A nice big, busy and airy space. Staff are friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. The food is delicious, plentiful and the selection is vast. There are daily specials, all-day breakfast and a plethora of sandwiches, burgers, schnitzels, salads and some ethnic dishes as well. All food comes promptly and in large quantities. We both had the daily special of fish and chips. This came with a very generous portion of battered haddock, fresh cut fries, creamy coleslaw, tartar sauce and lemon wedge. We will be back.
Loved the food, but loved the service even more! Our server was so kind to us and the place was so cozy like a family diner! We ordered the French onion soup, jumbo breaded shrimp, and steak and half rack ribs!
Fairly large family restaurant with a banquet room available for private functions. It’s lacking a cozy feel - just rows of tables. Experienced wait staff and orders move quickly. No messing around. Check out the Burger Challenge - only one person has completed it. Heard it is 13” high. Good luck!
What an awesome restaurant. The atmosphere is really nice and even better food. Great portions of food and nice service. We had the guacamole burger and 3 kids breakfast and every dish was delicious.
Been a loyal customer at Mo’s for over 15 years, but after my recent experience, I’m incredibly disappointed and frustrated. I ordered two meals: the today’s special and a fettuccine pasta knowing Mo’s portion sizes. But, when the food arrived, we were served two orders of the today’s special and the fettuccine pasta, a total of three dishes. I politely brought this to our waitress’s attention when we got the today’s special, but instead of addressing the mistake, she insisted it was our fault. She claimed we were at fault for eating the Caesar salad that came before the meal, suggesting that we should’ve said something sooner. What was even more upsetting was how she handled the situation. She continuously gaslighted me, insisting that someone in my party had said and wanted and ordered both specials, which was completely untrue. I clearly remember saying “just those two” for the today’s special and the fettuccine pasta clearly since I was the only one who talked and ordered the menus. Her dismissive attitude made things worse—when I wanted to speak to her and express our frustration, she referred to the mix-up as a “dumb accident,” and refused to give her name when I asked for her name to talk to her manager saying, “they know who I am.” This level of unprofessionalism and rudeness is shocking, especially for a place we’ve loved for years. That being said, I want to thank the manager who handled the situation differently. Unlike the waitress, “Nicole”, the manager understood our concern, apologized sincerely, and made sure we felt heard. Our family has always enjoyed Mo’s, but this experience with your staff—particularly “Nicole,” who refused to take any responsibility—has left a bad impression. We didn’t receive the basic courtesy of an apology or any accountability for the mistake. Sadly, after this incident, we’re reconsidering our loyalty to a place we’ve frequented for over a decade.

FANTASTIC food and huge portions! We went for breakfast and it was so great we went back for dinner! Our mouths were handing open as we watched the plates being served all around us. It was no different when ours arrived. All were delicious, which was saying a lot because there were four of us. We split meals and had leftovers. Highly recommend!!
After hearing so many good things we decided to drive out there and try it. Lots of seating inside. Although our server wasn’t chatty or smiley, she did what was expected as a server but nothing more. We ordered breakfast. It was massive and delicious. I really love the homemade Hashbrowns. They are very generous with portions. The coffee was good but overpriced for the small size of the mug. We waited a long time for our bill. We will return later in September when we are in the area and maybe next time our server will be in a better mood. The restroom was clean and tidy.

The food and service is fantastic. Absolutely fantastic. The portions are rather large. The menu selection covers a lot of taste palettes. Thankfully theres no loud music playing in the background which is perfect for family settings.

You will not find another restaurant as delicious as this one.Their meals are well served with portions that will surprise you, and their price is relatively low for what you are actually eating.

We got the Thursday special, schnitzel, good price. Large portions, very satisfied. Very friendly and helpful waitresses with quick service. Food was on our table in minutes. Spacious and clean. I would come back to this place and eat here every weekend if I could.

