This location is actually dreadful. The food does not taste fresh. The oil is old, and I did not feel great after eating here. Terrible experience.
Placed a Skip order at 5pm on a Thursday - waited an hour only for it to eventually be cancelled because the restaurant is closed??? After reading the reviews this place seems sketchy anyway Only giving one star because i can’t put 0 stars. BUUUUUU 👨🏻🦲
First time ordering and as a line cook, I know to trust other line cooks to make great tasting food. This is the definition of great late night food for industry people like myself. I'm not sure who made my food at 1:20am at this location but I love you. I left a note saying to just make is like the line cook enjoys it and they nailed it. Incredibly soft bun, tasty sauce combo and it arrived hot. This will definitely be a place I order from every couple weeks over the summer after a crazy shift.
Ordered Door Dash delivery June 2024. Never felt so ripped off from a restaurant... Look at the pics lol... very sad excuse for a sandwich at around $15 each regular price. My wife's triple melt had less meat than mine and was soaked in Frank's sauce. My original cheese steak didn't look anything like the pictures, it was just ground beef... Originally had the Southdown location 10 years ago, it was just okay back then, decided to give this Oakville location a shot and lesson learnt. Go to the grocery store and buy hot dog buns and a can of sloppy joes you'll be better off.
I ordered the chicken small sub and the taste was okay, not as per my liking. Sauces and condiments were less in quantity.
Had a great sandwich there the staff was so awesome treated me so good and most important service was so fast will visit again.

I had an amazing experience at this cheesesteak restaurant! Not only was the food delicious, but the staff was also incredibly nice and attentive. The combination of great food and excellent service made my visit truly enjoyable. I highly recommend this place to anyone craving a delicious cheesesteak with a side of friendly service.

Poutines were smaller sizes than we ordered. Toppings selected were missing and the Vegetarian poutine had ground beef on it rendering it inedible

First off for anyone reading the reviews, it s not a coincidence that anyone with the last name like Singh or whatever, gives a four star?! These are FAKE reviews,(some of them even copy/paste previous reviews) likely by owner s friends/family. Besides that, cheesesteak is absolutely flavourless, undersized for value, over priced for overall experience. C- *This is also a GHOST KITCHEN for Meat Headz on UberEats ***AVOID!***
Update your hours and delivery availability.... if you arent open , dont say you are on all delivery services
Always being my favourite place for cheese steak. There are so many cheese steak as well as poutine options. I m glad they are opened in my city.
Love this place and they got the best chessesteaks in town. Friendly customer service and on time. The steaks very sizzling hot. Would surely come back here.

This location sucked. Orderd a double cheese burger broadstreet, got 2 undercooked pattys on a bun with no cheese. What the heck. Medium rare patty needs more time on the grill, no need to rush. Eww Parking: Tons of parking for free Wheelchair accessibility: Definitely easy to get in and out with a wheelchair.

It was okay . Pricy for what you get , I could have probably had 3 medium sandwich portion to fill me up . Location seemed clean but portions do not look like the website and if you are going to provide small portions at least include fries .
We ordered Big Texan, yummy with crispy onions and pulled pork, Big EZ and the meat eater poutine. Big portions and delicious. It was amazing experience with a valuable food even staff members are also very cooperative
Awful portion size for a $15 dollar chicken wrap. Could feed a 2 month old child. Didn t even taste good. Please never dine here, I hope nobody has to go through what I had to.
The medium size cheesesteak sandwich is very small and comes on a hotdog bun. It s also very expensive. I had diarrhea after eating this. I m not sure how this place stays in business. I had to buy lunch from Popeyes after eating this to fill myself up.
