Terrible log in experience! Totally hate

Place is terrible now. Bread sticks terrible, pizza wrong and terrible. Ill never go back.

The Family loves ordering from Toppers Val Caron.

Delivery took over an hour and a half.

Pizza at this location is sometimes hit or miss with quality, the bigger issue though is wait times. Website will say 24 minutes, but an hour later and waiting in store and the pizza was just put in the oven. It was a Saturday, but they should know it is busy and adjust staffing or the website accordingly.

Congrats on how bad your pizza is . I called for a pizza never got the extra cheese we asked We were Told to pick up in 25 minute HE went right way waited he said 15 went in and he said as he picked the box it was COLD . Told staff they shrugged shoulder . Thank you so much for such great pizza .... yum yum I will sure buy from you again not

Not the way to make a great first impression. Ordered 3 large pizzas early in the day, for a specific time. Not ready, so waited for another 20 min. And to add to that, there was another customer also waiting for his order at a specified time, that was also not ready. You need to step up your game Toppers!

Large pizza. 6 pieces of chicken almost no onions. Over cooked and greasy like unbelievable. Wont get me twice. Then make it sound my fault or something when i complain. Pull up Toppers Val Caron

I don t usually post reviews , but I have to say this location in Val Caron needs some serious quality control. We have ordered many times, with hit & miss, but this last time we got our delivery is the last time. Too bad the delivery guy was already gone or I would ve told him to bring it back. Very dry, couldn t find cheese, had to drink water with every bite or couldn t chew or swallow. Called the call centre & was told someone would call me back about my complaint, but never heard back. I even saved the remnants of the pizzas , froze them to show management to ask if they would eat it. Don t waste your time or money to order from them. Cost us 50.00 after delivery & tip. Never again

Came home for a visit and the only thing I wanted was a Toppers pizza. Came in on Saturday evening and was created by a delightful man behind the counter. He was friendly, and very cool. My pizzas were delicious.

Save yourself the headache and go get a better pizza someone else. Even the Delisio pizzas taste better.

40$ for Two Medium pizzas was NOT what I Remember being Charged at Toppers 4 maybe 5 years Ago... the Meal took SO UNBELIEVABLY LONG to prepare, it genuinely concerned me if the Staff are Sober????? My boyfriend got so tired of waiting for Our Dinner that he actually got Mad about the Wait time. Ive never Been so Embarrassed and Disheartened buying a Takeout meal before... Clearly I made the Wrong Judgement Call on Dinner Options Tonight... I regret not asking the Gentleman at the counter for My Money back, as I genuinely Feel Upset that its somehow acceptable to have to wait 50 Minutes for 2 Pizzas to be Made. Ill be Boycotting Toppers Unwaveringly from this Day Onward and Secondly Ill be Transparent to Share My Opinion regarding this Experience with Others. First Impressions count, but Bad Impressions make a Huge impact on your Customers.

Update Sept 2023- 3 Stars Ive decided to update my review as we decided to give Toppers another shot. Third time since and theyve been on par for what we expect. Hopefully this trend continues and I can further update my review and add a few more stars... ----- May 2023- 1 Star Havent ordered from Toppers in a while because of constantly wrong orders combined with wasting my time calling the call centre to complain to a poorly patronizing worker who I dont actually think relays the message to ever have the constant problem resolved. But pizza was on the menu and I didnt feel like driving to the place in the Valley that I usually order from (they dont offer delivery and have actually never made a single, slightest, mistake) so I figured maybe Toppers wont mess up another one after all this time. Yeah, I was wrong. Silly me but judging from the star rating, it seems like silly them. Toppers used to be a staple of quality and consistency. Every time it was great and a very routine meal choice. Now, the competition is immensely worth the drive for pick-up...

Save your time and money. Past 3 times ive been there, Ive asked for well done pizza. Pizza always ends up raw in the middle. Somehow my breadsticks became well done and the pizza wasnt even cooked through.. Lost a costumer with me. I will be making sure to tell others as well too.avoid this location. 32$ for food I couldnt even eat.

Totally unsatisfied. Way too much sauce blobbed, crust was uncooked in the center and outer edge was like 2 inches wide Order # 361. So disappointed

After 4 attempts of giving the Val Caron store a chance to do better, we are no longer going to be ordering pizza from this location. We have been customers there for the last 4-5 years and have never had a problem until the last 6-9 months. Upon a staff serving me, I checked my items before leaving. As I thought it was dry as hell. I opened and showed her and she said that s how it s always been . For one, NO. We order here all the time so that s definitely not how it s always been. The pizza crust has been extremely dry and so are the breadsticks. Normally the bread sticks are tossed in garlic butter and have sprinkled cheese on them. The cheese doesn t even stick because they haven t been tossed in butter. The pizza is never cut through. We are always having to cut it again at home. I work in the south end and have no issues with the Regent street location when grabbing pizza for lunch. I should add.. when I walked into the store, waiting for a staff to come to the front to serve me. Through the hole in the wall, it s a zoo in the kitchen. You have staff sitting on the stainless steel countertops where pizzas are made, hanging out . The store front counters haven t been cleaned in a few days as they are disgustingly dirty.

My go to pizza place in the valley, definitely recommended

Pizza itself is usually good, however the consistency it terribly off. No two pizzas are ever close ti them same compared to say, little Caesars where you can expect the same pizza every time. Lots of toppings here and they support both vegan and gluten free options which makes this my familys go to place for pizza. My biggest issue with Toppers is they will 9/10 times forget to put garlic butter crust on when ordered which is frustrating as even tonight I had to then around and get them to fix my problem. This isnt a new occurrence either, its been a problem for years and as to why ? I really couldnt say.

