Im rating this honestly as the food and service were both terrible when we went. i would also be weary of some of the positive reviews received on here. The manager often provides perks and gift cards to people to write great reviews. Even if they have never eaten there before.

Shared a platter for two. Lots of great tasting food. Equally good beer and lemonade. Relaxed atmosphere and friendly staff. Dietary restrictions: Corn bread contains gluten, else no problems.

Great food and service. Found that the place was rather quiet for a Saturday evening. Menu variety was lacking but to be honest there really isnt much more you could offer for a Texas style BBQ restaurant. One other peeve I had is that we ordered the platter for 2 which was great but the plates that were supplied were the size of dessert plates so couldnt really split everything up and put it on your plate - had to eat in dribs and drabs. Otherwise would recommend it.

We went on a Tuesday, it was very quiet which is not a negative as we were able to chat and hear each other talk while enjoying our meals. Had the chicken and brisket tacos which were delicious. Our server Chris was very nice and attentive.

If youre looking for a great BBQ joint this one is amazing! The ribs were fall off the bone tender, the brisket was very soft but not the most moist, but the BBQ sauce that its paired with was amazing! Service was really nice and welcoming. Will definitely be back if Im craving BBQ.

We arrived around around 7:30....it was fairly empty. Were ordered ribs, wings and a plater. Ribs tasted fine but were pretty dry. Brisket was good. Cornbread was dry as well.

It was extremely hot inside with 33 degrees Celsius weather outside. Ordered a platter for two, platter for one, and a 1/2 rack of baby back ribs, cornbread had mold inside of it and was terrible. Ribs were uncooked and full of fat, chicken was uncooked full of fat, beans were not cooked. Coleslaw was BAD. Mac and cheese was BAD and undercooked. Pulled pork was SOUR! Horrible horrible experience, will never recommend this place. Bad customer service. Took forever to even talk to someone and we ate NOTHING. However the customer service was good and the staff was nice

Stack is my new go to restaurant for tacos. I had yhe chicken and brisket one. They are juicy and bursting with flavour! They also have a great variety od drinks. The ambiance is upbeat and fun. Our server was fantastic and knowledgeable. The service was fast with a great outdoor setting. Will definitely go back!

First time at the Oakville location. The brisket was tender and tasty. The ribs were fall off the bone and flavourful. The cornbread was moist with a crispy crust. Very clean bathrooms and dining room. Servers and host were friendly, attentive. Best BBQ in the area!

There are a million places you could go to get wings, do yourself a favor and come here. I came for happy hour; (3-5)$6 pints & $10 wings, certainly wasnt expecting some of the best wings Ive ever had. Perfectly seasoned, smoked, fried, and sauced. Also my server was cool, wish I remembered his name. Yall made it worth going to Oakville!

I had a backyard event for 50 people, which Stack catered for me this July. The manager, Thivanka, from the Oakville restaurant, was so pleasant and helpful to deal with throughout the planning process. We collaborated on the menu and he also provided staffing for the evening as part of my package. The team he had service my event was very professional, friendly, accommodating, and hard-working. I got so many compliments on how DELICIOUS the food was! I would highly recommend Stack if you are looking for an amazing barbecue experience. Menu selections included: chicken and brisket quesadillas, brisket sliders, pulled chicken sliders, barbecue ribs, smash burger sliders, fish tacos, apple coleslaw, potato salad, and cornbread.

Food is amazing and service is even better. I feel like Im VIP everytime I go with how attentive and friendly the servers are. I cant recommend just one thing to try because everything is amazing. Easily the best restaurant in the GTA

First i would like to start by saying this is how its done.From first impression of Ambient me personaly i would put more of a country type music to fit the restaurant but all other things are great.Now big round of applause to Miss Delilah who was our waitresses,super kind and friendly very professional and knowledgeable about all coctails and food,theese days is hard to find to have such a amazing team of people so i hope her manager or owner of a restaurant will appreciate what they have,since they are the heart of a good bussines and for people to comin back and bringin even more bussines thru the door,and of course big round of applause to a Chief or should i say pitmaster who made all this amazing food as well a sou chief and line cooks like i said theese are the people they make things happen.I went from Memphis to Florida all the way up to New York,and Memphis style ribs and brisket was Par Excellence. If you are a fan of good BBQ you will want to try Stack. We were there for Taco Tuesday and wow! Great portions, great prices and my mouth was singing with joy from the delicious flavour combinations! They also have a daily happy hour from 3-5 with some really good deals. Chris was a top notch server and the whole evening was terrific from beginning to end.

