I legit called their location 11 times to order six pizzas! Every time I called, someone would literally pick up the phone and hang it up!!??(yes I had the right number!) Pizza is not bad if you can order it!! Can t pre order ahead for a specific time because the pizza is always cold if you do that! But when you do get to place an order, they say 20 mins and it ends up being 40 mins. Just not worth the stress.

I was visiting Orangeville and discovered this new spot as it was open late. The Pizza was amazing they loaded up on the toppings. I haven t had good well done pizza like this in a while. Highly recommend if you are local to orangeville.

Pizza is good. But never order a half and half. We ordered a half pepperoni and a half with jalapeno mushrooms and onions. the put the onions mushroom and jalapeno on the pepperoni.

Very good value for the XL pepperoni. Just as good as anywhere else in town. The 5 piece tandoori chicken on the side was juicy and amazing! The staff are very friendly. A little girl runs up to from beind the counter and asks how she can help. Owners are happy and professional.

Bought 2 pizzas for 22 but the pizza sucked and felt like chewing gum and toppings were hard to find. Bad pizza experience for 25$ with no tax receipt.

I have huge respect for them for giving free pizza to hospital employees during Covid time so we often go to them to support. But, I must admit that their quality of food is not consistent. It is hit or miss. I am saying it after ordering more than 10 times. The one I got today is, overcooked, chewy, & has spicy cardboard taste to it. - Dhruv

Working mom that was working late I asked my daughter to order 2 party size pizzas with 2 toppings . She paid for order but didn t ask questions $94.00 for 2 pizzas and 4 toppings and 4 dipping sauces ! What a joke will not order from here again ! That s just plain ripping people off .

I went to this pizza place a couple of times and I was not satisfied with the customer service. The first time I went to this pizza place a young girl messed up my order and put pizza toppings that I didnt order on the pizza and I wasnt very happy. The second time I came to this pizza place I placed a order with the same employ and ordered 2 pizzas. She told me to come back in 20 minutes to come get the pizza. I came back 30 minutes later and she told me she forgot about my pizza. Then asked me if I could wait another 20 minutes and she will cook my pizza. I said no and asked for my money back because I was busy.

I ordered a Veggie Pizza with 4 toppings, they messed up the size, put a topping that I didnt even as for and added ginger in my pizza, yes ginger!, who adds ginger in a pizza. Worst pizza Ive ever had in a long time.

Tonight we ordered 2 large pizzas both were incorrect. We called back they gave us grief and asked for pizza back which is no problem only bit 2 slices. Find it nasty they think we lie over pizza and that they want pizza back in the store with covid. We brought pizza back asked for money back because theres no concern for covid. Ill stick with dominos or johnnys.. totally embarrassed for them. Id rather video myself putting in the garbage then risk store contamination..

Poor Customer Service. I had called on September 9th 2021, to have an order placed on September 10th 2021 between 1230 and 1pm. I placed my order on September 9th 2021. On September 10th 2021, I called at 11am when they are scheduled to open to confirm my order as it was a large order and for numerous individuals, no one picked up the phone call. I tried again 5 minutes later, 10 minutes later, 15 minutes and 30 minutes later. I made multiple attempts to contact the store and physically walked to the store to see what the deal was. I went to the store at 11:30 and it was closed and completely dark. At this time, I was worried that there would be no staff to complete my large order for a large group. I contacted local Grabbapizza locations to see if they could contact the owner of this location. I was worried about my order being unfilled, I ended up calling another pizza joint and quickly ordered from them as I had promised to have pizza ready between 1230-1pm. The owner of the store contacted me at exactly 11:49pm at this time I was very frustrated. I explained to the owner that I had called multiple times and that I had to order from another pizza joint because no one picked up the phone or was at the store to confirm my order will be ready on time. She attempted to explain to me that my order was for pick up was at 1pm and there was no reason for my pizza to be ready at 11am or even now. I had explained to her that I did not expect the pizza to be ready at 11am HOWEVER, I do expect that if your store is open at 11am. There should be someone to pick up the phone call and confirm MY order. She had apologized and cited car troubles for the incident, however there was no attempt to rectify the issue on her part.

Best pizza in town.

They should have people who know their menu answer the phones. I waited for 10 minutes to order. I then ordered something based on what a young girl told me was on their menu and then when I went to pick up she told me I didnt know that it only comes like this and not what I was originally told. Really disappointing paid $40.00 and waited for 1 hour to get my food that was mediocre. We come here all the time sad to say this will be my last time ordering here.

I tried their pizza at there other locations in Brampton and Toronto . Same taste and prices are reasonable too. They should expand all over Ontario . I will tell my other friends to try when they are in Toronto . I will also also tell CP24 and other media channels to go and interview them as they are also supporting local community and front line workers during this pandemic.

We ordered their special for buying 25 wings and getting 25 free, the flavour we chose was suicide. We also ordered 10 pieces of tandoori chicken. We only received 25 wings and 5 pieces of chicken, both items were some sort of BBQ flavour, not what we ordered. We called the restaurant, they advised they would call us back in 5 minutes. They didnt. Called back again, a lady who could not sound less interested said the correct stuff would be delivered to us in 20 minutes. An hour later I called the store only to have the same lady hang up on me. I ended up driving to the store and I asked for a refund. The gentleman at the counter gave us most of our money back (the only reason I am giving two stars instead of one) and gave us some free wings that were supposed to be the flavour we ordered. Got home, nope, the same BBQ sauce. Neither my wife or I like BBQ sauce so all this food will end up going to waste unfortunately. This was the first, and now most definitely the last, time we will ever use this restaurant.

Few weeks back their pizza and service was superb. But for 2-3 weeks staff seems totally unprofessional and ruining their image. Today was my wife s birthday and we ordered 2 large pizzas, 1 chicken and another one was veggie pizza. We explained the order very well to the guy on phone and we also ask him to repeat the order and he repeated correctly but when we brought the pizzas home both were found chicken pizzas. This was the 3rd time we received the wrong order. Before we ignored their mistake considering the human error but now it seems like they are habitual of delivering wrong orders. It was a birthday party of my wife and they ruined it with all means. Owner needs to look into this matter and staff needs counselling, otherwise such attitudes can bring a bad reputation to the business. Next time we will think twice before going their store again.

Best I have had for quiet a long time

We just ordered two pizzas for 20.00 with 3 toppings. I was a bit hesitant to order from this place after seeing the reviews. However, we received our pizzas and they got the order wrong like a previous post mentioned. We also asked for well done and they were not well done. There is alot of cheese on the pizzas. They are tasty even with shorting the ham on one of the pizzas. I called them to let them know we were shorted the ham and they offered us a free pizza for next time.

Half price wings Monday Tuesday apparently. Edit. Went back. 25 wings with 25 wings free. Was told 25 min. 50 min later they were ready. They were so burn to a crisp. Hurt my teeth and we are totally unimpressed. Get what you pay for. Very poor quality and hardly edible. The sauce was unrecognizable on one. So burnt.

So disappointed. Got the entire order wrong. Wrong size of pizzas and wrong toppings on both. Ordered 2 large 3 toppings with wedges combo. What i got was 2 small pizza one with just pinapple and the other had pinapple pepperoni bacon and onions. No wedges. Wrong dipping sauces and wrong pops. Just everything completely wrong!!! Never ordering from there again. Terrible.

I Ordered pizza, 25 minutes later I went to pick it up..... They didnt make my order. They searched the oven and looked puzzled. With no communication, they started making my pizzas and put them in the over. They completely ignored me. I asked what happened and they said it will be ready in 15 minutes. I dont understand how they are making so many mistakes. I will not go back.
