Zoeylicious in Oakville - A dim sum place you absolutely cannot miss before the end of 2024! The best authentic dim sum ever! Ordered and tried all of it! The owner is always such a delight to speak with, incredibly accommodating, and so kind to her customers! Make sure to try the Sesame Ball with Egg Yolk and their Mango dessert you won t regret it!

Amazing food. I got the Cantonese chowmein, broccoli, and sweet and sour chicken for take away. It was great. Some of the best Chinese food Ive ever had in the GTA. Highly recommend.

Food is decent, but the service needs to be improved; while taking the plates away, the server dropped the fork on me causing stains on my jacket, pants, and purse not exactly the preferred way to end a meal. Edit: The oil stains will not come out.

A friend recommended there, so we went for lunch on Friday afternoon. It was hard to find a parking space so we parked across the road. The place was small, but the atmosphere was nice. It was a little busy when we got there, but after waiting around 5 min we got our seat. Service and food was good. There are not a lot of choices for dim sum, but it is still good enough to satisfy my craving. Plus not many good dim sum places left in Mississauga, so Im glad my friend recommended this place. Will for sure go back for more.

Found this place while googling for a dimsum resto. The food is great. The place is a little small and gets very busy.

The quality of the dim sum has unfortunately declined since my last few visits. The food seemed underseasoned, which was disappointing. Additionally, the credit card machine suggested a 15% tip as the minimum, which felt excessive. Nevertheless, its still fortunate to find authentic Hong Kong-style dim sum in the GTA!

A group of us went for dim sum today to Zoelicious (as opposed to our usual restaurant closer to home) and it was literally the best dim sum I have had in years! Everything was piping hot and delicious and fresh and amazing! Zoelicious will be my Go To dim sum and Chinese Restaurant from now on! Keep up the great work!

We enjoyed all the dishes that were ordered including Cantonese chow mein, beef with black bean sauce over rice noodles and a variety of dim sum. We have been to many dim sum spots in Peel/Halton/GTA. This place tops them all. This is a must visit or in Michelin stars it would be a 2 star restaurant. The people who own this restaurant and the people who work there are attentive, kind and friendly. Parking in the area is limited. Watch for parking signs on both sides of the street. Parking enforcement was out ticketing near the restaurant when we were visiting.

Finally find a good dim sum place in Oakville. Nice and clean small restaurant in a quiet neighborhood. Friendly and fast service. Food came out fast, hot and tasty. We had shrimp hargao, pork siomay, charsiu pao, tofu skins rolls, bbq pork rice rolls, taro dumplings and the salty egg yolks sesame balls. All of them were very good. Really recommend them. We will definitely comeback to try different items.

So glad I dont have to go all the way to Scarborough for good dim sum. My favs are the fried squid, green bean, custard bun and siu mai. Their iced milk tea is delicious as well!

Very fresh. You can tell it s made in house and not frozen. Doesn t taste like they use MSG (for better or worse haha). Great service. Very clean. Will be back!

This little place was quite the surprise. I just, by chance, found a groomer across the road from here that could future my dog jn immediately and walked by and found this little Gem of a place. I went inside for some tea and a beautiful mango pudding and had a great conversation with Maggie. I ended up waiting a while until my husband got off work to meet up with me. We decided to have dinner there as our dog still wasnt finished at the groomer. The food was amazing, and we had lots of leftovers to take home for lunch the next day. Thank-you Maggie, I hope to see you again soon.

Awesome cute little place! It s hidden in the new developed community in Oakville by Dundas and Trafalgar. The dim sum was amazing, shrimp dumplings and shrimp rolls were super fresh! Very cute restaurant with friendly staff and clean interior. Dimsum is made in house and you can taste the freshness. I don t believe they use msg or maybe very little as the food has a lighter taste and I didn t feel thirsty. Bathroom is very clean and is family friendly. Will come back and try more dishes! This place is one of the better dim sum places I ve been to! Its family run and the staff are all super nice and care about the service they re providing. The steamed buns from this place are one of the best I ve had!! We ve gone back so often because of how good the food is. Would highly recommend to everyone

It was good before. We went there a few times. But today we found a fly in the dish of Singapore noodle we ordered when we dined in. It totally ruined our appetites. My family definitely won t be back anymore. Very bad experience.