Great food!

We left full but unsatisfied, the wings were a huge disappointment first order was 7 wings, and the second was 6 wings. $20 for 6 chicken wings and none of them were cooked enough. Rubbery and both flavours were disappointing. Garlic parm ( we paid an extra $1.50 ) was flavorless and barely any was on the wings. Also that is not buffalo sauce and has no spice level at all that s definitely mild extra mild. The sausages were like oil doused, leaving a puddle of oil. Over all disappointed $75 waisted very unfortunate cause the restaurant its self is really nice. Also the music was horrible not even sure what that is, ruins the whole atmosphere.

Way overpriced. The burger isn t worth the price. I would avoid Stack.

Came for All you can eat ribs, and was not disappointed. You do have to buy a drink to get the AYCE and they also have a deal on their pints, for round 1 they ll start you off with a full rack of ribs with fries the ribs were great! Moist well seasoned and came off the bone with barely any pull. I will say the rib sauce selection is a bit limited and not as spicy as I d hope but they still tasted great. Can t rate the other food, but would definitely come back!

Completely ignored my dairy allergy after I left a clear note saying no cheese. Are they trying to kill their customers or they dont know how to read English?

Ordered through Uber Eats, food was really good! Downside is that they seem a bit disorganized. Both times I was missing one of my sides on my order. First one was a side of Apple Slaw missing, second was a side of Mac & Cheese missing. Meant that both meals were served with nothing but a plate of meat & cornbread which was a bit of a bummer. First one I didnt make a stink about. But 2/2 really bummed me out, Id likely have ordered every week since my last order but Im a little hesitant. Hopefully I can make it in to the restaurant some time. EDIT: Upgrading to a 5 star a year later. Deliveries have been great since and I see they check off items on the receipt as they put them in the bag which helps.

I ve been here several times and I really enjoy the food and friendly service. They have great food, my husband says it s the best ribs he s had. I m a pescatarian and there s a bunch of options for me too. I highly recommend going to STACK Oakville

The atmosphere is nice and service was great, I just thought my ribs were a bit more on the drier side (was expecting it to taste like the ones at ribfest). The rest of my food was just alright to me.

I went to stack for the first time, the place was so busy and low in staff but I can t describe how tasty was the food and the outstanding service. The server (Delilah) was amazing handling all our requests, the food arrived quickly, she was friendly, polite and helpful in every aspect.

We had an amazing time last night with our friends and the food and the drinks were so flavourful! I had the Carolina burger as my main and it was an excellent choice. The atmosphere was just right for a perfect night out with your family and friends and the staff treated us so well. It was such a warm and cozy place to spend your small gatherings in. I had the stack burger. It was delicious, I inhaled it. The fries were fantastic. I enjoyed everything.

The food was okay, we paid $70 to share the taste of Oakville and a beer each. But worst of all, the live music was SO loud we couldn t hear anything. We asked the server to turn it down slightly but it never happened.

We went to Stack during Taste of Oakville. The food was delicious - highly recommend the Mac & Cheese, Brisket & Rib plate, and powdered sugar donuts. The portions are large and the food is tender, seasoned perfectly and delicious! Our server was great as well. We will definitely be back!

Came here for the Taste of Oakville experience and it did not disappoint. The food was really flavourful, meat was falling off the bone and the portion sizes were huge. We were so full we had to pack most of it but everything was very good. Our server was Amy and she was amazing. Very attentive, lovely personality and always checked to see how we were liking the food and went out of her way to get us extra cutlery, toothpicks etc. I definitely will be back!

Been to Stack burger few times this year .. my last two visits, went with my family and kids, ordered kids meals, order came wrong. That s to start with. When I looked at the fries, it looked horrible, black color and greasy ! We called the manager, and his answer was it s the starch on the fries LOL Taste was horrible, and looks like they were fried 3 times before being served to us .. both my daughters couldn t eat a bite of them !! then came the other meals .. greasy, oily and horribly tasting !!! Very disappointed as this place was my go to when I wanted a good nice tasting burger .. server was trying to be friendly, but obviously was very stressed, and knew that everything was wrong .. then when the bill came, we paid 160$ for food that s worth 0 !!! We all ended up feeling sick to our stomach the next day with diarrhea and stomach upset ! NEVER AGAIN ! Vegetarian options: 1 dish .. horrible tasting

The food was delicious! Not easy to find really good quality southern style bbq anywhere in the city! My family enjoyed the ribs it was fall-off-the-bone and the brisket is the best we ve ever had! It s very tender and well-seasoned. As for sides, my personal favorite is the cornbread with a touch of jalapeño! The coleslaw, beans and mac and cheese just completes the whole meal! This place is definitely our family s favourite.

