Harvey's in Orangeville

I recently visited Harways , and I must say, it was a fantastic experience! From the moment I walked in, the cozy atmosphere and friendly staff made me feel welcome. I ordered their signature burger with a side of fries, and it did not disappoint. The patty was juicy, perfectly seasoned, and cooked just the way I like it. The toppings were fresh, and the combination of flavors was spot on. The bun was soft yet held everything together without getting soggy. The fries were crispy and seasoned perfectly easily some of the best Ive had. The service was quick, and the staff were attentive, making sure everything was to my liking. The portion sizes were generous, and for the quality of food, the prices were very reasonable. Overall, it is a place I d highly recommend to anyone looking for a delicious burger and a great dining experience. I m definitely coming back to try more from their menu!

A special shoutout to Rebecca, who attended to us with such warmth and professionalism. She was attentive, friendly, and made sure everything was perfect for our visit. It s rare to come across someone who genuinely cares about customer satisfaction, and Rebecca truly exceeded expectations. Thank you for a fantastic dining experience. I ll definitely be back!

While the Angus burger was cooked well and tasty, the size if the burger us smaller now. That is disappointing to see what Harvey has now strink their burgers. The cost wasnt reduced.

Friday Nov 22 8:30 pm. Very clean. Staff Very poorly trained,needed supervision. Took almost 20 minutes to get Angus combo, chicken nuggets and donuts. My burger sat under heat lamps about 10 minutes when young girl took it out and put my toppings only ONLY to put it back under heat lamp. When we finally got our order, hubby got 7 chicken nuggets which he said were tasteless and 4 donuts he loved. My burger was hard,cold and was, in fact, a regular burger and not an Angus. The fries were literally scraps from the left over fries.. Not one fry in th scraps! We were tired and hungry so hubby ate his food. I ate the burger but chucked the fries. These kids working Friday nights need supervision. One boy on the phone while another drank pop. Much discussion about their social lives. I still love Harveys but last nights visit was very frustrating. My husband prefers Wendys.

It took forever last night Nov. 22nd for us to get our order. It took over 20 mins. I always check our order before we leave. We bought Swiss Chalet for supper. Seems drive thru didnt have to wait that long. Next time well do drive thru! Wheelchair accessibility: Auto door takes forever to open while you stand at door. Thanks very much to the gentleman who held door for me last night (Nov 22nd) around 6p

Came in for dinner the place was extremely busy but the girl behind the counter was nice and patient and our food came very quick.

Worse than mcdonalds. Order one meal and no one else in the drive thru but you? Theyll park you. They also dont stay open until the posted time. Closing time was at 10pm. As in supposed to be open serving food until then. Rushed to try and get a burger for a friends pregnancy craving and got there a few mins before closing. They told me they were closed and it wasnt 10pm yet.

This location has the best service! The ladies are super friendly and always smiling. Rebecca dressed my burger today with such care, it wasn t sloppy or messy. Even when I go drive thru the staff always takes the order right and packs with care. Orangeville Harvey s is lucky to have such amazing workers!

Im very disappointed in this resturant tonight. I came through drive thru to get some food since I was out of town. I waited, which I have no problem doing since I assumed they were making everything fresh. To my surprise when I went to take a fry, it was ice cold and went to try my Angus burger, low and behold, it was burnt and cold. I have no issues getting hot and fresh food during the day, but tonight I was utterly dissatisfied.

It was a very disappointing visit. Fries were cold, chicken was dry, the hotdog looked like a 2 yr old dressed it, you couldnt pick it up for all the mustard and ketchup all over and around the bun. The fries and hotdog were replaced when requested. I hope we were a one off and not everyone has this experience.
