Recently I got a chance to visit burger factory in Oakville a must-visit for any burger lover! The burgers are juicy, flavorful, and perfectly cooked with fresh ingredients. The sides, especially the crispy fries and onion rings were just as good. The service was fast and friendly, making the whole experience even better. Highly recommend if you re craving a top-notch burger! 10/10

The food and service were outstanding! There s a sign indicating new management, which I assume explains why everything was much improved compared to before. I had a cheeseburger, and it was incredibly juicy and delicious! I would highly recommend this!

I stopped by Burger Factory and tried the Juicy Lucy. It was fantastic! The burger was juicy, packed with flavor, and the melted cheese inside was a great touch. You can tell they re really stepping it up under the new management. Great food and quick service. I ll definitely be coming back!

I would ve agreed with most of the negative comments here but they ve got a new management and they ve truly turned this place around for the better. This place has a totally new vibe and is so much cleaner than before and with much better quality of food and service. I am truly happy that this place got revamped! Definitely recommend revisiting it if you haven t been there for a while.

When I walked in there , service was amazing and the ambiance of the place was very pleasing and comforting , I felt welcome. I ordered the cheeseburger and it was amazing and had so much flavour. Definitely will go there again for that and maybe try other menu items. I also had the funnel cake and it was delicious. And the portions for each meal I saw was definitely worth the price I paid for. Would recommend for anyone that is a fond of burgers and amazing desserts. Very high quality service. Staff went above and beyond to help me with anything I needed. I ordered the utility steak and it was wonderful. I recommend getting it with a side of chipotle sauce. Very happy overall and will be returning.

Definitely a must try Halal Burgers! One of the best! We went to Burger Factory in Oakville today for the first time and we were not disappointed! Staff was very friendly and welcoming. We were recommended the juicy lucy, so we got two of those and one crispy chicken. The burgers were huge and juicy, very tasty. On the side their tornado fries and onion rings were super good! The price was reasonable compare to other burger joints weve been to. Staff brought our food to the table instead of asking us to get it from the counter. We also ordered funnel cake and it was phenomenal. A very generous serving! Overall We enjoyed our eating experience and will definitely be back!

Stopped by here after a long time and what a refreshing change. Last time the quality of the food and the service were average at best. Took kids here the other day and the food and service were 1000 times better. Nice and clean. Staff was extremely friendly. Found out there is new ownership there and you can see what a difference it has made. Look forward to returning again and would recommend it for sure.

We got there at 7:20 and they don t want to give us service even though they close at 8 pm, super horrible service!

Terrible customer service. I placed an order online and drove to pick up. Only when I got there did I find they cancelled my order because it was too busy . I was the only person in the store. Turns out they didn t have chicken filets or factory sauce so instead of contacting me, they just cancelled the order and let me drive all the way there. The cashier was rude and unhelpful and the food wound up being mediocre at best. I won t ever get food here again.

We placed an order for a beef burger and chicken sandwich online and went to go pick up our order. They ran out of chicken so they just canceled our entire order and didn t attempt to let us know, we found out when we arrived. It was just terrible service, they got the rest of the order wrong and didn t seem to care about it at all. The food was not terrible, but the service was not great. Too bad, probably could be a return spot if the service wasn t so awful.

I was a big fan of burger factory till I tried Oakville location, worst service ever. My advise if you care about your family and beloved ones I don t advise. We ordered for our little ones and the girl was so careless and served them spicy meals which put my little girl in danger sever tummy ache with vomit the whole night .. when I called to complain the manager even donot know who was in the shift and the main office didn t respond back . This location was closed previously for few months . I heard this because health related issues too ??? Not surprised at all

This location Is under new ownership and it s a completely different experience being in there. I usually avoid this Burger Factory location because of its customer service, but my kids were really hungry so we popped in quickly last minute on our way home since everything else was closed. The first thing I noticed was how clean it was. I then started speaking to the woman behind the cash and she told me they re under new ownership and they ve recently taken over this location. The food was fresh, the customer service was amazing today and they were so friendly. We live in the neighbourhood and this will be our new go-to.

Don t get me wrong. The burger was good. But the order came to 17 dollars and all I got was burger and pop. No fries! I was left feeling unsatisfied. Still hungry. I guess I take combos for granted. Times have changed. You can charge 15 bucks for just a burger. This made me feel like I wouldn t go back. Too bad you miss the memo a satisfied customer will come back time and time again.

We made an online order to pick up form Maple groove location, order went through with no issue and we we went to pick up we find out the store is closed and it is been closed since and they charged us and we did not get our meals ! No one answering the phone and this location is still close with no reason ?! What a fraud

Place was empty tonight. I guess they were busy with uber eats orders because people were being told it was a 45 minute wait and getting turned away. The two people working tonight need to be trained on the concept of making a smash burger. They are presssing and flipping immediately without giving the crust a chance to build. Then the burgers got steamed forever under a lid. They had put fries in the fryer which I assumed were mine - they werent. Mine were already boxed (probably from before I got there). Got home and my fries were completely cold. To the person who ordered onion rings, they touched every single one of your onion rings to hand arrange them in the box

Ordered for delivery. One combo meal was missing the French fries and drink. They noted that the drink ordered was out of stock but never offered a substitute. So two things I paid for I never received. Onions rings that we got were really overdone. Burgers were ok, but don t think I ll be ordering again anytime soon.