My husband and I went here for our date night for the first time. We ordered Stack burger, and bacon cheeseburger burger with fries and poutine. The burgers were soooo delicious , and I really enjoyed the poutine! Everything was so delicious. Customer service was excellent. Our server was incredibly courteous, kind and patient. She was very helpful and amazing to us! The atmosphere was great! We both had an amazing time! Definitely will be coming back! I would absolutely recommend this restaurant for any occasions. I was introduced to STACK BBQ Smokehouse from my good friend and colleague from my office. We had a lunch there and the food was awesome. The atmosphere is great as well, very versatile can go there with friends, family, date night and watch sports! The service was spectacular!! The waiters are very patient, give great recommendations and always provide exceptional customer service. I ve had more misses than hits but we were craving BBQ. Brisket sandwich was the highlight, burger tasted off, Mac & Cheese was cold in the middle, and Caesar salad dressing didn t taste like Caesar. Also they have put a hold on my card for about 25% more than my actual order was and I ordered takeout/pickup and paid with Google Pay. Hopefully it s gone by tomorrow or I m doing a chargeback. Excellent customer service and communication. I ordered ribs and brisket plate (39.88) plus a small amount of pulled pork (6.60) and a jalapeno cheddar sausage (6.95) for takeout for dinner for two people at home, and although the hostess couldnt answer a question about included sides (3 are included), she brought over a staff member who had the accurate information and was keen to improve consistent communication. Then, during the <15 minute wait, two different people came over to problem-solve one item (sausage) that was already sold out. Not only did they hand me a $7 cash refund, they also offered to replace the sausage with dry rub ribs, chicken wings, or anything else I wanted -- and threw in an extra tub of beans, plus coleslaw and sauce. I chose the dry rub ribs. Everything was delicious but we are not fans of the beans (too sour/vinegary). Both types of ribs, brisket and pulled pork were very good! I recommend ordering the way I ordered to save money (my bill was $60 including tax rather than the much more expensive platter for two on the menu) Highly recommended! Thank you to the whole team for your hospitality and quick problem solving!

We had the brisket plate with buffalo fries and one of the salad bowls with brisket as well. Kitchen accommodated a special dietary request Food was better than anticipated, especially the brisket. Kudos to the bar for the specialty Caesar - loved the dry ribs. Our young server was brand new but very attentive. Atmosphere is a tad bright, more like a roadhouse than a restaurant. Overall, very good experience, will definitely return!

When I arrived the place was empty..I was a little nervous that it being slow was a very bad sign... however I was compleatly shocked to be wrong. The brisket plate was amazing! The sides need a little more to be desired, but over all Tasted great! The service was outstanding and the price was appropriate for what you are getting... previous reviews complain about the price.. but you are getting SLOW SMOKED meats!! So damn good! Thank you!

I am writing my review after having been to this place at least 10 times in the past 1.5 years. This is probably our favourite spot in Oakville. Food is amazing, service is great and even my daughter (who can be a picky eater sometimes) leaves with a full belly. I can surely say we will be back many times.

We had a very enjoyable experience. This restaurant is amazing, if you love smoked meats. We ordered the wings and ribs, they were delicious, the fries were really good too. Dined in on the weekend with my wife, service was below average, a lot of very young ladies, only working there, that seem to not know what they are doing.Came in since this place had great reviews but was left disappointed, get some proper servers, who also know the menu too.

Cubano was soggy, not particularly tasty, and comes with dijon mustard (not a fan) thats NOT LISTED in the ingredients and I was delivered the wrong side vs what I ordered. Terrible first experience, wont be going back.

Best bbq place in the GTA hands down. We ve been there many times and it is consistently good. Our go to dishes are the brisket plate or sandwich (equally good) and the ribs. The wings and chicken are also good. They smoke their meat and make their sauces in-house in the restaurant. Authentic Texas bbq! Definitely recommended.

We were seated in the room since there were 8 of us. Everyone was prepared to share, testing all different dishes (see posted pictures). Ordered The Ultimate Platter came with ribs, brisket, pork, wings, fries, coleslaw, baked beans, and cornbread. It was a good variety of dishes, and a Platter for two which is the same except no wings, and portion wises was smaller. All of us were not that hungry, and ended up with some left over. The food was very flavorful to our taste, brisket flat meat is great, beef ribs cooked nice and very juicy, the cornbread was nice, loved it all. Had a great dinner. Came here twice. First time was decent, second time the waiter ruined our meal. I wouldnt recommend this place at all.

