So mean I swear they think because ure not African they can serve old left overs and not get order right and clearly this is a front and they launder I will be reporting to the bbb they use to be good 2 years ago now it's rif Raf and I've tried giving chances but they are ridiculous
Absolute nonsense. They own a restaurant but the owner doesn’t know what customer service. I ordered on Uber eats and 20 minutes after I placed my order they called and told me that they don’t have the meat pie that I ordered, unfortunate but I understand especially because the girl that called was so sweet, but then her boss(the owner) takes the call and he offered me something else, these options weren’t appealing to me so I told him I don’t want any of those things. I was waiting for the guy to put his thinking cap on and resolve the issue, but he started saying we’ve given u options and you don’t want (he gave me the option of plantain chips or chinchin, do those things compare to meatpie!?) I think I have a right to not want something because there’s obviously a reason I didn’t order them, after all this the guy abruptly ended the call on me. I was stunned something I paid for u can not provide and now ur being rude, I should’ve checked the google reviews beforehand cuz clearly there is something wrong with this restaurant and the owner!! BUY FROM HERE AT YOUR OWN RISK!

It was an incredible experience! They made my six-day stay in Toronto, Canada truly unforgettable. The food was exceptional, especially the efo riro vegetables, pounded yam, and jollof rice. The customer service was outstanding, and I felt so welcomed. To top it all off, they generously offered many complimentary items

The staff were upset that we were there. The beef stew was comprised of only organ meat. It smelled pretty bad so I did not eat it. It was also 15 dollars more than the menus price, cashier couldn't explain why.
I had a terrible experience here today. After placing my order and attempting to make a payment, the owner requested that I give him my card so he could manually input the details into his laptop for virtual payment because their POS system was not working properly. I refused and requested to input my details myself. The owner was extremely rude, bringing up a scenario at the bank where people give their card numbers over the phone. I reminded him that they are not the bank and it is my right as a customer to input my card details myself, which I felt was a safer option. Additionally, in situations where the POS system is faulty, the owner should advise the customer to use an ATM or inform them of alternative payment options before they place an order, instead of boasting about how long they have been in business. The poor customer service and lack of proper communication to customers were disappointing. Even when I brought it to the owner's attention, there was no apology. The owner's behavior was unacceptable. This is not the standard I expect as a customer.

I ordered through uber and my food arrived late and basically ice cold. The app kept saying they needed more time with the order so Im confused why it was so cold. When I called to talk to them the lady on the phone was so rude and told me not to order from there again. So just sharing for everyone else so you dont waste your money.
This is the worst restaurant ever. I went there today to get food. I m not sure if the cashier is retarded or something. She made me tap my card 4 times claiming that it wasn t going through. Good thing I checked my account balance at the store before I left, that s when I realized I have I was being charged the whole time she claims it wasn t going through. Then I had her call the owner to explain the whole situation, the owner was very rude and unprofessional. She never offered any apology even though her staff was wrong. I will advise you if you don t want any high blood pressure or your day to be ruined, DO NOT GO TO THIS RESTAURANT!!! Bad food, bad customer service, bad environment. They will ruin your day if you go there!!!
Called to inquire about the menu and didn t even bother to visit because of the young lady s tone when she was speaking to me. Was very excited to try their food but I shouldn t feel like I m being chastised when seeking services.
I got the jollof rice and assorted meats. Soooooo gooood! I ate the whole thing in one sitting. Will definitely be back for more!

I came to remove the 5 star review I gave a year ago. I visited this place in April 2023 & bought jollof rice, 3 piece of meat, 3 piece of plantain. They charged me almost $30. I went home, the rice was spoiled, slimy. I returned because I live 5 mins away. They gave me another rice, I went home, it was slimy & spoiled. I called them & they let me know most of their food went bad because some lady turned off the food and armed. How can you not know rice is bad when serving? I went there the third time and they gave me fried rice, expecting me to eat the plantain & beef already mixed in the previous spoiled, Slimy rice. I tasted the fried rice in the shop just to be sure. It was salty & wasn t didn t taste like the spices got well cooked in the rice. On my way home, I almost got hit by the TTC when crossing the road. I will be cooking my own meal from now on & will never put myself through such again. The attitude of the lady when I came to get the fried rice. Asking me to help her dispose the previous spoiled food. Canadian restaurants will treat you better for all that stress.
Ordered off of Uber Eats , loved the Oha Soup with pounded yam , such a great portion for the price the soup lasted me for 3 days
Waste your money to get bones if you want. 1 star because my son loves her jollof rice.
If I want bones for goat meat I know where to get them, how can you charge $5 for a piece of meat and still get a bone for meat, thats not fair please work on it

It wasnt a great experience but it can be better. Okro with fried meat - The fried beef my cousin got was very old and dry like the insides were mostly black and I dont want to think of how much frying it had gone through or how long it had been. Oha soup - It wasn t fresh (it got pulled out of the freezer and I dont know how long it might have been sitting there) and the Oha leaf was dead/ just black. There was a lot of oil too but taste-wise it was still nice. My advice for you guys is to have your soup base made and only mix in the Oha leaf when you are ready to serve, please. Egusi soup - No comment, my cousin and brother initially wanted that but it didnt look great...plus your server had an attitude when they requested to see what it looked like (the foods are all covered) My bro went with the jollof instead though. He didnt eat it with joy either. Anyway, I would also encourage you to be friendly or approachable. I understand that it gets tiring but it helps and people will show up more. Have a proper inventory of how much to cook per day so you don t serve stale food. Also, ask yourself if you would be okay with eating something before serving. Always check for quality. Its better you dont sell than to give your customers terrible experiences. I felt bad for my brother who took us there because he had initially hyped your food but this experience is a one-and-done deal for me. Nigerian restaurants should be a thing of pride. Thanks
