Went to Mochaberry on a recent visit to Orangeville & so glad we did! Sandwiches were hearty & tasty. Had the cream cheese brownie & it was amazing. The staff were friendly & delightful. Great service. Next time Im in Orangeville cant wait to go to Mochaberry again!

We loved the food and that patio, but the wait line to take an order was brutal. After the order was taken, the food arrived quite fast, though.

Their coffee is excellent and the staff could not be friendlier. It is a gem of a spot for a good coffee/sandwich/sweets. The Green Goddess panini was really yummy.

I ve been writing reviews for my favourite places in town recently and I couldn t miss out on writing one for Mochaberry. Whenever I m in broadway I stop by for coffee and snacks. The staff is always friendly and there s always local art exhibited on their walls. They carry fresh coffee beans, matcha powder and coffee making equipment like brewers and grinders. My go-to drinks are London fog and iced matcha lattes. I always recommend them for anyone looking for a regular coffee spot in Orangeville.

Our first time and it was lovely! The atmosphere was cozy and very clean. It is a very unique cafe. Service was quick, organize and friendly. Lots of vegetarian and gluten free options. Gluten free pecan butter tart was delicious! The hazelnut latte was very nice. Try it out! Vegetarian options: I saw that there was plenty of vegetarian options (e.g. sandwiches, salads, beverages and desserts). Dietary restrictions: There is vegetarian and gluten free options. Parking: There is plenty of free street and lot parking near the cafe.

While a lot of shops are closed Mondays, Mochaberry was open, and we tried it for the first time. Well be back. Good service. Great food. Nice atmosphere. Its worth the drive from Brampton (30 minutes).

Stopped for a quick breakfast this morning. The bagel was sooo fresh and yum, we ended up ordering another one. The cappuccino was tasty too.

Mochaberry is the best local cafe, a great selection for both food and drinks. The staff is lovely as well. Parking: Free street parking on Broadway (which can be difficult). But if you re okay with a bit of a walk there are some free lots around.

I often go in and get a bagel and a drink with my nana every week and it s normally fine. They don t always have seating since it s a small place but it s always been good. Unfortunately today I had to post this since I got home with my to-go eggy thing which has egg, ham, cheese and tomato (I added avocado and mayo) and when I opened it, the bagel was black and burnt, and there was no egg or ham to be found. Very disappointing, even gave a tip and this is what I got.

Starbucks pricing without Starbucks flavor/food/service. A small business using that as a badge to over charge for cellophane wrapped cakes baked by teenagers. Hopefully with the coming hard times ahead, places like this will cease to exist.

We recently tried Mochaberry Cafe and had a great experience. We really enjoyed their iced lattes. We also ordered a egg salad sandwich which was very good! We will definitely be back.

Adorable coffee shop with a small town feel but big city diversity! We often will go out of our way to stop here, as was the case today, it s always worth it. Parking can be a challenge on this busy main street but there is parking on the streets behind and surrounding this area. Do whatever is needed so you can enjoy this hidden gem. The quaint counter and two bar stools by the front window overlooking the street is my ideal spot to enjoy a good cup of coffee and a treat. On a sunny day, you just can t beat it. This wonderful coffee shop offers a huge variety of coffees, teas, and specialty drinks. It s also a great place for lunch with simple choices such as paninis, sandwiches, salads, or soups. If you re like me, you will find it utterly impossible not to try their baked goods. There are so many choices, you ll find it hard to just pick one thing. Today, we had their greek yogurt, rice crispy square, and a thumb print cookie. All were delish and didn t last longer than us warming the car before leaving our parking spot. There is quite a bit of seating in the back of the coffee shop, but for me, it s all about that large window bathing you in sunlight The staff is always super friendly, accommodating, and efficient in getting our order ready. Can t wait to return

Oh my goodness,,,hadnt been in for ages,,,stopped in and got the chicken salad sandwich,,chicken and Brie panini and a couple of deserts and I must say I have been missing out!!! Absolutely amazing sandwiches and deserts,,,I will definitely be back regularly for these and to sample your other sandwiches as well!!! Wonderful young man at the counter as well

Great little place for a coffee/tea and a snack. We were happy this place was open on Sunday as we were visiting for the day and in need of a good flat white. The interior is very beautiful as it is in an old building. I love the exposed brick on the front half of the cafe.

