I went here for lunch today for the first time. I wanted to try a new pizza spot in town. The pizza is nothing to brag about and definitely not a place to go out of you way for. Overall experience is a 1 out of 5. Fairly disappointing due to assuming high expectations. This isnt somewhere I would return to.

Edit : pizza was delicious.Will continue to be our pizza place. Thankyou:) Usually the quality is great and has been our go to pizza place for over a decade. Although the last couple times have been a bit less than what we were used to. Also dont forget to have the ref# when ordering online- apparently they cant look online orders up by the name, phone# or address that you use for the order. My husband had to wait in the parking lot for an hour trying to reach me so I can look it up before he could grab the pizza. Not impressed with that system. Hopefully this pizza will be better than the last.

Pizza is inconsistent, I feel theyve cut back on the amount of toppings in the past few years. When ordering a slice its hit and miss, sometimes theyre tiny with barely any cheese and a giant crust. Fast service is appreciated. I still order from there once in a while because the price is reasonable.

Terrible pizza. Ordered 2 Cheese & 1 Pepperoni yesterday and they were all way too overcooked/dark, dry and tasteless. Highly unimpressed and would never recommend to anyone.

My favourite pizza place in Orangeville. They are reasonably priced and you always know you re getting good pizza with fresh ingredients.

I ordered a 3 topping panzo and was told 30 minutes for pick up. I arrived at 28 minutes I live 3 minutes away opened it immediately after arriving home it was barely warm I returned for a refund and was told I could have a credit but not my money back. It turned into a melee when the manager echoed this same policy! They have great ingredients but just cant execute either its cold or undercooked. They robbed me for $12.70!

Made the wrong pizza, expected me to wait another hour for the pizza I was suppose to pick up in 25 minutes . Wouldnt deliver it unless I paid more . Went down the road to C Line and pick up the same pizza 15min wait.

Always a great experience coming here. Pizza is always delicious, and so is the whacky bread! Customer service is consistently spot on - even during their busiest times. Best pizza in town- always!

So I ve come here now several times, switching between delivery and another, just to see it s consistency as some locals recommended it constantly. The staff is friendly, pretty nice and a great smile to see. They re also pretty efficient, as myself and people who ve talked about Johnny s have never had a problem with staff or time. The food however, is rather basic? The pizza I ve had here has been barely any different than the pizza I ve had in Brampton, those places like Popular Pizza that have the cheap $1 slices. It s nothing special, as goes for the other items such as potato wedges. It s good and affordable food for when you re inebriated in some fashion but otherwise, not so much, wouldn t order here for a family dinner.

Good pizza, the worst customer service ever. The kids that answer the phone really need some customers service lessons. Not listening, talking to other people in the background, not listening to the customers on the phone. The last two times Ive call Ive had to hang up. Another encounter with someone rude answering the phone. I dont understand the pizza is great, but it is the worst delivery in Orangeville it shouldnt take over an hour to get a pizza. Not to mention being spoken to by a rude kid on the other end of the phone.

Sad. Owner didn t honour their mistake after we ordered pizza, picked it up. Got the wrong pizza we realized when we got home. We ordered from there often to support local. Even during Covid. They said they would replace the whole Izzy next time. Then wouldn t. Owner made his young worker talk with us. Wouldn t even talk direct. Good pizza. But bad customer service. The food is decent and the service was good....BUT the place is very dirty. The ceiling in the prep area is disgusting. We stopped in for a slice for lunch, and sadly, I will never go back.

Pizza was good. Garlic bread with cheese was burnt. Why send charred remains out of your kitchen? For the cost of making another one and not losing a customer. Ordering online wasnt easy, much easier to call and place your order. Seems like the quality has been dropping over the years. Parking: Tough to find parking for take out during dinner rush

Mmmmm. Thin crust pizza. Magic. This was a five star review. Been a customer for 15 years. It s one thing to make a mistake, but it s entirely unacceptable to not make it right. After waiting 2.5 hours for my pizza, Jonny s had the gall to still charge me, and despite having requested they remake my pizza, it was obviously the same one. Dried up and cold. So long Johnny s!

