We werent warmly welcomed when walked in--just a what do want to order? We werent asked about up sell items with more salads or dessert. We werent asked to eat in or take our. We stayed but delivered our meal in take out bag...no condiments... It wasnt busy but tables and floor were dirty. Kinda disappointed.

Just ordered the Monday big Mary $5 special. Absolutely the most disgusting dry chewy grizzly burger ever bought there!! Gave most of it to my dog who also appeared dissatisfied with the bite! Perhaps they save the lesser breasts for cheap day Mondays ? Anyway the cost was cheap the food was cheap and that s that for that location.

You can go to a farm, pick out a chicken, behead it, pluck it, chop it up and fry it yourself then do it again the next day before getting your food at this place

The chicken was fully red from the inside. Barely cooked and food looked like it was rushed to have ready plus it was supposed to be spicy not the regular chicken they have. Simple instructions they seem to mess up. Terrible food if the meat is uncooked and looks bloody

We love Mary Browns. Orangeville store has great, friendly staff and usually lovely chicken. BUT hubby and I had chicken and taters about 4 pm yesterday. Chicken not bad but taters looked and tasted like they had been hanging around all day long. Yuk!

Looks like chicken, unlike the kfc in town with its square, greasy chicken. And is delicious, juice. Very nice staff.

Orangeville location started out good, but has gone way downhill since....slow service (unless you are a food delivery driver, they never had to wait), we got 2 sandwiches that looked like 1 piece of meat had been cut in half to make them with....dont think i will be heading back anytime soon. Its a shame, they were good before....

Amazing place! I always love Mary Browns but the fact they started selling Halal chicken was the best feeling ever. I was so sad once I started eating halal that I wont be able to eat this again. Thank God that they switched. Also the owner is very friendly and staffs are awesome in this place! 10/10!!

Honestly didn t expect to feel threatened by an employee while walking into the store. No hello, or acknowledgment when walking in, the employee in the kitchen just leans on the counter and decides to stare me down in what I can only describe as a needlessly aggressive manner. This continued all while their coworker took my order and finally ceased when I was done speaking with that person. I do not know what caused this. I have ordered from this Mary Browns many times and never had a negative experience, but this is enough for me to never go back.

We stopped in for a quick dinner on the way home from Toronto. They did not disappoint. Actually the food, in particularly the chicken, was some of the best we ve had in a very long time. Service was fast and friendly. Thank you, we ll definitely be back. Wheelchair accessibility: Accessible with automatic doors at entrance and at washrooms.

UPDATE: it was cold and there was gravy all over the bag.. I love Mary browns, whenever I go there. Excellent service. Ive ordered skip the dishes today because I live out of town and Ive been waiting for the food to be ready so the driver can pick it up, its now been 40 minutes and hes finally on the way. I didnt pay money for them to push me to the side. Theres a line up, I may have ordered online but Im still in the line up. So I should have been a priority as well. I got pushed for too long and since I live out of town, Ill probably have half the food cold. Im not happy with how great theyve been just to be ignored as a skip customer.

I did give 5 stars but since its been open I have noticed some changes. I Had a Big Mary and the lettuce on it was old looking and a different color. Also i had taters another time and there was hardly any batter on them. I hope things change because i love Marybrowns and I am from Newfoundland , the birth of Marybrowns. Now living in Orangeville Ontario. If things start going down hill already it may turn bad for the business. Marnie

What great service at this Mary Browns location. I went in and ordered a 4 piece dinner with all dark meat. I was informed it would be a 15 minute wait for all dark, I said I d wait the 15 minutes. While waiting the Manger Ali came out with a tray of hot biscuits for everyone in the restaurant. The meal was delicious and it was great to experience such great customer service. Great job Ali and Team.

4 pieces of chicken were almost raw and batter was burnt.

Yummy food, service is not too slow and great delayed attention to detail on the orders.

