Chucks always has consistent, inexpensive food and beverages. Service is good and the atmosphere is pleasant if you enjoy sports bars

We have been to this location several times the steak is not the same as other locations very tough taste like a Denny s steak sorry we gave you several tries to see if it was a off day but nope there is definitely something off at this location

Pretty decent chucks. The food was good and the staff were funny. Our server did an amazing job.

The food here is not good, but the food and drinks are relatively cheap. However that reflects in the quality of the food. The wings were okay but the steak and lobster tail was terrible, and the burger I wouldnt order again. And there are no vegetables available with the dishes except you get half a cob of grilled corn thats not eatable.

Chucks great place to go for lunch or after 9pm for apps for 2 people we spend about $50 and fill our bellies. Todd our server and always takes care of us and will continue to go to chucks for apps. Food

It was my families first time at this location and it was extremely disappointing. Our waiter was rude and had no customer service skills, he also was not checking on us regularly which resulted in us having to ask other waiters for help. The plates left on the table were dirty and had food stuck onto them. We ordered a whole bunch of appetizers and everything tasted horrible. Also all of our food did not come out at the same time and we were specifically waiting for the rest of the food before reminding our waiter, in which we cancelled at that point. I also ordered an alcoholic drink and it tasted watered down. It s safe to say I will never be coming back to this location again. And I wish I took pictures of everything.

First time at Chucks and I will be back !! I stoped in for a drink while waiting for my nail appt ended up caving and got a bruschetta flatbread and it did not disappoint ! I went into Chucks with my family and from beginning to end the service was amazing. One thing that stood out to my family was our waitress Hailey. She was very attentive to my family, she consistently checked in with us to make sure that we were okay and had everything we needed. If youre going to Chucks I highly recommend you ask for Hailey, shes amazing.

Today I went to Chucks Roadhouse in Orangeville.Girl named Sandra and Don was incredible as well. Sandra was very heartwarming and made my experience there very very pleasant. Probably the best service Ive had in the last couple of months.

Loved the service. Food was excellent. But my waitress Sandra was so accommodating. She definitely made the night worth it.

The food here is really good. Their steaks and ribs are delicious. They cook it perfectly. It s a nice stop when you are driving past.

Have been a regular customer since opened and disgusted with the food and service today. Ordered steak and lobster with side of baked potato. Steak, potato and corn was cold and the server did not even check in on how the meal tasted and had to eat my meal cold and not impressed. Only was offered one beer and if you know me, I will have more that one! No excuses today as it was Thanksgiving and not busy. May not be back, it was so bad. Servers....check in on your customers!

So sad, chucks has really gone downhill. We have been to 5 different chucks in 3 different cities and always loved them. Don t think I ll go back anymore. :(. Ordered a burger and loaded cheese fries. $18 for the meal. Reasonable. Till they told me it was $1.00 for mayo for my burger. Never had to pay that before. What a disappointment. The fries were stale and tasted like they were made hours prior. Even hubby agreed. Loaded cheese fries always had cheddar and bacon and cheesy sauce on them. This time around couldn t see any bacon and definitely no cheesy sauce. Staff was great, I ll give them that but food was sub par compared to what it use to be.

Brooke is exceptional. We are new to Orangeville and she helped us with all the specials at Chuck s. We loved the food and prices are reasonable. Brooke was very helpful, kind and we most definitely be back.

I was there earlier this week, food was great no doubt. But this really made me write a review about a middle aged woman probably in her 30 s with red coloured hairs. She is literally very rude, with other customers and with their employees. She talked so rude with one of the girl employees there. Please make sure ur service and atmosphere is as good as your food. I didnt really like her attitude towards her team.

When the waitress insults you for asking the establishment to be honest about nickel and dimeing you on a charge for condiments which should be included. Yes its only a 1 star because a negative star is not an option. Shame on you. I do not recommend these guys. Dishonesty should not be allowed to go on.

We went in for a dinner date, and I have to say, from the food to the atmosphere, everything was phenomenal. Our whole experience was amazing. The food was delicious. Not to mention, with our food restrictions, the general manager, Alan, was so accomodating and kind. Loved the service!! Will definitely come again!!