Wow! Super friendly staff, tasty treats and sandwiches, and wonderful coffee! I went 4 times in a 4 day span it was that good. The turmeric maple latte wasn t for me, but I loved how creative it was! My non coffee drinker friend loved the Italian soda, and I even got some coffee to take back home to Texas, overall 10/10!!!

This is my go to stop of coffee, a sweet and sometimes lunch when I m in Orangeville. Great tasting coffee and food and service. The seating is spaced out enough and there is a great window seat/counter too.

Great wraps selection, yummy smoothie - they also do catering! Super cute vibe. It s set up very narrow and long. Haven t seen the back, so not sure if it s suitable for groups!

Nice cafe, the coffee smell inside was great. Had a Cortado which was good , later a Flat White which was very good. Also had a Raspberry thumbprint cookie, kind of a crumbly oatmeal shortbread which was very good. Sat outside in the side walk patio, a bit noisy with traffic, next time will sit in.

This coffee shop in itself is quite nice. Great atmosphere and service but the coffee was subpar. I had an americano which was very watered down and the taste was quite off. I cant put my finger on it but the flavour wasnt right. Almost like a mix of cleaning product and cardboard.. I couldnt get past the first few sips. I immediately regretted trying this cafe out, should have opted for Starbucks like I planned originally.

I had an issue with the food I purchased at Mochaberry and didnt realize it until I got home. I called the cafe to let them know of the issue, and because I couldnt come back right away, they drove to my house to exchange my order and even brought me an extra treat. This was one of the best customer service experiences I have ever had. This has reaffirmed my decision to be a loyal customer!

Recently had Mochaberry cater our wedding parties getting ready with sandwich trays and dessert trays. Super easy to order and work with. Food was amazing and delivered right to the venue. Would recommend to anyone!

Not a great place for GF... I do research when I go for lunch to make sure there are GFO. I get there for a nice lunch with my friends and I ask for a GF sandwich. The girl at the till says any of the sandwiches we can make for you. So I ask for a green goddess she says we cant make that I ask for a brie sandwich? Same answer... I finally ask what can you make that is GF? She says a grilled cheese... I left hungry and upset... I need you to do better guys. Edit: It is totally fair. They are not a gluten-free facility. On the day I went I read the comments and I saw that a lot of people had a great glute-free experience. Although I didnt, I will totally go back because they are good people

Mocha Berry is a wonderful little Cafe! They have local art lining the walls (available for sale) and a selections of goodies and beverages. They have alternative dairy options which is a huge draw for me! And the regular old black coffee is delightful. I got upsold on the cinnamon maple pumpkin spice latte this time and WOW it was delicious! They do different seasonal drinks and its always fun to try. They pre-prepare their meals, but if you have dietary needs they will accommodate you if youre able to call the day before so their kitchen can make the modified meal in advance. (Lunch and snack style foods) The seating is a little limited due to the fact that the shop is one big rectangle going back into the building, but there is a cute little window seating space and they keep everything nice and clean. There is a washroom in the back and the staff are always delightfully kind. Its become a favourite stop when I come to town - grab a latte and then wander the neat local shops along Broadway, sipping happily

My friend ordered a cappuccino to go and we waited at least 10 minutes for it. As we waited, we kept seeing people that came in after us getting served. The coffee itself tasted mediocre, to put it lightly.

Very friendly servers, enjoyed chatting a bit with the guy who took our orders(sorry don t remember his name, young guy with a ponytail ) Had a pumpkin spice mocha, the best tasting one that I ve had, great old building, local art on the wall great place! Service

As a Celiac in a small town, I really appreciate that they offer gluten free options for some of their menu items. Safely dining out can be a challenge sometimes since Celiacs require their food to be prepped with caution towards cross contamination with gluten containing surfaces and foods. However, the last few times I ve been there I ve been informed the gluten free bread is still frozen and thawing it would require heating it on a non-celiac safe surface. Thus, defeating the purpose for me. I ve had a refund a few times now. Perhaps it would be beneficial to double check with customers first before processing the transaction? Otherwise, I love their coffee and salads! Such an awesome place in the community.

