I (22F) was at this McDonald’s today (dec 12 2024) and as I was leaving the bathroom a pair of little girls no older than 6, approached me saying they could not find their mom. When I took them to the front to tell the manager so that she could be on the look out for this woman the manager set them in the play place and proceeded with customers orders as if nothing had happened. She did not ask around or even attempt to find these girls mother. Once mom had been located she didn’t check on the girls to make sure that was actually their mother. Frankly I’m disgusted with this managers actions today. Please revisit your training with your employees on what to do when a lost child turns up in your establishment.
Terrible as always. Not only absolutely SWIMMING IN KETCHUP. But just a single cheeseburger when I paid for a double. The lady even confirmed the order 2x with me. SOLID. Solid service here. This has been going on as long as ive been local to orangeville. Just head up the road to the other end of town. Where apparently they have ears that work! And proper ketchup distribution.
I went on drive thru and I ordered nuggets combo with fries and coke, junior chicken and then I added one more Coke Zero on side so she gave me drinks and she didn’t mark the drinks and then when I asked her which one is which she said taste and find it out, I was like this is not how you tell the customer.. when I got my food I opened the bag and it was a kid packed the food it was someone just threw the food in bag This was definitely a discrimination, food was cold and burger had a bone in it. When we call the store to complain they didn’t apologize at all about their service and behaviour and the manager wanted us to bring the food back so I went back he said he cannot refund me instead he can give me whole Meal but I wanted money back so I asked for refund but he didn’t refunded me the whole amount. I am so disappointed at this location. They need to learn how to do customer service specially the girls on drive thru.

I am writing to bring to your attention a safety concern regarding the indoor playroom at McDonald's Store #5025 in Orangeville, Ontario, where I have been visiting with my two children, aged 5 and 2, for several weeks. I have noticed that the ceiling lights in the playroom have not been functioning, particularly after 6 PM, when the natural light diminishes. I inquired with the management team about the lighting issue and was informed that the lights are "simply not working." Unfortunately, there was no information on when they might be repaired. Given that many children play in the structure, adequate lighting is crucial for their safety and for parents to monitor their activities. The current lack of lighting poses a significant safety risk that I believe requires urgent attention. Waited 15 minutes for 2 smoothies... I know they were busy, but I had to come up 2x to remind them. Then the had the nerve to try and serve me one that was just sitting there and melted and it wasn't even full.
This is the nicest McDonald’s I’ve been to in a while. The interior is very spacious and well decorated. It’s the first one I’ve ever seen that has an outdoor patio and sitting area. The landscaping is very nice and it’s handicapped accessible. The kids can have a blast in the fun room and you can watch them or enjoy the patio with the adults. I highly suggest you check this McDonald’s out!
I recently visited the McDonald's location on Broadway and had a generally positive experience. The service was quick, the food was up to standard, and the staff were friendly. However, the cleanliness of the kid's play area could use some improvement. Regular maintenance and cleaning of this space would make visits more enjoyable for families. Overall, a good place, but enhancing the cleanliness of the play area would make it even better.
2023 July 3★ As with any McDonald's, the service, speed, cleanliness varies from location to location based on the staff and how busy it is. Being central to Orangeville, close off the highway, this location can be busy and less clean.. Otherwise, food is typical. What is nice here are the patio seating. With the play place, it's a bonus. We all need to relax and slow down. Sit outside and let the kids play. Drive through. Decent parking.
Huge shout out to Kunal uber eats got my order wrong - called the store and spoke to Kunal- he surprised me and fixed everything. This place get a bad rap - slow wait times etc . But hey it s busy . Kunal is a great example of those hard to find employees that just bring a little bit of care and pride into his shift @mcDonalds - give this guy a raise

We ordered 5 sandwiches online and they forgot to put one McChicken Habanero in the bag! I called their store and they told me its my problem that I am missing the McChicken Habanero and they want me to pick up the sandwich in their store. Like what the heck? Whats the sense of me ordering online if you want me to pick up the order?! Refund is not enough for this!! You wasted a lot of our time! Check your bags always before you hand it over to the delivery rider!! its your fault, not any others! That person that we talked to, hes the worst!

They clear the order from the board before your order is ready then make you wait a really long time (20 minutes). Pretty sure they are clearing it for their metrics then deliver poor service.