You go there, line up to get in, once inside, get any food you like off the menu, and come out fully stuffed with a box to take home the leftovers to eat later. Cant get any better, best portions I ever ate in Canada and tasty. Go there, and enjoy, thats all I can say. This is one of the very few places that offers Shredded hashbrowns with breakfast. Their portions are large and the staff is very friendly.
Food was amazing and big portions! I definitely would recommend coming here! It s family friendly and service was good decent timing and they take reservations. I got the chicken parm and asked for the pasta to have Alfredo it was a good choice! Edit: I came on Tuesday nov 19th and was very busy I order mozzarella sticks and were good, I got the chicken parm like last time and the pasta was way to over spiced it turned my stomach they said they would bring a new dish and the chicken was under cooked so now I ve waited twice for my meal nd I still can t eat it. I just said I m done and would like the bill they removed the dish I didn t eat but my boyfriend ate his we came for are anniversary dinner and I left hungry I didn t eat all day and now am very disappointed and will not be returning. I absolutely hate when I come back to a place and is a total disaster and nothing like the first time!!
Out of town and wanted hash browns, but I had to leave the after seeing the 6.50 sharing fee on principle. Seems like a nice place if you don t want to share but there was no option on the menu to get hash browns to go either.
I have been in Oakville since 1988 lived in North Oakville. Got out of that area, I am now in Bronte. Your food is amazing, the service, quantity, quality its all good. Thank our for caring about all the above. So appreciate everything you do, its hard to find quality care anymore. Sad isnt it. Thank you....
Just like before, food still good, portions too. Prices ATROCIOUS compared to preCOVID. Not 10 or 20 higher, sometimes 50. Love ya guys, but bubye. Almost as good food lots cheaper just down the road. Dietary restrictions: GFree toast now available. Thank goodness. Still upcharge though.

Great place I was introduced to by a friend. The food is served in good quantity, with good quality, with great waitstaff, the coffee is good, and theres no lack of parking. Definitely not Cordon Bleu, but good hearty food like Mom used to make. Give any of the skillets a try... Youll like them. No slight on the rest of them--favourite wait-person is April! Parking: Handicapped available and lots left over for the rest of us. Wheelchair accessibility: Tables arent jammed together so its fairly easy to accommodate a wheelchair.

Best Turkey thanksgiving dinner in town
The food here is great with really large portions. However the service is VERY SLOW. The server never checked on us, or filled our waters. I had to flag her down to get more water and ask about our food. Took over an hour from the time sitting down to our food coming. Id reccomend take-out only.

We were there for thanksgiving breakfast. They have good portion sizes, plenty of seating and a decent spread. Where they faltered was the eggs weren t runny for our eggs florentine. We had to look for our waitress every time we needed something and we got so tired of it we let a few things like wanting more coffee slide

We tried mos out once and have always gone back the only thing that I found wrong was they had no heinz 57 sauce for my delicious steak but Ill bring my own next time
My family and I had an amazing brunch experience at the restaurant. We were served by the lovely hostess Alisa who so sweet and kind especially to my little boy. The food was delicious and worth the $. This has now become our favorite breakfast place!
I loved the vintage feel of the restaurant and right when we got inside we were met with smiles by the staff there! Our waitress was such a sweetheart and super nice! My family and I ordered vegetarian wraps with hashbrowns, pancakes with fruit, and chocolate chip pancakes and everything was HUGE! Extremely generous with portion sizes and most definitely worth the price. The bathroom is also very clean which I appreciated. I would definitely come back here again and recommend this place to family and friends.
Did not chnage the hours on google. I drove from Toronto to Oakville just to find out the restaurant is closed for the holidays.

The service was wonderful, as well as the coffee:) The portion was healthy big, but I totally recommend Mos for any family, any season, and any time. Vegetarian options: Amazing Vegetarian options that are just as filling, if not more, as the non vegetarian recipes Kid-friendliness: The service was great in terms of kid friendliness, and the food was a reasonable size for kids with an appetite.