I can t help complaining the good looking food with a dead fly hidden the noodle as the attached picture which was terrible disgusting. I never expected the lady boss even did not realize her fault and slightly said:You can choose not eating if you don t like which made me astonished and was not acceptable at all!As a neighbour who came pretty often before ,going forward I will never forget the fly in the noodle every single time when I pass by this weird restaurant, will never forget the lady boss with strange manner to the neighborhood customer and will never go back to the bad place as well.

There was only 1 staff running the whole front portion of the restaurant but he was super friendly, very efficiently, and managed all the tables well. Food was fresh and tasty. Good local Chinese food/dimsum option when you dont want to travel to Markham/Richmond Hill.

What a great little find! Probably the best crispy spring rolls I ve ever had and the service was impeccable.

So close to greatness but doesnt quite hit the mark to become my go to dim sum place. Quality of the ingredients is good, but this food is bland and is missing key flavours like the smoky aroma of the wok (wok hei) in the chow mein, and shrimp dumplings (har gau) that are way too plain and need hot sauce. Portions are good otherwise, and the location cannot be beat if you are in the Preserves. Prices are good for what you get. Vegetarian options: Only OK for vegetarians. Order the chow mein or some desserts.

I was driving by and decided to randomly pop in for a milk tea. Very nice interior and the place smelled fantastic. Ended up picking up an order of shrimp dumplings along with my milk tea and they were fantastic. Would definitely recommend!

Food was good but didn t like their minimum 15% tip option. Why are we being forced to tip on the tax amount? Would come back for the food but probably wont due to predatory tip practice like this. And no, there were no custom tip option in the payment option.

The store is very clean and bright, and the atmosphere is quite warm~ The food is served very quickly and tastes good. After my Xingzhou fried rice noodles arrived, I didn t bother to take pictures. I ordered fresh bamboo rolls, but I didn t pay attention to the receipt when I paid. When I got home, I saw that it was siomai, but it was delicious. I forgive you and will eat fresh bamboo rolls next time. Taizhou pig trotters are very delicious! Soft and chewy. The shrimp dumplings were a bit inferior in comparison, but they were still pretty good. All in all a highly recommended store.

Zoelicious - a small restaurant serves delicious Hong Kong/cantonese dim sum. I really like the chicken feet, which is very original. The other one is the shumai; its the best Shumai I had in mississauga. The owner also serves quite a lot of traditional Chinese dessert, which is also yummy. You can also order their food online too. Three thumbs up.

Small family own place in a new strip plaza. Its a small place size of a cute bistro or desert joint therefore tables are close to each other. Food was good but I found the beef strip a bit tough and needed but more flavour. Could probably use an extra staff. Good option for those in the area

So glad to FINALLY have an authentic and family-owned Chinese restaurant in Oakville! It has all of the best classics from traditional dim sum but in a cute, cozy cafe setting. And very reasonably priced too! I highly recommend their Singapore noodles, deep-fried shrimp dumplings, and any of their cakes/desserts. All the food is fresh and homemade, and the family running the restaurant are so friendly, attentive, and kind. Ive never felt so at home eating out before! This spot is a true gem in the Oakville food scene and a welcome addition to the neighborhood.

Got takeout with a wide variety of dishes and they were all great! Big portions, with good amounts of meat or shrimps, and the dim sum was really good! Will be making this a staple for our takeout, and dining in when we get a chance - the interior is really nice and cozy!

We ordered takeout tonight from their website and was not disappointed food was well packaged and piping hot still when we got home. The deep fried shrimp wontons had lots of shrimp. Sesame balls were huge! Really full portion of the Cantonese Chow Mein. I appreciate how the flavours aren t as salty as some of the restaurants in Mississauga. Very friendly service and order tracking was accurate and efficient. Will definitely be coming back.

Ordered the Yang Chow Fried Rice, Beef Ho Fun and Chicken w/Mixed Vegetables as shown to feed 3 people. Good tasty portions, although the rice was a little too hard for one person. For me most of the dishes were filling and of good quality that is better than other places. The only downsides are parking in the area - pretty much on street parking on either side of Burnhamthorpe Rd. or 1 or 2 blocks south of Eternity Way. The other downside is the limited space of this place. If you have a large group of people, its better to order take-out and enjoy it in the comfort of your own home.