Had to repeat our order again only to be told that they were no longer serving the breakfast item we wanted. Waited almost 2 hours after ordering off skip for my food to be delivered and I was 6 mins away and the order was 3 burgers 1 chicken sandwich and 3 drinks, it was not the delivery drivers fault they were waiting at McDonald for are food for over an hour and a half

Prioritizing drive thru while having a skip driver and 6 people waiting to order is atrocious customer service. Having your own coworkers telling you to go take the customers order in front of the customers is atrocious customer service. Then some else came to take the orders because still no one came is just ridiculous. Do better guys. You make enough as a franchise to pay people to be up in the front focusing on in-store customers instead of having to run back and forth like chickens with no head. Pay the people more so they can care more about the job. And why am I waiting so long for a bagel and coffee??? Should be 2 mins. In and out. I came with someone that also wanted to order and completely lost appetite waiting to even ORDER. Come on .

filthiest restaurant I have ever seen in my life. garbage and food on the tables and floors, not a clean table in the entire place. the drink station was a disaster and no napkins to be found everywhere. Why they put people on the drive thru who dont understand English Ill never know. When I have to say my order THREE TIMES, and then still need to correct it and the pay window, it is beyond insane. Fast food is the polar opposite of what this location offers.
Ordered on the kiosk at 1:35pm didn t get our food until 1:57 . Which didn t even come with full fries or warm food.
Crazy worker yelled at us to move our car as soon as we got our food to the car. Didnt even wait 10 seconds for us to get buckled up. Yelled and screamed at us for a couple minutes. The other numbered parking spots were open the entire time but I guess it was important to her that we moved since she already got our money.
Four days later and Im still not feeling well. I ordered a double quarter pounder with cheese meal on the 24th and they gave me it with no cheese. Went back and the young guy complained that he would have to make it again, didnt believe me and had to see the receipt before he would do it. He messed up my husbands order too and had a little tantrum about that too. NO ONE was wearing gloves. The bathroom was filthy. After getting home I woke up in the middle of the night with what felt like my dinner in my throat. The next day I felt very ill. Today (28th) Im still not feeling well. I used to like this Mcdonalds. Now Im afraid to ever eat there again.
Beautiful location to stop by, because of too much busy location service and food are kind of need some improvement.
The service has just gotten slower and worse over the years. A simple order, you wait 15 minutes for ( for example a plain bagel with egg and cheese) and then you get the wrong order (plain bagel lettuce tomatoes and mayo). Not sure how this happens constantly. Worst McDonalds. They need better training and better management, unfortunately.

Daytime Management staff are the rudest people I have ever met. They need to learn what Customer Service is and how to speak to people properly and not with attitude and disrespect. If you don t like people or speaking to them properly you shouldn t be in the service industry.

Worst location hands down. EVERY time I come here and order a combo I need to park to wait for food. There is no value at this location. Prices have gone up, wait times have gone up and the quality of there food is terrible and rushed/ mashed together. It s fast food and you get charged way more then you should, wait way longer then you should, what s the point? I ve literally stopped going here for this reason. Do yourself a favour and just skip this place.
Ordered a firecracker sandwich and the new arch sandwich. Firecracker was good but the arch had buns so over cooked they where like hockey pucks. So thanks for the one good sandwich out of 2

I had to wait 15 minites for large fries!!! The way this store works is insane. They will get one large order from Skip The Dishes and every employee focuses on the one order. Meanwhile, small orders that come after the Skip order pile up and have to wait. I get that its busy, but if thats the way you are going to do things, then bring in more staff!
Today around 11:31 food was good .drive thru server was very rude not even said hi hello.I said hello she gave me food and closed the window not even get bothered to reply back . Bathroom was very dirty and had not been deep cleaned in a long time judging the dust and film. No clean tables to eat at and drink area had no ice or clean area to set down a tray. Would never go back to this location.

I ordered a cheeseburger, 10 nugget meal and cookies for me and my boyfriend to share. They forgot our Big Mac sauce and gave us the wrong cookies. Also our fries were visibly old, cold and soggy. To top all this off our order took over 30 minutes. I recommend going to the Ridell location or the Caledon village location.

Was 04 today at 7:28 pm .we paid 40$ for our order and they miss fudge sunday we went home and check than came back and the manager was showing attitude and making faces which make me so uncomfortable. i ordered the limited time edition parmesan and bacon quarter pounder and it came with no sauce, no parmesan. this is disappointing when it s a new item and i wanted to try it and it wasn t even made properly by your staff.
The staff are all really friendly and the place is clean, but this is now the second time I ve had food missing from the bag going through the drivethru - after asking us to pull into a spot to wait too. The extra time would hopefully mean nothing is missing, and I haven t noticed until we ve driven away and it s just not worth going back. Disappointing though.

