Has the management changed? And pizza ordered this time was different less cheese, and one of the toppings was missing in pizza. Pizza tased good but toppings missing ..less cheese.

The pizza was just awful. The sauce was too tangy, the cheese didnt melt, and the toppings were greasy and soggy. Ill never order from here again.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. Your customer service sucks !! Your website glitches. Delivery dips annd sauces aware always missing but once again that s the customers fault. And when there is an issue with the order you just say not our fault. And don t any resolve for the customer. I ve given chance after chance and it s the same issues. I m done. Beware in your ordering. To confirm address and to confirm the order. I highly recommend not ordering online as the site sucks. If you get any issues the fault is on you and you re stuck with the mistake.

You really want me to write it down? Alright. Well my pizza was burnt to begin with. The cheese was next to nothing even tho I asked for extra cheese. The fries I ordered, didnt even get them. And the cinnamon bread sticks were cold and it didnt come with the 3 icing I ordered. Terrible. When I called to complain the woman gave me attitude and did nothing to resolve it, just said sorry and walked away.

I used to go to pizza depot every week since the location opened roughly 15 years ago, but havent been there in a few years. I didnt even recognize the pizza from what it was before. It looked and tasted exactly like little ceasars, and thats not a good thing. It will fill you up, but so will cardboard. You guys messed up a good thing, last time I eat Pizza depot.

I got a spicy veggie pizza 2 weeks ago and it was loaded with veggies and I got one yesterday and there was hardly any veggies on it. And same with the wings the one I got 2 weeks ago was loaded with sauce and the one I got yesterday was kinda dry. I just want it to be consistent

worst experience at this place.First we placed order on the phone they gave mine order to someone else and asked us to wait to 10 mins after 15 mins they made our pizza but they made it wrong. Toppings that I ordered on my pizza were missing from it and after that when i told the guy that my pizza is missing it s topping. Guy told to me to compromise with pizza . Like what s wrong with you guys .Paid $46 and still got the wrong pizza shame on you guys. Don t ruin people s experience as people are spending there hard earned money on something. shame on you guys. Not bringing back my business to you guys and not recommending it to anyone else. WORST EXPERIENCE SO FAR.

Delicious pizza, tandoori chicken with coriander is always a great combo! Staff are so friendly in store and our pizza came out hot and tasty. Would recommend for sure! Just remember if ordering in store there is about a 15 min wait, so ordering ahead is advisable.

First of all the quality of the food is amazing. We ordered 3 pizzas and every single one was made perfectly. Crispy crust, dough cooked through, perfect amount of sauce, perfect distribution of ingredients, spiciness was wonderful, and finally the the base of the pizza...perfectly charred. Secondly, the service, every one is so kind and accoodating. They will also confirm your order before they even box up the pies so that you get exactly what you want. There is a real sense of hospitality here and its wonderful because it feels like you are eating at a family restaurant as opposed to a franchise chain. Last but not least, the price is extremely fair. The quality of ingredients are outside of the scope of other pizza places and its a bargain like no other. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. Vegetarian options: Veggie options available Dietary restrictions: Halal, veggie options Parking: Lots of space and free! They are in a plaza with a Shoppers Drug Mart as well which is convenient.

Worst pizzas we have ever had. Ordered 3 pizzas. The first one was burnt and doughy. The second one wasnt even the type I ordered. Wanted a Greek pizza without the olives with feta. Got a burnt thin crust with olives and 2 different cheeses. 2 halves were different. On top of that they automatically added a tip on a pickup order. Nov 28/2023 Received a reply basically asking me to try again but why take the chance when the just take the money and make no effort to resolve. Too many pizza places in town to throw more money away here

Have the time it comes its cold they have drivers with 5 pizzas and yours is the very last one never again

We have been ordering fromn here for years. We get a Tandoori chicken pizza and everytime it is AMAZING!!!! One spicy pizza for the adults and a reg pizza for the kids!!!! Love the customer service and food!!!!

Hi All, Honestly is the best policy... I Believed all this time, ordered pizza while driving from woodbridge to Shelburne(Coming from work to home) ....(Have the Dash Cam in my car while driving) today is Guru Nanak dev ji Birthday kids wants everything vege ....so placed the order ...when picked up and bring to home ..whole order is wrong because the guy who took order from us he did a Mistake and apologized that he misunderstood because of language barrier....order was placed in Punjabi.. I Called back he keep saying its not his mistake, when I toldd him its all on my Dash Cam, he apologized and told me to get free pizza next time...I told him free doesnt make my kids sleep....he keep repeating same for couples of time. Unbelievable, I told him todays is Guru Nanak dev ji Birthday and thats what he is proposing. He keep asking me that he have another calls to take. Unbelievable,Unbelievable if his kids are hungry he wont do that...I even offered him gas and pizza money...not free what he offered. Please dont do this to anyone else....Today was a big day.... Still I can say God bless you... Customer service is the key....not your attitude... You will never make your kids sleep hungry... Thats what I was trying to ask..when u refused... Tomorrow I am going to talk to Mr.Randi and Mr. Dhabi...down to earth and founder of Pizza Depot . Orangeville location need to have more training...and to be respectful to customers. They were polite! They all smiled the whole time I was there. The pizza was incredible! The crust is perfect! Not too thin and not too thick. The toppings are generous. Ordered here for the first time. Tandoori chicken pizza. Cheese. Sauce..toppings..pizza itself and staff. All 4 stars. Time will tell and consistency for the 5th star. Cant go wrong with a pizza from here at a decent price.

The best pizza in town. We drive down from Brampton every weekend to get pizza from here. Pizza is super yummy and their toppings are abundant. This is the only place that my family trusts during the covid season. They are super clean and always utilize masks and gloves to assist their customers. The owners are so kind and always smiling. Just had our order delivered and it was wrong. Ordered a panzerotti (mushrooms, green peppers & pepperoni), a large deluxe pizza and a large Tandoori chicken pizza with no onions. They put my pizza that I wanted as a panzerotti. Called them and they expect us to pay for their mistake. I dont eat panzerottis because there to greasy. Well, they just lost our business. Guess Im going hungry tonight.