I went today to pickup a few items for the kids and was extremely disappointed with the quality of the french fries, I ordered two kids combos and ended up having to throw the fries from both orders. My kids were extremely disappointed and so was I Kid-friendliness: Not a kid friendly place, I called in advance to preorder food, they had the food ready. Unfortunately my three kids fell asleep in the car. I called to see if they might help me by bringing the food to the car and swiping my card to pay for me. To which they said no, so I had to wake and carry 2, and drag 1 into the restaurant to pick the takeout food. Not impressed by their inability to something so simple that could have elevated my experience.

I came in for a late dinner. I ordered a burger combo. A few things turned me off of this location. 1) there was a young woman (employee?) laying down on one of the booth benches. Was she tired? Sick? Why could she not go home? It made me uncomfortable. 2) my order was served directly on the tray liner on the tray. No foil wrap for the burger. No dish for the fries. Everything on a piece of paper I m not sure was food-grade. Weird. 3) the young woman behind the counter engaged herself in a personal call on her cell phone, on speaker, while I was still eating. No one wants to listen to that. Especially with the call competing against the loud exhaust fans.

Ordered 4 cheeseburgers and one order of chicken fingers through Uber Eats. Chicken fingers were missing. All four burger patties were cold and stale. Fries were cold and stale. Have ordered the same items from this store several times before. First time, the food was great. I would have given a 4/5 rating. The quality has consistently gone down.

First, the default POS machine for a 15 % tips and need manual adjustment for no tip for take out or fast food counter. Secondly, with the quality of the thickness of the Beef not even close to the special value meal from Wendys and they charge 5.64 on a daily special. Thats just from me.

Got two burgers and funnel cake waited 35 min just to get the burgers with the wrong toppings and waited till after to tell us they were out of lettuce. Icecream wasn t soft serve like the picture. It was freezer burnt. By the time I got my store filled up and a man told me about how inconsistent this location is needs better management can t have 16 year old kids working alone on Saturday nights.

The burgers here are consistently delicious without fail. It s one of the most fresh and high quality burger joints I ve been to and it s crazy to think that this is a chain, though I m hesitant to say fast food as the quality in ingredients are far better then that if any typical fast food restaurant. The juicy Lucy may be one of the best burgers I ve ever had and I ll continue to always get it and tell everyone about it. And yes the price may be seen as a lot for some for a burger but for the taste to me it s great value! I ll definitely be coming back in the future! And I love the bogo offers on some of the delivery services, makes it even better!

They cheap out on items if you order from Uber eats lol little to no fries and when I asked the girl who I was speaking to, to relay the message to the manager she was combative. I wasn t trying to get anyone in trouble, just wanted to know her name to let the manager know I ve spoken to someone about my issue. I expect to get what I paid for, not anything less. I wouldn t recommend due to their customer service.

Horrible experience at this location. Very poor customer service. I ordered a burger, was told 7-8 minutes. After close to 20 minutes of waiting (no exaggeration), they ended up serving my meal to another customer and expected me to wait I m assuming another 20 minutes to remake it. No compensation or anything. Very unprofessional. Do not recommend this place.

Horrible experience. I have had burgers from burger factory from a different branch, which was a much better experience. But from this branch, the quality of fries is really bad. I paid 18$+ tax for juicy Lucy combo. The fries had so many black potatoes. The small bits of fries that usually should be thrown out was served to us. The toppings in the burger like lettuce was outdated.

Service is a key ingredient, this place misses service and customer awareness at every level. Unfortunately this seems to be a theme for Burger Factory from the 3 places I have tried (2 in Oakville, 1 in Mississauga) over the past 2 years. I would give the food a much higher rating, but as I said service is non-existent. Of the 3, the Oakville-Maple Grove location, has horrendous customer (I struggle to write this next word in the same sentence) service. I have been to this location 4 times in the past 3 months, each was the same - no service/poor service/arrogance. On the last phone order pickup, I ordered a combo no drink (in other words I dont want a drink thanks) just the fries with my order. They messed up and made it a utility steak only. On arrival and paying they didnt confirm the order, just handed me the payment required, I paid and tipped 15%. After they said ok be ready soon (I phoned in 20 minutes ago). Oh ok then...when the order was ready I asked where the fries were and the response You didnt ask for fries. I did, but no drink. Oh well. The say ok $4.99 more. I paid and tipped 15% again. I went to get a drink, they said that would be extra - I said the combo is $4.99, which is what I just paid and tipped you on - their response no that is for fries only, you didnt order combo on original and that bill is closed OK, simple thanks for making up my mind after 4 tries to get better - keep your fries, keep the money, I wont be back, this was my last attempt. Done.

