Tried ordering put they claimed they don t deliver to my location which is a lie. We ordered back in December and they took almost 2 hours to deliver when they came my husband was so angry he told the driver to take it back instead of offering the pizza for free he took it back to the store now when we try and order they claim they don t deliver to our location.

Ordered delivery ham and pineapple. The pineapple tasted like it came out of an old rusty can. Ever since someone new took it over. It has gone downhill. Will be going elsewhere

Order halfmoon bread and it was like hard wooden stick or something. I don t know what they have done that cooked that bread and then heat up and then leave it like that and cooked it again or what. It was so disappointing experience. Sorry for harsh word and all but you are serving food and you must make it for other like you will eat that food.

However, despite my explicit instructions, the staff failed to take adequate measures to ensure my safety.Upon receiving my order, I discovered that the same toppings used for meat pizzas had been used on my pizza, without any regard for cross-contamination. This location CAN sometimes make good pizza, hit or miss. Keep working at it. side note-work on your sauce to pizza ratio, you serve a dry pizza alot of the time and for what you think you save you lose way more in faith.

Very disappointed! Ordered 2 pizzas for delivery today. As soon as I entered my payment, the address city was automatically changed to Brampton. This happened one to my husband on his order too on his birthday in November. (We waited and waited...we were not notified until the driver was at a house in Brampton telling us he was at our door? It was only then that the system changed our address to Brampton). Called customer service to notify of the issue, and they too noted that they can not find our address and it reverts to Brampton again and they had to cancel the order! When I asked for them to fix the address to Orangeville, they said it kept reverting to Brampton again!! Finally they said they dont deliver to my area, which is strange since we have successfully ordered delivery previously. Not sure how a 6 minute drive to our house is out of delivery area now??? What a shame!! Do better!

My husband went to the counter to ask for a key to the washroom, the gentleman replied, Theres no key! So my husband was waiting at the washroom door for about 15 mins to see if anyone came out. He then approached the lady at the counter and asked to be let in the washroom; she hesitated. Then proceeded to open the door. As my husband was finishing up in the washroom, he overheard the man say to the lady, Why did you let him in? Can you believe how disgusting that was? I also bought a sandwich and pizza and when the items were done I saw them just leave the food items in the counter without saying anything. This is my first and last time I will ever come here again to this awful pizza pizza. No customer customer d Service skills, and no class. This staff should be fired.

This is the worst pizza pizza in all of Canada,,,, I rest my case.

I don t know why I continue to order from here! There are always mistakes, missing toppings etc. I just placed an order tonight for 3 XL pizzas and when it was delivered it was just ONE pizza! How do you even make that mistake? I called customer service and after a very long hold they said they would send out the missing pizzas when they have the time . So now I m stuck waiting for who knows how long (if ever) for my missing pizzas to come while the one that is here already gets cold and my family is hungry. Also my older kids go into the store in the evening sometimes and they flat out refuse to make certain items on the menu after a certain time when there is still hours before closing. The staff is also rude.

This place needs the health department to step in. I dont know when the last time things were cleaned or wiped down. The bathroom is beyond disgusting (the one that was open) because the other one was out of order. I do not recommend THIS PLACE to anyone.

I have been to this location many times now and each time Ive observed the woman at the cash reach over the counter and select her own highest possible tip on the machine for customers. For the record this is illegal and so incredibly rude. Want to find ways to improve this location? Fire an employee that is quite literally stealing from customers.

I went into the store today at 4:25 to buy dipping sauce. I asked for 2 creamy garlic and 2 cheddar jalapeño. He took out two of the garlic and then told me they don t sell the cheddar jalapeño. I asked why I couldn t buy the two in the fridge right in front of me, and without answering he took the 2 garlic dipping sauces away, threw them in the fridge and walked away . When I waited for him to come back, I asked why he just walked away. His response was I ll sell you 5, 20, 50 garlic dipping sauces but the cheddar dipping sauces are only for people who order pizza at this point he just walked away again. I was just shocked at how insanely rude he was and I don t understand why I refuses to sell me a specific product. Didn t expect this from a big franchise.

We stopped on our way through Orangeville and as we we re waiting for our food my wife realizes the cashier was not washing there hand or wearing gloves between handling food and dealing with cash. She asked if they washed there hands and the response was he was using tongs to do everything. You know it s probably pretty Hard to make a buffalo chicken burger and poutine with tongs. We won t be back. Also you could see poor table washing from what I could see. If you go there just watch these things while you food is made.