Great food at a reasonable price. Large portions (we had leftovers for the next day). Friendly and efficient staff. We were impressed with how quickly our very tasty meals came out. I love the fact that they bring you a carafe of coffee or tea so you can keep filling your cup. Very good coffee in my opinion. I had the veal with mushroom sauce - excellent. My dining companion had another of my favorite dishes - one of their Skillets - and it too was delicious. Definitely on the list of places we look forward to returning to.

We arrive 9:00 am and was perfect, fast and nice service, not waiting to be seated
Have been a few times, on different days of the week with 1-8 people, and the food is consistently so good. Large portion sizes keep us coming back, as the price is fair for the quality and quantity you receive. Keep it up, please and thanks! Service can be a little slow during peak times but the staff are well trained and very accommodating with requests. Only bad thing is we were charged extra for rye bread without notification, only noticed it on the receipt when paying. There were multiple people seated near us who came and ordered after we did, but received their food prior to us. Parking: In an industrial area, lots of free parking in the plaza.

The service was fantastic. Very warm and welcoming. The food is very fairly priced and the portions very large. Diner comfort classics that came out hot which I appreciated.
Was pleasantly surprised. Food was tasty. French onion soup. Not the most traditional but you know what, it tasted great and I will get it again. Schnitzel with mushrooms sauce was a hit. And kids enjoyed their pasta dishes.
Definitely come hungry if you ll be dining here. Portions are huge, and food is very good. Eggs Benedict was very tasty and made with high quality ingredients, an upgrade from any other breakfast place I ve been to lately. I really liked the hash browns, they are shredded, crispy on the outer layer and soft in the middle. And again a huge portion size. Service was friendly and quick, while the atmosphere was happy and lively..what you would expect from a classic breakfast diner. I will be back to try out another dish

The food is alright nothing spectacular, and the service is meh. I find they re always busy and trying their best but the servers take forever to come back to your table if they even do.

That s a good spot if you re very hungry and want comfort food. Portions are very big but they don t have any refined dish, for people looking for quality. If you re a foodie and look for gourmet unique delicious meals you might be a bit disappointed. They probably need to add some original light options. Staff is ok, not the best service, some lack communication skills and sound awkward. They also say they have WiFi but they don t. I would say the restaurant is stuck in the 80s and need some improvements.
Massive Portions. The Mo-Mo Burger is huge! 24oz. I had to tap out, I couldn t finish it. My son ordered the Chicken Parmesan. We both enjoyed our meals. Service was great and the food was good. If you have a starve-on, go to MO s. OMG Parking: Tons of Parking. But this place can get busy. Kid-friendliness: Treated my son like a prince. Free refills on the soft drinks. Actually brought a pitcher of Pepsi to the table. Awesome for kids.

First time going there for breakfast, the portion of the meals are massive! Prices are very reasonable for the amount of food you get. Very delicious and great service by staff, they all make you feel like family.

Tried the challenge, failed but my goodness was it all good! Portions are amazing for the prices, would recommend and come back to attempt the challenge.
The restaurant had added new tables to the section we were placed in and our server was not notified of these new additions to their section. Due to that we waited 20mins for a server that we had to personally ask to come and serve us, we had placed our order and had coffee but we waited almost 40mins for food. We had to again, personally ask before our orders came when our food will be ready and they were kind enough push up our orders. The food was very good and tasty and we had the servers explain all of the commotion and waiting to us but our view on the restaurant has changed and we are are dissatisfied and will most likely will not be coming back. We were not compensated for our wait time and we were not offered water either.

Food was really good and serving were huge! We went on Mother s day right after a 10km run so you can imagine we ve been starving and looking forward to our food. Anyway, only downside was it took them more than hour to serve our food, not sure if they forgot our order or if it was because of mother s day, probably a mix of both but the other bigger groups who got seated much much later got their food first. All in all, the restaurant is great! I will most likely try it again on regular days :)

Mos was always a place where four of us would get together every other month. Today we decided we were going to pick a new spot to meet for breakfast. It is so noisy in there you cant enjoy your meal and talk. Youre bending your neck to talk to person sitting across from you. The chairs are extremely uncomfortable. Food
