Really is some mediocre food, that doesnt look very fresh and is quite expensive now. Been seated multiple times at a sticky table and bench here. Last time the bench was not cleaned properly and it left a stain on my pants which i didnt notice until i got home, annoying

Service is perfect. Staff is lovely and so friendly. Best wings in town. Draft beer is often flat and needs to be colder.

Fifteen of us here for a Christmas party today. Had a great time, and our waitress was amazing. Thanks for taking care of the group.

Service was a bit slow but ok (the restaurant was not busy). Chairs and floors were dirty when we were brought to our table and when we asked for them to wipe down the chairs, the greeter gave them a quick wipe with a sopping wet cloth. We had to get our own paper towels from the washroom to wipe them. The food was generally fine accept for the gravy on the balsamic chicken which was lumpy and kind of gross.

My friend and I ate their last night November 9/2024. It started with being sat by a window that had enough of a Cold breeze to blow out a candle!! We both had Cajun Shrimp that was disgustingly salty, (the Shrimp itself was Ok),it was the Cajun seasoning itself, also not evenly distributed. Some pieces had none and some would choke a horse.I ate mine because I was Starving and returned hers for a refund. I also had the Beef Tenderloin with Creamy blue cheese pasta for a Entree, the Pasta wasnt that bad overall ( sauce didnt have much flavor) but the Tenderloin was the worst I have ever had, I wouldnt say it was tough but extremely chewy, (Weird texure).My friend had the 10oz Sirloin and it also had a weird texture and strong aftertaste of liver. Her potato seemed Old.The quality of beef needs serious upgrade.The Standards of this Location needs extreme improvements and attention to Detail. The Mens washroom was extremely dirty, urine all over the floor( alot), no paper towels. This was the second time at this location, last time wasnt that good but decided to give a second chance..BIG MISTAKE

Had a amazing time at Kelseys, Had come with my Family to Celebrate my mother in laws birthday, the Food and ambiance was perfect... I was the only vegetarian so I had the Famous spinach dip with pita bread and they were veryyyyyy chewy but no one came to our table to ask how was it lolzzz..eventually when our server came to take our main course order I informed her that I couldnt eat my food coz it was very chewy n not fried properly but everything was perfect... She nodded and tats it ! ... anyways I was trying to write a good review only just that I was so over hyped to enjoy at Kelseys after a very long time n I couldnt just in terms of food...btw my drinks was awesome as usual

Visited kelseys after a long time and overall it was amazing experience never dissapointed as the ambiance,food,drinks and the service was exceptional. Visited eorh my family and it was my moms birthday, the took great care of her and catered to her dietary needs. Our server Tara was amazing. And before ending our special night they surprised us by sharing an amazing dessert on the house. Always on our list for enjoying special time with friends and family.

Our waiter Fisher was a great host!! He helped us right away and was able to get our food to us it a timely manner. He check up on us and helped us with anything that we needed. You definitely need to ask for fisher as your waiter when you come here. What a great experience!!

Had a late night drink and snack and was served by Alex who was extremely pleasant and friendly. She offered us the late night happy hour menu which we weren t aware of before and appreciated her interest in saving us a few dollars. She was prompt with our order and made sure to check on us often to ensure we were good. Will definitely return and hope to have her serve us again.

42nd anniversary dinner. Food arrived cold. Couldn t even melt the butter on potatoes or veggies. Steak was cold. Sent back. Got back steak and they had just reheated it. While manager stood there were couldn t cut through steak. Four cheese spinach dip had no taste. The pitas were hard. So I just put it aside and said can I have a cheese broccoli soup. It arrived white with a sprinkle of cheddar on top. Total disappointment. I said I will have the bill please minus the food. Ok they said. Charged us for the coffee and Cesar with no apologies. Never again. Worst service. Worst food ever.

Eat anywhere else save yourself time money and frustration. We ordered a chicken Parm. It was overcooked to the point of burnt. We sent it back, asking for a new one. They cut off the burnt pieces, added more cheese and gave it back to us. The pasta was undercooked. Chicken was overcooked. Food was disgusting. Customer service was horrendous.

One of the best franchises Ive been to. Too bad I live so far away. Food was fresh and delicious. Service was fantastic and quick even when I did not call ahead I just walked in to order I was in and out within 15 minutes. You could tell the people working there enjoyed what they do.