I cant even order a pizza on-line from here. You would think in 2023 the website would be locked down. Tried for 15 minutes and was met with a spinning circle repeatedly. I tried paying on-line, didnt work, i tried paying at the door, didnt work. Not even sure if the order went through but if they show up without a confirmation email, it will be refused.

I ordered PARTY PIZZAS for my daughters birthday party on Saturday and was VERY disappointed when the food arrived .... I remember when you used to order a party pizza and it would be a large pizza in a big box .... I was in shock when the pizza was delivered to me and it was 2 tiny pizzas in one big box! Getting a large or extra large pizza probably would have been a better bet, those should be called party pizzas and their party pizzas should be considered regular small pizzas. Where I work, we use to order Pizza Pizza a few times monthly for our groups, but since the bad, disorganized service, we have switched elsewhere. But I can say for sure that after today, I wont be spending a personal cent at this place nor will I recommend it to anybody. Worst Pizza in Orangeville! Bought pizza from here yesterday worst experience Food = lack of toppings and cheese. I ve complained about this several times and it has had no impact on improving the quick. Service = Staff needs to be trained on how to speak and act with customers in a professional manner. Atmosphere = Disgusting the counter where the pizza is being made is absolutely filthy with topping that have fell off of other pizzas still on the counter. Open, used sauce and cheese containers just piled up. Does not look hygienic at all. When you walk around the store from the outside and take a look in the window on the side of the store you can see the open cans of tomatoes sauce littered on the floor .

If I could give it a 0 I would. I ordered 2 panzarottis, one was raw the other soaked in grease and over cooked. Called pizza pizza and was told I would receive a remade order. I received ONE cheese panzarotti which had none of the toppings I originally ordered. Overall I wasted over 2 hours trying to fix the order then tried to get my money back and ended up with a credit I will never use.

Horrible experience ordering from the location, ordered a 2 pizza combo with pop and dip, order came with in their 40 min policy, but the driver forgot the pop and dip, people make mistakes, but he said we would be back in 5 minutes, I live 3 minutes away so I knew he would be at least 10, he took 35 minutes to return, and when he did return he just opened my door and left them on the front mat, instead of knocking and apologizing for the wait. I felt pretty stupid tipping him 30% before his error, I won t be ordering from this location again, not the first problem I ve ever had with them.

Came late after the 40 minutes time frame, I called the store to ask about the free offer when the pizza arrives late and the person on the phone kept hanging up on me, and finally answered and said that they cannot do anything about the situation because the driver called before the 40 minutes BUT they didn t deliver the order until 20 minutes after the 40 min time frame . Customer service is disappointing.

Good quality food, we ordered the wing it box. We ordered at 1:12am and it arrived at 1:50am. The delivery driver had trouble understanding which door was ours as we live in a split house so he waited outside in the dark until we came outside to retrieve our food and apologized for the confusion before leaving. And they are one of the only businesses open past midnight in Orangeville. One of the first good services I ve had from a local franchise.

Called at 12 and placed an order with someone who really shouldnt take orders. Almost 70$ worth of food, we waited until 3am for the food, no call or anything. I called the manager to explain what happened, the attitude was beyond ridiculous, he didnt want to help at all and it seemed as if he just did not want a job. He told me that someone called but no one did, we have no missed call. So they canceled it without any notice. Do not eat here. Staff is so bad at their jobs, supervisor wont help at all. Its not even worth the lousy burnt pizza but they were the only ones open at 12 on a Sunday night, but I wont be eating here again and Ill make sure everyone I know doesnt either.

Ordered a combo from them. Pizza was burnt. However that wasnt the biggest issue. When delivered, I had 35$ in cash, for a 34$ order. The driver looked at me and said Thats it? 1$? Excuse me, but thats all I had on me. Completely disgusted, and wont be ordering from there anymore.

I would give this 0 stars if I could. pizza pizza advertises contactless delivery, I leave a note not to ring the doorbell and in the end I do not receive my food because they cancelled the order. Ive never had to explicitly state I want it contactless as this is an expectation on a pre paid order during covid. If you offer contactless delivery, don t drive off with my food , cancel my order and refuse to bring the food back to me. Would not order from here again or recommend anyone after my experience.

Fast service however they have changed the dough recipe and now use a machine instead of hand tossing the dough. Lightly done thin crust was fine, however the deep dish crust with the lightly done option came out gooey, uncooked and hard to eat. The dough stuck to the box. Good service on this visit.

