The guys working today were pretty awesome. I am not from the Oakville area or even the city, so when I came down today I had a craving for some good toppers pizza. I went into the store which was well kept and clean, I ordered my pizza. When I came back to pick my pizza up, the gentlemen both explained there was a mistake made and they didnt even question it... they just fixed the mistake and I ended up with a free personal pizza. That is great customer service, they would have thrown the mistake out so why not just see if the customer wants it aswell. Made me super happy, and my craving has been more than satisfied

Just had a dinner with family, waitress are lovely, food came on time. I had a calamari for appetizer which was good, kids had margarita, a little over cooked but OK, and a seafood pizza for us which was the best part. Overall, we like the food, staff and atmosphere, I definitely suggest this place.

Ordered a few pizzas for dinner (there were ten of us). The pizzas arrived in good time, were hot and had no issues with the delivery. However, I was not impressed with the pizza at all. While the toppings tasted good, I thought the sauce was disgusting. I wasnt impressed with the pizza crust, way too thick and doughy (if that makes sense). I cant tell you not to try the pizza because even though a couple of us didnt like the pizza at all, the rest really enjoyed it which is why I give Toppers three stars. Hey, to each his/her own.

This will be my last time ordering from Toppers Oakville. Gave them the benefit of the doubt for the last couple of orders. But this last order will be the last. After waiting 1/1/4 hours for my pizza I finally called. Instead of getting the store my call was sent to a central cs line who told me my pizza had been delivered. Not true. Driver said he phoned me re: delivery and texted me. Obviously not true. Found my pizza on my driveway. Cold. Was told manager would call me. No call. I waited several days to give them a chance respond. I guess they don t care about good customer service. So bye bye

The pizza is usually quite good. Lately, delivery is always so late and the pizza is no longer hot. My last order was placed using their app for a set time and they were still 30 minutes late.

For certain recipe pizzas and toppings, the pizza is actually very good. We usually order the Montreal Steak Spice or Veggie recipe when on sale Tuesdays and theyre both very good. However, others are just OK even for toppings we really like. Orders are usually ready quickly too. The staff are friendly and mean well but overall operations seem somewhat disorganized - door broken for a long time, orders slightly wrong sometimes, topping coverage inconsistent from order to order, facility looking pretty bad, and not managing COVID related tasks too well (like keeping masks on, staying completely away from customers and keeping customers from grouping together).

It was my first time here at toppers and Carlos s service and skills really stood out. Had amazing pizza. Amazing service once again Thanks

Toppers takes the cake for the best pizza place out of them all. The garlic butter crust has no competition and their garlic sauce, but the large bottle with your order it s only like $6.99. Impeccable pizza but it s does take a little long for me delivery, but that s because it s the best pie you can buy!

I have only been ordering Pizza from Toppers for the last few months but each and every time they exceed expectations. What Im most impressed with is the delivery gentlemen who came to our business this afternoon ,what a asset for your company, he is the most courteous, caring , polite delivery gentlemen I ever had. DO NOT USE TOPPERS DELIVERY FROM DOORDASH! I just lost $70 because I did an order through the app DoorDash and Toppers did not make or deliver pizza. When I waited an hour and my pizza hadnt been delivered and the app was stuck on a 2 mins to delivery status I then clicked on HELP in the DoorDash app it just has a message that states Toppers Pizza delivers their own orders. There is no place for me to contact DoorDash. The number they have for Toppers is 190580 which is not a number. When i looked up the Toppers number in the phone book I get a call centre...i had to wait 10 minutes to get on the phone wiht the owner of the Oakville franchise of Toppers Pizza who informed me that They decided not to make and deliver the pizza because it was too close to closing time... WHEN I TOLD THE OWNER THAT THE SYSTEM TOOK MY MONEY OFF MY CREDIT CARD HE TOLD ME TO TAKE IT UP WITH DOORDASH!!! I cannot get ahold of DoorDash. I have always enjoyed their pizza but will NEVER order from TOPPERs Pizza again. The owner obviously does not care about his customer base.

ordered a pizza off skip the dishes, never came. Skip keeps saying it will be here in 15 minutes its been over 3 hours. I will never order from here again. They will steal from you. Oh btw they use their own delivery drivers so its not like a skip driver stole the food.

