We ve been looking for a good shawarma place for some time and tried Zesty because of the reviews. The people are more than lovely, the saj wraps supreme! Highly recommend Zesty!

The woman at the counter was so sweet, and the chicken shawarma plate was delicious and hearty Update: the third time I went here, I felt something hard in my mouth. Lo and behold, there was a plastic bread clip in my shawarma wrap. The workers were apologetic and made me another. Im glad I didnt swallow it, but needless to say, it left a bad taste in my mouth

This place is unassuming but is a real gem! Ordered a chicken shwarma plate and it did not disappoint! The portions are fantastic, the rice, salad and potato sides are delicious and of course the chicken has great flavour I will be coming back here anytime I am craving a delicious meal!

Wish I had more stars to give them. Hands down the best customer service in the entire GTA! They made sure we were doing ok, recognized us from our previous visit, and gave us a fully loaded family platter, more than we expected. Great value for money, delicious chicken shawarma, fries, special garlic sauce, and salad. Also, amazing falafel! Not dry at all, and melts in the mouth like a crispy pillow. I recommend all these things to whoever visits them. Thank you Kerr Street branch! You have earned regular customers.

**ABSOLUTE BEST ** ***SHAWARMA*** **OAKVILLE ** First visit to Zesty so very pleased. Weve tried a few other shawarma places they dont even come close to Zestys quality and authenticity. Staff are very friendly and courteous. Such nice guys! We had chicken & beef shawarmas & french fries combo absolutely delicious. The shawarmas are huge! The portion of actual meat is very generous. Very well priced. The hot sauce,tahini & hummus were 10+. We actually took 1/2 of each shawarma home. Loved that all the toppings and sauces are behind a glass case and you watch your shawarma being made to order. Restaraunt has comfortable , clean booths, easy parking and a great small plaza location. The owner owns all 3 locations so the quality of food is consistent. The homemade baklava was authentic filled with nuts and honey. It was truly delicious and appreciated. Thank you so much, our shawarma search is finally over. Look forward to ordering the family platter we saw being prepared. We wish you continued success.

The Chicken saj meal is amazing!

Got their 39.99$ chicken Saj family platter with 4 drinks and 4 kibbeh. The service was amazing, the food was prepared in a clean and hygienic manner always switching gloves and cleaning down prep surfaces before handling food. Generous serving and made sure every saj was packed well with chicken not just condiments and free toppings. Will definitely come back to the Kerr street location great service here!!!

The best shawarma I had while recently visiting my wifes family in Canada. I went with the beef shawarma plate and it was very flavorful, including a lot of garlic flavor which I really loved. I also really enjoyed the flavor of the hot sauce. Now, because I havent really explored all the options in the area Ill preface this by saying Im not an expert. But, I dont think youd go wrong taking my recommendation to try this place out. Parking: Free parking lot.

Very friendly and patient to tell us what food is. We were first time to try the shawarma cook so basically we did not know anything about the sauce. Have to say, very delicious and big plate. My wife could not finish her plate in once because they gave too much. Strongly recommand!

Used to be a great place, but there is been a change in management

The shawarma meat was well seasoned and the pita bread was filled with fresh veggies, meat, hummus, garlic and hot sauces. Every bite was immaculate. We ordered fries and they were made fresh and all our food was kindly brought to our table. The restaurant had a constant stream of customers (even at an off-time: 2:30 pm) which tells me it s a local favourite. Will definitely be visiting again soon as my new favourite shawarma spot!

Delicious food - we tried the mix shawarma plate and chicken poutine. Even though this is out of our way, we see ourselves making the trip for the yummy food and awesome customer service!

I thought it would be better from the reviews, but I may be spoiled since I live close to Scarborough. The potatoes were good but I was underwhelmed after the rave reviews. The shawarma plate could have been better too but the sauces that came with the plate were fantastic and there was a good variety. And since the sauces usually make about half of the flavour and the food was very fresh, with very pleasant service, 4 stars!

Good and bad. Its hard to give a negative review. Service was friendly, food was made fast, everything was fresh. All the sauces were great. Portion size is fair. 6-8 booths for family seating. But.... It did not taste like your typical shawarma joint. For those who are used to Scarborough/Toronto shawarma, you know what I mean. It tasted more like an amateur meal. The chicken had no flavour and it was dry. The rice was bland. There wasnt enough chicken in the plate. And its very expensive for a shawarma place ($17 plate, $8 basic burger). I needed a LOT of sauce to make it taste okay. Hard to justify the price when quantity and flavor is lacking.

Hands down my favourite shawarma place! The portion size of the shawarma plate is huge, you will be able to eat half and save the other half for later so its very good value as well. Everything is so flavourful - the chicken, salad, hummus, rice and potatoes go so well together, its the perfect balance of flavours. I havent found any other place as good as this. Their online ordering system is also fast and convenient. Highly recommended!

Ive had the freshest chicken and rice Shawarma at Zesty Pita, Oakville. I went in around 12 PM, so timing might play a major role in the taste. Freshly cut chicken with steaming baari rice was spot on and wonderful. The restaurant was very busy with takeout orders, however the old man preparing our food apologized and promptly got back to us once done with his Takeaway orders. Ill definitely return and try the Shawarma Plate and Falafel here.

