Best experience by far tonight my server was Sarah! Tonight was my first time eating alone on a bar side at Boston pizza and I was on a mission to try things I haven t tried before Sarah was exceptional on her service and very welcoming! She made the holiday items sound delicious so I couldn t resist but try them!!10/10 would recommend

Jaagrita did a great job ,, really appericated. Everything was on time and well mannered.

We had a friendly waiter, but the service was not good. First, we had a spill, it took asking two people to get it cleaned up. They did give us things to clean it up and but didn t take away the garbage. So, the garbage was sitting on the table from before the food came up until we left. Secondly, We were not given utensils, went searching for our own. One of the meals was forgotten and not put in, so one of us had to eat after everyone else. Lastly, we had bought the card for kids eating free and wanted to use it. On the back it says kids eat free for every adult buying a meal over 15$. We did not know certain kids meals are considered large and only 8.99 is covered on card. Very misleading. We enjoyed the food, but probably won t go back.

i have no words. what is going on??? waited 45 mins for the bill and all the staff were arguing with the incredibly rude and over served customers. not a manager in sight, no apology or comp for the service or the environment which was insane. it was a zoo. i actually felt bad for our server, he should ve walked out.

My wife and I love going to Boston pizza, specifically for the wings. The Orangeville Boston pizza, with Guneet and others are always friendly and accommodating. The patio has a great view of Orangeville, and they re one of the only local places open late enough to host a UFC event!

Mary is very sweet. She remembers me every time I come in. My kids think she s amazing too. I appreciate her service Kid-friendliness: They just added a kids corner it was nice that my kids could play while we waited for food. Mary sat us in seats that allowed us to watch our kids play while we ate.

Went to lunch today with my 8 year old. Had a great lunch, food was amazing, service was quick and we even got serve by the so very kind Manager Gurneet. Greatly recommend visiting this location in Orangeville. You will not be disappointed. The restaurant have a program where kids eat free all month and you can purchase a kids card for 5 bucks where the donations go to charity and on top of that your kids get to eat another free five times! How amazing. Definitely worth supporting and trying out.