Great little spot. We even got to watch them roast coffee beans in their huge machine! The coffee is amazing, with a number of drip coffees to choose from a and rotating selection per day. The banana cakes to die for. The staff were amazing in particular Sierra. Every morning she greeted me with a smile and interesting chats about her favourite coffees and were to visit in the area. Before returning to the UK I bought 3 bags of freshly roasted coffee, which they do while you wait. A great experience and highly recommended... Long live Moccaberry!

Years ago I used to go here every day before work. Now that I m in walking distance I have a feeling it will be my regular coffee spot once again. Cheddar everything bagel is a must, the ladies here are so pleasant and helpful. Great coffee and treats! Don t bother with Starbucks!!!

If you want your order missed (as you re saying it and after you wait 10 minutes), mediocre food and service with an attitude, this is your spot. Went out of our way to try this place as we drove through town. Won t return :(

How delightfully rare to find a coffee house that features a quality cup of coffee and the kind of breakfast sandwich that tastes as good as its priced (I had the Eggy sandwich, fyi). This was a wonderful discovery in a decadent and mediocre world resplendent with Starbucks and Tim Hortons, and its the real deal. Props to fantastic ambience punctuated by classic rock hits from the 70s and 80s interwoven beautifully with a relaxed and laid back hospitality that should do nicely for those returning to pre-pandemic realities. Very nicely priced with a menu that includes everything from a big-sized meal to a quick and delectable pastry, and it made for a strong and indelible impression. Highly recommended.

Pretty cosy cafe with great drinks and snacks. We tried hot chocolate,latte,lemon ginger tea,scones and spinach feta,muffins.All breads were freshly baked and delicious.Ambience was apt for a cafe and the staff was courteous and price is decent.Visited yesterday evening and will definitely visit again when in town.

Great food and drinks

I expected they should have been a good coffee roastor. I bought their Kona beans when I visited the store and they marked it as Medium Roast, but it turned out to be over roasted and the beans are almost burned out. So I wont buy the beans from the shop any more... $40 is a waste of money for the beans. This is my recommendation for those who want to buy beans from them... The Cafe part is nice, sandwiches taste good and special! But for me, the key part is still the roaster, but it turned out to be not worth it at all.

Warm, little coffee place on a busy street. Amazing coffee, great food and comfortable space. Plenty of options to go with coffee on the go or just to sit and take a break. The servers are simple nice & welcoming. Been here a few times already!

Great little coffee shop, with friendly staff and wonderful atmosphere. The walls are covered with original artwork, which is also for sale if something strikes your eye. Some very talented artists on display! They grind their own beans there. I tried the dark roast, and the eggy thing (which is literally how it is described on the menu) and both were pretty good, although the cheese was a processed slice. Theres a little patio, and lots of tables inside. The only problem was parking was limited to parallel parking on the street, and it was difficult to find a spot.

Wanted something sweet so decided to stop by. Definitely want to return to try some their breakfast items. The Chai latte and various baked goods I picked up were excellent.

This is Orangevilles hidden little gem The chicjensalad sandwiches are ths best and their bagels are amazing. Their selection of drinks is so vast its hard to choose. Everything is made fresh each morning. You cant beat ths decor. The friendly staff that great you there cant be beat. From the eggy thing or muffin for breakfast they cant be be beat. Stop by if you havent given them a try

Simple latte is very good

Good coffee and everything... but one Gripe. What is it gonna take for management to put a couple of Patio Umbrellas upfront? The whole summer has gone and they still havent put up two umbrellas upfront so patrons can enjoy their fares outside on the patio. Shouldnt cost more than $100 for both and with the prices they charge for everything, they should be able to make up for for that cost in no time. Its a minor thing ... but it makes a MASSIVE DIFFERENCE! Its all about the experience... unfortunately I have to mention it in a review so the message gets across Greystone gets it and so do the other businesses on Broadway, so lets make it Happen ! Somebody donate some patio umbrellas to them if its that hard to justify or makeup the cost. Thank You

Dropped in on a rainy afternoon for a latte, omitted the word tea when I ordered, NOT really a coffee fan but was pleasantly surprised by my smooth, hot, cafe latte. Bonus, I ordered a GF butter pecan tart. Excellent! And I mean excellent! The filling was just right and the GF pastry was the best I ve ever had. Really. Intend to beg for the pastry recipe. Note, a couple of other GF sweets were available. Lunch items looked interesting but untried by me. The cafe was full at 14:30 so that says something. Enjoy!