Arrived at 3 pm for the Wednesday half price rib special and was told because of a busy morning they were all out of ribs!!! What kind of restaurant does this? Perhaps the profit isn t there selling ribs cheap all day and night?? Anyway the beer is cheap and good and service is good also.

Went there on rib day on Wednesday around 4pm to try ribs as my friends suggested me to try ribs at chucks roadhouse orangeville and it tasted so delicious. Never had ribs like this ever before. Must try

The restaurant is very reasonable priced and service in the restaurant has always been good in my experience. BUT ordering anything online for take out is extremely disappointing. For what we paid for was not worth it. My boyfriend ordered a pasta dish, and it was so small not even filling the container, and my burger and fries were stale, soggy and not fresh at all.

I recently went to the Chucks in Orangeville and I was severely disappointed. Ive been going to my local (London, Wellington St) Chucks every other week for the past 3 years. Im a fan of their menu and figured it would be the same or similar. Not even close! I ordered the sirloin (medium rare) surf and turf with caeser salad. The steak was blue and barely cooked, my salad barely had dressing, the corn was cold but the lobster was decent. My companions had similar experiences with their food too. Our server barely stopped to check on us. Out of all the empty tables, they sat us next to a birthday party with lots of loud children. The only thing that was good was dessert but I think thats hard to mess up! Dont waste your money! Not all Chucks are created equally!

Exceptionally good service, they make you feel at home. I highly recommend the rib and wing combo. The beer is always cold and fresh. Always clean and welcoming. Top notch in my books Kid-friendliness: If your kids spill a drink, even all 4 of them, no problem. Youre still welcome back next time

Ive known about Chucks for a long time but never really went there until friends recommended the steak, so I gave it a try and was delightfully impressed. For the price, it ranks up there comparable to many more pricier options. Their apps and kids meals were also on point.

I was at this location. Its the worst restaurant Ive ever been in but I asked for my fries, Krispy and well done. They came out soggy. I asked the lady if she can bring a back. She put her fingers into my food. Put them on a plate, then scrape back some more. My girlfriends food the same way. My chicken wings were old. Its like they took them out of somebody elses plate that was in the kitchen and put them in the deep fryer. And gimme back those. What kind of service is going on in these restaurants behind close doors? Like I said. Why would you put your hands in my plate and then put them on another plate and then scrape them back off. I couldnt eat this food. I asked her if I could speak to her manager. Her manager just took a percentage off of my fries. That was it. Ill never go back to chuck road house again

Worst experience i ve ever had at a Chuck s roadhouse. This was my first time coming to this location, my friend and i had ordered 2 appetizers including the spinach and goat cheese dip (which i have ordered prior on multiple occasions and never had an issue)and we got about 1 spoonful of dip. we also ordered the steak bites and it just was not what we had expected for the price. was definitely not worth the bill, will be going elsewhere the next time i decide to stop in for a bite to eat with a friend.

We went to dinner yesterday. And our server Victoria was amazing. We were 5 people in total. When our food came out one of us didnt get their meal. Victoria came right away and apologized for the inconvenience. By the time the food came out we were all done eating. When the bill came out we were surprised nothing was done about our burger. We asked to speak to a manager Riley came out she was the MOD of the night. She told us she could take a percentage off but because the food came out she couldnt fully take it off the bill. Coming from the service industry I dont know where the item wouldnt have been removed from the bill. I dont know if this was a server issue or the kitchen forgot, but regardless it was unacceptable that they couldnt take off a $13 burger. Riley kept saying it wasnt her fault shes trained on removing only half. Her attitude as was not friendly at all. She was rude to us and we explained that we were all finished eating and shes like. Yep I understand but nothing I can do. For her the server didnt receive a tip as we didnt agree with what the manager on duty did and the $20 tip that Victoria would have gotten should come out of Rileys paycheck. I dont know if this is something Chucks does that they dont care about their guests satisfaction, but Riley definitely turned a nice evening into a sour one.

The best sports bar on the block to watch the game. Decent TVs. Very open dine in area. Not to much noise compared to Shoeless Joes. Up to date renovations, including the bathroom. Well maintained.

