We ordered a med pizza I asked for the crust to be well done it was not well done it was raw we order from toppers all the time I was very disappointed.

Pizza is always delicious and the owners and staff are always welcoming and kind. One of my favourite pizza places.

Pizza is fantastic, but the service is exceptional. Front of house girl went above and beyond and was very kind - chatted with my daughter, gave her some fun toys and then even helped carry out the pizza for us in the freezing cold. Will definitely be back. 10/10

I love it here! Great pizza. I also really love that they have a personal option where you get a pizza smaller than a small, just 4 slices. It is perfect for just a lunch for work. It fills me up! $11 for a deink, personal pizza, and a dipping sauce. My go-to order for when Its just me. The workers are friendly too.

The pizza is always fresh, delicious and delivered with a smile. The owner Kim takes very good care to make sure that the gluten free pizza is made with special care for my celiac son. It is the only pizza place that we feel comfortable ordering from as they have been consistently careful about cross contamination (Our son has not gotten sick after eating for there). We have made it a weekly stop for a yummy pizza dinner from Toppers pizza.

I recently worked with the owner (Kim) for an event that requires delivery of 20 pizzas. She was very helpful, made everything easy for me, and the pizza tasted great. My only complaint is that I didnt plan to order more pizzas, as they were eaten up so quickly! Haha. Thanks for everything Toppers Orangeville!

The owners are extremely nice people, they are involved in the community and support local kids teams. The food is always hot and fresh. Highly recommend Toppers Orangeville!!

We ordered the family size pepperoni explosion pizza. We added mushrooms ( add $3 for toppings you want to add). The total price including delivery in town $28.76. The pictured pizza we ordered is a square. This pizza had good taste but it is completely not worth the astronomical price! It is small. There were slices in the middle that were just a little larger than a sliver. (I wish I took pictures to post). Will not order from them again based on the over price for pizza. I have had wayyyy better pizza.

Never had toppers but heard a lot about it, decided to deviate from my normal pizza place to try it out. I ve never had such thin pizza in my life, the pepperoni slices had more width than the dough. Skimp hard on toppings. Not worth the price tag when the place I go to is $3 cheaper for the exact same thing. I d give 2 stars for the sauce which was actually pretty good but the garlic sauce was missing 1/2 the sauce in the container.

Barbecue chicken pizza is amazing!!

I was the unfortunate driver of a vehicle full of hungry hippos headed down Hwy10 & everyone onboard had an annoying hole that only a beautiful well crafted delicious medium pickup special could fill. Thank you Toppers Orangeville for saving the day with your excellent quality pie & service. We ll definitely be back.

Quality pizza and great staff. My little guy loved his slice

Tried them for the first time and have had a mix feeling...Pizza looked good and tasted alright but the crust was too thick for a regular base. Dipping in a bottle was something different and it makes sense and works out cheaper. Toppers Pizzeria cannot offer or match Toppers online offers - I wonder why????

We ordered here for the first time and I can say this will definitely not be the last time. The pizza was so yummy, the house sauce was tasty and the crust was so soft. My picky eater even gave it a thumbs up.

Fast fresh delicious

Horrible horrible wings. We ordered a few pounds of wings on skip the dishes and received it quickly. When we opened the wings, they were raw with a lot of sauce over them. They looked like they were boiled and added sauce. We spent 50 dollars on wings, to place them in the trash. Definitely my first and last time ever.

Taste is great. Love the creativity in your menu. And how many different ideas you created with pizza.

Weird tasting Hawaiian pizza we had, I think the chef forgot to add sauce or the pineapple, otherwise hot, great prices and staff.

Topper s Pizza is an institution with friendly staff, delicious pizzas, wings and salads are use high-quality ingredients and the turnaround time in making their food for take-out is incredible! Young son LOVES the Toppers Sticks, he s a picky eater, so it speaks volumes when he loves the food. I would highly recommend this business to anyone

These people and this establishment is five stars & Beyond. These guys went above and beyond to fix a mistake that I made on my order, I thought I selected a large pizza and even confirmed it online and they made the pizzas as I requested. When they handed me my order and I realized that it was a small not a large the employees jumped right away to stop a pizza from going in the oven and to make that large into how I requested it. This saved me a whole bunch of time on my mistake, but not only that these these amazing service orientated employees didnt even charge me for the difference on my mistake again I repeat my mistake not theirs. Im absolutely Blown Away by their customer service and I highly recommend to everyone, every pizza party we do at our company now will be supplied by Toppers Pizza Orangeville. Thank you again you guys are outstanding.

Bacon double cheeseburger is the bomb!!