They say they are open until 9pm on sundays as i went to go in at 8:35pm the employee waves me to leave. unbelievable

Best valued fried chicken, I find it far better than the Orangeville KFC chicken. Much more flavor, not as greasy, better pieces of chicken. Fried food still isnt the best choice, keep fried food to a limit in your diet. Still a nice naughty treat once in a while.

Overall... the team working at this location is excellent. It is not easy the food industry... however they continue to deliver the best service possible. Their food is worth the trip... and again... their staff is super nice!

I tried this place day it opened and it was 2.5/5. now my dad and I tried it again. Soggy chicken like can you make it crispy ??? Half Cooked / raw potatoes seriously KFC is probably better

A typical Mary Browns however the service is excellent and have enjoyed everything that I purchased. Chicken is moist and tasty.

Went for lunch with my friend. The service was excellent and the food was good. The chicken was properly cooked and not greases. The staff and manager was very pleasant and helpful.

Dont bother ordering ahead on the app. Food not ready at stated pickup time waited another 15 mins for food as they had cook the food when i arrived. Was told would be 5 mins for chicken strips (no problem waiting for hot food) and was ignored and waited 15 mins before i asked where my food was. Half was cold when i got home ( a 3 min drive)

First few weeks of operation were great but quickly went down hill. Chicken and taters lack seasoning and are greasy compared to other locations. Really unfortunate because it was a great alternative to KFC.

Nice to have Mary Browns back in town. We had Big Mary chicken sandwich and taters. Very good!!! Chicken was moist and breading was not overdone. Taters also very good. Great fried chicken - balancing the flavor and batter\crispiness. Hate other outlets, their fried chicken covered thick layer of batter\crunchiness where I can taste only the oil and no trace of any flavors.

Cant believe this use to be the old Tims! Anas (spelling?) served me - friendly & quick service. Wait time wasnt long at all. I got the spicy big mary combo & pickle chips - both tasted great. Highly recommend the pickle chips.

Terrible service!!! Waited 8min in a almost empty restaurant before we were asked if we wanted to order. After witnessing them mix up 3 peoples orders we decided to just leave. Wont be returning to try again.

Went to this Location and my kids were very picky with what to choose. A young man name Larry or Logan was a fabulous help to not just them but to my self! We need more of that around! He went above and beyond and even helped me figure out the best bang for my buck! What a great young man. I will be back for sure- hope to see this gentleman again. Halal and delicious chicken, Great Customer service

Stopped in today and was very impressed. The cashier was pleasant and friendly, service was quick, and the food was fabulously fresh and hot. Theres not an overabundance of seating inside, but enough for around 2 dozen if every seat is used. Theres a light nearby so it is easy in and out of the plaza. Overall, will return again.

Nice to have a Mary Browns in town again food was amazing however in the many years of management experience I have . I HAVE NEVER treated my staff they way I witnessed over my past few visits .. For example.....while I was in the front waiting on my order I heard a man say Remember performance review very rude and abruptly to one of the front end staff and on the regular the management staff seem to speak very condescendingly to their staff . The management in this building need to learn you get more bees with honey than you do with vinegar! Many of the staff are kids trying to get their bearings and understanding of how businesses operate and customers expect to be treated. If we don t lead by example and treat them too with respect then how are they supposed to learn? I would never let my children work for this management team . To the kids that are working there I HAVE NOTHING BUT GREAT THINGS TO SAY ABOUT THEIR ABILITIES IN CUSTOMER SERVICE, PATIENCE, AND PERSEVERANCE Keep up the great work KIDS! Was charged via skip for all dark meat - I did not get what I was charged for or ordered I ordered macaroni salad - did not get that $75 feast and I would not have even gotten it if I knew they could not accommodate request for dark meat nor the macaroni I would have went to kfc.

New restaurant just opened so they are somewhat rough around the edges. The sandwiches speak for themselves. Try the Big Mary. With just mayo or dressed up, sandwich is great.