We very frequently eat at Chucks. Always great service and food. I order a medium rare ribeye steak for the first time from Chuck s. I had to cut 1/4 of the weight off the steak from fat and it was very rare. I was told by management that ribeyes are typically a fattier cut and due to the higher fat content in the meat it s a lot harder to cook it medium rare. I really think a lot of what was told to me to be untrue. I have made and ordered lots of steaks and I have never had a bad ribeye. For the amount of times I have been there I thought it should have been handled different.

First time to a Chucks. Pleasantly surprised with prices and quality of food. Only negative it can be very noisy.

We tried the burger and it was so good! Our server was so friendly and helpful. The good thing is, they are open until 1am midnight so good for late night starving!

Chucks takes the concept of shrinkflation and runs with it. Meal portions are far too small, all to save a dollar compared to other restaurants. The garlic pan bread was over $9 after adding cheese and it was a joke. Shouldnt have been any more than $5 with the cheese. $1.99 to upgrade my fries to a soup and it was a tiny bowl of soup. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

Carly was our server for lunch! We goto chuck s roadhouse in Orangeville a lot even though we live out of town but Carly did a great job at greeting myself and my kid at the door, ensuring our food was tasting great and made sure the beers were brought quick and cold(most important). Great job Carly!

This was our second time to Chucks Roadhouse Bar & Grill. The first one we went to was the Stouffville location. We were served by Jasmine at the Orangeville location and she was very pleasant and came back several times to check if everything was ok. We ordered Buffalo Chicken Quesadilla, Bruschetta Flatbread, 20oz Porterhouse and 7oz Filet Mignon & Lobster Tail. The Filet Mignon and Lobster Tail was excellent, made just right, not overly cooked. However, the Porterhouse steak was just average. Both the appetizers were good. Even with the 3% Honest to Goodness Fee added to the bill, the price is very good.

Nice spot. A bit loud had the Philly Cheesesteak not the best Ive had by a long shot.

Stopped into Chucks on our way through Orangeville on Saturday night. Everything was excellent. Todd, our server, was brilliant. He was quick and very knowledgeable. He always made sure everything was okay and we had everything we needed. Would definitely recommend.

Todd has incredible service, is constantly monitoring his tables and is able to provide excellent service without any additional requests from the customers (a new drink will be on the table as you finish the current one without having to ask). He is also an amazingly personable member of staff and makes all guests feel welcome.

The food was delicious and the service from our waiter Todd was exceptional. Would totally recommend.

My family and I went there for my birthday dinner, I got the sirloin and lobster tail which was awesome and the steak perfectly cooked to medium rare. The only downside was it was super loud from the TV and the crowd at the bar so it was hard to have a conversation lol.

Worst experience I have ever had at a Chucks Roadhouse. Weve been to a few, and really enjoy the place usually. Our server was inattentive, far more concerned with chatting to a friend she noticed at the neighboring table. Our food came out with stuff missing and we couldnt get her attention to fix it. We even wanted to order more drinks and she walked passed avoiding eye contact. By the time my sauce (that was listed on the menu as part of my meal) for my food arrived, my food was cold. The upgrade I paid to a side salad was also ridiculous as the portion of salad was so small.

I cant remember his name for the life of me but the male server in the dining room was amazing. He joked with us and made us laugh. He also was on the ball and quick with everything,

Visited Chucks this past weekend, loved every other location I ve been to so figured I would like this one too. Oh boy, was I wrong. Hostesses and servers were delightful to speak to, but shocking how well they are able to work under terrible management. Never in my life have I seen a manager speak so lowly and rudely to an employee before. It is so disgusting that chucks enables this behaviour for their managers. After asking a few workers I found out the young girl is named Riley or Miley? Will never return to chucks until this issue is resolved because I would never support an establishment that condones such disgusting behaviour!

Excellent tbone steak and fries. The mushroom addition was excellent. The Half BBQ chicken was great and the hot wings were good and enjoyable but not the greatest as the rest of the meal was perfect. The cocktail was excellent also.