Ive been in here a few times, and they have a very limited amount of slices that are ready. I tried again today to buy one slice and they tried to charge me for two slices. Edit August 2021. They once again tried to charge me for 2 slices, make sure you check the amount before paying. The store is a mess, dirty tables and cooking area, the counter person is not properly wearing their mask (under the nose) avoid this restaurant!

The pizza i ordered was a full veggie there was a piece of meat on it and we strictly dont eat meat and they provided us meat on one of the pizza slices It was very terrible customer service i am never ordering food from here.

Came in for the walk-in special. Large pepperoni pizza for myself and my daughter! Lots of parking behind the building and friendly staff! Pizza was ready in 10 minutes and eaten in about the same time. Lol

This location put the final nail in the Pizza Pizza coffin. After years of subpar quality, undercooked cheese, hastily made pizzas, and a disappointing amount of toppings across every PP location - we re almost certain this location has given our family food poisoning. Within hours of eating, 3/5 people were experiencing severe symptoms including vomiting. And 2/5 with mild cramping and soreness. Those affected were from different households as well so the common denominator was the pizza. There are much better pizza locations with better quality and better tasting pizza. I urge everyone to stop buying at Pizza Pizza immediately.

I came here multiple times to feed my staff and was treated kindly with prompt service and tasty pizza on a cold winter afternoon. Their price point was perfect! $30 went a long way! I had a positive experience at this Pizza Pizza location and was glad to see the availability of vegan/dairy free options at the restaurant. This really makes it easy for me to choose this establishment over nearby competitors who dont make things as convenient for those with dietary preferences. The staff member I interacted with was friendly and polite and helped to make my visit to this Pizza Pizza location a good one.

The food, if made correctly, is good. My last order they had to make the calzone 3 times to get it right and the time before that they had to make 2 times. As for the person who wrote a review saying there is no menu on the wall and only 2 soft drinks to choose from, Im not sure what store you went in to but it couldnt have been pizza pizza since I counted 18 different drink options and there is a menu...

I made a late order a couple weeks ago and was given the 40 minutes or it s free guarantee. I waited in my living room for the delivery to arrive, but it never did. When I called the next day I was told that the driver apparently knocked on the door and called my phone, that was a complete lie. When I brought this up to customer service they pretty much called me a liar. So yeah, great service guys. Btw what happens to late orders that don t get delivered? Do the drivers take it home? Because I can t imagine another reason why the driver would lie about trying to deliver it. I even told customer service I would provide a screen shot of my call logs to prove the driver lied they weren t interested. If I could give zero stars, I would.

Got my order wrong on delivery. Phoned to have it fixed and was offered a replacement but no offer for the inconvenience of having to call back, wait on hold and my food was cold when I finally got a chance to eat it. Will not order again, customer service is important!

We had bought pizza from this place twice the first time we order their we basically no topping on it and the quality was terrible because their was basically no cheese and tomato sauce. We did not write a review the first time because we thought they we probably having a bad day. But then we orders again about a month later and the pizza was again terrible.

They are very cheap on the toppings. I ordered twice and never again

Took nearly 2 hours to be delivered and when it finally showed up the driver was rude and ignored us while taking a private call.

Very bad customer service. Guy had me waiting to place my order because he wanted to finish making pizza in the back. Others came in after me and got fast service. I was left standing to order for 10 minutes. The man making my wings was NOT WEARING A MASK and was talking over my wigs in his phone. HORRIBLE WONT EVER GO BACK

Toppings missing, didnt follow instructions. We need another pizza pizza store. Clearly this one is no good in Orangeville

Serivce is bad. They told me they dont deliver to 316 braodway in Orangeville even trying ordering from their pizza pizza app it doesnt work. All other locations no issues but one in Orangeville needs atitude adjustment.

Got delivery from here several times.... my pizza has always been excellent.

Every pasta I ve ever gotten from the broadway location has been absolutely perfect . Would suggest the pasta

This place is a mess.. avoid it. Took 35 minutes for a single pepperoni pizza? What happened to 20 minutes or free? (Which is still advertised on the app..)

No one was wearing a mask properly and more than half the staff wasnt wearing one at all, about 1 person had gloves on, disgusting, theyre handling our food. Incredibly inconsiderate and selfish. Plus the pizza sucked. F this place, should be reported for health and safety violations

Went in and the woman behind the counter had her mask around her neck. She only put it on when she approached the till to take my order. There were other employees there and she was standing and talking around the food. Thats not okay right now

Worst service Saw one guy wiping his sweat his hands and kept working without Washing hands... Made me wait 40 minutes for pre-ordered stuff

Robert makes amazing pizzas and dill pickles are great.
