This place is the best location of new york fries ever and the service was blessed and i can not thank the workers enough because she gave me discount when i was broke and short $1.50 so i will return one day when i’m up and bless this location and all its worker 🙏

Had poutine at New York Fries. Fries were crispy, gravy was rich, and cheese curds were fresh. Portion size was just right. Solid comfort food, hit the spot. Would definitely have it again!
I wish I could give a zero for the service. One of the ladies was constantly on the phone. Asked the other one to come out and take my order. The other one was just so uninterested in working. Put sour cream only on one side of my fries. Change your staff if they don’t want to work here.

The NY FRIES Team inside Oakville place mall are amazing! I’ve been coming here ATLEAST once a week to fulfil my fry-craving lol and I’m always greeted by a smile and the food has never disappointed. Love this place and especially the staff who work here!
I eat at this location multiple times a week, the fries are always fresh and well seasoned, the service is fast and friendly, and the staff has always kept the stations immaculate. One of the top places to eat at the mall.
Probably one of the best places to eat at here in Oakville Place. Every time you go in and you know they provide you with fresh fries and poutine. Even the hot dogs are also amazing. Kudos the entire staff working at this location. @Baljinder @Mandeep and @Jaswinder | They are always very friendly and you know you wanna come back to this place always.

I ordered the new pulled pork poutine and the sauce tastes like chili sauce, the curds were mushy. My bf ordered a chili cheese dog and said it tasted raw.

I ate a hotdog and I almost threw up to how watered down and rotten it was, the awful taste never left my mouth and i became nauseous for hours. Even the thought of eating it again makes me want to throw up. there are many other better places in the food court, definitely.

I ordered a hotdog and a poutine and the hotdog has mold all over the bun and the hotdog was undercooked the poutine was also undercooked and it had barely any toppings. learned my lesson I advise anyone going not to go here. (Terrible food and service).
Not good service, I ordered and asked the guy that was my first time ordering from this restaurant anyway the order came just a hotdog with a bred on the side for real !!
I am a big fan of new york fries and went to Oakville place recently. Tried the nacho fries and poutine . My friend took the poutine dog as well . I thought that it was not the usual taste i used to have . Either the fries were not crisp or the sauces above them were not fresh . It was not the taste I expected and was a bit dissatisfied. Maybe its the location or that day particularly.
I would not reccomend this place, the staff is very bad at customer service. Get food elsewhere and youll be happy.

I love this place, its rated #23 on top places to go in Oakville. If I could I would eat here every day. The staff are quiet but polite. Very happy to see this place is still open as I remember eating here when I was a young child! East side Marios may be gone from the mall but New York fries is forever!!!!

I am a big fan of newyork fries, but the poutine served in oakville place is really bad, its totally different in taste than all the other places i have ever tried.

The woman working evenings is rude, impatient, and provides poo customer service. She served everyone else even after knowing what I wanted to have. There was mold in the fries. Many of my fries were from blayted(roting) potatoes. She argued and told me she would give me the customer service number and that its impossible for the potatoes to go moldy because they made them today.

The fries tasted very potatoey if you know what I mean? Its almost as if they dug up some potatoes directly from the dirt and then threw them in the fryer without even washing them first. I hate potatoes.