We went here only to find out that the store closed early-despite the hours which were updated a week ago stating they are open til midnight (we arrived at 10 for reference) you guys should really get a handle on that

This is honestly my favourite pizza place. Ive gone to maybe one other place with pizza that I personally think is better but theyre not as kind there and Johnnys is local. I absolutely love Johnnys. The pepperoni pizza is delicious when its hot. The pizza isnt too expensive. Everyone there is really nice. Everything about Johnnys is great. If you got take out and didnt like it, go there and dine in. Its not as good when cold but its AMAZING hot. If you want good pizza, Johnnys is the place! Vegetarian options: They have vegetarian pizzas and cheese always works too. Dietary restrictions: I wouldnt recommend going if youre either gluten free or dairy free but people who are dairy free can still order a pizza without cheese. Parking: Theres a small parking lot right in front of Johnnys, yes it can get packed but theres usually a spot or two. If you cant find a spot there, there are plenty of other lots around. Kid-friendliness: Theyre great with kids, theyre always really kind.

This is some of the worst pizza I have eaten. A medium 2 toppings extra cheese over $18. Salty and burnt. Paid for extra cheese only for it to taste like hard rubber. I picked it up and they charged a fee for that?!

Parking: Its at the end of a small strip mall. Enough parking at around 11:30 am Kid-friendliness: All the kids from the local high-school were there. But the food was also a big hit with my kids. Wheelchair accessibility: There is a ramp to get up to the walkway in front of the stores.

Sat. Dec. 16, 2023. The price was wrong. The pop was wrong. The driver showed me the bill, it said coke, not 3 Diet Coke and 3 Root Beer. The pizzas were terrible. They were thin, overcooked, and burnt. Hardly any pepperoni on the pizzas. They use to be #1 in town, but have gone downhill. We stopped ordering from them, decided to try again. Bad decision. Sorry to say, but we will no longer be ordering their pizza again. Linda

Loyal long time customer. Ordered my guests and family pizza at 4:20pm on a Tuesday, waited until 5:40pm called was on hold over 10 mins and told it was on its way 10 minutes prior to my call, it should be there any minute. 20 more minutes later, I assume they d just forgotten my order so I called again to confirm it was on way, because if not I d like to cancel. After another 15 mins on hold I spoke with the manager, he said it was on way but they d refund me. I appreciated that of course, waited another 20 mins CALLED AGAIN and was told by the manager that they had two pizza deliveries to my street and mine was in fact never actually made at all. What upset most was that when they noticed this they didn t even have the respect to call and tell me the pizza was never coming. We told them in the first call that we had company and 4 young children waiting to eat. Our last order was also under cooked. I won t be trying again.

I dont get how people think this is such a great place, yes we are all allowed to have an opinion but my god it is a average place at best but my 1 star come from the fact that they havent cleaned in months and I get the whole hiring of the younger staff, thats great but teach the about cleanliness and sanitation and please show them the concept of cross contamination

Great pizza, great prices. Service could use a little more attention. When we arrived for pu of 4 kg pies all ordered at the same time, 2 were ready but we were then told 5 minutes for the other two? We left extra time before heading for pickup so I would gave expected everything together. Thus two of the pies sat 5 minutes extra un-necessarily.

Bring your appetite if you plan on having the panzerotti, whoa nelly thats good stuff.

First time ordering from this Pizza joint. Pizza quality was very poor. Extra cheese ordered was nowhere to be found. It was dry and bland. Cheese and toppings were not spread evenly. Some slices were almost bald while others had too much pizza sauce! Their mushroom topping was simply gross, mushy and slimy, must have been canned and was chopped fine!!!! Ordered buffalo chicken wings as well, received honey garlic. Chicken wings were also nothing to rave about. They certainly dont know how to make a pizza. It is an F for me though it was picked up by Skip and delivered almost on time so the 2nd stars for getting it ready not too late on a Good Friday! Its a stay away in my opinion!

Just ordered pizza, wings & wedges. The pizza was awesome as usual, but the wedges boxes were only half filled & the wings tasted like they were cooked, then frozen, then thrown into the microwave when ordered. Honestly awful. ***EDIT*** Ordered again, delivery guy didnt have half our order. Called them, they said sorry theyll send it right away. That was at 9pm. Its now 11:56pm, they close in 4 minutes & havent answered my calls for the past 2 hours.

Terrible service, ordered a medium pepperoni and garlic bread. Showed up after the 20 minutes period to what could only be described as a clown show happening which would not bother me cept they did not make the garlic bread. Had to wait another 15 minutes for the garlic bread to cook while watching the clown show of people joking around and not paying attention to what they were doing going on. Would not recommend due to the terrible service and the I dont give two hoots attitude of the employees.

Did Johnnys Pizza get new owners?! I have been disappointed twice now with my order. I ordered tonight and asked for extra cheese on my pizza, 3 of my slices on a medium pizza barely had cheese on them! Ordered wings and asked for BBQ sauce, I got buffalo. Wacky bread came with my meal, it was basically plain smushed bread. I have lived in Orangeville for almost 4 years and this is my go to, will be looking for a new place to order now.