Ill give it to them, their panzerotti is delicious when its made right. Thats the main issue Ive had with this location. They mess up orders like no tomorrow, especially large orders. I work for a local business that is quite large. We have ordered from them several times over the years but one thing has remained consistent and thats them messing up our lunch/dinner order. Todays order on Nov 4th 2021 is the final straw for me. I kept the order small and only ordered 8 panzerottis and gave them 2 hrs to get the order ready. When I got the order to work, 3 out the 8 were marked wrong and and those 3 people had to eat what they didnt order for lunch.. I have brought the issue up with the store every time an order was incorrect or wrong and never once has there been a resolution to the wrong made lunches. And never once have they offered free food to replace the wrong food. Think twice before ordering from this local.

The first time I went there, they had no slices. They told me they were sold out. It was about 2 pm. The second time I went there, they only had pepperoni, it was about 1 pm. The guy asked me if I wanted my slice to be heated up. I agreed and he burnt my pizza to a crisp.

I used to order from here often, but with the amount of mistakes recently, and less quality pizza i have stopped ordering from here. They were good at first but recently had a decline. The last order didnt have chicken on the chicken pizza, hair in the other pizza and wrong drinks. We got credit but we are not ordering even with the credit, we just moved on to other places. ==OLD REVIEW== Always order pizza every Friday from this location. Normally have great deals going on and quality is always great. Whether ordering in store, or having it delivered always had great service. Once had wrong toppings on pizza but we all make mistakes and didnt mind as i always get great service. One time i had a bit of a wait and ha d a free pizza coupon and the driver had let me keep it for next time use as the wait was a little long, but it was a Friday night so it was busy and to be expected.

This is the only pizza joint that can pull off ten toppings on a pizza. Anywhere else and it all slides off. Brick oven pizza actually told me they cant do more than 3 toppings. I really wish this pizza place expands in the gta. 3 toppers just isnt enough !

Its simply the best pizza. I drive down from Toronto when we have a craving.. Its worth the drive...

I ordered pizza for pick up and when I went to pick it up not a single person working was wearing a mask! When we asked why no one was wearing a mask the employee said and I quote we can t wear it in the back but we can in the front which makes no sense what so ever. I work In a very busy restaurant and we ALL wear masks and let me tell you the kitchen is WAY hotter than the on in toppers ( I also worked in a pizza place when I was younger) this is a complete disregard for the customers. They are working with OUR food with no mask on. Will not be returning to this location and I advise everyone else to take their business elsewhere.

Very poorly run location. Run by a bunch of kids. Total rip off. They don t even make the pizza correctly. Setting a bad reputation for the Toppers Brand...!! Which is unfortunate with so many other Pizza places to choose from. Extremely disappointed that Toppers would run a business in such a way.

Awful service to say the least. We placed an order for a Medium Mediterranean chicken with no olives (I m allergic to olives). Pizza was done in a timely manner, and asked the cashier to reconfirm no olives which she did. We get home, open the box, and there s olives on pizza.. how disappointing. We call customer service and they offer to send another free of charge and deliver it.. The lady mentioned she would priority deliver the pizza and we requested a call be made when the driver arrives as we like in a condo building. It has now been 48 minutes and we were told 20-25 tops. We called customer service again to confirm if we ll be getting a call and they said it hasn t been noted to call on delivery and that there was no way for them to contact the driver. This was the second chance opportunity that we gave this place which was clearly a mistake...

This is our favourite place to get pizza. It s always fresh and flavourful and they usually have good deals. Really good pizza here.