Ill be real. I didnt like this place. It was super greasy. The air smelled like oil. They didnt have forks for the poutine. And also a lot of flies in the place.

Service and cleanliness of the place was great. Super friendly staff but the food was definitely not worth it. Incredibly under-seasoned and the poutine was cold with unmelted cheese curds and shredded cheese.

I didn t know why all those waitresses don t have a good mood. No one even puts on a fake smile throughout the entire dining process. I have been to this place several times, this time was the worst experience. Maybe all the waitresses are temporary staff for the summer vacations?

I cannot begin to explain the joy I had when biting into the burger served to me by such a handsome man. Ayaan was the best cashier I could ask for and he explained the menu items to me in great detail; emphasizing the how juicy and fresh they all were. Don t even get me started on Rehan. He was such a funny and entertaining chef and I enjoyed conversating with him while he made my burger. He seared it beautifully and it was still juicy and absolutely delectable. Ayaan and Rehan made an excellent team and I cant wait until my next visit to this burger factory.

Went there 2 hours before closing and some of the menu items were not available. Food is good but a bit expensive. The restaurant is not clean. All the seats were covered with crumbs and all the tables were dirty (see pics).

Update: This location continues to mess up orders. if I could give a lower rating I would. The staff dont communicate so orders are wrong all the time. I see this place going out of business or changing management soon. Buyer beware!!! I dont know where to start with this. I waited until Ive had multiple bad experiences with this location before reviewing. They constantly forget items whether its something on a burger or an add-on like a drink or fries. Anytime Ive called theyve corrected it. Problem is is it keeps happening. In the past theyve forgotten to put eggs on a burger. When questioned about it. Oh, we ran out of eggs. Pretty sure somebody should contact you or tell you when youre there and definitely not charge you for something they dont have. Be prepared to have issues if you deal with this store. Not recommended!

Ive been to other burger factory branches before, and the other one is oakville was such an amazing experience I just had to visit this location so i could show it off to my friend. Upon consumption and presentation everything was as expected, the fries were crispy and the poutine was full of cheese and the chicken crispy burgers we had were just so delicious. However there was a signage outside of the restaurant that had special deals throughout the week. I informed the cashier that I wanted two of the crispy chicken combo deals for me and my friend as it is the deal of the day. But when checking the receipt it had shown that I was charged full price for my order. When I confronted the cashier he had simply informed me that it was sold out/ a deal in the past, and could not offer me to talk to anyone else or compensate me In any way other than the option to refund my money so i can eat elsewhere. Unfortunately this event has left a bad taste in my mouth and I am disappointed in this location for falsely advertising its deals and prices.

Tried calling the Maple Grove restaurant to place an order for pick-up as the online platform didnt have what I was looking for. No one picked up any of my three phone calls over 15m and i tried calling from 2 different numbers. Poor service. I drove down the road and had a delicious burger from Burgers Priest instead.

Noticed the place had opened (used to be a pita pit) so tried it out for lunch. Place was clean and well staffed with friendly team. The digital menu was not working when I went in and was offered a paper menu and then told the pricing was out of date. Selected a cheeseburger combo with fries and paid $16.93 so not much change out of $20 and in what Id call premium burger take out range. The service was fast. I found the burger to be cooked well and the taste was ok. The bun wasnt toasted and overall I didnt find the burger was particularly tasty or exceptional given its price point. Wasnt unhappy with it but it wasnt great. Wont go again at this price point as there are better burger options in the neighborhood at this price point.

Visited on First Day of Opening. Had an Amazing time, simply 5 out of 5 STARS. STAFF was super friendly, Food was Awesome, great Oakville, location and had really good time. Definitely Recommend to all my friends & family.

Food and service were great. Whoever thier supplier for their jalapeño poppers is ... they need a new one... not worth the $6.99 for 4 of them, plain cream cheese and small sized peppers. Need to serve more than 4 for that price. Other wise the burger and fries were great and I would return if in the area again.

Friendly staff, good burgers and options. Price a little higher than your average burger joint but reasonable enough that Id come back for sure for a no hassle quality burger.

I had the best beef burger of my entire life here. Definitely try this out please. If you like spicy, ask for some spicy toppings based on your liking. I would definitely go back there really nice. FYI, their poutine and milk shakes are super awesome too.

Ordered 2 burger combos very disappointed, first time customers. Both burgers were burnt. Tomatoes were hard and lettuce was soggy. Tornado chips way over priced for 1 stick 6.99.. extremely salty and not edible. & funnel cake was hard as a rock. Very disappointing for a first time customer.

Burger Factory offered a deal only at this restaurant. Sent a message saying redeem now? I said yes. They said visit restaurant to get code from staff. I drove to restaurant and the staff hadnt heard of any code. Suggested I come back later. Maybe the manager knows.

I paid extra for toppings I didnt even get on my burger then had toppins that uididnt even ask for. Then had to wait to remake order as the 2 young ladies sat there laughing and talking under they breath as they remade my order.

Worst experience ever !!!

Went in on a Tuesday night at 6:45 and people are in side eating and the server informs they are closed even though the door says 11pm?