The past few times Ive ordered the pizza has not been freshly made. You can clearly tell that the toppings were just added onto a cheese pizza that had been made earlier and warmed up. I went in once to order a pizza, was told it would be 5 MINUTES!!!! Thats what was done that time as well......sadly theyve lost my business!!!

We got 2 pizzas. Pepperoni was perfect but then we got a pepperoni, Onion and Mushroom pizza. All the toppings were under the cheese and it was so plasticy. Im starting to believe they gave me someone elses old pizza and just added some extra cheese. They also forgot all our dips, Im really shocked that it was THAT bad. I also was sick for a day after eating the pizza, safe to say I wont be ordering again.

This is my one of my favorite pizza places, their sauce is amazing, they do thin crust, and the add a generous amount of toppings. If I didnt live around 90km away i would go here a lot more often. Anytime my brother or I visit our father, I make sure to get a pizza, or get get him to pick me up a pizza from here. If they ever expand I hope they have a location near the burlington/ oakville area.

Absolutely delicious pizzas! Often, when I visit family members who live in Orangeville, they treat me to two types of pizzas from Johnnys Pizza on Broadway. The toppings and crusts are so delicious. This is their favourite pizza place in Orangeville. Mine, too. I wish that they would open a location in Toronto near where I live. Big recommendation from me! Once, when my family and I were dining at another Italian restaurant in Orangeville, there werent enough kitchen staff to cook our orders. The waiter warned us. Id never encountered that before. So, we had to leave without eating anything which was a weird new experience for all of us. Johnnys Pizza came to the rescue for us; the telephone order was filled, we picked it up on the way home and thoroughly enjoyed the scrumptious pizzas. Big five star recommendation from my family and me.

I went to Johnnys during my lunch break at my own workplace (called in to pre-order, and went to pickup.) After calling out three times Hello, i was ignored by the three staff in the back, and my boyfriend had to come in to get someones attention. Eventually someone came in the front door (obviously on her own break - came in from outside) and asked us if we needed service. Terrible customer service, no teamwork, and lazy people.

It was once the best pizza in town....now its horrible. Usually undercooked. The staff at lunch time are hiding in the back. The front door is locked at 11am, but open sign is on. $4.20 for a slice. Come on thats ridiculous maybe if it came with a pop. Just eat somewhere else this place is on its last leg and will close soon.

Johnnys pizza used to be some of the best pizza in town, nowadays somehow they can t even make a pepperoni pizza properly. Undercooked in the center, burnt on the out sides (so cool lower and slower) and they can t even spread cheese evenly. (Leaving half the pizza soggy and uncooked)

I always go this place whenever I am travelling to Orangeville. Their cheese pizza is great.

I ve seen a lot of reviews about rats for the Orangeville location. They all say that they have been seen in the bathroom but they don t allow the customers to use the bathroom so I m going to say that it isn t true. I ve always had great service and delicious food from Johnny s pizza. Keep up the great work!

Just tried to order a pizza and was told an hour wait. An hour later I call and they say we re next up and that my pizza will be another half hour. So now I m waiting 1:30 for a pizza. When I cancel my order all I m told is OK. Must be a common thing at this place. Maybe communicate with your staff better. Taking my money to the next one.

Wow, If I could give no stars I would. The garlic wings were literally red (bloody) at the bone. And the honey garlic sauce was full of garlic chunks. It was gross. I use to love this place but seriously , it has gotten really bad over the years!

These are two 3 topping pizzas. I would have liked more toppings, but they seemed to be busy making alot of pizza. The pizza was also undercooked. I would not go back based on the below average quality.

Friendly service even when crazy busy. When you see the kind treatment of customers, you dont mind having to wait while they care for everyone on phones and in store. One day Ill be on the phone and will be happy that they answer the phone and serve me as well.

Long time customer (20+ years), but the place has been going downhill lately. The last handful of times Ive gone there theyve reliably messed up my order in one way or another (e.g. burnt, very undercooked, not knowing where my order is and taking forever to sort it out, and they cant even cut the pizza properly so you have to tear it most times). They dont seem to know how to use an online system. Today they got confused and accidentally cancelled a confirmed pickup order I had made, which I was not aware of until I went to pick it up. They offered no compensation except for a sorry and a refund, which is almost literally the least they can do. Thats the last straw for me. Time to give other places around town a chance to earn my business since Johnnys obviously isnt putting in much effort to retain it. - A formerly loyal customer