Amazing place! We stopped in and picked up a pizza on our first visit to Toppers. Upon arriving home, I was trying to juggle keys, bags, and the pizza and unfortuantely the pizza ended up all over our driveway. We went back to Toppers (rather upset at ourselves) to order a new pizza and they instantly remade our order on the house. They went above and beyond our expectations. Dropping the first pizza was completely our fault, but Toppers still made it right. Outstanding service! Will definitely be returning - the pizza (once we finally got to eat the second pizza!) was really delicious!

Been ordering pizza from this place for 5+ years and they definitely have the best for customer service and pizza in Orangeville. I typically dont call out to employees, but damn was Brad just the best CSR over the phone. Made sure I had everything I wanted, and made sure to give me the best deal and still get more than I ever wanted. Guy was just loving his job and loving his day. The world needs more Brads. Keep up the good work buddy.

AMAZING PIZZA PLACE! Toppers took there time to donate 2 pizzas to our school for our annual feeney cup tournament. The tournament was to raise money for our transition program at ODSS! Pizza was perfect too!

Was going to try them for the first time tonight but when I called to order my food I was told that the special I wanted must be ordered online or through the app only. I did not notice this on their webpage and since I was driving I could not stop to order my pizza. I asked if there was another special available for XL pizzas and was told the two large pizza specials. When I asked again about XL pizzas I got told I had to order online or through the app. I explained this was the first time I tried to order from Toppers and the will be my last as they really didnt go out if their way to help me. Just remember every time someone orders using the app that is taking a real persons job away. I wont use self checkout and I wont do the same for my pizza. What ever happened to customer service? I am so disappointed in this experience as I have heard that the pizza from the location in Orangeville is very good. I guess I will never know.

The Thai Sensation is wonderful. So yummy with the house dip. But Toppers can be very over priced. The servers were friendly, and also the place is very clean.

When trying to sort out an order for pick up, the attendant told me that there were about 20 specialty pizzas. When I told her I didnt know what they were, she hung up on me. I called the manager who will review the call, but the bottom line is that I will not be treated like that from any company. We will not be using Toppers again.

used to order the subs regularly,after some time between orders i and everyone (5 others)were sorely disappointed,hard bread,missed toppings and/or little toppings ,seemed like 1/2 portions,meatballs were DICED! sadly they have gone downhill will not be ordering crustanzo sandwiches EVER again from them..will pay the extra money to take a cab to subway and get fresh and bigger and fresher ingredients

we ordered a pizza with only veg on top as we are vegan. they were awesome and respectful when I asked questions about ingredients. I do wish they had the vegan cheese but even without the cheese their pizza was amazing. I highly recommend ordering from hear as staff was friendly, courteous and quick.

Great filling pizza. Of all the pizza s I had, Topper s Pizza don t cheap out on the toppings. Yummy, delicious and very filling.

Pretty good food. Pizza is delicious. Must try the wings. Ordered delivery from here as I was staying at the Hockley Resort for my kids 4 day ski camp. A very good alternative for food because you can get sick of the limited choice of dining at the resort quickly.

They have an app for ordering and its the easiest way to get their incredible pizza! I used it a few days ago, it took 5 minutes, simple to navigate, great set-up. We had thin crust Canadian, they dont skimp on toppings like some other pizza joints in town. Delicious every time! #topperspizzaorangeville

Only had delivery, but always prompt and pizza was enjoyable.

Always satisfied with the pizza but what made me give them the 5 stars is their customer service. Recently I picked a pizza up there and when I got home they had called to say Id been given the wrong pizza. They then delivered the correct pizza free of charge and with no hassle.

Excellent price and quality

Pizza was good. Just sucks that they count a single meat topping as 2 toppings and then have the balls to put only 25cents worth of meat on my pie.

The customer service here is so terrible that I will probably never order another pizza from here. About a year ago we ordered a pizza and had it delivered. When we sat down to eat it we realized it was made COMPLETELY WRONG. We called back the store and it literally took an arm and a leg to even get them to send us a new one that was made correctly. The worst part, they had us send back the old pizza. We had to sit in front of a pizza already made, starving, waiting another 45min until a new one arrived. Not only that the lady at the phone flat out cursed at us (using the f-word). We didnt order from here again for about a year. So the next time we ordered the same thing happened. Our pizza was made completely wrong. We ordered a buffalo chicken pizza. It was not spicy, there was essientally no chicken on it (like the reviewer below me said) and there was absolutely no ranch drizzle on it. So again, we called. We got the same run around. They literally told us theres nothing they can do for us. Even though our pizza was completely wrong!! They literally do not care about customer satisfaction whatsoever. Any time that Ive ordered a pizzaor any food for that matter and it has been wrong, the company has no problem sending new food. Not this company. They must be seriously hard up for money and the people they have working there dont make the pizzas correctly. I wont order from here again.