The quality has not been the same lately that it used to be before. So lowering 1 star ____________________________ I plan on trying everything in their menu I have tried yet another dish on their menu! The chicken Saj meal and I have to say its my best and go-to dish now from this place! The sides of french fries and coleslaw salad is tooo good! They are very generous with their servings. Yesterday I had chicken Shawarma Platter.. They put generous amount of chicken, salad buttery & garlicy potato and 3 dips Amazing quality and quantity for the price they charge Sadly I wont be able to try their burgers as there are no chicken option! I hope they bring one out soon Repeat order of Chicken Shawarma wrap.. So authentic and yummy!! Tried their Falafel balls that come with some salad and garlic dip! They were so crispy and delicious! This was a big disappointment.. I absolutely love Zesty so when my coworkers asked recommendations on what to get for dinner I really hyped this place up. Our chicken was super dry, our lettuce wilted and translucent and the wrap itself soggy. We tried to prevent this by requesting sauces on the side however we only got garlic sauce and hot sauce, no tahini or hummus. My friend ordered extra garlic sauce which she paid for and received a 2nd hot sauce instead. Just once I wish my online order could be followed accurately.

The food is good. I drove from Toronto to have dinner today as Ive been here before and loved it. Ordered over the phone because I use a wheelchair, received my food with no hummus or tahini, just garlic and hot sauce on the side. Called back to ask and was told I needed to ask for it when I ordered it, which I told the guy yes when he asked me on the phone. Customer service is everything. I wont waste my gas again.

Good food and wonderful customer service! I had the salad with chicken, and the portion size was great! It had a good balance of ingredients, and they let you customize it (I like extra onions). I also had the falafel, which was so delicious and fresh it was super crumbly and had a great crunch. I was told they make it in house. The man whom served me was very kind and sweet, and treated me very well while I sat in. I will be back!

I have tried 100s of shawarma places here and internationally. I think the food is decent, and their meat is juicy. However, I didnt find the food comparable to some of the most popular shawarma places in the area. I found their bread too crispy for Saj shawarma, and their sauce, meat, and condiments were not balanced for a good quality shawarma.

Usually go after work with some friends. T portions are big, the food is delicious and the service is wonderful. Definitely would recommend if you don t know where to go for lunch/dinner.

Perfect place. We took takeaway food, and in 15 minutes our Shavarma did not get cold. The chef is very friendly and will help you figure it out if you are not very familiar with the kitchen. Portions are huge and tasty. Next time Im in Oakville, I will definitely visit this place again. Thank you

One of the best Falafel wraps I ve had in the gta, I have searched all over and honestly nothing compared to this place. My son went in and bought 4 chicken shawarmas and 1 falafel wrap. The customer service is very good the price is good compared to some other places since the quality is much better. The falafel are flavourful and fresh the vegetables were amazing today, I know weird right but they were so crisp and cold and the falafel was fresh and hot with that sweet pomegranite sauce and garlic sauce the flavours go so well together.

This is the best shawarma Ive tried so far. Even amongst other zesty pita locations, this is easily the best one. The shawarma had no cartilage, was cooked perfectly and had a great balance of flavours. The falafel was fresh and tasted phenomenal. The potatoes you already know were amazing. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who likes shawarma.

I ordered by phone the other day for a pick up order. When I got there, it was all ready and packaged so nicely. The staff were extremely nice and walked around the counter to hand me my items. I also got extra fries packaged separately and pitas for the hummus I ordered as well. My family all agreed the hummus was amazing as well as our chicken pita platter. I highly recommend this place will be placing future orders here.

Food was really good. It tasted fresh. Portions are big. I had enough for lunch the next day. The owner who served me is so kind and welcoming. We will definitely be going back. The only reason I did not give it 5 stars is because we have been looking for a restaurant to replace Agabi since it closed and while Zesty is good, it didn t compare to Agabi. It s a close second though and we will continue to get Shawarma from here until Agabi returns.

A frequent local spot for my wife and me. The owner is extremely friendly and hospitable, ready with recommendations if youre unsure. The food selection is quite varied as well, with everything from lamb chops to the more standard falafel and chicken/beef shawarmas. There is a clear emphasis placed on cleanliness too. Last time we dined in, he brought out a sample for a new dish he was working on for us to try, and took our feedback on it. This is clearly a place in which love and care is put into the food, and the quality and taste far exceed the expectations you may have from the somewhat standard interior decor.

With the rating this place has, I have started doubting my taste towards shawarmas. Mine and my wifes chicken were both over cooked and obviously not fresh from a roller. The platter and wrap both were very dry (no juice at all) and potatos burned my tongue while the chicken was cold. Not tasty as I was expecting from a hard-to-score 4.8 rating. I ordered from Uber eats 2 wraps chicken kabob with lettuce, cucumber and onion and not gonna lie it had no taste my wraps came with a boneless chicken carrot and pickles which I did not ask for. I called the restaurant to remake it and the lady told me it comes with the salad. So I m gonna assume what is gonna come in the wrap? Instead what I asked for extremely disappointing. It tasted as if I was having a bowl of salad. What a way of blaming a customer down here the owner says it s my mistake. Extremely generous of u. Take my advice change the name to 1 skewer of non existed chicken with employees choice of salad. This costed me $30 for my fault. Thank you for adding the carrots and pickles for what I didn t ask for .

Wow, honestly the best falafel wrap I had. Ate it in the car cuz I couldnt resist. Way better than the osmows and lazeez chains our there. So crispy but yet so soft and the hummus and tahini give it a creamy finish. And it feels so light and not heavy. I will be going back.

Fast pickup. I ordered through their website and my food was ready by the time I got there. It is located in a big plaza so youll have to look for the restaurant. The food was delicious and fresh. Ive been to other Zesty locations and like others, the food was consistent and delicious. The customer service was also superb. I will be back. Thank you for your service.

Located in a small mall off Kerr Street in Oakville. Good seating area for 20, clean, bright decor. The food is very good and made with fresh ingredients. Tried the mixed grill plate, chicken kofta wrap, beef kofta wrap, fries and chicken shawarma. Meat is exceptionally tasty, and the price is competitive. Order ahead if picking up.

The good is amazing and the women serving is very sweet. A great place overall would recommend!!