No one was in the drive thru lane when we drove up. Didnt get a response right away. I figured they were serving someone at the window. There was another car that pulled up in the second lane. They were magically served, without even waiting. Waited a little longer, still no response. Pulled up to the first window, no one was there, then the second window we pulled up. And got a confused look as to why we were there. The young lad didnt know how to take an order, then had to get change from the first window till. After waiting a minute, he asked us to pull forward, which we ended up waiting for 15 minutes for cold fries and burgers. Good job at a terrible service. Highly recommend you avoid this place, and just drive across town to the other McDonalds location.

Best morning drive through service yet . Friday morning attendant was best I have encountered. She was cheerful helpful polite and professional all rolled into one. Just ordered coffee and muffins both fresh but needed to get an extra receipt, which I received with courtesy. Leaving a Great drive threw experience. Thank you

Very busy location on the weekends, and service here is sub-standard, including longer than normal waits, and frequent mistakes with the orders. By clearing orders from their pending board well before they are served, the staff are manipulating the order fulfillment time to make the location look much faster than they are. We will be eating elsewhere from now on.

This mc Donalds is really filthy. I think health and safety needs to be contacted. The dining area looked like it hadnt been cleaned in days especially the floor. The womens bathroom is filthy. Like other comments mentioning the hard water scum build up is on all the taps and is really gross. The mirrors were disgusting all dirty. The bathroom had stuff all over the floor and toliets that were not flushed. I told the manager (older brown lady). While she was nice, didnt seem to care or think it was an issue. A place that makes food should have clean surroundings. Workers have to touch surfaces and doors and then handle food. Disgusting!!!

If i come use your drive thru for 10pc chicken nuggets and you want me to pull up for some reason even though nobody behind me then afcourse i will park in dedicated pickup spot 1 or 2. Didnt even end up ordering. The place was an absolute disaster, and no one seemed to have a clue what was going on. Bathrooms were absolutely disgusting, sinks look like they hadnt been scrubbed in weeks. There was hard water and some sort of scum like film all over the the sink and taps. Motion sensor to turn on the water for the sink was so filthy I literally had to touch my finger to it to get it to activate. Ive seen cleaner washrooms in gas stations with only 1 employee on shift at a time.

Havent been to MacDonalds for lunch in sometime, ordered chicken McNuggets and Fillet of fish meals, cost $27.00. Fries were dry and tasteless, fillet of fish was smaller than I remember and McNuggets also dry. Whats going on MacDonalds. Wont be back for lunch, lots of alternatives to choose from.

Dont go here whatever you do visit the other locations in Orangeville. I have been here twice in the last 3 weeks and both times Ive had to wait over 30 minutes for a simple order. The first time it was a kids 4 piece nugget happy meal. It took forever, no one knew what they were doing and there were other customers waiting even longer than I was. Today it was a simple snack size mcflurry. I was told it would take 12 minutes. I waited over 20 minutes by the drive thru when I went inside it still wasnt ready!!! The management lack customer service. I shouldnt have to complain for you to offer a refund. I honestly never leave reviews but this McDonalds has gotten worst recently, its horrible. Ive been here a few times and theres a few things Ive overlooked but this place lacks improvement.

McDonalds are usually clean But this one surprised us. Eventhough the older cleaning lady was very nice and doing her best but you cannot clean something that needs to be rebuilt. Washrooms especially are so dated. McDonalds management really needs to pay attention to renovating this location as this is on the main artery leading to vacation spots. Now the food: we spent $30 plus for cold food. Fries were cold but replaced at request. Wraps seemed not fresh. And Pop was not cold. Staff: Great service. By far one of the worst McDonald s restaurants in Ontario. Service is extremely poor and slow. Drive-thru is a disaster and if you think walking in will get you your food faster, think again. Short staffed at the busiest of times. 9/10 times they ll miss something in your order so make sure to check before you leave with your take out.
Service was friendly even though it was late at night. As far as the food goes, the nuggets didnt have the usual taste for some reason but they were fresh which was nice.
Love McDonalds, Needs to hire more employees to speed up the service. Wish I could make my own stuff I would do a much better job . Its an art form when building all the different sandwiches and meals. They slap everything together too fast.

This place is a joke. After many tries I refuse to go here. The northwest mcdonalds in orangville is far better!
Too many bad experiences to describe. Dnt trust the place. Always bad food! Bad service! Avoid this place is all I can say!

Terrible takes 10 mine for fry s then another 20 for a McDouble, and it was wrong , no care in the food , waste of time n money coming here
