price. This is your place
Extremely unprofessional staff. Very, very rude. Do not know how to speak to their customers properly. Its 3rd world behaviour. Very dirty, immigrant behaviour. Absolutely zero manners. Dear Owner, please teach your employees standing at the cash how to talk to people. They lack basic manners. You should be ashamed of yourself. That person at the counter is so disgusting. Complete failure of a restaurant. If you would like, please contact me, I will teach you basic conduct and good manners on how to talk to people who come to your restaurant. Please let me know.
Fast service, tasty quality food with great portions. Small dining area but clean and nicely decorated. Best Vietnamese coffee Ive ever had here
If you re looking for Toronto Boba, it s inside this restaurant. You can order bubble tea.
The food and service is excellent!!
Best part of this place is their late night hours. Pho was okay but you can find more flavourful broths elsewhere in the area. Service was a bit inattentive/slow when we came at 11pm . Not sure if its because this place was inundated with take out orders and/or a lack of staff (we only saw 2 people).
Ordered the Vietnamese pancake (Banh Xeo) as well as the rare beef and well done beef pho (Ph Tái N m). The pancake was despicable. SUPER tiny, soggy, and falling apart. A total rip off for paying $15.96 for. I was in shock when I opened the box, that someone would be willing to send this out. The bean sprouts that came for the pho were browning as well. And I didnt receive any lime, basil, or hoisin sauce to go with it. The pho by itself was good, but it was really missing the add-ons that usually come automatically with these kinds of orders.
The worst location to go to. They have a really bad service, my food was really burnt and seems like they re-cooked an old order. They also have a bad customer service, because they even have to lie about their promotion that has been goin on for years, just so they could keep the money for themselves.
My friend recommended this place to me and I was not disappointed! I had the shrimp wonton and it was so good!! Only downfall was customer service. Super busy take out spot so I guess they weren t able to attend to us properly. Great food nonetheless.
Ordered a large pho to go. Portion is very little noodle is alit less than most places. Would not recommend for sure
One of those places that are a hit and miss depending on the day of the week you go. I havent figured it out yet but theres days where the food is great and you go, wow, and then theres days where you think the chef has covid because theres either too much salt or very bland. Hopefully they can come up with a system where their food can taste great every single time.
Omg so good. The rare beef pho, signature fried rice and the wonton soup with egg noodles are just fantastic!! They make delightful bubble tea as well, their matcha smoothie is the best one Ive had
So many problems 1. There was a hair in our food so we sent it back 2. It came back exactly the same and tasted like dish soap (pad thai) 3. Ordered smoothies before and they never came even after we finished eating 4. worker offered to make the smoothies if we waited 2 more mins but we already finished eating and we were standing at the cash register 5. They offered NO compensation for anything that happened so we paid full price, even for the soapy dish that we didnt eat
Food is salty, no good but the price is expensive!
Food is good found it was way better before the pandemic though now it seems like you get less food and also they changed their packaging plus now you have to pay for cutlery and they raised their prices.
Received this in my pho bowl- covered in hair. Are the kitchen floors never washed or was it dropped on a man s chest? Disgusting.
So good.
Awesome pad thai, best Ive ever had. My wifes pho was really good.
I felt like boys there discriminated us by being Latinos, bad service even though the food wasnt bad.
Everything s great .but only young guy who s services so bad.
Ugh! I want it everyday it s that good!!! Toronto, this is a PHO-nemonal place! Just PHO-get about the rest! This is PHO-realz the best PHO I have ever had! PHO King place crown on it!
The Pad Thai here is actually really good! My wife also likes their pork intestine congee. I highly recommend trying any of these dishes.
Service
Very good food
Never wait for so long for a bubble tea..
Best pad thai ever!
Fast service, friendly helpful staff and excellent food
Absolutely disgusted I ordered in food from this place. The food was cold and no utensils. I also ordered drinks and the didnt even send them with my order. Im embarrassed to say but right I just puked everything and I have major runs. Disgusting food and service last time Im ordering from this stupid place.
If you want the closest thing to Authentic Vietnamese food, dont go any other place but here. Had a chance to reminisce on my childhood, and everything. They also serve Smoothies and Bobba Tea ! (Tea aswell)
Been going to this restaurant for over 10+ years. Food is always great. Love it Parking: Lots of available parking Food : 5/5 |
Great food at a reasonable price, which is getting harder to find these days.
Just ok Parking: Free parking Food : 3/5 |
Amazingly mediocre. At least we re full lol. Don t get the brown sugar milk tea lmao.
I go to this Vietnamese Restaurant for long time! I like the food and service!
Wasn t a really great experience to be totally honest. Even giving this restaurant 2 stars is a bit of a stretch. Most of the time I wouldn t take the liberty to go as far as leaving a review but this was pretty bad. First, we had asked for a table for 2 and we were told to seat ourselves. It was a little odd but we picked a table and waited patiently for the server to come bring water/menus. After about 10 mins, I literally went to the front desk to ask for a menu. After I grabbed the menu and went all the way back to our table the waiter finally decided to come by to take our order. It was about a 10 minute wait. Then we waited. What seemed like an eternity. Finally my partner got up after about 20 minutes to ask if our appetizer was coming. It finally arrived with all the other items and the server dropped it off to the table. The only problem was we did not have cutlery to eat it with. Once again, I got up and went to the front desk to ask for utensils. I grabbed the cutlery and went all the way back to our table. Then my partner noticed that he did not bring us water at the table. He then got up and went to the front desk to ask for glasses of water. By this point we both felt very exhausted. Overall it wasn t great. I don t blame the servers. Clearly they are a product of their environment and poor management. I think they were more focused on their Uber eats and skip the dishes orders that they forgot they were running a restaurant. Wasn t worth my $75 that s for sure. With that much effort on our part we could have stayed home and prepared our own meals. I have received better service and attention to detail at a fast food chain then what I experienced tonight. It s really too bad because the food wasn t horrible in fact it was pretty delicious but the service and proper restaurant etiquette was just not there.
Ordered a dessert now and what I got is half bow of ice? Seriously?????
We ordered pad thai shrimp. The food was cold. Taste like fast food. Noodle mix up with pad thai sauce and some shrimps, dried tofu. Missing peanuts, basil, lime... We order Beef soup. The soup is heavily flavour, red like blood, whacky, haloween. The waitress is yelling at her people like crazy. Before it was Song Vu much better. Now it is a fast food restaurant. Not Vietnamese style any more.
food is good . only if you either dine in or get somone on phone for order pickup. but if you try to order online specially near closing time. no one will pick up. and no one will confirm order
The pho is good or ok but never bad. On a positive note its opened late.