about a year ago i had a guy spread false rumours to this resturant about me after i gave the staff cookies and was very nice to them. one worker in this place told all the staff my personal information and lied and as a result i had false accusations brought to the owner of this establishment and i was banned for no reason. The owner did not let me talk out the situation and face my accusers he just banned me. This place is all about profit and the owner listens to the lies of his staff over customers. it is overpriced and not worth the value.cmon man wake up and start treating people right. i have also had many of the staff that work here like samantha avery and others go around town to other places like thistle and rose mill street pub angels and other places and talk about my personal information many of the girls spread rumours and gossip about me around town it was awful as i did nothing to anyone of them except treat them sometimes for their excellent service i have mever hit on asked out or done anything questionable to be banbed if that is how you get treated it is terrible

Cozy little cafe with a good selection of regular, flavoured coffee and a wide assortment of sandwiches, baked items, and cold drinks. The green goodness is my personal favourite. They carry coffee mugs, tumblers, and also showcase paintings from local artists available for purchase!

Mochaberry is a fantastic place and always has been. I recently had the honey oat latte which was super delicious. The location is great, prices are good, drinks and treats are spectacular AND they have many dairy free options! The atmosphere is amazing but it tends to get quite busy in waves, which can be a problem if you re looking to sit and relax. But then again, this place deserves the popularity!

Cute coffee shop on Broadway which offers take out or dine in. Highly recommend their mochaberry house blend coffee beans and might as well pick up their brie cranberry panini while youre at it. Staff are always willing to go the extra mile to make sure you have a great experience. One of the best things about this place is that I can bring my dog inside while I wait to pickup my order. Items are on the pricier side but worth every penny!

Everything I have tried over the years at Mochaberry is delicious and I have quite high standards especially on baked goods (being a baker). Their coffee and my favourite Mocha is some of the best around and rivals any Toronto coffee shop. My sister ships their coffee to Calgary. Their bagels are the go-to bagels in Dufferin County. Delicious tunamelt sandwich with a flavourful filling with cranberries and dill. Baked goods include scones, butter tarts, maple muffins (very different and worth a taste), Nanaimo bars, and my mom loves their Ginger Molasses cookies. One Cookie I m not a fan of is their peanut butter, it was a bit dry and is lacking pb flavour. Staff are always incredibly friendly and kind with great customer service overall. Update Dec 2022: love them but unfortunately won t be getting my fav Mochas anymore as $6.40+ is just too expensive for a drink. More than any cafe in Toronto. I know food prices and all but that s considerable .

Lovely coffee is a nice, warm cozy place in downtown Orangeville. I ordered a Decaf Cappuccino (coffee notes were amazing), coffee beans werent bitter, tasted great.. alongside ordered Vegan Sweets from Earth chocolate Pecan Caramel bar and Pecan butter tart.. had fun..

It will be lovely when we can dine in again. In the meantime, this roastery has an amazing selection of beans, including Hawaiian Kona & Jamaican Blue. My only quibble is that I don t enjoy really hot coffee, but I always get it served so hot (even though I ask for not too hot) that I have to wait 10 minutes to drink it. I m sure that if I was staying in, the wonderful staff would be able to fix that.

I got a Vanilla Latte and Chicken and Brie sandwich. The Latte was very good, I can taste the quality coffee underneath the flavor. The sandwich was good too, a little too toasted for my liking but flavor wise, it was delicious (I mean, you cant go wrong with Brie ).

Loved this place very much, especially the white chocolate mocha and banana bread!! The banana bread was so delicious I got 3 pieces of it to go. Highly recommend.

Always amazing coffee and food here!

Absolutely pleasant and delightful place! The ambience was beautiful, and the coffee was heavenly. We also had sandwich with pesto/avocado/cheese (probably goat cheese?). The best sandwich ever! (if not in the entire world, then in our journey, seriously!). Thank you for the staff, all of whom were so kind and pleasant (visited on August 2, 2021).