Don t go here. Extremely slow and their order times are never accurate. Delivery is also terrible.

I ordered delivery a few nights ago. Sylvie took my order. She was super nice and didnt make me feel rushed. Shane was my delivery driver and he was great! He was very polite and I could tell he genuinely felt bad about his debit machine giving him some trouble. I texted him after to let him know that I forgot to give him my 10 stickers for my free pizza. He was grateful that I told him and he didnt mind coming back to get them. Great service. The food wasnt too bad. I feel like the boneless bites could have been presented better, as they were just kind of set in the sauce and not mixed very well at all.

Toppers val caron offers the same service you would come to expect from any pizza franchise, the food typically arrives on time and fairly hot. The drivers are normally good humored and polite. The odd mistakes dont out weigh the amount of good orders dont let reviews that say ordered 10 times and everytime was wrong reflect the service thats actually offered.

Toppers continues to produce a great tasting pizza.

I ordered the Pepperoni Explosion, Family size. My first and most major issue was the long hair I pulled out that was baked in the cheese. This caused my complaint call. The other issue is that it is not a standard 16 pieces. A toddler could eat 3 peices of these little things and still be hungry. I called and was told they would only refund me 10 dollars of my purchase as store credit only because half the pizza was eaten. I asked her should I have bitten into the hair first to be fully refunded? The store refused to issue a full refund for their poor food handling practices. This is the last time I order from them. This is the Val Caron store. I will order from Pizza Pizzaz from now on, whose pizza is superior anyway.

Very disappointed I loved Toppers but their customer service has been very poor when the order itself is messed up. This is my last order from them now I bought a pepperoni explosion family size and the pizza was only fit for 1 to 2 people and most importantly their was a hair in one of my pieces. I called saying that I want a refund and they told me that my only 2 options was to A. Get another one free or B. Get a 10 dollar credit. Which neither of them I wanted because I never want to go there again. What a surprise another gready billion dollar company.

I ordered a 10 topper and it was raw. With barely any toppings. So I gave them another chance. Same thing no toppings. So I am done with this location. Ill be ordering from chemy or Sudbury next. Not great pies from this location

Usually I like Toppers Pizza but this pizza I had from this location is the worst Toppers Pizza Ive ever had. I cant really complain about anything else but the pizza is terrible and like I said I like pizza from other Toppers locations.

Somewhat good service but always seems chaotic when picking up for food order. Employees seem distracted by other employees when you can see your order is done.

For a busy Valentines day...my pizzas and wings were awesome!

Over priced and they changed their original sauce. But its still pretty darn tasty! Just have to ask for it to be cooked a lil longer than usual and its amazing. Topporinis are fantastic!

id give zero stars but cannot unfortunately. Well I broke down and ordered Toppers Pizza at 10pm... its now 11:20PM... i normally order them once a week at minimum for my cheat days.... They said they tried calling twice even though I had my phone on ALL NIGHT with full bars and ZERO VOICEMAILS.... when i asked why they made that up and didnt leave a voicemail they said it wasnt their fault.... Ill be expanding my business in Val Caron this summer... I was going to see if we can have them as a sponsor and supply numerous pizzas to our customers.... i guess with that attitude, they are no longer a small company that is about customer service and just plain liars.... SO **** THEM!!!! ANYONE THAT ORDERS FROM TOPPERS IN THE VALLEY BEWARE OF THE **** POOR ATTITUDES AND SERVICE.... GET NEW STAFF WITH BRAINS!!!! #toppers #topperspizza

Ordered pizza for pick in Chelmsford . Arrived when requested and waited 1.5 hours over and above the 45 min wait before arriving at the store.

Twice now they messed up my order and they needed to make a new pizza. Toppers pizza is delicious but sometimes the service isnt up to par.

Hit and miss. Sometimes you get exactly what you ordered and sometimes its all messed up. Pizza is mediocre for the price but it definitely fills you up. Always better warmed up in the oven the next day.

Once u try it theres no going back.no other will fill that gap.

Overpriced, undercooked, greasy and extremly long wait for delivery. Save yourself a headache and some cash, go to pizzazz. If you dont mind spending the extra few bucks, go to pizza hut.

Love my Toppers !! Different kinds of crusts, several sauces and lots of toppings. Prices are pretty good and so is their rewards program.

Pizza was late and cold. Chicken wings were cold and got 8, not 10. Meatball sub was soggy and cold. Never ordering from here again. Waited 75 minutes for cold, over priced pizza!!

So first I started using the toppers pizza app for delivery, but then it suddenly gets changed to pick up, so now I have to walk 30 minutes there and back all for an order which they messed up and I ended up paying 15$ for 4 cans of pop

Cold pizza.. .crust overdone..big disappointment..since when does a deluxe only have pepperoni..a flimsy layer of cheese with minimal mushrooms and green peppers..

I dont know about any of these other people but Ive been ordering from this place for like 4 years... I cant count the amount of pizza stickers Ive redeemed. Ive never had any issues except occasionally something missing, which they promptly recompensated for on the next delivery order.

Just had my first delux from Toppers Val Caron. Huge disappointment. It was a pepperoni pizza with a trace of green peppers and bacon bits in the centre. I feel ripped off! So far, Great Lakes has by far the best delux in the valley.

If I could give toppers in val caron a 0 rating I would because I placed my order at midnight when they close at 2am and when I called at 1:30 the punk kid lied to me saying he tried to contact me about my order when zip was by my phone the whole time. They are lierers and probably theifts and I will NEVER order from such an unprofessional place as longs as I live. What a fun king joke.... I demand they fire allike the lazy punk kids working for them....
