Thank you so much to Gino’s! We ordered through Skip and the parm bites were missed. We were called before our order arrived and they were delivered to Caledon Village very shortly after our pizza arrived. Wonderful service from our favourite pizza place! Thank you!
Disgusting employee, no sense how to speak , no customer service . Fake people. Even if we are skip drivers but you should have sense how to speak . We are serving you with our service, we are helping you guys. We worked hard in winters, in snow to help you guys but you don’t deserve that. Please clean your hands before packing pizza , use gloves too if possible, i am worried for customer who eat your pizza
This was my first time ordering from Gino’s in Orangeville, and it didn’t meet my expectations. I have ordered the same pizza from a different store before. The crust wasn’t baked enough and they didn’t add the sauce that was requested. I hope that when we return in the future, we will have a better experience.
Their pizza is slightly cheaper than other pizza restaurants but they charge 3.50 for the different sauces that other restaurants change for free and they hardly put any on the pizza! Mediocre pizza at best. You will pay not much more and get a better pizza from Papa Johns
They go above and beyond to make sure your pizza is made picture perfect every time! Generous amounts of toppings, great prices, and phenomenal customer service! Would give 10 stars if I could!
These guys make the greatest pizzas, so much better then the dominoes that was here before, they actually take pride in their work, and the prices are actually very reasonable! Great people here, and they have slices
Gino's Pizza provided exceptional service for my child's birthday party! Despite the large order for 17 pizzas, they efficiently prepared everything with care. The staff was friendly, accommodating, and ensured timely delivery due to the order not being ready for pickup. The pizzas were delicious, earning rave reviews from both kids and adults. Gino's made the party a hit!
I initially had a disappointing experience at Gino's in Orangeville, but they had just opened.. I was excited to see another Gino's open but was let down by this first visit. However, after reaching out to the restaurant, I received a very positive and considerate response from the management. They invited me back and ensured a much better experience. When I visited again, my preordered pizza was served immediately, and the quality was superb. The management was kind enough to offer a gift certificate as a token of their consideration. I appreciate the effort and attention they put into rectifying the situation. Their response has restored my faith in their service, and I look forward to returning.

Walked in for their $6 medium pepperoni pizza special(coupon)...got 2 pizzas one with extra topping which cost $1 more...pizza was good not greasy, crust was fluffy and sauce was not overpowering. Walked out with 2 pizzas under $15 I would recommend.