Family style. Relatively small for a dim sum place. Be expected for a long wait. Extremely difficult to get a parking spot, many people got parking tickets. Dim sum is average. The sweet and sour pork is disappointing.

First of all, their service attitude is very good! I feel like there are too few dim sum varieties... I ordered five dim sums today, which is one-third of their total dim sum. The taste of the dim sum is okay... but dont compare it with the taste of Hong Kong dim sum! Overall its delicious!

came here and was pleasantly surprised by how good the food was for the price. we came when there were no other customers (around 3pm) and the food came out hot and delicious. the staff was nice and it seems family owned. the desserts had good value and it also had a homemade feel rather than outsourced. atmosphere was calm and clean, will come again! although there might not be as many option as larger dimsum restaurants, it is still worth checking out

I ordered takeout in the heavy rain at noon on Saturday. The chicken fried rice was undercooked and the fried beef was only passable. I really feel that this level can only be opened in a restaurant in Okumura.

Ive had dim sum and dinner at Zoelicious, both fairly good for such a small place. Only comment was wish there were more fried noodles in the Cantonese chow mein, the noodles/toppings ratio was off, and too much sauce (oil/corn starch) otherwise favours are good. Prices are good, were already repeat customers. Wifes been there 3x in the past week!

I am sorry to say so but I had such high expectation since I live in the neighbourhood and was so excited to see a well-reviewed Chinese restaurant opened within walking distance; However, I was disappointed about the experience. The environment is great - clean and well decorated, but the food was just abysmal. Shrimp dumplings were nothing special, like what they would sold frozen from T&T, chicken dumplings were super greasy, and the stir-fry tasted like they used a package sauce. Waiter was only taking care of the table she was familiar with and completely ignorant of us. Sorry Zoelicious. I had to tell the truth. Lots of things to work on here.

Wonderful experience in Cantonese dim sum and some other Chinese dishes. The staff are super friendly and professional. It is a very affordable place in an excellent location in Oakville. We no longer need to go to Mississauga or Richmond Hill for good Cantonese food. The desert options are awesome: egg tarts (low sugar), mango sago, cream puffs (100% awesome). Tea is great and low cost. My fav is the egg cream filled buns. It is too big for me inside, I am not sure of the A/C needs to be increased. Friendly owners amd friendly staff.

Very nice little family restaurant in Oakville. Food is very good, dim sum tasted great and the amount of shrimp in the shrimp dumplings was absurd! 4 whole shrimps in one dumpling, the beef tripe was very crispy and no gamey smell. Fried egg and shrimp was very well made, egg was smooth, shrimps were tender, the dish was very well seasoned imo. Great homemade desserts as well. Service was very nice and friendly, food came up decently fast. Down side is theres not much parking nearby, but by bus from Trafalgar road it is only a 5 minutes walk.

A modern, quaint family owned restaurant serving delicious Dim Sum. Loved the ambience and decor! My coworkers kept raving about this place and oh my goodness I was not disappointed! Their portions are amazing! Every dish I tried was phenomenal. This is a true gem in Oakville and I suggest you stop in. Next time Im out this way I will definitely be making a stop here. Thank you so much

What a hidden gem !! Loved loved loved this place. We went it to give it a try and the service was friendly and attentive and the food was delicious !! So happy to find good Chinese food in the west end! The owners were the sweetest people too. So glad we tried this place because we will definitely come back!

I was very pleased with the quality of this tasty food. I did take out and called in advance. The order was ready when I arrived. The dim sum is on par with Chinatown in the Big City. Some of the other dishes could use some help, for example - the Pad Thai needs more flavour. Shrimp Fried rice - truthfully I have had better. Restaurant is clean and inspires confidence if things like sticky surfaces turn you off. On a Saturday the place is full of people who appreciate and understand Chinese food and that means a lot to me. You should try it !

Discovered this delightful little restaurant back in early summer. Delicious food, fresh and well prepared. Love the service too! This is one of my favourite places because of its reasonable prices and generous portions. Their desserts are divine! The only complaint I have is that I always ate too much!! Parking: Parking is a litter problem especially with the constructions in the neighborhood.