This was my second time there in 1 week. If you want to enjoy some delicious smoked bbq style meats you need to visit this restaurant. They will not disappoint you. Ive been to a few places with high expectations and was very disappointed. I am hooked, they definitely got me. Ill be there at least once a week. I mean who doesnt like a really good brisket. I highly recommend the brisket and turkey. Dietary restrictions: My cousin has a dairy allergy had no problems ordering everything he wanted.

Chris was our server and he was top shelf. From start to finish while he was backing the bar too, I believe. Good food if you like southern smoke houses. Big place and lots of seating for families. Something for everyone.

The food feels overheated but very obvious, but it holds up

Quite possibly the worst ribs Ive ever had for $40. In the picture are their ribs as served. The reason they look like that is they served me ends. When asked about it their answer was they were weighed and I received the full amount (in bones yes)

Brisket and pulled pork is some of the best BBQ Ive ever had!!

Fast service . The ribs were phenomenal and the potato salad was homemade and excellent. We ordered the platter for 2 and we will be back 1000%! Wish there was one in London ON!

Highly recommend STACK BBQ Smokehouse. We catered an event with them recently. Everyone loved the food and presentation. The customer service and attention-to-detail was top-notch.

We ordered take out and picking it up was smooth and easy. We had the brisket and Stack burger, with poutine and Mac and cheese on the side. The burgers were absolutely delicious and would highly recommend those two options. The poutine were a little soggy, though we were given the gravy on the side. I probably wouldn t order take out for the poutine but would consider if I were to dine in. The Mac and cheese was a solid 7/10. I would definitely come back and experience dining in.

Service was great. Food was very good. The portions were not small, but smaller than expected for the price. Maybe thats just inflation. Good selection of beers.

Had the brisket plate for one (5/5 as the beef was very tender, flavourful, soft cornbread and decent fries, could be crunchier though. The onions and pickles I didn t care for but hubby could ve liked more), pulled pork taco and brisket taco (5/5, pork was flavourful and both tacos were pretty filling), smoked wings (3/5 they re big but lacked flavour, better off getting wings elsewhere), side of the apple slaw (3/5 very underwhelming, the seasoning was good but where were the pieces of apple?) The service was decent but I understand since it was one server with 3-5 tables of 2-6 people) I d try their other bbq plates in the future.

I loved dining in here! The drinks were amazing and looked so nice i had to take a pic for the gram. Omg and the parmesan fries were my favorite.

The best Texas food!

Ordered BBQ dinner for two online in the morning for a pick up at 615 pm. When I arrived at 615 pm, order was overlooked and not ready. Order was brought out fairly quick but when I got home the corn bread was missing. Overall the food was delicious but pricey

We had a wonderful lunch here. The service was great. A good selection of cold beer and the food was very tasty. We sat in the bar section and it was perfect for a quiet lunch to get caught up with an old friend. Parking: Mall parking

Outstanding BBQ across the meats. I enjoyed the happy hour platter for 1. Great eats and sides and cinnamon donuts as a closer. Highly recommend this place.

The burger was fresh, in house ground chuck and delicious! The rib and brisket platter was awesome! The ribs were super tender, meaty and tasty. Brisket was also tender and tasty. The beans included in the platter were delicious and could have been an order on their own with the big piece of cornbread. Even the fries were great! Hot, crunchy and soft inside, the perfect frie. Couldnt get any better bbq platter within 150kms! Service was friendly, fast and professional. We highly reccomend you eat here! Prices were very reasonable. Didnt try it for lunch, but a very good bourbon collection and some great cocktails. Try the Talks 5 words a second with gusts to 50 !

First time going, left fully satisfied. Went for lunch and order the Cubano, amazing sandwich, plenty of meat, toasted perfectly, service was excellent. Definitely be back.

Really had a great meal. We had the pulled pork sandwich and the stack burger and both were fabulous The french fries were awesome. The service was amazing as well. Get me another french fry overall, I would recommend.

First time trying this restaurant via Uber eats and I have to say I am more than happy. When placing my order I added comments to indicate I had an onion and parsley allergy and not long after placing the order the manager called me directly. He advised the item I had ordered did contain onions and offered to switch my item for something he knew for sure contained no onions. Not only did they notice my note but to have the manager call me speaks volumes about their level of customer service. I m incredibly grateful for the call and the alternative recommendation. Thank you so very much for displaying exceptional customer service!
