It s my first time I try this restaurant! The food is ok! But the customer service is so bad! I m at this branch on 11 July 2:00 pm, and I asked the old guy (around 50 years old) on the cashier to help me with the order and he was so rude as he told me exactly (Can t you read!)this is disrespectful and so bad!

BUYER BEWARE! The food isnt even that great. WTFlock Wings (as well as this 241 Pizza) are the same restaurants, run out from this single building that you can order through food delivery app. There was an issue with the order and in an attempt to speak to them, they first told me it would be rectified, and when it wasnt; only to call back and get lied to, Oh sorry too late! I dont recommend this place to anyone, scummy and scammy service. If an error occurs, they will just swindle you anyway, and say its fixed, but youre charged mega $$$ the next minute. The pizza is subpar, and way too much money for cheese on cardboard anyway. Youre risking food poisoning from their unsanitary conditions (looking at previous reviews, it seems as though people have actually contracted food poisoning). Shed some extra cash for the other brilliant pizza places in Orangeville.

If i could give 0 stars I would. Not only is the food poorly made, but they will RIP YOU OFF!! If theres an issue on their end, that you have no control over, they will blame you and take your money. No attempt to rectify issues, and the staff couldnt care less. Go literally anywhere but here..

Horrible service , scum business practice. They rip you off & dont deliver anything even worth $1 . Dont order from here you will be extremely disappointed. Food is cardboard flavor

Stopped by after touring island lake for a quick bite to eat, the food was expensive which made me think it would be good quality, but clearly wasnt, place is dirty and food is bland with no taste, I couldnt finish my meal and left disappointed

Probably the worst experience I ve had eating restaurant food in my entire life. We did pickup from here the other day and ( I know this sounds insane because it is) there was bites taken out of some slices of our pizza. Safe to say we will not be going here again.

This is our probably 10th time ordering Pizza from 241 PIZZA for a big party, and they always deliver on time, all items, no mistakes and fresh and delicious! Thank you guys, please keep up a great work!

Last time Im going here, which is saying a lot. This was a frequent stop during the pandemic because I could pick up a slice and eat in Rotary Park when all the dine-ins were closed. The service has become atrocious since then. Tried to pick up a couple Detroit pizzas and they tried to add hidden fees that I cant see anybody willing to pay without it being posted somewhere. It was supposed to be 2 for $17.99 ($20.33 after taxes) but when everything was rung up they were asking for nearly $25. I also did not ask for any additional toppings or revisions that would have caused adjustments to the pricing. This is after the last time I was in there and ordered one of these and my order was apparently dropped on the floor. They made up another one for me but my order took nearly 40 minutes from the time I placed my order to when I got it. There was also zero compensation for my time. Even a coupon for my next order would have been nice. I dont mind a cheap meal from time to time but with 241 not offering quality food and the terrible service, I can say I will not be going back. Update; got below email response. Nowhere on the menu board does it state this. Hidden costs or false advertising? The math also still doesnt add up to close to $25 (I believe it $24.84)

One of the best pizzas I have ever had.

First time ordering pizza from 241 pizza in town, and I couldnt be more pleased! Easily the best pizza in Orangeville so far. We got a thick crust, and wasnt disappointed at all, and the sauce wasnt your typical sauce, basic or watery, it was thick and full of taste! Will order again soon!

Usually a good place but got food poisoning the last time we ordered in December.

Their tandoori spice was a great addition to the meat lovers pizza! We cant wait to get it again

Amazing pizza store they made the tastiest pizza Ive ever tasted.

Waited 10 minutes after my waited time of 30 minutes. Ordered 3 panzos, not that hard. Bacon and pepperoni on 2 and JUST cheese on the other. All 3 had bacon and pepperoni on it. I thought I bought dips, he said I didnt and still wanted to charge me for the dips. Lol never going here again.

Ultimate taste with lots of olives. Visited on Apr 1 2021, 20 mins before closing. The girl who helps us to prepare was so tired. But still she made a tasty one .I appreciate the girl for her work and dedication . Thanks

Surjit aka Tony Pepperoni has been the king of sliced pizza in Orangeville since the 90s. Just follow the process: Order slice, choose dip, choose beverage, and pay. No good byes, just smile :) Youll be back

Slices are always fresh and huge. Often cant finish a whole slice its just that big. But always delicious.

ANother plant based pizza review, Honestly all this one is better than Pizza Pizza, talked to an employee who works with them who mentioned they have the plant based pizza(had no idea) this is my go to pizza now. friendly drivers and a great tasting product. if you are getting your vegan on at another pizza place I suggest giving this one a shot!

Really like the pizza here! Don t know what they doing back there but the pizza is probably MY fav in town! Also the staff really nice.

Price: High Costumer Service: 5/10 (being generous) Quality of Pizza: 5/10 (greasy, hard crust) Wait Time: Average (2pm on a Thursday) Note: It was extremely difficult to understand the older gentleman on the phone taking my order for delivery. He could also barely understand me and I was speaking as if I was a robot. The person taking my order cut me off mid sentence several times. He continued to try to up sell me even after I told him I m not interested in what he s offering. I have ordered from them in the past in person and the service was also not welcoming and the pizza was oily and has had burnt crust. There is definitely room for improvement but not the worst I ve experienced.

Amazing thin crust pizza we ordered last night!!! it really did turn out thin crust, because some other places we ordered from for thin crust and turn out regular.... Wings are great because they are not heavily breaded. Fast delivery as well!! thank you so much !!

Only have placed delivery orders. On less busy weekdays; pizza orders have been a great experience. On more busy eves (Fri & Sat), the pizzas are good, but often the orders are goofed up. For example if we ordered ranch sauce wed get garlic dipping sauce. Or if we ordered extra sauce as a topping; wed get no sauce. Delivery is always prompt. If ordering on Mon-Thur would give 4 stars.

Honestly THE BEST pizza out there!!! The staff is absolutely amazing, super friendly, pizza is the most delicious! I LOVE IT and highly recommend this place! You wont regret it, you will just get hooked on it lol MUST TRY IT!!!

Pizza is good but the door needs fixed

Just ordered 2 for 1 deal and the older gentleman was playing on his phone and intched his nose and mustache before attempting to make my pizza... had to remind him to wash his hands. Dont think Ill buy from this store again.. turned my stomach.

Love 241 pizza and the Orangeville location is the best. I go out of my way just to get 241 from Orangeville.

My husband and I usually get pizza from here at least once a month. While the quality is decent, order is frequently incorrect and we have to wait for a new pizza to be made upon our arrival. Most times when there is an error, they offer something free as a sorry for making you wait , but today not even a sorry was offered and worker at front was rude to my husband when he wanted to verify the order was correct. Disappointing display of customer service.

241 Pizza is the best pizza place in Orangeville. They never get my order wrong and always suggesting great add ons. Not only is their pizza absolutely amazing but they have the BEST wings and garlic bread. I would definitely recommend this place, it s been around for over 25 years with the same owner!
