Absolutely terrible. Big burrito is the exact size as a Huge burrito. Portions are very limited. Customer service needs more training. Bad first experience and will NOT go back.

Honestly the worst burrito place in Orangeville, food was cold portions sucked, the big was the same as the huge so why did I spend the extra money on the bigger burrito when I could have saved money on the big. Not to mention the service was horrible. Do not recommend this place to anyone stay away far away.

Went again today. The music was turned off and now I finally can hear the staff and vice versa. As a result I have upgraded my rating to 4 stars. Original review: The chicken burrito was very good and better than most competitors. This location has a tall oversized plexiglass barrier between the staff and the customers. The music is WAY too loud. Staff can t hear the customers and vice versa. You have to holler loudly so the staff can understand what toppings you want. Turn down the music or install lower plexiglass. I would have given 4 stars otherwise.

Fantastic food and exceptionally well service. The manager was so humble and polite that I would love to come back and eat here.

Got the shrimp with chicken bowl , was really good at the start then I got to the rice and it was like eating rocks , told worker and said he would make me another one and that he has fresh rice in the back , I would have liked that the first time around LOL if rice is old most likely the more expensive food is old

Monday august long weekend. No one else was there except my wife & I . The worker, Didn t take the time to properly prepare the food, the Noodles added to my wife bowl weren t cooked fully. She was rude, didn t prepare my tacos properly. Won t be ordering again while she s serving.

I gave it a second try tonight and it was a giant disappointment. Won t return. The other burrito places in town (BB, Quesada) are of much higher quality.

One person working so we waited at least 15 minutes. The portion was small. Got the shrimp bowl, small shrimp only 5 peices. The flavours werent very good. Would not go back.

i have had food from this chain before but first time trying this location. it was so tasteless that i actually couldn t finish my food. won t be back

I wont come back. There are so many places that want business. If you come here at 30 minutes to close theyve already shut down the grill and wont make a burrito for you. I understand wanting to get out quickly but your establishment literally says burrito in the name, thats what Im coming for. Why do you stay open late just to turn away customers? If it takes 10 minutes to make 2 burritos you still have 20 minutes to clean the grill. You shouldnt turn it off until youre done everything in my opinion. Ill go to Burrito Boyz, thanks. Ordered a chicken burrito. Tiny bits of chicken. Barely any in their burrito. These places have all gone downhill ever since ..:.: Cheap ! Go to your local burrito place where you get what you pay for. This was a rice and lettuce filled wrap ! Food

Excellent service and great food! Waffle fries could have been done a little crispier but honestly so delicious either way. The only odd thing, and this may be because they ve just opened but one the owners (I m assuming) was standing at the end of the counter watching the 2 girls at the front make burritos. It just came off as uncomfortable for the employees as well as customers. Delicious food and excellent service though!

Ordered a Huge burrito and soft shell tacos. The burrito was anything but huge, mostly shell with little contents. The soft shell tacos were stone cold including the shredded pork. I have eaten at other franchise locations and had much better food. I hope this review serves as a wake-up call to do better as this location just opened.

I was so excited when I saw that they were open. I really really wanted to like them. They just opened and this is supposed to be the time to really wow people. So I worry how bad will it be after a few months?

Bf and I went for a burrito(beef) and a burrito bowl(tequila lime). The biggest burrito wasn t filled enough, mostly tortilla. And the bowl at its largest could have filled the small. We received the wrong chip order even after not first receiving it and having to go back to ask while in our car. The service seemed scattered and unorganized. This could be because they just opened and just need more experience as a team. The taste for me is what gave it 2 extra stars. It was very tasty. Though the chips were flavourless and stale tasting.

We were really excited to try this new burrito place and expected great things. A group of us ordered from here and every single burrito was completely wrong. Did not taste very good either. 2 thumbs down worst burritos in Orangeville, even Taco Bell is better.

They are definitely at the sweet spot of having just opened and having pride in their establishment. Unfortunately it is completely out of sight behind the orangeville mall.

Me and my girlfriend went to try and the service was bad very rude and the burrito was cold the hot sauce was very good tho. Would not go back again if your looking for a burrito spot in Orangeville go to bar burrito.

We really enjoyed our first experience with the restaurant! The staff was lovely & the man I assume is the owner personally gave us our dinner & thanked us for shopping there. The food was very fresh & we enjoyed it. My husband said he shouldn t have gotten the big one! So much food. We will be back to try the different options. :)

This place is really amazing for a good catch up and I loved the food and the services of the staff.

Terrible service - cold food. This is the second time we have ordered at this location and while the food is fresh, both times my Burrito bowls came out cold. The first time I went ahead and just ate it, but todays order was really messed up. While my bowl sat in the back, my husbands burrito was being made. 25 minutes later his Burrito came out, while my bowl had sat there for that long. When they brought it out I told them it was cold and I no longer wanted it. The three ladies began speaking amongst them, went to the back, got on the phone - fast forward another 5 minutes, one lady came out, handed my husband cash and we left. No Im sorry - no how do we make this right - nothing. As we were waiting there was another customer that said she had heard nothing but bad things about the customer service here. She was right. With 5 other Burrito places in this town, you would think they would up their game a little. Bar Burrito it is for our family from now on.

Good size burrito but it is more expensive then the other burrito places in town. Nothing special.

we had the tacos. Wrong choice. we got the pulled pork, fish and shrimp and they were all terrible. I rarely write reviews, but for the cost, they were horrible. The shrimp was just defrosted, you could taste it. The shells were gross and cold. expensive for what you don t get. Save your money.

The staff was so good, they had excellent communication skills and you feel very welcomed. We had kids with us and they were taken care of really well. Apoorva, Navreet and Manjot in the staff went out of their way to help us. The food was really good and there were lots of vegetarian options.

Must visit place. The food was really spicy and delicious. I love how you can customize everything from the toppings down to the chip flavour. Would come again.
