Found a thick black hair in my food bottom of my bowl. completely ruined the meal. Disappointing and unacceptable.

The food is great as always and I was very happy to find the restaurant bathroom clean.

Recently tried shawarma tawook (twice), and It was cold and dry. Would not recommend. Otherwise, their regular shawarma on fresh baked bread is pretty good.

I visited Shelby s Legendary Shawarma a couple of weeks ago, and I have to give a shoutout to Zaid, who was working there that night. He was super friendly, welcoming, and clearly knew his stuff. I asked for some recommendations, and he went above and beyond to explain the options and make sure I got exactly what I wanted. The food was amazing (as always), but Zayd s great customer service really stood out and made the experience even better. It s not often you come across someone who s so genuinely helpful and easy to talk to. Big thanks to him and the team for an awesome visit. I ll definitely be back!

The good part is the setup. Love the order tablets. Unfortunately thats where the good ends. Tastes like 2 days old leftovers put in a bowl then masked with sauce. Most of these 5 stars reviews have to be purchased.

Finally made it to Shelby s Oakville branch and for a first visit n months of watching the amazing promos on TT, it was worth it. Best shawarma bowl the gta has to offer. From taste to sauces to quality n salad freshness its all stars. Definitely going back again n soon. Would have been a real treat to see poor abbaz being called, but it was a quiet cold evening today. N We need a branch in Milton.

Have been here a few times and it s been ok, but today s was a terrible experience. It took 30 minutes for my bowl, the place was not busy, and meanwhile there were 3 employees, one was making a huge order and actually working, while the other two were standing around doing nothing. I was on a time crunch, so once I got my food i immediately had to leave. And once I opened my food up at my destination, it was the wrong order. Maybe pace yourself as you work, or for the two doing nothing, assist the coworker who s busting their butt off while you relax and this wouldn t be an issue.

I mostly came here for jokes I had Shelby s a while back but it doesn t really stand out. Its main point is marketing, modernity, and trying new recipes but it s just really average. Would recommend if you need a quick bite but there are alternatives around.

Amazing shawarma, on par with other great shawarma I ve had, but what s sets them apart is the variety of innovative fusion dishes that are available such as shawarma poutine or biryani shawarma. I loved the experience.

This is a cool place with a very modern vibe. The food is great, but it s best enjoyed fresh at the restaurant. We took some home, and it just didn t taste as good once it cooled down, so I wouldn t recommend delivery. Supinder treated us very well and made the experience even better with her friendly and attentive service. Overall, it s a pretty good spot and stands out compared to other shawarma places in town. They have a lot of options, and I m looking forward to coming back to dine in and try more dishes, including their sweets.

Came here with a coupon with a code that didnt work on their ordering system. Asked the staff to help but they were clueless about it and had to call their manager to find out what to do. Then told I had to line up again to re-order to get the discount. Not wanting to waste any more of my time, I left, never to return. Lesson here for the owner or other operators. Make sure your systems work, make sure your staff are trained, and dont ever waste your potential customers time. In this case, it cost you all future business from me and perhaps anyone else who reads this review.

What looked like metal piece (steel scour) found in my wrap, had to throw out the entire wrap out after few bites. Unacceptable!

Honestly, two stars and I m being generous very mediocre. The meat was cold in my poutine telling me that it s not fresh. Also they don t put a lot of meat very little all the hype for nothing. I will definitely not be coming back.

So my first time and I have to say that it was so loud and pots and pans banging around with all young workers and it was hard enough to understand the vocabulary. It was even worse with all the banging around and it took some translations before. I already understood what was being said. After the noise cut down for whatever reason then it was acceptable and the food was actually quite good. But I didnt come in to a diner that hurt my ears. So Im going to try a few other places and see if they are not as packed with students. I think the managers need to understand that we have a large blend of international languages and it turns you off. If you dont understand the language and getting confused that the place is called Shelbys and its owners are from middle east countrys. So a little confusing as to were we talking about Shelby cars or shawarmas. I dont know. Could be fun guys. Young ladies tried hard.

Shelby s is an absolute gem! The staff is incredibly welcoming, attentive, and knowledgeable about the menu, making great recommendations. The food is beyond fantastic every dish I had was bursting with flavour. You can tell they use fresh, high-quality ingredients, and the creativity in each plate is impressive. The Bacon halloumi wrap was a standout, but honestly, you can t go wrong with anything on the menu.

Really good but shawarma to big

I had food front this location last year and it was good today we spent 110$ here for absolute garbage. Can you imagine even the fries were burnt.. all of the meat was burnt...dried up meat it was as if they covered up the burnt shaving of shawarma meat from under the grill with sauce over rice and server it... absolutely terrible quality of food. Save your money and your stomach.

Shelby is one of my favorite fusion shawarma place. I love the Halumi beef bacon wrap. The best part is that they make the Saj bread fresh. My favorite! I usually go to an Oakville location and Raman was there to assist us :). NOTE:The picture I uploaded is the chicken one :)

Ive had the beef+lamb shawarmas a few times here now and also tried their poutine. This has got to be the best shawarma place hands down. No other shawarma place comes close. Shelbys is now my go to shawarma place in the GTA. Good job guys.