I have recommended this place to so many people over the years, as I used to think that they were the best pizzas in town. Yesterday I ordered a pizza, total incl tax and delivery was $33.62 ( owner can verify) for an XL, which is pretty steep but I dont mind paying that for a great pizza. The pizza was very soggy and undercooked, I couldnt believe it. I didnt have the time to complain and wait for another one, so we just ate a few slices and threw the rest out. Waste of money. I would advise not to order from here, especially delivery. If this place continues to make pizza like what we got, its going to out of business. EDIT: Toppers sent an email asking for a review. When I sent it, they replied with an apology and a credit. I guess I can give them another chance but I think that if someone working there can let a pizza out of the store like that, itll continue. EDIT #2: Ordered a speciality pizza and some wings last night for pickup. Pizza was what I would normally expect from Toppers, so my faith has been restored. I will definitely order again. Revised to 4 stars.

Edited They are always polite and the pizza is great. But tonight was terrible. Order was wrong when delivered. I ll likely change this review as the manager will call me Monday to rectify but this is more based on the customer service. Josh spoke with me and was very condescending initially stating that my charge was correct. When I called back to say that I had in fact been charged incorrectly, he became very defensive and rude. I finally said that I would just deal with the manager. Im sure they ll fix it and I will repost.

Ordered a Greek pizza and the crust was excellent, there were lots of toppings, it was more fresh than other places, had lots of cheese, and the toppings went right to the crust. Would definitely go back.

If youre trying to choose between here and the Boston Pizza across the street... choose Toppers!! Have purchased 3 pizzas here and every single one has been perfect. One was ordered in the store and 2 were ordered online for pick-up. Fast and accurate! Got a Canadian here today and I meant to take a pic before eating but it was too good. Edited to add that there is always a TON of toppings

Ordered large pizza on special for 12.99 with 3 toppings. Added chicken on 1/2 and that brought the price up to 20.50. Quite ridic if you ask me. Also, since we sat down to eat, we quickly learned that there is not even 1 restroom. Is this even legal? Finally, asked for some katchup but none was available. No problem, the pizza was dranched in tomato sauce, falling apart and no forks to be found.

Toppers is one of my favorite pizzas for take out or delivery. Their pizzas sauce is good. It is not thin crust but not too doughy. They seem to be using quality toppings which can be tasted when you take a bite. Place is clean, prices are reasonable. They have a promotion of large 10+2 toppings pizza (see image) for $14.99 on Tuesdays.

Watched the works preparing the pizza by their bare hands not wearing gloves nor washing their hands while dealing with cash Reister then go back to continue working on building the pizza . I was told over the phone that our order will take 20 mins, came all the way to this store in very bad weather with kids starving after a long tournament. We had better food here previously so thought to order here, but looks like NOT ANY MORE. May be new owners? Large Pizza had total 11 pieces of chicken, they said it will be counted as two toppings as well. The 40 pieces of Chicken wings were like dry, whereas we ordered BBQ, which supposedly be dripping with sauce as it used to be. I guess new owners saving cost by cutting portions, a very cheap tactic no doubt. I will never buy again from this store or any Toppers so to speak. Just called in to order for delivery. The guy that answered the phone was so rude. We wanted to upgrade a pizza from a medium to a large (obviously we would pay the difference) and he literally just said, nope we dont do that, what three topping do you want? I mean its not really that big of a deal but he didnt give us any other options and didnt seem to care about our business. Needless to say, it doesnt matter how good your food is, if you are rude to your customers you are not worth our money. We will never order from here again.

Ordered an x-l yesturday was in a hurry did not open it to see. Went home to eat opened and suprise dough and pizza sauce barely any cheese or toppings i am going to do myself a favour and never go back again.

Used to be my go to place for pizza, it was ok but never great. Last time I went when I got home I opened the box and the bacon on top was literally burnt to charcoal. They replaced the pizza, but it should never have left the store like that, it cost me a trip back plus wasted a good half hour of my time.

I just ordered a small, three topping pizza from this location for lunch today. I walked in and placed my order and it was ready in under 10 minutes. The pizza was excellent, cheese and spicy (I ordered hamburger, jalapenos and onions). If youre looking for the best pizza in Oakville - you should definitely give this place a try. I dont know how my pizza could have been any better.