Everything Ive had here so far has been delicious, but my reasoning for only giving 4 stars is due to the online ordering system. I placed an online order today for the first time and at first I thought it was great that I could place an order for pick up online, but it doesnt notify you that your order is ready (you just get an email or text notification that says your order has been accepted). Then when I got to the cafe to pick up my order (assuming it was ready), I went to the take out pick up spot (there is a separate line to pick up take out, because the whole point in ordering online is to skip the line in the cafe) I was waiting for quite some time and the employee didnt even acknowledge that I was there and instead passed through orders to customers who had ordered in store (who had got there after I did) so she could clearly see me standing there, waiting. It wasnt until I spoke up and asked if I was supposed to get in the regular line to pick up my online order that she finally acknowledged me and went to retrieve my order that had been sitting there for who knows how long since I was never notified when it was ready for pick up.

Love this place. Everyone is friendly and everything is delicious!

This is my favorite coffee shop ever. I dont live in the province anymore but am here visiting and here was on my list that I have to go back to! The staff are always friendly and the food and coffee is always fresh. Will forever be my favorite!

Wonderful coffee, brewed just right!

Not bad for a small town cafe. They were gracious enough to get us a long black even though they did not have it on their menu. Their cheesecake brownie was amazing. Friendly staff and all covid protocols being followed. Cute patio overlooking this fountain in the middle of the street.

Had a fabulous oat milk cappuccino today! It was absolutely perfect. Service was great. I only didn t give 5 stars because the apple scone, although very authentic, was a little dry and plain tasting. Will recommend this place to everyone visiting this area!

Cute little cafe shop downtown in Orangeville! They have a variety of desserts and drinks. I tried the white chocolate pumpkin spiced frappe, which was good but a tad too sweet for my liking (did have a pumpkin flavour though). The staff were very friendly and even redid my drink when the wrong one was made.

Despite proof of vacillation 4 of us were not allowed to sit together and had to sit separately. We are very uset. Business owners should follow provincial policies instead of inventing their own. Very disappointing. Coffee ok but not of superior taste as expected. Overall not the best experience visiting the place. Owners should do better for their clients.

I personally did not have a good experience at this coffee shop. This coffee shop isnt accessible for those with strollers or wheelchairs. I found the staff werent friendly nor helpful.

Had a great breakfast of egg, ham and cheese on an everything bagel + salmon and cream cheese on an everything bagel + a plain croissant. Delicious and very reasonably priced. Will definitely come back.

Have been there many times when in Orangeville. Excellent Coffee - at least 5 varieties available. (Reunion Island brand) and the pastries are great. Specialty coffees, -lattes cappuccinos etc also show care. I like the take out prepared sandwiches - all are fresh and huge. Have one for lunch and you should be full until supper.

Best coffee shop in town, without a doubt

I live about a half hour away, and only discovered Mochaberry during the pandemic, so I havent been to the actual Cafe yet. (If only I had known when I was seeing the midwives right around the corner! I really should have explored the area more.) However, I have been buying their coffee beans from some local shops and online for the past couple of months, and its so good! Ive basically tried every medium-dark roast Ive seen, and dont really have a favourite so far, theyre all that good. Will definitely be ordering more!

I ordered an array of treats to cheer up a special friend who is going through a hard time in her life right now and I couldn t be happier with the kindness, compassion and AMAZING customer service that Wendy offered! She went above and beyond in my opinion! Mochaberry Café not only has wonderful tasting creations to offer to their customers, they also have wonderful human beings with big hearts who work there! This is a community café deserving of praise and patronage! :)

Cozy café with a great selection of drinks, pastries and take-home items! The seasonal drink specials are definitely worth trying, and all baked goods are made fresh - individually-wrapped for minimal contact and safety. Primarily a take-out spot, however there is seating inside and a small patio outdoors as well.

A busy little shop that offers drinks and food. Excellent variety of both. I really appreciate that they offer bagged coffee for both single origin coffees, as well as flavored blends. The amaretto almond coffee is very nice.

I am straight up addicted to their French Caramel, and order to my house (local delivery). Troy advised they were sold out at the time I ordered, but just the fact he reached out to communicate this to me that my order would be slightly delayed was top notch customer service. Often times customers will just be left waiting with no update. I really appreciated Troy advising me of an ETA. Will keep supporting this local coffee shop, amazing flavors Ive never been disappointed.
