best you are going to get in this mall. This location is loved by locals. they cook everything fresh to order. so even when i have a late night workout at goodlife i can still stop by and have a nice meal.

The server/cashier was very cordial, fast and I was surprised with his ability to multitask and attend to the multiple customers. Food was delicious and portions were great

Probably one of the most filling chicken on fries plates you can have. Great value for money and generally fresh food. Service has generally been great on this branch too. Id consider myself a regular :) #halal

I had one veggie wrap and it was amazing. The girl with brown eyes is also very nice and have amazing customer service skills.

Ordered chicken shawarma plate, I got very very less chicken compared to white people before and after me, Not sure why you don t serve browns well. Irony is the woking guy is also brown. Very disappointed. Silly of me to write this review. I could ve argued or didn t buy it.

Great work by Bhavesh!! Second time trying this place. Definitely better than Lazeez on Lakeshore. The chicken was juicy, really flavorful. Would recommend the chicken shawarma and the chicken meal.

Compared to when I first ordered, it was quite underwhelming. First the chicken was not seasoned enough that I can taste the flavor of the old dark meat. Also the portion seems to be smaller than it was before, quite disappointing. Maybe a bad day/time to order from here.

Great shawarma which was also very cheap for the amount they gave me. The sauces have a better consistency than many other shawarma stores, especially if you order in person

Ordered chicken shawarma , a 15$ bowl with more of green lettuce. Was too salty. Pickle and jalapeño was soggy. We threw it there in the dustbin. Wanted to ask the chef about this but there was a very young girl at the counter and i just couldn t say anything to her. Felt like some student, maybe having a bad day. So i just left. But if someone is paying 15$ for a bowl please dont take a chance with someone s lunch

I bought a meal at this place and the sauce was water I went back and asked if the could make me a new one with out sauce she refused and called the security on me and made it a bigger problem and threatened to call the cops on me for asking for them to make me one with out sauce.

This is one of my top Shawarma places. It was recently toppled from the first place in my books by another great eatery but it is a VERY close second. The only place which serves scrumptious fried aubergines (or egg plant, or brinjal, or baingan - take your pick!) with shawarma! I was sceptical the first time I had it but it was the hook that keeps pulling me back to Pita Lite again and again. Dont get me wrong - the shawarma in Pita, shawarma salad and shawarma plate with potatoes on the side are all very good - in fact excellent - but the fried eggplant is what makes it a unique experience every single time. Everything is excellent - fresh salads and top notch choices of ingredients. The only gripe is that the servings depend much on the server and her/his mood. I have had instances when my meal was spoiled just because the serving person tried skimping on servings but mostly these are good folks. And with this quality of shawarma and that damn eggplant, I can t hold my grievances for too long. Highly recommended. Go for the eggplant if nothing else! You wont regret it.

Quantity is way to less seems like you have gone to some miser persons house and they dont want you there.

Ordered two chicken on the rocks with four sauces/toppings: hummus, garlic sauce, tzatziki, and special sauce . I only got one sauce which I don t know what it is. I asked for baked potato and the basmati rice together, since that was available on the Uber Eats page. This is what I got, with no potato. The portions were also very small and not worth the price of $12.00. It was dry, the chicken was stale, and hardly any chicken (just skimming the surface). It was very disappointing - I don t think I will be ordering from here again...

Would Never recommend this place . Pathetic customer service. Absolutely rude behaviour of a small girl there . Took 15 minutes just for a wrap.

Terrible service. I ordered 2 chicken on the rocks and 1 coke can. Both the chicken on the rocks contained sauces that I did not ask for, the potatoes were missing and I never received the coke can. Right away I called and told them about the issue. The lady there, she said her name was Faram/Baram She told me that they ran out of coke and someone should have contacted me. I told her that nobody had called me at all and I was not informed whatsoever. I should also add, if you run out of an item, why not put another drink as a replacement if you are not even going to bother and call and inform the customer?Anyways, I also informed her about the potatoes missing and the wrong sauces. She said to call her back in 5 minutes because she is going to talk to her co worker. Right away this is extremely unprofessional. .I called her back after 5 minutes and asked for a compensation right away, when I clearly should have been offered one. She offered to give me potatoes if I ever come and stop by. She proceeded to say that her co worker said he put the correct sauces and added potatoes and was ready to end the call, and it seemed as if she was accusing me of lying. I told her I could send her a picture of my food untouched with clear indication that the wrong sauce was added and NO potatoes were there and she went on again to say my co worker said he put the correct stuff in. She then hung up on my face. If the co worker is too lazy to call and inform the customer about out of stock items, of course he would lie and say he did everything correct to not get in trouble. So extremely unprofessional. Will not be coming here again. Looking at the other reviews as well it seems like this is an ongoing issue.

Staff here have horrible customer service. I asked the cashier what is Kabab Laffa. He responded to me like he is verbally fighting with me and doing angry movements with his hand. He was responding to me like he is angry at me for not knowing what Kabab Laffa is. I wanted to eat here, but because of this cashiers unacceptable behavior I ate food from another restaurant. This cashier has the wrong job

The grilled eggplant is spectacular in the wraps. Flavours are well balanced. Delivery portions are generous. It s my favourite shawarma restaurant by far! Fully recommend for the whole family.

Have a seat. Their greatest feat is some good quality meat. Their reliability is fixed concrete. I always place an order while dancing to a euphoric beat, only to be welcomed with an effusive greet. Time to taste that source of heat. Now eat!

Friendly staff who always share their knowledge about different combination for the shawarmas and plates! I love the way they grill their saulaki in particular!! So hot and mouth watering, always.
